CamaleonCMS version 2.9.2 and earlier contains a privilege escalation vulnerability via insecure direct object reference (IDOR) that allows authenticated low-privileged attackers to overwrite any user's credentials by exploiting a parameter confusion flaw between the authorization filter and action body in the UsersController. Attackers can send a PATCH request to the updated_ajax endpoint setting params[:id] to their own user ID to pass the self-authorization check while simultaneously setting params[:user_id] to a victim's ID, causing the controller to load and mutate the victim's account, including overwriting administrator passwords to achieve full site takeover.

  • Aug 5, 2026TableOn – WordPress Posts Table Filterable: Blind SQL InjectionCVE-2026-18881 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.5

The TableOn – WordPress Posts Table Filterable plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to blind SQL Injection via the `filter_data[comment_count]` parameter of the public `tableon_get_table_data` AJAX action in all versions up to, and including, 1.0.5.1. This is due to insufficient escaping on the user-supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query — the value is split on `:` and both halves are interpolated directly into a `posts_where` SQL clause without `intval()` casting or `$wpdb->prepare()`. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to append additional SQL queries into the already-existing query that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database (researcher demonstrated extraction of database(), wp_users.user_login, and wp_users.user_pass).

Camaleon CMS versions 2.1.1 through 2.9.1 contains an authenticated remote code execution vulnerability that allows users with custom_fields manage permission to execute arbitrary Ruby code by supplying a malicious expression through the select_eval custom field type. • May 13, 2026Crypt::Argon2 versions from 0.017 before 0.031 for Perl perform a heap out-of-bounds read in argon2_verify on empty encoded input.CVE-2026-8463 · Other software · LEONT · reported by 9b29abf9-4ab0-4765-b253-1875cd9b441eMedium 5.3

Crypt::Argon2 versions from 0.017 before 0.031 for Perl perform a heap out-of-bounds read in argon2_verify on empty encoded input. The auto-detect form of argon2_verify passes encoded_len - 1 as the length argument to memchr without checking that encoded_len is non-zero. When the encoded string is empty, the size_t subtraction underflows to SIZE_MAX and memchr scans adjacent heap memory looking for a '$' separator byte. A caller that invokes argon2_verify against a stored hash that may legitimately be empty (for example a placeholder row or a NULL column materialised as an empty string) reads out-of-bounds heap memory, which can crash the process or leak the position of an adjacent '$' byte into subsequent parsing.

  • Apr 8, 2026TableOn – WordPress Posts Table Filterable: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-3513 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.4

The TableOn – WordPress Posts Table Filterable plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'tableon_button' shortcode in all versions up to and including 1.0.4.4. This is due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user-supplied shortcode attributes such as 'class', 'help_link', 'popup_title', and 'help_title'. The do_shortcode_button() function extracts these attributes without sanitization and passes them to TABLEON_HELPER::draw_html_item(), which concatenates attribute values into HTML using single quotes without escaping (line 29: $item .= " {$key}='{$value}'"). This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.

Camaleon CMS versions 2.4.5.0 through 2.9.0, prior to commit f54a77e, contain a path traversal vulnerability in the AWS S3 uploader implementation that allows authenticated users to read arbitrary files from the web server’s filesystem. The issue occurs in the download_private_file functionality when the application is configured to use the CamaleonCmsAwsUploader backend. Unlike the local uploader implementation, the AWS uploader does not validate file paths with valid_folder_path?, allowing directory traversal sequences to be supplied via the file parameter. As a result, any authenticated user, including low-privileged registered users, can access sensitive files such as /etc/passwd. This issue represents a bypass of the incomplete fix for CVE-2024-46987 and affects deployments using the AWS S3 storage backend.

  • Feb 26, 2026Crypt::SysRandom::XS versions before 0.010 for Perl is vulnerable to a heap buffer overflow in the XS function random_bytes().CVE-2026-2597 · Other software · LEONT · reported by 9b29abf9-4ab0-4765-b253-1875cd9b441eHigh 7.5

Crypt::SysRandom::XS versions before 0.010 for Perl is vulnerable to a heap buffer overflow in the XS function random_bytes(). The function does not validate that the length parameter is non-negative. If a negative value (e.g. -1) is supplied, the expression length + 1u causes an integer wraparound, resulting in a zero-byte allocation. The subsequent call to chosen random function (e.g. getrandom) passes the original negative value, which is implicitly converted to a large unsigned value (typically SIZE_MAX). This can result in writes beyond the allocated buffer, leading to heap memory corruption and application crash (denial of service). In common usage, the length argument is typically hardcoded by the caller, which reduces the likelihood of attacker-controlled exploitation. Applications that pass untrusted input to this parameter may be affected.

bleon-ethical/api-gateway-deploy provides API gateway deployment. Version 1.0.0 is vulnerable to an attack chain involving OS Command Injection and Privilege Escalation. This allows an attacker to execute arbitrary commands with root privileges within the container, potentially leading to a container escape and unauthorized infrastructure modifications. An issue was discovered in Galleon NTS-6002-GPS 4.14.103-Galleon-NTS-6002.V12 4. An authenticated attacker can perform command injection as root via shell metacharacters within the Network Tools section of the web-management interface. All three networking tools are affected (Ping, Traceroute, and DNS Lookup) and their respective input fields (ping_address, trace_address, nslookup_address). NOTE: this is disputed by the Supplier because the affected components were never shipped in a production release (they were only present in development releases), and because no privilege boundary is crossed (an applicable "authenticated attacker" always also has the supported ability to make an SSH connection as root).
