  • Oct 27, 2026Knative pkg provides common packages shared across Knative repositories.CVE-2026-54462 · Other software · knative · reported by GitHubMedium 6.5

    Knative pkg provides common packages shared across Knative repositories. Prior to 0.0.0-20260531000007-52dbd5ece63f, the knative.dev/pkg/webhook admissionHandler in webhook/admission.go decodes an attacker-supplied AdmissionReview through json.NewDecoder(io.TeeReader(r.Body, &bodyBuffer)) under an http.HandlerFunc without an http.MaxBytesReader or equivalent body-size limit. A pod-network client can send one oversized POST to an admission webhook, causing the decoder and bodyBuffer to retain amplified copies of the request until the controller pod exhausts memory and is OOM-killed. Every downstream consumer using the shared webhook server inherits the vulnerable behavior, including Knative, Tekton, KEDA, Sigstore policy-controller, and Kpack. For consumers configured with failurePolicy=Fail, loss of the controller can interrupt admission; with failurePolicy=Ignore, the affected webhook is unavailable while other admissions continue. This issue is fixed in version 0.0.0-20260531000007-52dbd5ece63f.

  • Oct 23, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: mm/damon/ops-common: use a page-aligned address in damon_ptep_mkold() __damon_va_prepare_aCVE-2026-98918 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67

    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: mm/damon/ops-common: use a page-aligned address in damon_ptep_mkold() __damon_va_prepare_access_check() picks a random byte address within the region and stores it in r->sampling_addr. damon_va_mkold() passes it into a page table walk, which hands it to damon_ptep_mkold() as the address of the page to sample: damon_va_mkold(mm, r->sampling_addr) damon_va_walk_page_range(mm, addr, addr + 1) damon_mkold_pmd_entry() damon_ptep_mkold(pte, vma, addr) ptep_test_and_clear_young(vma, addr, pte) mmu_notifier_clear_young(mm, addr, addr + PAGE_SIZE) For arm64, before commit 6f0e1142173a ("arm64: mm: support batch clearing of the young flag for large folios"), the contpte helper walked exactly CONT_PTES entries from the aligned-down page table pointer and used @addr only to pass down to each entry, so an unaligned value was harmless: ptep = contpte_align_down(ptep); addr = ALIGN_DOWN(addr, CONT_PTE_SIZE); for (i = 0; i < CONT_PTES; i++, ptep++, addr += PAGE_SIZE) Now the range to walk is derived from @addr instead: end = addr + nr * PAGE_SIZE, rounded up to

    在 openGauss-server 的 src/common/backend/libpq/hba.cpp 中,复制连接认证存在访问控制绕过。hba_getauthmethod() 在处理 HADR/SW 复制发送方时,不要求 is_node_internal_connection(),直接调用 check_hba_replication()。check_hba_replication() 仅按 replication 标记做弱匹配,缺少普通 check_hba() 中的远程 trust 禁止等完整校验。因此,非内部网络的 HADR/SW 复制连接可绕过内部连接限制和完整 pg_hba 策略完成认证,进而通过复制协议读取备份与日志数据。 此问题随 HADR 复制发送方绕过内部连接校验进入代码,自 3.0.0 起即存在。受影响版本包括 3.0.x、3.1.x、5.0.x、5.1.0、6.0.x,以及 7.0.0-RC1、7.0.0-RC2、7.0.0-RC3。该问题已在 7.0.0-LTS版本修复,通过要求 HADR/SW 复制发送方必须经过 is_node_internal_connection 校验,使外部复制连接改走普通 check_hba() 并触发禁止远程 trust 策略。修复pr见https://gitcode.com/opengauss/openGauss-server/pull/9757。

    在 openGauss-server的 src/common/backend/utils/adt/genfile.cpp 模块中,内置函数 pg_read_binary_file_blocks() 存在权限校验逻辑缺陷。该函数在入口处仅校验了起始块号(startBlockNum)和块数量(blockCount)的范围,随后直接调用底层文件读取例程 ReadBinaryFileBlocksFirstCall()。该底层例程仅执行了路径规范化检查以及针对 .. 路径遍历和数据目录边界的基本检查,缺失了对调用者数据库权限(如 SELECT 权限)的校验。此外,辅助函数 is_row_data_file() 也仅用于识别文件形态,未包含权限检查。因此,任何拥有普通数据库连接权限的用户,只要能够通过 pg_relation_filepath() 等函数获取到目标表的底层关系文件路径(例如压缩数据的 _compress 文件路径),即可无需具备该表的 SELECT 权限,直接读取表数据的二进制块。 此漏洞影响此前3.0.0到6.0.0间的所有版本及补丁版,并在7.0.0-LTS版本修复。修复patch详见:https://gitcode.com/opengauss/openGauss-server/pull/9374。

  • Oct 18, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: dsa: mt7530: leave the MDIO IRQ mappings to regmap-irq mt7530_remove_common() disposeCVE-2026-98564 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67

    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: dsa: mt7530: leave the MDIO IRQ mappings to regmap-irq mt7530_remove_common() disposes the per-PHY interrupt mappings from .remove, but the regmap-irq chip that owns the domain is devm-registered, so its parent interrupt is only freed once .remove has returned. The switch's own regmap-irq thread can therefore still dispatch on a mapping that is already gone: irq_find_mapping() returns 0, irq_to_desc() returns NULL and handle_nested_irq() locks desc->lock without checking it. The attached PHYs have not given those interrupts back yet either, which the kernel warns about a moment before the fault. regmap_del_irq_chip() disposes the same mappings itself, after freeing the parent interrupt and before removing the domain, so there is nothing left for the driver to do here. Until it runs the descriptors stay alive, and a late dispatch on one of them is harmless: dsa_unregister_switch() has freed the PHY handlers by then, so handle_nested_irq() finds no action and returns.

  • Sep 30, 2026CloudTAK is a browser-based Common Operating Picture and situational awareness tool compatible with TAK.CVE-2026-55177 · Other software · dfpc-coe · reported by GitHubHigh 7.6

    CloudTAK is a browser-based Common Operating Picture and situational awareness tool compatible with TAK. Prior to version 13.10.0, every route in the ESRI helper family (api/routes/esri.ts) takes a fully attacker-controlled URL from the request (POST /api/esri body url, and the portal / server / layer query parameters on the GET /api/esri/* routes) and passes it into EsriBase / EsriProxyPortal / EsriProxyServer / EsriProxyLayer in api/lib/esri.ts, which fetch it with the bare fetch from @tak-ps/etl. No IP / DNS / hostname classification is applied at any point, so the destination is never validated against private, loopback, or link-local ranges. Any authenticated user (the routes only require Auth.is_auth(config, req, { anyResources: true }), i.e. any token, not an admin) can therefore make the CloudTAK server issue arbitrary outbound GET/POST requests to internal addresses such as the cloud instance-metadata service (169.254.169.254), loopback admin ports (127.0.0.1:<port>), and other hosts reachable only from inside the deployment VPC. This is a full-read SSRF, not blind: on success the upstream JSON body is returned to the caller via res.json(...), and on failure the upstream e
