  • Jun 5, 2026UDS Identity Config builds the Keycloak configuration image (realm, plugins, theme, truststore, JARs) consumed by UDS Core's Identity deployment.CVE-2026-46389 · Other software · defenseunicorns · reported by GitHubCritical 10

UDS Identity Config builds the Keycloak configuration image (realm, plugins, theme, truststore, JARs) consumed by UDS Core's Identity deployment. In versions 0.11.0 through 0.26.0, a logic error in the `client-kubernetes-secret` Keycloak client authenticator (shipped by `uds-identity-config` and consumed by UDS Core) causes the submitted `client_secret` to be overwritten with the mounted Kubernetes secret before comparison. An attacker who can reach the Keycloak token endpoint and knows a `client_id` using this authenticator can authenticate as that client with any `client_secret` value and obtain OAuth2 tokens scoped to the client's service account. In the case of the `uds-operator` client this token can be used to registry/modify other clients. Version 0.26.1 patches the issue.

  • Mar 10, 2026Unicorn adds modern reactive component functionality to your Django templates.CVE-2026-31815 · Other software · django-commons · reported by GitHubMedium 5.3

Unicorn adds modern reactive component functionality to your Django templates. Prior to 0.67.0, component state manipulation is possible in django-unicorn due to missing access control checks during property updates and method calls. An attacker can bypass the intended _is_public protection to modify internal attributes such as template_name or trigger protected methods. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.67.0.

  • Jan 16, 2026Pepr is a type safe K8s middleware.CVE-2026-23634 · Other software · defenseunicorns · reported by GitHubNone

Pepr is a type safe K8s middleware. Prior to 1.0.5 , Pepr defaults to a cluster-admin RBAC configuration and does not explicitly force or enforce least-privilege guidance for module authors. The default behavior exists to make the “getting started” experience smooth: new users can experiment with Pepr and create resources dynamically without needing to pre-configure RBAC. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.0.5.

Gunicorn version 21.2.0 does not properly validate the value of the 'Transfer-Encoding' header as specified in the RFC standards, which leads to the default fallback method of 'Content-Length,' making it vulnerable to TE.CL request smuggling. This vulnerability can lead to cache poisoning, data exposure, session manipulation, SSRF, XSS, DoS, data integrity compromise, security bypass, information leakage, and business logic abuse.

  • Feb 3, 2025Django-Unicorn adds modern reactive component functionality to Django templates.CVE-2025-24370 · Other software · adamghill · reported by GitHubCritical 9.3

Django-Unicorn adds modern reactive component functionality to Django templates. Affected versions of Django-Unicorn are vulnerable to python class pollution vulnerability. The vulnerability arises from the core functionality `set_property_value`, which can be remotely triggered by users by crafting appropriate component requests and feeding in values of second and third parameter to the vulnerable function, leading to arbitrary changes to the python runtime status. With this finding at least five ways of vulnerability exploitation have been observed, stably resulting in Cross-Site Scripting (XSS), Denial of Service (DoS), and Authentication Bypass attacks in almost every Django-Unicorn-based application. This issue has been addressed in version 0.62.0 and all users are advised to upgrade. There are no known workarounds for this vulnerability.

  • Sep 4, 2024An authentication bypass vulnerability has been identified in Pulpcore when deployed with Gunicorn versions prior to 22.0, due to the puppet-pulpcore configuratCVE-2024-7923 · Other software · Red Hat · reported by Red HatCritical 9.8

An authentication bypass vulnerability has been identified in Pulpcore when deployed with Gunicorn versions prior to 22.0, due to the puppet-pulpcore configuration. This issue arises from Apache's mod_proxy not properly unsetting headers because of restrictions on underscores in HTTP headers, allowing authentication through a malformed header. This flaw impacts all active Satellite deployments (6.13, 6.14 and 6.15) which are using Pulpcore version 3.0+ and could potentially enable unauthorized users to gain administrative access.

  • Apr 15, 2024Gunicorn fails to properly validate Transfer-Encoding headers, leading to HTTP Request Smuggling (HRS) vulnerabilities.CVE-2024-1135 · Other software · benoitc · reported by security@huntr.devHigh 7.5

Gunicorn fails to properly validate Transfer-Encoding headers, leading to HTTP Request Smuggling (HRS) vulnerabilities. By crafting requests with conflicting Transfer-Encoding headers, attackers can bypass security restrictions and access restricted endpoints. This issue is due to Gunicorn's handling of Transfer-Encoding headers, where it incorrectly processes requests with multiple, conflicting Transfer-Encoding headers, treating them as chunked regardless of the final encoding specified. This vulnerability allows for a range of attacks including cache poisoning, session manipulation, and data exposure.

The Glitter Unicorn Wallpaper app for Android 7.0 thru 8.0 allows unauthorized applications to actively request permission to insert data into the database that records information about a user's personal preferences and will be loaded into memory to be read and used when the application is opened. By injecting data, the attacker can force the application to load malicious image URLs and display them in the UI. As the amount of data increases, it will eventually cause the application to trigger an OOM error and crash, resulting in a persistent denial of service attack.

  • Dec 26, 2021An issue was discovered in split_region in uc.c in Unicorn Engine before 2.0.0-rc5.CVE-2021-44078 · Other software · Unicorn-engine · reported by MITREHigh 8.1

An issue was discovered in split_region in uc.c in Unicorn Engine before 2.0.0-rc5. It allows local attackers to escape the sandbox. An attacker must first obtain the ability to execute crafted code in the target sandbox in order to exploit this vulnerability. The specific flaw exists within the virtual memory manager. The issue results from the faulty comparison of GVA and GPA while calling uc_mem_map_ptr to free part of a claimed memory block. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to escape the sandbox and execute arbitrary code on the host machine.
