  • Oct 28, 2026Bricks Theme 2.4.3 and before contains an unauthenticated dynamic-data tag injection vulnerability that allows anonymous attackers to control the urlParams objeCVE-2026-118803 · Other software · Bricks · reported by VulnCheckHigh 7.5

Bricks Theme 2.4.3 and before contains an unauthenticated dynamic-data tag injection vulnerability that allows anonymous attackers to control the urlParams object in the query_result REST endpoint, causing the submitted value to be re-parsed as a Bricks dynamic data tag. Attackers can inject tags such as author_meta:user_pass, author_meta:user_email, or cf_coupon_amount to leak post meta and the post author's user record, including the password hash, without authentication.

  • Oct 28, 2026MIME::Field::ParamVal versions before 5.521 for Perl do not flag a duplicate boundary parameter whose name contains a nested comment.CVE-2026-116272 · Other software · reported by 9b29abf9-4ab0-4765-b253-1875cd9b441e

MIME::Field::ParamVal versions before 5.521 for Perl do not flag a duplicate boundary parameter whose name contains a nested comment. A parameter written boundary((c))="A" or boundary(\))="A" is stored under that literal name rather than as boundary. A second boundary parameter is then not reported as a duplicate, and MIME::Parser splits the message on it. Readers that skip comments as RFC 5322 allows take the first boundary instead. A remote sender can hide an attachment from a filter that relies on ambiguous_content() while the recipient's mail client shows it.

  • Oct 28, 2026MIME::Field::ParamVal versions before 5.521 for Perl turn an RFC 2231 filename with a hyphenated language tag into an empty recommended filename.CVE-2026-116269 · Other software · reported by 9b29abf9-4ab0-4765-b253-1875cd9b441e

MIME::Field::ParamVal versions before 5.521 for Perl turn an RFC 2231 filename with a hyphenated language tag into an empty recommended filename. A parameter such as filename*=utf-8'en-US'payload.exe is converted to an encoded word with the language tag appended to the charset. The decoder strips the language suffix only when it is a single word, so it cannot resolve the charset UTF-8*EN-US and returns an empty string. The recommended_filename() method returns that empty string rather than falling back to the name parameter. Other mail readers return payload.exe. A remote sender can get an attachment past a policy that checks file extensions on the recommended filename.

  • Oct 28, 2026MIME::Field::ParamVal versions before 5.521 for Perl allow CPU exhaustion via unclosed comments in header parameters.CVE-2026-116268 · Other software · reported by 9b29abf9-4ab0-4765-b253-1875cd9b441e

MIME::Field::ParamVal versions before 5.521 for Perl allow CPU exhaustion via unclosed comments in header parameters. The comment pattern used to parse Content-Type and Content-Disposition parameters scans from each "(" to the next ")". In a field with no ")", every "(" scans to the end of the header and fails, so parsing takes time quadratic in the header length. The field is parsed again on each attribute lookup, several times per MIME entity. A 40 KB header takes about 7 seconds to parse once.

  • Oct 28, 2026MIME::Field::ParamVal versions before 5.521 for Perl do not flag an ambiguous multipart boundary written as RFC 2231 continuations.CVE-2026-116265 · Other software · reported by 9b29abf9-4ab0-4765-b253-1875cd9b441e

MIME::Field::ParamVal versions before 5.521 for Perl do not flag an ambiguous multipart boundary written as RFC 2231 continuations. The boundary ambiguity checks look only at a plain boundary= parameter, and a boundary split into RFC 2231 sections (boundary*0=, boundary*1= and so on) is joined after they have run. A repeated section number is concatenated rather than reported as a duplicate. From version 5.518, an encoded word or trailing whitespace in such a boundary also goes unflagged, although multipart_boundary() decodes or strips it. A remote sender can make MIME::Parser split a message on a different boundary than other mail readers, hiding an attachment from a filter that relies on ambiguous_content() while the recipient's mail client shows it.

  • Oct 28, 2026MIME::Field::ParamVal versions before 5.521 for Perl allow one invalid Content-Type parameter to hide the parameters after it, including the multipart boundary.CVE-2026-116264 · Other software · reported by 9b29abf9-4ab0-4765-b253-1875cd9b441e

MIME::Field::ParamVal versions before 5.521 for Perl allow one invalid Content-Type parameter to hide the parameters after it, including the multipart boundary. Parameter parsing stops at the first parameter whose name it cannot read, such as x:y=1 or a name containing an 8-bit byte, and drops every parameter after it. When the boundary is among them, MIME::Parser keeps the multipart body as a single undecoded part without marking the parse as ambiguous. Mail readers that skip the invalid parameter still find the boundary. A remote sender can hide an attachment from a filter that relies on ambiguous_content() while the recipient's mail client shows it.

  • Oct 28, 2026Apache Kafka Connect contains an authentication bypass vulnerability affecting the admin REST API when admin.listeners is configured with a separate listener frCVE-2026-115644 · Websites & servers · Apache Software Foundation · reported by security@apache.org

Apache Kafka Connect contains an authentication bypass vulnerability affecting the admin REST API when admin.listeners is configured with a separate listener from the main listeners property. When operators isolate the admin REST API by explicitly configuring the "admin.listeners" property, REST extensions specified via rest.extension.classes (such as BasicAuthSecurityRestExtension) are not registered or applied to the admin resource configuration. While the primary REST API listener (configured via listeners) enforces configured authentication and authorization filters, endpoints mounted under the separate admin listener (/admin/loggers) fail to inherit or instantiate these extension filters. As a result, the admin logger endpoint accepts unauthenticated read and write requests even when security extensions are active on the main listener. Impact: An unauthenticated attacker with network access to the admin listener can: 1. Read the complete set of logger names and levels, disclosing loaded class names and which security extensions are in use. 2. Write logger levels, including with scope=cluster which propagates the change to all workers in the Connect cluster. This can b

  • Oct 28, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: tracing: Keep the predicate limit separate from program capacity predicate_parse() adds twCVE-2026-99143 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: tracing: Keep the predicate limit separate from program capacity predicate_parse() adds two to nr_preds to reserve the terminal TRUE and FALSE entries. It also uses that increased value as the limit for parsed predicates. If the initial count is smaller than the number actually parsed, the program can fill the allocation and subsequent accesses can go past its end. Keep nr_preds as the predicate limit and use a separate value for the allocation size. This leaves space for both terminal entries and a zeroed entry when parsing stops at the limit.

Web::Simple versions before 0.035 for Perl allocate a buffer sized by the Content-Length header for urlencoded body parameters. Web::Dispatch::ParamParser::get_unpacked_body_from reads an application/x-www-form-urlencoded body using a single read call, with no cap and the return value ignored. Perl's read grows the buffer to the requested length before reading, so the declared Content-Length determines the allocation. The Mollie webhook endpoint accepts two independent, attacker-controlled parameters and never verifies that they belong together: * commerceTransactionHash — selects which Craft Commerce transaction is completed * id — selects which Mollie payment is queried for its status An unauthenticated attacker holding any paid Mollie payment ID from the merchant’s account can pair it with any transaction hash. Commerce queries Mollie, sees status: paid, and marks the target transaction successful for that transaction’s full amount, regardless of how much was actually paid.

  • Oct 22, 2026External Control of Assumed-Immutable Web Parameter (CWE-472) in the cart and checkout flow of MarcosCamara01 Ecommerce Template allows an authenticated user wiCVE-2026-115450 · Websites & servers · MarcosCamara01 · reported by 4daa8cea-433a-44bd-9456-53b127fc289aHigh 7.1

External Control of Assumed-Immutable Web Parameter (CWE-472) in the cart and checkout flow of MarcosCamara01 Ecommerce Template allows an authenticated user with no special privileges to be charged the price of one product while placing an order for another, because POST /api/user/cart accepts variantId, which determines what the order records, and stripeId, which determines what Stripe charges, as two independent fields of the request body, stores both on the cart row, and no check requires the stripeId to be the one that belongs to the variantId. POST /api/stripe/payment builds the Stripe Checkout line items from the stored value, as { price: item.stripeId, quantity }, so the amount charged is the amount of that Stripe price. The checkout.session.completed webhook then creates the order products from the variantId of the same cart row, so the order records a product that was not paid for. Every stripeId in the catalogue is readable by any visitor, so no value has to be guessed. This results in orders for goods at the price of the cheapest item in the catalogue, repeatable without limit, and in order records whose amount does not correspond to the product they list.

  • Oct 21, 2026VaadinService.requestEnd() in Vaadin Framework 8 locks the session and then reads the v-uiId request parameter outside the block that releases the lock.CVE-2026-110803 · Other software · vaadin · reported by security@vaadin.comHigh 8.7

VaadinService.requestEnd() in Vaadin Framework 8 locks the session and then reads the v-uiId request parameter outside the block that releases the lock. A request carrying a non-numeric v-uiId makes Integer.parseInt throw while the session lock is held, so the lock is never released and the container thread returns to its pool still owning it. Every later request to that session then blocks forever in VaadinService.lockSession(), and repeating the request exhausts the thread pool and takes the application down. No authentication is required: a session cookie, which any client obtains with a single request, is enough. Vaadin 10 and later are not affected, because Flow releases the lock in a finally block and does not read that parameter there, and Vaadin Framework 7 is not affected either. Users of affected versions should apply the following mitigation or upgrade. Releases that have fixed this issue include: Product version Vaadin Framework 8.16.0 - 8.32.1 Mitigation Upgrade to 8.32.2 Vaadin Framework 7 and Vaadin 10 and later do not carry this behaviour and need no upgrade for this issue. The Apache Pulsar WebSocket service allows a WebSocket consumer to configure a dead letter policy through query parameters of the consumer endpoint, including the deadLetterTopic parameter that names the topic to which messages are written after the maximum number of redeliveries is exceeded. When authorization is enabled, the WebSocket service checks only that the connecting user holds the CONSUME permission on the subscribed topic. It does not check whether the user holds the PRODUCE permission on the topic named in deadLetterTopic. The dead letter messages are then written by the WebSocket service using its own broker client identity rather than the identity of the connecting user. As a result, an authenticated user who holds the CONSUME permission on at least one topic can cause messages to be written to a topic of their choosing in any existing namespace, including namespaces belonging to other tenants, provided the role used by the WebSocket service to connect to the brokers is authorized to produce to that topic and the topic accepts a producer that registers no schema. The dead letter producer created by the WebSocket service registers no schema, so it is rejected when the

Although the product did not utilize this data, its acceptance could lead to logging. If a user mistakenly sends sensitive data via URL parameters to any flow, this data could be inadvertently logged in access logs. This has the potential to expose confidential information, compromising the security and privacy of affected systems if the product is used incorrectly.
