  • Apr 14, 2025Internet Starter, one of SoftCOM iKSORIS system modules, allows for setting an arbitrary session cookie value.CVE-2024-49709 · Other software · SoftCOM · reported by cvd@cert.plLow 2.3

Internet Starter, one of SoftCOM iKSORIS system modules, allows for setting an arbitrary session cookie value. An attacker with an access to user's browser might set such a cookie, wait until the user logs in and then use the same cookie to take over the account. Moreover, the system does not destroy the old sessions when creating new ones, what expands the time frame in which an attack might be performed.  This vulnerability has been patched in version 79.0

  • Apr 14, 2025Internet Starter, one of SoftCOM iKSORIS system modules, is vulnerable to client-side Denial of Servise (DoS) attacks.CVE-2024-49705 · Other software · SoftCOM · reported by cvd@cert.plMedium 5.3

Internet Starter, one of SoftCOM iKSORIS system modules, is vulnerable to client-side Denial of Servise (DoS) attacks. An attacker might trick a user into using an URL with a d parameter set to an unhandled value. All the subsequent requests will not be accepted as the server returns an error message. Since this parameter is sent as part of a session cookie, the issue persists until the session expires or the user deletes cookies manually.  Similar effect might be achieved when a user tries to change platform language to an unimplemented one. Where this comes from: the exploited list is CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog. Everything else is the whole National Vulnerability Database, where each record is published by the team that found the bug (Wordfence, Patchstack, WPScan, the vendors themselves and others); we show who. Exploit odds are FIRST’s EPSS, updated daily. Titles and categories are ours, so check the linked record before acting on a detail. For a write-up of the big ones, see our advisories. Every vendor, and every WordPress plugin and theme with a recorded flaw, also has its own page. All of it is free to reuse as JSON, CSV or RSS.
