Oct 28, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: scsi: xen/scsifront: Check for a NULL shadow entry on a backend response scsifront_do_respCVE-2026-99155 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: scsi: xen/scsifront: Check for a NULL shadow entry on a backend response scsifront_do_response() validates the rqid in a backend response against VSCSIIF_MAX_REQS before using it to index info->shadow[], but then dereferences the entry to test ->inflight without checking that the slot is populated. Shadow slots are NULL before a command is submitted (the host private area is zeroed at allocation) and are reset to NULL in _scsifront_put_rqid() once a request completes, so an in-range rqid that does not correspond to an outstanding request makes the frontend dereference a NULL pointer. A malicious or buggy backend can thus crash the guest by returning a response whose rqid is in range but not in flight -- for example a spurious response before any command has been issued, or a duplicate of one already completed. The ring has only VSCSIIF_MAX_REQS (16) slots, so before the first command every in-range rqid selects a NULL slot. Reject a response whose shadow slot is not populated.

Oct 26, 2026The Espressif AES driver drivers/crypto/crypto_esp32_aes.c advertises a multi-session cipher API — it hands out up to CONFIG_ESP32_CRYPTO_AES_SESSIONS_MAX (defaCVE-2026-82390 · Other software · zephyrproject · reported by vulnerabilities@zephyrproject.orgLow 3.7
The Espressif AES driver drivers/crypto/crypto_esp32_aes.c advertises a multi-session cipher API — it hands out up to CONFIG_ESP32_CRYPTO_AES_SESSIONS_MAX (default 4) independent sessions, each carrying its own key and direction. The AES peripheral, however, has a single chip-global set of key and mode registers, and aes_begin_session() programmed them exactly once, at session start, outside the aes_lock mutex that serialises the transforms. The per-operation handlers aes_ecb_op(), aes_cbc_op() and aes_ctr_op() then ran aes_hal_transform_block() against whatever key and direction the registers happened to hold. As a result, once a second session is opened with a different key, every subsequent operation on the first session silently uses the second session's key and direction, and no error is reported. Because the key programming happened outside the lock, the correct usage pattern of "each thread does begin, then op, then free on its own session" also races: a second thread's cipher_begin_session() landing between the first thread's begin and its operation makes that operation run under the second thread's key. An attacker who can induce session creation on the device — for examp

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net/sched: sch_hfsc: bound the classify inner-filter walk with a drift budget hfsc_classify() applies the "filter may only point downwards" level check only when the filter result carries no bound class. A filter created with a flowid gets res.class set once at bind time, so the check never runs for it during classification. hfsc_adjust_levels() can later raise a class's level without revalidating existing bindings, leaving two binds that were each legal at bind time pointing at each other; the classify walk then bounces between two interior classes forever with the qdisc lock held and BH disabled — a soft lockup from a single packet. The stuck walk trips the watchdog: watchdog: BUG: soft lockup - CPU#3 stuck for 13s! Oct 16, 2026GeoDirectory – WP Business Directory Plugin and Classified Listings Directory: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-110703 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.4
The GeoDirectory – WP Business Directory Plugin and Classified Listings Directory plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'post_content' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 2.8.191 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This requires the attacker to own a published listing, as the ownership check in GeoDir_Post_Data::can_edit() limits who can store the payload; however, because ajax_save_post() re-applies the existing post_status, edits to an already-published listing bypass re-moderation and remain live immediately.

Oct 16, 2026GeoDirectory – WP Business Directory Plugin and Classified Listings Directory: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-111069 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.4
The GeoDirectory – WP Business Directory Plugin and Classified Listings Directory plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'twitterusername' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 2.8.192 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The client-side HTML pattern attribute enforcing alphanumeric-only input on the twitterusername field is not validated server-side, allowing a listing owner with Subscriber-level access to submit an attribute-breakout payload that bypasses sanitization and is stored directly to the custom field table.

The Directorist: AI-Powered Business Directory, Listings & Classified Ads plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 8.10.2.1. A remote unauthenticated BR/EDR peer within radio range can send a malformed L2CAP configuration request that causes an out-of-bounds read, and under some runtime conditions limited adjacent Bluetooth stack memory can be included in an outbound L2CAP Configuration Response. The issue affects ESP32-class products using the BlueDroid host stack with Classic Bluetooth enabled. This issue is fixed in 5.2.8, 5.3.6, 5.5.5, 6.0.3, and 6.1-rc1.

This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with custom-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This vulnerability is only exploitable on sites where the 'Force Bootstrap' miscellaneous setting (acadp_misc_settings['force_bootstrap']) is enabled and the 'ACADP Listing Address' widget is placed on a sidebar displayed on single listing pages; both conditions are non-default.

Oct 7, 2026Docker Engine classifies a registry hostname as insecure using an any-match DNS check.CVE-2026-92543 · Other software · Docker · reported by security@docker.comHigh 7.6
Docker Engine classifies a registry hostname as insecure using an any-match DNS check. loadInsecureRegistries() injects 127.0.0.0/8 and ::1/128 as insecure CIDRs by default. isCIDRMatch resolves all of the hostname's addresses and returns true if a single address is in the insecure CIDR list. Because the transport re-dials the hostname rather than the CIDR-matching address, a DNS answer set of one loopback IP plus a non-loopback attacker IP disables certificate verification and enables HTTP fallback for the registry connection.

The Listdom: AI-powered Business Directory with Classifieds Ads Listings plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via 'lsd[remark]' Parameter in all versions up to, and including, 6.1.1 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. ESF-IDF is the Espressif Internet of Things (IOT) Development Framework. In 5.5.5, 6.0.1, and 6.1, the BlueDroid A2DP sink function btc_a2dp_sink_handle_inc_media() reads a timestamp field from the received media buffer before validating that the packet layout contains the field. A paired BR/EDR audio source within radio range can send a malformed A2DP media packet to a build with BlueDroid Classic Bluetooth and A2DP sink support enabled, causing an out-of-bounds read into adjacent heap memory and limited disclosure of heap contents. Sep 21, 2026The Espressif ESP-hosted Wi-Fi driver (drivers/wifi/esp_hosted/) parses frames received over SPI from the ESP co-processor in esp_hosted_event_task().CVE-2026-17054 · Other software · zephyrproject · reported by vulnerabilities@zephyrproject.orgMedium 5.3
The Espressif ESP-hosted Wi-Fi driver (drivers/wifi/esp_hosted/) parses frames received over SPI from the ESP co-processor in esp_hosted_event_task(). For control frames it took the 16-bit TLV field data_length straight off the wire and passed it to pb_istream_from_buffer(frame.data_value, frame.data_length) without checking it against the frame length or the receive buffer. frame.data_value sits 26 bytes into a 3188-byte stack object, so a data_length of up to 0xFFFF makes pb_decode() read up to roughly 62 KB past the end of that object. Only the first fragment of a fragmented control response carries a TLV header; the pre-fix driver performed half-duplex SPI transactions and silently discarded any frame the co-processor queued while the host was transmitting (esp_hosted_hal_spi_transfer() aliased the RX buffer onto the TX buffer). When the discarded frame is the first fragment of a fragmented response, the driver treats the next fragment as a new frame — its per-fragment header and checksum are genuine, so both validation steps pass — and reads the TLV header out of raw protobuf continuation bytes. Those bytes come from control responses whose size and content an adjacent, unaut
