Oct 7, 2026Homer is open source telecom observability software.CVE-2026-62253 · Other software · sipcapture · reported by GitHubCritical 9.8
Homer is open source telecom observability software. Prior to version 11.0.283, both JWT middleware functions (`JWTMiddleware` and `JWTMiddlewareV4`) immediately return `next(c)` when `jwtSecret == ""`. The JWT secret defaults to an empty string. On a default installation, all protected API endpoints under `/api/v1`, `/api/v3`, and `/api/v4` are completely unauthenticated. Version 11.0.283 patches the issue.

Oct 7, 2026Homer is open source telecom observability software.CVE-2026-62252 · Other software · sipcapture · reported by GitHubCritical 9.8
Homer is open source telecom observability software. Prior to version 11.0.283, on every fresh Homer deployment using internal authentication, the bootstrap process automatically creates an `admin` account with the password `sipcapture` (stored as a legacy SHA-256 hex hash). There is no first-login forced-change mechanism. Any attacker who reaches the login endpoint immediately gains full administrative access. Version 11.0.283 patches the issue.

Oct 7, 2026Homer is open source telecom observability software.CVE-2026-62251 · Other software · sipcapture · reported by GitHubHigh 8.1
Homer is open source telecom observability software. Prior to version 11.0.283, the `V4StatisticsQuery` handler passes the user-supplied `rawquery` field directly to DuckDB without calling the `sqlvalidator.ValidateRawSQL` function used throughout the rest of the codebase. Any authenticated user can execute arbitrary SQL statements against all data accessible through the FlightSQL service. Version 11.0.283 patches the issue.

Sep 7, 2021pcapture is an open source dumpcap web service interface .CVE-2021-39196 · Other software · jdhwpgmbca · reported by GitHubHigh 7.7
pcapture is an open source dumpcap web service interface . In affected versions this vulnerability allows an authenticated but unprivileged user to use the REST API to capture and download packets with no capture filter and without adequate permissions. This is important because the capture filters can effectively limit the scope of information that a user can see in the data captures. If no filter is present, then all data on the local network segment where the program is running can be captured and downloaded. v3.12 fixes this problem. There is no workaround, you must upgrade to v3.12 or greater.

Where this comes from: the exploited list is CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog. Everything else is the whole National Vulnerability Database, where each record is published by the team that found the bug (Wordfence, Patchstack, WPScan, the vendors themselves and others); we show who. Exploit odds are FIRST’s EPSS, updated daily. Titles and categories are ours, so check the linked record before acting on a detail. For a write-up of the big ones, see our advisories. Every vendor, and every WordPress plugin and theme with a recorded flaw, also has its own page. All of it is free to reuse as JSON, CSV or RSS.
