  • Oct 29, 2026Everest Forms – Contact Form, Payment Form, Quiz, Survey & Custom Form Builder with AI: Sensitive Information ExposureCVE-2026-91153 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 5.3

The Everest Forms – Contact Form, Payment Form, Quiz, Survey & Custom Form Builder with AI plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Sensitive Information Exposure in all versions up to, and including, 3.6.2 via the process. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to extract arbitrary WordPress post meta values — including license keys, API tokens, SMTP credentials, and Stripe or AWS secrets stored on any post type — via form submission notification emails or stored entries. The submission nonce is publicly rendered in every embedded form and can additionally be minted anonymously via the nopriv everest_forms_get_form_update_nonce action, meaning no account or prior authentication of any kind is required to complete the exploit.

  • Oct 29, 2026Everest Forms – Contact Form, Payment Form, Quiz, Survey & Custom Form Builder with AI: Reflected Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-91152 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.1

The Everest Forms – Contact Form, Payment Form, Quiz, Survey & Custom Form Builder with AI plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting via the 'evf_toast_type' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 3.6.2 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that execute if they can successfully trick a user into performing an action such as clicking on a link. Exploitation requires the sibling evf_toast parameter to decode successfully via atob(), but this is a trivially attacker-controlled prerequisite.

The HT Mega Addons for Elementor – Elementor Widgets & Template Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored DOM-Based Cross-Site Scripting via the 'href attribute of <a> inside .htmega-tab-nav' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 3.2.7 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Successful exploitation requires a co-installed plugin such as wpDiscuz with its rich editor enabled whose markup allowlist permits span[class] and a[href] storage, an HT Mega Tabs widget present on the same page as the comment section, and a victim user click on the injected anchor link.

  • Oct 29, 2026Greenshift – animation and page builder blocks: Stored DOM-Based Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-107629 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 5.4

The Greenshift – animation and page builder blocks plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored DOM-Based Cross-Site Scripting via the 'comment' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 13.2.1 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Exploitation requires the affected post page to include an Advanced HTML Element block with Split Text animation enabled wrapping a Latest Comments block that displays comment excerpts, as this configuration causes splittext.js to be enqueued and to process the comment content container.

  • Oct 29, 2026Social Web Suite – Social Media Auto Post, Social Media Auto Publish: Generic SQL InjectionCVE-2026-93904 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.5

The Social Web Suite – Social Media Auto Post, Social Media Auto Publish plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to generic SQL Injection via the 'exclude_posts' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 4.1.12 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. The HMAC authentication gate protecting the endpoint is bypassable on any freshly activated installation where an administrator has not yet visited the settings page, because the secret_key option remains empty until lazily generated at that point, allowing an attacker to compute a valid token using hash_hmac('sha256', '', $timestamp) with any chosen timestamp.

  • Oct 28, 2026Bricks Builder 2.4.3 and before contains a broken access control vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to access restricted post content by submitCVE-2026-118804 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by VulnCheckHigh 7.5

Bricks Builder 2.4.3 and before contains a broken access control vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to access restricted post content by submitting crafted post_status and post_type values in the originalQueryVars parameter to the POST /wp-json/bricks/v1/query_result REST endpoint using a publicly obtainable nonce. Attackers can set post_status to draft or private, or post_type to shop_coupon, to disclose unpublished posts, private content, and WooCommerce coupon data that is otherwise blocked by the standard WordPress REST API routes.

The Cozy Blocks – Website Builder for WordPress Block Editor | Gutenberg Blocks, Patterns & Templates plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'productRating.iconColor' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 2.2.27 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. • Oct 28, 2026Cozy Blocks – Website Builder for WordPress Block Editor | Gutenberg Blocks, Patterns & Templates: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-109975 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.4

The Cozy Blocks – Website Builder for WordPress Block Editor | Gutenberg Blocks, Patterns & Templates plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'content (block attribute icon.view / icon.layout / icon.gap)' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 2.2.27 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Although wp_kses_post is applied on save, it does not neutralize a quote-only attribute-breakout payload containing no '<' character, leaving the block comment and its decoded JSON attributes intact and exploitable at render time.

The UiChemy – Convert Figma, Prompts and AI Builds to Elementor, Gutenberg and Bricks plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'actions[save_builder][data][elements][...][settings][slot_{N}_link][url]' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 5.3.0 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The injected javascript: payload fires on click rather than on page load, making exploitation contingent on a privileged user such as an Editor or Administrator clicking the attacker-crafted link while reviewing or previewing the Contributor's post.

  • Oct 28, 2026The Innovative Form Builder – IvyForms: Arbitrary File UploadCVE-2026-109384 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 8.8

The The Innovative Form Builder – IvyForms plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary File Upload in all versions up to, and including, 1.5.1 via the filterFiletypeAndExt function. This is due to insufficient file type validation due to the absence of a dangerous-extension denylist in the allowed-extensions sanitizer and deliberate override of WordPress's native MIME and extension defences via a registered wp_check_filetype_and_ext filter. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with custom-level access and above, to upload files that may be executable, which makes remote code execution possible. An authenticated attacker with the custom add_edit_forms capability must first configure a File Upload field with a dangerous extension (e.g., php) in the allowed-extensions list; once that form is published, any unauthenticated visitor can trigger the actual file upload via the publicly accessible /wp-json/ivyforms/v1/form/submission/ REST route.

  • Oct 24, 2026aBlocks – Gutenberg Blocks, User Dashboard Builder, Popup Builder, Form Builder & Animation Builder: Privilege EscalationCVE-2026-110018 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 8.8

The aBlocks – Gutenberg Blocks, User Dashboard Builder, Popup Builder, Form Builder & Animation Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation in all versions up to, and including, 2.17.0 via the `/ablocks/v1/form-builder/registration` REST endpoint. The vulnerability exists because the endpoint is registered with `permission_callback => __return_true` and the `register()` handler reads `roleSlug` directly from attacker-controlled block attributes in `post_content` without ever verifying that the block's `formType` is `registration` — a condition that `RegistrationFormSanitizer::verify()` imposes only at save-time, meaning a Contributor can preserve an arbitrary `roleSlug` by saving a block with `formType='login'` and then triggering the endpoint via a valid `wp_rest` nonce and post-ownership check. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to escalate their WordPress role to Editor or any other non-administrator role and receive a fully authenticated session at the elevated privilege level via `WP_User::set_role()` and `wp_set_auth_cookie()`. • Oct 24, 2026User Profile Builder – Beautiful User Registration Forms, User Profiles & User Role Editor: Limited Privilege EscalationCVE-2026-115807 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.1

The User Profile Builder – Beautiful User Registration Forms, User Profiles & User Role Editor plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Limited Privilege Escalation in all versions up to, and including, 4.0.3. This is due to the Gutenberg Register block passing the attacker-controlled Assigned Role attribute directly into the `[wppb-register]` shortcode without server-side authorization. The role guard in the form builder only downgrades roles that carry the manage_options or remove_users capability, leaving the Editor role and other privileged non-Administrator roles completely unrestricted. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with Author-level access and above to create new WordPress accounts bearing the Editor role (or any other role that lacks the two guarded capabilities).
