Vulnerability database
Every flaw the U.S. government’s cybersecurity agency (CISA) has confirmed attackers are using, plus the new WordPress plugin and theme bugs published each day, sorted by what they mean for a small business. We refresh it twice a day. If you see something your website or office runs, tell us.

smpeg through 2.0.0 contains an integer underflow vulnerability in stream_header() in MPEGsystem.cpp that allows attackers to wrap packet_size by declaring an undersized packet length. Attackers can supply a crafted MPEG file opened via SMPEG_new, SMPEG_new_rwops or SMPEG_new_data to trigger a reachable assertion or out-of-bounds copy, crashing the application.

Oct 18, 2026smpeg through 2.0.0 contains a heap out-of-bounds read vulnerability in MPEGsystem::FillBuffer() that allows attackers to read past the 16384-byte buffer by supCVE-2026-112009 · Other software · icculus · reported by VulnCheckMedium 6.8
smpeg through 2.0.0 contains a heap out-of-bounds read vulnerability in MPEGsystem::FillBuffer() that allows attackers to read past the 16384-byte buffer by supplying a crafted system header stream table. Attackers can provide an MPEG file whose stream table bytes all set the high bit, which crashes applications opening it through SMPEG_new, SMPEG_new_rwops, or SMPEG_new_data.

Where this comes from: the exploited list is CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog. Everything else is the whole National Vulnerability Database, where each record is published by the team that found the bug (Wordfence, Patchstack, WPScan, the vendors themselves and others); we show who. Exploit odds are FIRST’s EPSS, updated daily. Titles and categories are ours, so check the linked record before acting on a detail. For a write-up of the big ones, see our advisories. Every vendor, and every WordPress plugin and theme with a recorded flaw, also has its own page. All of it is free to reuse as JSON, CSV or RSS.
