Careers · Independent sales representative · Myrtle Beach and the Grand StrandSell websites that actually get built.

Commission on every deal. Paid from real money, not promises.

We build custom websites and software for businesses up and down the Grand Strand, and we run two platforms of our own, VYVE and Cue. What we don't have is enough people walking into the businesses that need us. You bring the owner to the table. We do the audit, the training, the paperwork, the build and the support. You get paid on every one.

The deal

Simple money, in writing.

Nothing hidden in a comp plan you need a lawyer to read. Here's the whole thing.

CommissionOn every website, store or software build you bring in. Higher when you run the meeting and close it yourself. Tiers go up with your numbers.
12 monthsA share of the client's $249-a-month care plan, every month for the first year. Twenty clients on care is a check that shows up whether you sold anything that month or not.
15thPaid by the 15th of the month after the client's money lands. Half at the deposit, half at launch. No waiting for quarter end.
180 daysA business you register is yours for 180 days. Nobody else at the company can sell to it, including Nikita.
Worked example

One $6,500 website rebuild

Build commission$975 to $1,950by tier and your role in the deal
Care plan shareabout $300over the first year
Your timea few visitswe do the audit, the quote, the build

Two of those a month is a real second income. Five is a job that pays better than most jobs on the beach, with no boss standing over you.

Why it closes

You never walk in empty-handed.

Most sales jobs hand you a script and a phone book. We hand you proof.

01

An audit of their site, done before you visit

Our engine checks a prospect's website the way Google and a phone do: load time, security, the privacy page, broken links, what their competitors show up for. You walk in with a short report that has the owner's own business on the cover. It's true, it's specific, and it's hard to argue with.

02

Prices on the website, so there's nothing to hide

Websites from $5,000, stores from $8,500, software from $15,000, care plans from $249 a month. Owners can read it before you arrive. You're not the person who has to spring a number on them.

03

The builder is in the room when it counts

You get the owner interested. Nikita joins the planning call, writes the plan and the price, and builds the thing. You're never promising something you can't see.

04

A week in the field with the founder

A written playbook, then a week of field training with Nikita: real businesses, real doors, him beside you. If you need longer, you get longer; nobody gets thrown in. Then a scorecard, a certification, and an advanced track for bigger accounts.

05

A sales portal that does the paperwork

Your leads, your registrations, your pipeline, your numbers, and every agreement signed electronically from your phone. No spreadsheets, no chasing a signature.

06

Work you can point at

Live client sites, a platform venues run every night, an app on the App Store. When an owner asks “what have you built?”, you open your phone.

How it goes

From this page to your first check.

Week 0

Apply below, then a real conversation

Not a quick form. Plan on half an hour: six written answers and an exercise on a live business, with your résumé. If it looks like a fit, Nikita calls or texts within a couple of days and you talk, in person if you're local. No panel interviews, no personality tests.

Week 1

Agreement, playbook, then the field

You sign a plain-English independent sales agreement from your phone and read the playbook. Then a week of field training with Nikita: walk-ins, review calls, the close, side by side. A week is the plan; if you need two, you get two.

When you're ready

Certified, with your first leads registered

Pass the scorecard and your first businesses are registered to you. Audits for them are already in your portal.

Then

Walk in, book the call, get paid

Your job is the first conversation and the booking. The planning call, the written plan, the price and the build are ours. The commission is yours, by the 15th after the deposit.

Who does well here
  • You already talk to business owners for a living: behind a bar, on a floor, in the trades, in real estate, at church.
  • You'd rather walk into a shop than send a hundred cold emails. (We don't do cold texts or spam. Ever.)
  • You can hear “not right now” and come back in a month like nothing happened.
  • You live on the Grand Strand and have a car and a phone.
  • You want your name on the deal and your money on the 15th.

Sales or tech experience helps. Neither is required.

Sold before? You'll ramp faster. Know your way around websites? You'll sound sharper on day one. Have neither? You will never be asked to explain a database. You'll be asked to care whether the owner of a bakery on Kings Highway gets found on Google. If that sounds like something you'd do for free, we'd like to pay you for it.

Already selling for someone else? Bring it up. Plenty of good reps carry more than one product, and ours doesn't fight with anyone's.

Six written answers, one real exercise, your résumé. About thirty minutes if you mean it. Nikita Huttenlocher reads every application himself and answers the ones that look like a fit within a couple of days. The ones that took real thought get a call; the ones that took two minutes get a polite no.

This takes about thirty minutes to do well, and that's the point. Six written answers, one of them a real exercise on a real business, plus your résumé. The applications that get a call are the ones where someone sat down and thought. The ones that took two minutes get a polite no. Do it on a laptop if you can.0 of 6 answers ready

About you

The work

Choose a business on the Grand Strand you could walk into. Open its website on your phone. Write down the business name and its web address, three specific things you noticed (slow, dated, no prices, no way to book, hours wrong, looks bad on a phone, whatever is true), and the first two sentences you'd say to the owner. This is most of what the job is.

The rest

The button turns on once all 6 answers meet the minimum and your résumé is attached.

Questions

Straight answers, before you apply.

Is this a job with a salary?

No. It's an independent contractor role (1099), commission only. There's no base pay, and there's also no quota to keep your spot, no fee to join and nothing to buy. You decide how many hours it gets, and the money follows the deals you close.

How much can I make on one deal?

Websites start at $5,000, online stores at $8,500, custom software at $15,000. On a $6,500 website rebuild, a rep's commission runs from about $975 to $1,950 depending on your tier and how much of the deal you ran, plus a share of the client's care plan every month for the first year. The full schedule is in writing in your agreement before you start.

When do I get paid?

By the 15th of the month after the client's money lands with us. Half of a build's commission comes from the deposit, half at launch. If a client cancels or is refunded within 30 days, that commission comes back; that's the only catch, and it's in the agreement.

Do I need sales or tech experience?

Both help. Neither is required. If you've sold before, you'll ramp faster; if you know your way around websites, you'll sound sharper on the first visit. But the people who've done well at this mostly talk to business owners for a living already: bartending, serving, real estate, retail, the trades, church. What we can't teach is being comfortable walking into a business and starting a conversation. Everything else, we do: the playbook, the field week, the audits, the pricing.

What do I actually say to a business owner?

You show them something true about their own website. Before you walk in, our audit engine has already checked their site the way Google and a phone see it: speed, security, the privacy page, what's broken. You hand the owner a short, honest report with their name on it. The conversation starts itself.

Where is this?

Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand, from Little River to Georgetown and inland to Conway. Most of the work is in person, in the businesses you already drive past. We're based in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Who decides the price?

Nikita Huttenlocher approves the price on every deal before it goes out, so you never have to defend a number you didn't set, and the client never gets a quote we can't build. Published starting prices are on the pricing page.

Who builds the sites?

We do, in house. You never have to explain a late delivery from a freelancer you've never met. The person who writes the code is the same person who signs your agreement.
