Oct 28, 2026UiChemy – Convert Figma, Prompts and AI Builds to Elementor, Gutenberg and Bricks: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-109385 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.4
The UiChemy – Convert Figma, Prompts and AI Builds to Elementor, Gutenberg and Bricks plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'actions[save_builder][data][elements][...][settings][slot_{N}_link][url]' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 5.3.0 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The injected javascript: payload fires on click rather than on page load, making exploitation contingent on a privileged user such as an Editor or Administrator clicking the attacker-crafted link while reviewing or previewing the Contributor's post.

Oct 26, 2026Frappe Builder versions before 1.36.1 contain a server-side request forgery vulnerability in the convert_to_webp API endpoint, which lacks the has_page_write acCVE-2026-115717 · Other software · frappe · reported by VulnCheckMedium 6.3
Frappe Builder versions before 1.36.1 contain a server-side request forgery vulnerability in the convert_to_webp API endpoint, which lacks the has_page_write access control applied to similar asset-ingest handlers and performs an unprotected requests.get call that follows redirects without re-validating resolved IP addresses. A low-privilege authenticated user can supply an image_url pointing to an internal address or use DNS rebinding and open redirects to make the server fetch internal network resources or cloud metadata endpoints, with successful image responses saved to a world-readable /files/ URL enabling data exfiltration or blind probing of internal hosts.

Oct 21, 2026The nbconvert tool, jupyter nbconvert, converts Jupyter notebooks to various other formats via Jinja templates.CVE-2026-114140 · Other software · jupyter · reported by GitHubHigh 8.8
The nbconvert tool, jupyter nbconvert, converts Jupyter notebooks to various other formats via Jinja templates. From 5.4.0 until 7.17.2, ExtractOutputPreprocessor in nbconvert/preprocessors/extractoutput.py joins the attacker-controlled cell output metadata filename to output_files_dir without limiting the result to the intended directory. When a victim converts a malicious notebook with the markdown, LaTeX, reStructuredText, or AsciiDoc exporter, path traversal in the output filename can write attacker-controlled output data to arbitrary locations accessible to the victim. Running the notebook cell again replaces the malicious output metadata, but merely converting the supplied notebook does not. This issue is fixed in version 7.17.2.

Oct 21, 2026odf-kit allows users to generate, fill, read, and convert OpenDocument Format files (.odt, .ods) in TypeScript and JavaScript.CVE-2026-113787 · Other software · GitHubNewbie0 · reported by GitHubMedium 6.1
odf-kit allows users to generate, fill, read, and convert OpenDocument Format files (.odt, .ods) in TypeScript and JavaScript. Starting in version 0.6.0 and prior to version 0.14.2, he renderer has an `escapeHtml()` helper and applies it consistently to text content and to attribute values — `href`, `src`, `alt`, `id`, `data-author`, `data-date`, citation text all go through it. The inline CSS strings do not. In `renderTextSpan` (`dist/odt/to-html/html-renderer.js:195`), the value of e.g. `fo:color` is copied from the document into `style.fontColor` verbatim by the parser (`extractSpanStyle`, read/parser.js:348), then concatenated raw into the attribute. A `"` in the value terminates the attribute early. The same unescaped `style="${...}"` pattern appears at roughly ten other emission sites: paragraph and heading (`paragraphStyleToCss`), table cells and rows (`cellStyleToCss`, `rowStyleToCss`), `<col>`, and the image style attribute. The affected source attributes include `fo:color`, `fo:background-color`, `fo:text-shadow`, `fo:letter-spacing`, `fo:font-family` (via both direct and font-face resolution), `fo:margin-*`, `fo:padding-*`, `fo:line-height`, `fo:border*`, and `style:vert

Oct 18, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: mac80211: validate TX status rate metadata minstrel_ht_tx_status() converts the HT/VCVE-2026-98824 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: mac80211: validate TX status rate metadata minstrel_ht_tx_status() converts the HT/VHT rate reported in a TX status into a group and rate index and uses those to index the minstrel_ht rate tables. The existing validation only checked that an entry was present and had tries recorded; it did not check that the reported MCS, spatial stream count and bandwidth are representable by the tables, so malformed metadata passed to minstrel_ht_get_stats() or minstrel_ht_ri_get_stats() could be used as an out-of-bounds index. Validate the rate metadata in the common TX status path instead of only in minstrel_ht, since the values are used by more than rate control. The legacy ieee80211_tx_rate array and the rate_info based entries are sanitized in ieee80211_tx_status_ext() and ieee80211_tx_rate_update() before any consumer runs: an entry that does not describe a valid rate for its encoding is dropped. minstrel_ht keeps the checks that depend on its own tables, i.e. the supported number of spatial streams, the MCS group size and the supported bandwidths. This does not take away the driver's responsibility to report sa

Oct 14, 2026### Summary `qs.stringify` with `arrayFormat: 'comma'` throws `TypeError: Cannot convert object to primitive value` when an array element cannot be coerced tCVE-2026-110816 · Other software · ljharb · reported by 7ffcee3d-2c14-4c3e-b844-86c6a321a158Medium 6.3
### Summary `qs.stringify` with `arrayFormat: 'comma'` throws `TypeError: Cannot convert object to primitive value` when an array element cannot be coerced to a string, such as an object with an own non-callable `toString` (`{ "toString": "x" }`) or a null-prototype object. The comma format joins array elements with `Array.prototype.join` and, under `encodeValuesOnly`, first passes each element through `String()` in `utils.encode`; neither guards against an element whose string coercion fails. ### Details In `lib/stringify.js`, the comma branch collapses the array with `obj.join(',')`. For an element whose own `toString` is not callable, `ToPrimitive` skips it, falls through to `Object.prototype.valueOf` (which returns the object itself), and throws. Under `encodeValuesOnly: true`, the same element first reaches `String(str)` in `utils.encode` (`lib/utils.js`) and throws there. Nested arrays (`{ "a": [[{ "toString": "x" }]] }`) throw the same way, through `Array.prototype.toString`. The `indices`, `brackets`, and `repeat` formats walk into object elements instead of coercing them, and are not affected. Such elements can come from untrusted input. `JSON.parse` produces `

Oct 13, 2026Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) protection in the UrlImageConverter component of Apache Fesod (Incubating) fesod-sheet 2.0.2-incubating can be bypassed throuCVE-2026-107460 · Websites & servers · Apache Software Foundation · reported by security@apache.orgCritical 9.1
Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) protection in the UrlImageConverter component of Apache Fesod (Incubating) fesod-sheet 2.0.2-incubating can be bypassed through DNS rebinding. When an application accepts an attacker-controlled image URL for spreadsheet writing, the converter checks the hostname's resolved IP addresses and then opens a separate connection that can resolve the hostname again. An attacker who controls DNS responses for the URL hostname may cause the connection to reach a restricted address after validation. CVE-2026-49328 covers SSRF in releases before 2.0.2-incubating; this issue is a DNS rebinding bypass of the protection in 2.0.2-incubating. Apache Fesod (Incubating) 2.1.0-incubating addresses the reported default-fetch scenario by disabling remote URL image fetching by default and requiring an explicit exact-host allowlist when the feature is enabled. Users should upgrade to 2.1.0-incubating. Applications enabling remote URL image fetching should allowlist only hostnames whose DNS and HTTP services are trusted.

CairoSVG is an SVG converter based on Cairo, a 2D graphics library. Prior to 2.9.1, rendering an attacker-controlled SVG with a path containing many segments can cause quadratic CPU consumption in cairosvg/path.py. Oct 6, 2026Improper Handling of Exceptional Conditions vulnerability in the aspnet-request pattern converter of Apache log4net.CVE-2026-105242 · Websites & servers · Apache Software Foundation · reported by security@apache.orgMedium 5.3
Improper Handling of Exceptional Conditions vulnerability in the aspnet-request pattern converter of Apache log4net. Reading request parameters triggers ASP.NET request validation, so a request carrying content such as markup made the layout throw and the appender discarded the whole event. A sender could suppress the log record of their own request. Only applications on ASP.NET for .NET Framework whose layout uses %aspnet-request are affected. This issue affects Apache log4net: from 1.2.11 before 3.5.0. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 3.5.0, which fixes the issue.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: dmaengine: pxa: fix double counting of the hw descriptors pxad_alloc_desc() was converted from kzalloc(struct_size(sw_desc, hw_desc, nb_hw_desc), GFP_NOWAIT) to kzalloc_flex(), which sets the __counted_by() counter sw_desc->nb_desc itself - but only where the compiler has __builtin_counted_by_ref(), so from gcc 15.1 or clang 22.1 on. The loop below it still increments nb_desc, which makes it come out doubled there and correct elsewhere. nb_desc is what pxad_free_desc() iterates over and what set_updater_desc() indexes from, so set it explicitly and drop the increment. The error path has to lower it to the number of descriptors allocated so far, otherwise pxad_free_desc() would free entries that were never allocated.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: fs/dax: check zero or empty entry before converting xarray entry Calling dax_to_folio() with empty entry causes kernel panic below when booting a VM with DAX enabled storage. In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: p54: validate curve data length in the calibration curve converters p54_convert_rev0() and p54_convert_rev1() read calibration curve data from the device-supplied EEPROM entry using channel and points-per-channel counts taken verbatim from that same entry, so an entry that declares more data than it carries drives an out-of-bounds read past the EEPROM buffer (verified with a KASAN reproducer of the conversion loop). The sibling converters p54_convert_output_limits() and p54_convert_db() already validate their counts against the entry length; this path was missed. Reject the entry when the counts do not fit in the entry data.

Satori is a library to convert HTML and CSS to SVG. Starting in version 0.0.27 and prior to version 0.33.5, Satori does not properly escape certain values before including them in generated SVG output. This can allow crafted values to be interpreted as SVG markup. The impact depends on how the generated SVG is consumed. Version 0.33.5 contains a patch. No complete workaround exists besides upgrading. Applications that cannot immediately upgrade should not render attacker-controlled content with Satori.

An unauthenticated client can drain the RTSP server's packet pool with a couple of dozen requests that carry a Session header the parser cannot convert. The Session branch returns the raw NetX error code instead of an RTSP status code: ```c /* addons/rtsp/nx_rtsp_server.c:2754 */ status = _nx_utility_string_to_uint(field_value_ptr, field_value_length, &session_id); if (status) { return(status); /* NX_INVALID_PARAMETERS / NX_SIZE_ERROR / NX_OVERFLOW */ } ``` Every other branch of the same function maps its failure to an RTSP status first. The CSeq branch eighteen lines earlier does exactly that (line 2736 returns NX_RTSP_STATUS_CODE_BAD_REQUEST). The raw code then reaches `_nx_rtsp_server_error_response_send` (nx_rtsp_server.c:1234), which does not recognise it, takes a path that returns without releasing the response packet it already allocated, and the block never goes back to the pool. Six requests with an empty Session header against a 22 packet pool: ``` valid requests: after request 6: pool available = 21, AFTER = 22 / 22 malformed requests: after request 6: pool available = 16, AFTER = 17 / 22 ``` On

Sep 28, 2026ConvertPlus: Deserialization of Untrusted DataCVE-2026-87741 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 8.8
The ConvertPlus plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Deserialization of Untrusted Data in all versions up to, and including, 3.6.3 via the style parameter of the cp_display_preview_modal AJAX action. The vulnerability exists because the action's nonce guard is gated behind an isset() check and fails open when the cp_admin_page_nonce parameter is omitted entirely, no capability check is performed on the callback, and sanitize_text_field() — applied to the $style value before it is concatenated directly into a shortcode string evaluated by do_shortcode() — does not strip shortcode delimiters, allowing an attacker to inject a second, fully attacker-controlled [smile_modal] invocation that causes smile_modal_popup() to pass attacker-supplied base64-decoded bytes to maybe_unserialize() with no allowed_classes restriction. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to inject a PHP object. No known POP chain is present in the vulnerable software, which means this vulnerability has no impact unless another plugin or theme containing a POP chain is installed on the site. If a POP chain is present via an additional plugin or theme installed o

Sep 25, 2026The convert.base64-encode, convert.quoted-printable-encode and convert.quoted-printable-decode stream filters accept a line-break-chars option whose length is tCVE-2026-92842 · Websites & servers · PHP Group · reported by security@php.netMedium 5.9
The convert.base64-encode, convert.quoted-printable-encode and convert.quoted-printable-decode stream filters accept a line-break-chars option whose length is tracked separately from the string itself. The filter constructors duplicate the value with pestrdup(), which stops at the first NUL byte, while keeping the original length. When the filter later emits a line break it copies the recorded length out of the truncated allocation, reading past its end and placing adjacent heap bytes into the filter output.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: igmp: convert struct ip_sf_list to RCU Commit 23d2b94043ca ("igmp: Add ip_mc_list lock in ip_check_mc_rcu") added spin_lock_bh(&im->lock) to ip_check_mc_rcu() to prevent a use-after-free while iterating im->sources during concurrent deletions. However, ip_check_mc_rcu() is called from RCU read-side critical sections in packet receive and route lookup fast paths (e.g. __mkroute_output(), ip_route_input_rcu(), and __udp4_lib_rcv()). When igmpv3_send_cr() or igmpv3_send_report() holds &pmc->lock and calls add_grec() -> igmpv3_newpack() -> ip_route_output_ports(), an XFRM policy matching a multicast destination triggers xfrm_tmpl_resolve_one() -> xfrm4_get_saddr() -> __mkroute_output() -> ip_check_mc_rcu(). This attempts to acquire &im->lock while &pmc->lock is already held on the same CPU, triggering a lockdep recursive locking warning / deadlock. Fix this by converting IPv4 struct ip_sf_list to RCU, mirroring the IPv6 implementation in net/ipv6/mcast.c: 1. Add struct rcu_head to struct ip_sf_list and annotate sf_next, sources, and tomb as __rcu pointers. 2. Use rcu_assign_pointer() and kfree_rcu() for list u

Sep 25, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bpf: zero extend the result of an arena 32-bit cmpxchg bpf_convert_ctx_accesses() rewritesCVE-2026-98049 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67Medium 5.5
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bpf: zero extend the result of an arena 32-bit cmpxchg bpf_convert_ctx_accesses() rewrites an atomic on an arena pointer from BPF_STX | BPF_ATOMIC to BPF_STX | BPF_PROBE_ATOMIC, and it runs before bpf_opt_subreg_zext_lo32_rnd_hi32(). That pass emits an explicit zero extension for a 32-bit cmpxchg even when bpf_jit_needs_zext() is false. This is done because on some architectures 32-bit cmpxchg requires explicit zero extension for the dst register. E.g. on x86-64 'lock cmpxchg' does not change the %eax if comparison is successful, while BPF semantics declare that each operation on a 32-bit register zero extends it's upper half. is_cmpxchg_insn() matches BPF_MODE == BPF_ATOMIC only, so an arena cmpxchg misses said zero extension adjustment. This patch adjusts is_cmpxchg_insn() to match BPF_PROBE_ATOMIC alongside BPF_ATOMIC.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: bridge: mcast: properly convert mglist to rcu Sashiko reported a bug [1] that br_multicast_del_port_group unlists the port group not using proper rcu helper that preserves the next pointer and after that immediately frees the port group without waiting for rcu grace period. The only rcu walker of mglist is br_multicast_list_adjacent() and it turns out that function has always been buggy because mglist was never properly converted to RCU. Fix it by converting it to rcu and moving its initialization after eth_addr's. Initializing p->next can use RCU_INIT_POINTER because we have a barrier from the hlist_add_head_rcu call later, besides we're initializing an unpublished structure anyway. In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: nfsd: convert nfsd_net boolean flags to unsigned long flags word nfsd_net contains several boolean fields that are accessed from concurrent contexts without serialization. In particular, nfsd4_end_grace() guards its drain path with a plain bool: if (nn->grace_ended) return; nn->grace_ended = true; The read and the write are independent, and nothing in struct nfsd_net serializes them. At least two contexts can reach this code with no lock held: laundromat path laundry_wq kworker nfs4_laundromat() nfsd4_end_grace() RECLAIM_COMPLETE path nfsd compound kthread nfsd4_reclaim_complete() inc_reclaim_complete() nfsd4_end_grace() Both callers can observe grace_ended == false on different CPUs, both store true, and both proceed into nfsd4_record_grace_done(), which invokes the active client_tracking_ops->grace_done callback. For tracking ops that drain reclaim_str_hashtbl (legacy_tracking_ops via nfsd4_recdir_purge_old, and the cld v1+ ops via nfsd4_cld_grace_done), grace_done calls nfs4_release_reclaim(), which walks every bucke
