Nikita is a security researcher and full-stack systems engineer, and he’s been on computers since he was seven. He follows the flaws that hit business websites as they’re disclosed, works out who around here is exposed, and writes our security advisories. His reviews of local sites have turned up hijacked domains, email anyone could forge, and code on CISA’s list of actively exploited vulnerabilities.
On the engineering side he builds whole systems, from the database and the security model to the apps people hold in their hands. VYVE and Cue, the two products we run ourselves, are his work, and so is everything we build for clients.
A lot of nights he’s behind a DJ booth or a lighting desk at Pierpoint Events, where he’s played hundreds of weddings and nights out. He’s been the one standing there when technology fails in front of a full room, and he builds with that night in mind.
