Who do you call when the site goes down?
When the website, the domain or the email stops working, the people you need are scattered across old invoices and someone's memory. Fill this in once, print it, and keep it where you can reach it when the computer can't. What you type stays in this browser; nothing is sent to us.

- Check from two places. Your phone with Wi-Fi off, and another computer. Some problems only show to some visitors; some outages are only your connection.
- Don’t delete anything. Screenshot what you see, with the time showing.
- Change passwords from a clean device for the host, the site, the registrar and email, and turn on two-step sign-in.
- Call the host, then the registrar. Ask what changed and whether there’s a clean backup.
- Check email for forwarding rules you didn’t set up, and warn customers by phone if fake invoices went out.
- Call the attorney the same day if customer information may have been exposed.

Tell us what you're building.
A website, a booking system, an app, or the thing you've been running out of a spreadsheet for three years. A few lines is plenty.
01The person who'll build it writes back
02A planning call, then a written plan with the price and the date
03A preview on your phone while it's being built
04Launch night handled: redirects, email, Google
