In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: pmdomain: imx: Fix i.MX8MP VC8000E power up sequence Per errata[1]: ERR050531: VPU_NOC power down handshake may hang during VC8000E/VPUMIX power up/down cycling. Description: VC8000E reset de-assertion edge and AXI clock may have a timing issue. Workaround: Set bit2 (vc8000e_clk_en) of BLK_CLK_EN_CSR to 0 to gate off both AXI clock and VC8000E clock sent to VC8000E and AXI clock sent to VPU_NOC m_v_2 interface during VC8000E power up(VC8000E reset is de-asserted by HW) Add a bool variable is_errata_err050531 in 'struct imx8m_blk_ctrl_domain_data' to represent whether the workaround is needed. If is_errata_err050531 is true, first clear the clk before powering up gpc, then enable the clk after powering up gpc. [1] https://www.nxp.com/webapp/Download?colCode=IMX8MP_1P33A

Aug 11, 2026Bash-it 3.2.0 contains a terminal escape sequence injection vulnerability in the barbuk theme's Python virtualenv prompt segment that allows local attackers to CVE-2026-73036 · Other software · Bash-it · reported by VulnCheckMedium 4.6
Bash-it 3.2.0 contains a terminal escape sequence injection vulnerability in the barbuk theme's Python virtualenv prompt segment that allows local attackers to inject arbitrary terminal control sequences by embedding escape sequences in the requires-python field of a pyproject.toml file. When a user navigates into a directory containing a maliciously crafted pyproject.toml, the unfiltered field value is read via awk and concatenated directly into PS1 through __prompt-command without stripping control characters, causing injected OSC or CSI sequences to be written to and interpreted by the terminal emulator on every prompt render.

Aug 10, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: gre: fix lltx regression for GRE tunnels with SEQ/CSUM Before commit 00d066a4d4ed ("nCVE-2026-68296 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: gre: fix lltx regression for GRE tunnels with SEQ/CSUM Before commit 00d066a4d4ed ("netdev_features: convert NETIF_F_LLTX to dev->lltx"), NETIF_F_LLTX was set unconditionally in both __gre_tunnel_init() and ip6gre_tnl_init_features() alongside GRE_FEATURES: dev->features |= GRE_FEATURES | NETIF_F_LLTX; When that commit converted NETIF_F_LLTX to the dev->lltx flag, it placed 'dev->lltx = true' after the SEQ/CSUM early returns instead of before them. This causes GRE/GRETAP/ip6gre tunnels with SEQ or CSUM+encap to lose lockless TX, reintroducing _xmit_lock acquisition around their ndo_start_xmit. Since GRE xmit re-enters the stack via ip_tunnel_xmit(), holding _xmit_lock risks ABBA deadlock with the underlay device. CPU0 CPU1 ---- ---- lock(&qdisc_xmit_lock_key#6); lock(&qdisc_xmit_lock_key#3); lock(&qdisc_xmit_lock_key#6); lock(&qdisc_xmit_lock_key#3); Fix by moving dev->lltx = true before the early returns in both functions, restoring the original unconditional behavior.

Aug 10, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ALSA: seq: close a re-opened queue timer in the destructor queue_delete() closes the queueCVE-2026-68202 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67High 7.8
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ALSA: seq: close a re-opened queue timer in the destructor queue_delete() closes the queue timer, then frees it. snd_seq_timer_close() clears q->timer->timeri. snd_use_lock_sync() then drains borrowers, and snd_seq_timer_delete() frees q->timer. A borrower can re-open the timer inside that window. A SET_QUEUE_CLIENT that took a queueptr() use_lock reference before the queue was unlinked runs snd_seq_timer_open() after the close. Open refuses re-open only while timeri is set, and the close just cleared it, so it re-opens timeri. snd_seq_timer_delete() does not close that instance. Its snd_seq_timer_stop() is a no-op, because running was cleared first. So it frees q->timer with the instance still live. The queue is freed next. The instance stays on the global timer with callback_data pointing at the freed queue. A non-owner START on the unlocked queue arms it. The next tick derefs the freed queue in snd_seq_timer_interrupt(). Reachable by an unprivileged user with access to /dev/snd/seq. No CAP and no queue ownership required. Close any lingering instance in the destructor. There, ->timeri can no longer change

Aug 3, 2026Sequelize is a Node.js ORM tool.CVE-2026-69240 · Other software · sequelize · reported by GitHubCritical 9.8
Sequelize is a Node.js ORM tool. Prior to 6.37.4, SQL injection is possible with strings only if dialect is set to oracle. The escape function defined in sql-string.js does not escape quotes if the value starts with TO_TIMESTAMP or TO_DATE. In the Oracle dialect, when val is a string and starts with TO_TIMESTAMP or TO_DATE, escape returns val directly instead of replacing single quotes. An attacker can inject arbitrary SQL expressions through an application value that reaches this escape path. This issue is fixed in version 6.37.4.

Jul 31, 2026Improper Neutralization of CRLF Sequences vulnerability in ufirstgroup ymlr (Elixir.Ymlr module) allows attackers to inject arbitrary content into generated YAMCVE-2026-65636 · Other software · ufirstgroup · reported by 6b3ad84c-e1a6-4bf7-a703-f496b71e49dbLow 2.1
Improper Neutralization of CRLF Sequences vulnerability in ufirstgroup ymlr (Elixir.Ymlr module) allows attackers to inject arbitrary content into generated YAML documents through document comments. Ymlr.document!/2 interpolates each caller-supplied comment string into the output behind a single # prefix without validating it or escaping line breaks. Because a YAML comment is terminated by a line break, the first carriage return or line feed in the comment string ends the comment context and everything after it is emitted at column 0 of the document body. An attacker who controls text that the host application passes as a comment can forge top-level mapping keys, override values the application itself set, and emit --- or ... markers that split the output into additional documents. Downstream consumers of the generated YAML, such as configuration loaders, deployment manifests, CI pipelines and data importers, parse the injected content as legitimate data. The same clause backs Ymlr.document/2, Ymlr.documents!/2 and Ymlr.documents/2, so every document encoding entry point is affected. This vulnerability is associated with program files lib/ymlr.ex and program routines 'Elixir.Ymlr

Jul 29, 2026diff‑so‑fancy does not properly sanitize non‑SGR terminal control sequences before outputting diff data.CVE-2026-50642 · Other software · so-fancy · reported by cvd@cert.plMedium 4.8
diff‑so‑fancy does not properly sanitize non‑SGR terminal control sequences before outputting diff data. The application only strips ANSI SGR sequences while allowing other control characters, including carriage return (\r) and escape sequences (e.g., OSC, CSI), to pass through unsanitized. An attacker can embed malicious control sequences in filenames, diff metadata, or file content that are rendered directly in the terminal during diff viewing. This can lead to output manipulation, including filename spoofing, terminal screen clearing, and clipboard injection via supported escape sequences. Successful exploitation may mislead users during code review, alter terminal state, or result in unintended command execution through clipboard hijacking. Jul 28, 2026A flaw was found in CRIU's handling of restartable sequences (rseq) during checkpoint/restore.CVE-2026-18107 · Other software · Red Hat · reported by Red HatHigh 7.8
A flaw was found in CRIU's handling of restartable sequences (rseq) during checkpoint/restore. A malicious process inside a container can register an rseq critical section that hijacks CRIU's parasite code injection during checkpoint, allowing it to spoof the process credentials saved in the checkpoint image. On restore, the container process gains elevated capabilities and zeroed UIDs/GIDs. The practical impact on Red Hat products is limited by several factors: checkpoint/restore requires root privileges (podman) or cluster-admin RBAC (OpenShift) to trigger and cannot be initiated from within the container itself; on OpenShift prior to 4.17 the feature required explicit opt-in, and on 4.17+ the kubelet checkpoint API RBAC is not configured by default; OpenShift enforces user namespaces by default for regular workloads (hostUsers is gated behind admin-only SCCs), which makes the spoofed capabilities namespace-scoped and ineffective for privilege escalation; SELinux type enforcement (container_t) blocks privilege transitions independently of capabilities; seccomp filters persist through checkpoint/restore and cannot be corrupted via the parasite; and kernel mount namespace ownershi

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ALSA: seq: Fix uninitialised heap leak in snd_seq_event_dup() snd_seq_event_dup() copies an incoming event into a pool cell and, in the UMP-enabled build, clears the trailing cell->ump.raw.extra word that the memcpy() did not cover. The guard deciding whether to clear it compares the copied size against sizeof(cell->event): memcpy(&cell->ump, event, size); if (size < sizeof(cell->event)) cell->ump.raw.extra = 0; For a legacy (non-UMP) event, size == sizeof(struct snd_seq_event) == sizeof(cell->event), so the condition is false and the extra word keeps stale data. The cell pool is allocated with kvmalloc() (not zeroed) and cells are reused via a free list, so that word holds uninitialised heap or leftover event data. When such a cell is delivered to a UMP client (client->midi_version > 0) that set SNDRV_SEQ_FILTER_NO_CONVERT -- so the legacy event reaches it unconverted -- snd_seq_read() reads it out as the larger struct snd_seq_ump_event and copies the stale word to user space, a 4-byte kernel heap infoleak to an unprivileged /dev/snd/seq client. Compare against sizeof(cell->ump) instead, so the trailin

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: pwrseq: core: fix use-after-free in pwrseq_debugfs_seq_next() pwrseq_debugfs_seq_next() declares 'next' with __free(put_device), which causes put_device() to be called on the returned pointer when the variable goes out of scope. This results in a use-after-free since the seq_file framework receives a pointer whose reference has already been dropped. Simply removing __free(put_device) would fix the UAF but would leak the reference acquired by bus_find_next_device(), as stop() only calls up_read(&pwrseq_sem) and never releases the device reference. Fix this by making the reference counting consistent across all seq_file callbacks, matching the standard pattern used by PCI and SCSI: - start(): use get_device() so it returns a referenced pointer. - next(): explicitly put_device(curr) to release the previous device's reference (no NULL check needed - the seq_file framework only calls next() while the previous return was non-NULL). - stop(): put_device(data) to release the last iterated device's reference, with a NULL guard since stop() may be called with NULL when start() returned NULL or next() reached en

Jul 22, 2026If BIND encounters a particular invalid data structure in a DNS record, it will accept the invalid data, and may subsequently abort and exit.CVE-2026-10822 · Other software · ISC · reported by security-officer@isc.orgMedium 6.5
If BIND encounters a particular invalid data structure in a DNS record, it will accept the invalid data, and may subsequently abort and exit. BIND will first need to store a DNS record for a key (KEY, DNSKEY, etc.). That key must specify a PRIVATEDNS algorithm (253), and in the algorithm identifier, improperly give a length longer than the actual identifier data. The invalid identifier will be stored. If BIND later needs to render that record to text, it will use the invalid length during processing, leading to a consistency check failing. This issue affects BIND 9 versions 9.18.0 through 9.18.50, 9.20.0 through 9.20.24, 9.21.0 through 9.21.23, 9.18.11-S1 through 9.18.50-S1, and 9.20.9-S1 through 9.20.24-S1.

Jul 21, 2026Data::RingBuffer::Shared versions before 0.04 for Perl allow a stack buffer overflow via an unvalidated elem_size in ring_read_seq.CVE-2026-59144 · Other software · EGOR · reported by 9b29abf9-4ab0-4765-b253-1875cd9b441eCritical 9.8
Data::RingBuffer::Shared versions before 0.04 for Perl allow a stack buffer overflow via an unvalidated elem_size in ring_read_seq. The attach-time validator ring_validate_header checks the capacity-overflow and total_size consistency of the header but never caps elem_size against the destination size. ring_read_seq does memcpy(out, ring_slot(h, seq), elem_size) with elem_size read raw from the mmap'd segment, copying into a fixed 8-byte destination scalar. An elem_size larger than 8 bytes writes past the destination. A local peer that can write the backing file can leave the header valid while setting a large elem_size, so the next read copies a file-controlled length into the fixed 8-byte stack buffer, corrupting adjacent stack frames.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ALSA: seq: Serialize UMP output teardown with event_input seq_ump_process_event() borrows client->out_rfile.output without synchronizing with the first-open and last-close transition in seq_ump_client_open() and seq_ump_client_close(). The last output unuse can therefore drop opened[STR_OUT] to zero and release the rawmidi file while an in-flight event_input callback is still inside snd_rawmidi_kernel_write(). That leaves the rawmidi substream runtime exposed to teardown before the write path has taken its own buffer reference. Add a per-client rwlock for the event_input-visible output file. Publish a newly opened output file under the write side, and hold the read side from the output lookup through snd_rawmidi_kernel_write(). The last output close copies and clears the visible output file under the write side, then drops the lock and releases the saved rawmidi file. Use IRQ-safe rwlock guards because event_input can also be reached from atomic sequencer delivery. The buggy scenario involves two paths, with each column showing the order within that path: path A label: event_input path path B label: l

Jul 19, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netfilter: conntrack: tcp: do not force CLOSE on invalid-seq RST without direction check ACVE-2026-63913 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67High 8.2
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netfilter: conntrack: tcp: do not force CLOSE on invalid-seq RST without direction check An unintended behavior in the TCP conntrack state machine allows a connection to be forced into the CLOSE state using an RST packet with an invalid sequence number. Specifically, after a SYN packet is observed, an RST with an invalid SEQ can transition the conntrack entry to TCP_CONNTRACK_CLOSE, regardless of whether the RST corresponds to the expected reply direction. The relevant code path assumes the RST is a response to an outgoing SYN, but does not validate packet direction or ensure that a matching SYN was actually sent in the opposite direction. As a result, a crafted packet sequence consisting of a SYN followed by an invalid-sequence RST can prematurely terminate an active NAT entry. This makes connection teardown easier than intended. So, tighten the state transition logic to ensure that RST-triggered CLOSE transitions only occur when the RST is a valid response to a previously observed SYN in the correct direction.

Jul 1, 2026WPForms – Easy Form Builder for WordPress – Contact Forms, Payment Forms, Surveys, & More: Improper Neutralization of CRLF Sequences ('CRLF Injection')CVE-2026-12127 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 5.3
The WPForms – Easy Form Builder for WordPress – Contact Forms, Payment Forms, Surveys, & More plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Improper Neutralization of CRLF Sequences ('CRLF Injection') in all versions up to, and including, 1.10.2 This is due to `get_reply_to_address()` processing the Reply-To display name through smart-tag expansion with context `'notification'` instead of `'notification-reply-to'`, which bypasses email-address validation while `wpforms_sanitize_textarea_field()` intentionally preserves CR/LF characters that are never stripped before the display name is concatenated into the raw `Reply-To:` mail header string. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary additional email headers — such as `Bcc:` — into outgoing notification emails, silently blind-copying all notification email copies to an attacker-controlled address. Exploitation requires that a form notification is configured to use a Paragraph Text (textarea) field as the Reply-To display name via a Smart Tag.

openGauss 在处理带 NLS 参数的 to_timestamp 调用时,to_timestamp_with_fmt_nls() 会将 nls_fmt_str 保存到 u_sess->parser_cxt.nls_fmt_str。

The compiler (Clang, in this KMSAN build) evaluates `cpu_to_node(ids.cpu_id)` *before* `ids.cpu_id` is initialized with `task_cpu(t)`. This is fixed by moving the assignment of ids.node_id outside the structure initialization.
