  • Oct 23, 2026LangGraph checkpoint savers provide Postgres- and SQLite-backed state persistence for LangGraph workflows and agents.CVE-2026-115883 · Other software · langchain-ai · reported by GitHubMedium 6

LangGraph checkpoint savers provide Postgres- and SQLite-backed state persistence for LangGraph workflows and agents. Prior to langgraph-checkpoint-postgres 3.1.3 and langgraph-checkpoint-sqlite 3.1.2, PostgresStore, AsyncPostgresStore, SqliteStore, and AsyncSqliteStore flatten namespace labels with ".".join(namespace), while BaseStore validates labels only for put and aput. Unvalidated dotted labels passed through get, search, delete, list_namespaces, their asynchronous equivalents, or direct batch and abatch operations can resolve to another tenant's stored namespace, allowing cross-namespace reads, overwrites, or deletion. InMemoryStore is not affected because it compares namespace tuples. This issue is fixed in langgraph-checkpoint-postgres 3.1.3 and langgraph-checkpoint-sqlite 3.1.2.

  • Sep 24, 2026DBHub is a database MCP server for Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MariaDB, SQLite.CVE-2026-61788 · Other software · bytebase · reported by GitHubHigh 7.4

DBHub is a database MCP server for Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MariaDB, SQLite. Prior to version 0.22.6, setting `readonly = true` on the `execute_sql` tool does not make the connection read-only. The connectors are written to set PostgreSQL `default_transaction_read_only=on` (and open SQLite in `readOnly` mode), but that code is gated on a config value that is never populated, so it never runs. The only thing left enforcing read-only is a classifier that inspects the first keyword of each statement. Any `SELECT` that writes or has side effects through a function call passes it. With an ordinary role this allows sequence tampering; with a privileged role it allows writing arbitrary files on the server (`lo_export`), reading arbitrary host files (`pg_read_file`), and remote code execution (`dblink` + `COPY ... TO PROGRAM`). The HTTP transport is unauthenticated and binds to `0.0.0.0` by default, so this is reachable by any network caller of `/mcp`. Version 0.22.6 patches the issue.

  • Sep 24, 2026DBHub is a database MCP server for Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MariaDB, SQLite.CVE-2026-61742 · Other software · bytebase · reported by GitHubCritical 9.3

DBHub is a database MCP server for Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MariaDB, SQLite. Versions prior to 0.22.5 expose an unauthenticated HTTP MCP endpoint when started with the documented HTTP transport mode, for example `--transport http --port 8080`. The HTTP server attempts to protect browser-origin access by checking whether the `Origin` hostname equals the `Host` hostname, then reflecting the validated `Origin` into `Access-Control-Allow-Origin`. This does not stop DNS rebinding. After an attacker-controlled hostname rebinds to a victim-accessible DBHub HTTP server, both `Origin` and `Host` can contain the attacker-controlled hostname, so DBHub accepts the request and dispatches MCP tool calls. As a result, a malicious website can deterministically invoke DBHub MCP tools from the victim's browser without prompt injection or model involvement. With the default demo configuration this can read and write the demo SQLite database; with a real configured database, the same primitive can read, enumerate, and potentially write database contents depending on DBHub's configured tool permissions and database credentials. Version 0.22.5 fixes the issue.

  • Sep 17, 2026Anyquery is an SQL query engine built on top of SQLite.CVE-2026-47252 · Other software · julien040 · reported by GitHubCritical 9

Anyquery is an SQL query engine built on top of SQLite. Prior to 0.4.5, authenticated users with INSERT or UPDATE access to affected macOS virtual tables can execute operating-system commands because the Chrome plugin and equivalent Brave, Edge, and Safari variants interpolate a SQL-controlled URL into AppleScript or JXA source passed to osascript. In plugins/chrome/tabs.go, tabsTable.Insert() passes the URL through fmt.Sprintf(newTabScript, url), and tabsTable.Update() uses fmt.Sprintf(setURLScript, pk, url). A URL containing quote and newline characters can break out of the intended string or property record and append script statements, resulting in arbitrary command execution with the privileges of the anyquery process on the macOS host. This issue is fixed in version 0.4.5.

  • Sep 17, 2026vm2 versions 3.11.3 through 3.11.6 expose Node.js's host node:sqlite module to code running in NodeVM when that builtin is permitted, either explicitly or throuCVE-2026-92938 · Other software · patriksimek · reported by VulnCheckCritical 9.4

vm2 versions 3.11.3 through 3.11.6 expose Node.js's host node:sqlite module to code running in NodeVM when that builtin is permitted, either explicitly or through builtin: ['*']. The module is wrapped with vm.readonly(), which prevents property assignment but leaves host-authority callables reachable; in addition, the resolver treats any request starting with 'node:' as a core-module request and the runtime strips only one 'node:' prefix, so a sandbox request for 'node:node:sqlite' resolves to the configured node:sqlite entry. Sandboxed code can therefore create an in-memory DatabaseSync with extension loading enabled and call DatabaseSync.loadExtension() on a native library bundled in the untrusted plugin package (path derived from __dirname). SQLite loads the library into the Node.js host process and invokes its native entry point, giving the sandboxed plugin arbitrary native code execution outside the sandbox with the host process's privileges. The issue is fixed in vm2 3.11.7.

  • Sep 15, 2026Outerbase Studio is a lightweight browser-based database GUI supporting PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQLite.CVE-2026-55650 · Other software · outerbase · reported by GitHubMedium 4.4

Outerbase Studio is a lightweight browser-based database GUI supporting PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQLite. In version 0.10.2 and earlier, TextComponent in src/components/chart/index.tsx renders unsanitized Text Widget content through dangerouslySetInnerHTML, allowing injected markup with script-capable event handlers to execute when the widget is displayed. Outerbase Cloud and its backend services were discontinued in 2025, and the current architecture uses local browser dashboard storage, so the impact is limited to local self-XSS. Authentication token theft, account takeover, and backend database access are not applicable to the current architecture. No fixed release is available as of this review.

  • Sep 14, 2026Anyquery is an SQL query engine built on top of SQLite.CVE-2026-54629 · Other software · julien040 · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5

Anyquery is an SQL query engine built on top of SQLite. Prior to 0.4.5, anyquery server exposes file-backed SQLite virtual table modules such as csv_reader and log_reader through its MySQL-compatible server port without authentication, authorization, or directory restrictions. A remote attacker can use SQLite CREATE VIRTUAL TABLE statements to provide a local path to these modules, which use hashicorp/go-getter under the Anyquery server process and return the selected file contents as queryable table rows. Prior to 0.4.5, anyquery server exposes URL-capable SQLite virtual table modules such as json_reader and log_reader through its unauthenticated MySQL-compatible server port without restricting outbound destinations. A remote attacker can provide a loopback, private-network, or link-local cloud metadata URL, causing go-getter in the Anyquery server process to fetch the selected resource and expose its response as queryable table data. • Sep 14, 2026Anyquery is an SQL query engine built on top of SQLite.CVE-2026-50006 · Other software · julien040 · reported by GitHubCritical 9.1

Anyquery is an SQL query engine built on top of SQLite. Prior to 0.4.5, anyquery server forwards unauthenticated SQL from its MySQL-compatible server port to SQLite without restricting ATTACH DATABASE filesystem targets. A remote attacker can select any path writable by the Anyquery server process, cause SQLite to create a database file there, and place attacker-controlled table content in that file. This permits arbitrary file creation or overwrite, causing filesystem integrity loss and denial of service; remote code execution is possible only when another service interprets the written file or the process has a suitably privileged writable target. • Sep 14, 2026Anyquery is an SQL query engine built on top of SQLite.CVE-2026-47253 · Other software · julien040 · reported by GitHubHigh 7.3

Anyquery is an SQL query engine built on top of SQLite. Prior to 0.4.5, the clear_plugin_cache(plugin) SQL scalar function in namespace/other_functions.go passes the caller-controlled plugin parameter through path.Join to os.RemoveAll without rejecting traversal segments. A low-privileged bearer-token holder can invoke the function through the /v1/query HTTP endpoint, causing path.Join to resolve .. segments outside $XDG_CACHE_HOME/anyquery/plugins/ and os.RemoveAll to recursively delete any reachable directory writable by the Anyquery server process. • Aug 29, 2026Improper Neutralization of Special Elements in Data Query Logic vulnerability in ash-project ash_sqlite allows an attacker who controls a get_path/2 segment to CVE-2026-77846 · Other software · ash-project · reported by 6b3ad84c-e1a6-4bf7-a703-f496b71e49dbLow 2.1

Improper Neutralization of Special Elements in Data Query Logic vulnerability in ash-project ash_sqlite allows an attacker who controls a get_path/2 segment to traverse into nested JSON the application never exposed, disclosing private or sensitive? embedded fields. AshSqlite.SqlImplementation builds the SQLite json_extract path with "$." <> Enum.join(right, "."), so a single segment containing ., [, ], or $ re-interprets the JSON path (for example "private.secret" descends two levels instead of naming one key). The path is bound as a parameter, so this is confined to the JSON-path grammar rather than SQL. Any endpoint that lets user input reach a get_path segment (a common pick-a-field pattern) can read nested values it never meant to expose. This issue affects ash_sqlite: from 0.1.2-rc.0 before 0.2.18.

LangGraph SQLite Checkpoint is an implementation of LangGraph CheckpointSaver that uses SQLite DB (both sync and async, via aiosqlite). In versions 4.1.0 and prior, the JsonPlusSerializer can reconstruct Python objects from JSON checkpoint payloads. Under conditions where someone could modify checkpoint bytes at rest in the backing store, the deserialization path could reconstruct objects beyond what the application expects, which could in turn result in code execution at checkpoint load time. This is a defense-in-depth issue. The affected behavior is reachable only when checkpoint bytes at rest in the backing store can be modified by an unauthorized party. In most deployments that prerequisite already implies a serious incident; the additional concern is turning "checkpoint-store write access" into code execution in the application runtime. This issue has been fixed in version 4.1.1.

SQLite before 3.53.2 contains a heap-based buffer overflow vulnerability in the FTS5 full-text search extension that allows attackers to cause a crash or execute arbitrary code by supplying a crafted database with malicious continuation page metadata specifying a szLeaf value smaller than 4. Attackers can trigger an integer underflow in fts5ChunkIterate() causing an inflated remaining byte count during FTS5 MATCH query processing, leading to a heap buffer overflow of attacker-controlled data in applications compiled with SQLITE_ENABLE_FTS5.

SQLite before 3.53.2 contains memory corruption vulnerabilities in the FTS5 full-text search extension that allow attackers to cause process crashes, memory exhaustion, or arbitrary code execution by supplying a crafted database with malformed FTS5 page data. Attackers can trigger an out-of-bounds read in fts5LeafSeek() via an attacker-controlled loop bound and a heap buffer overflow write in fts5ChunkIterate() through a crafted continuation page causing an integer underflow, exploitable when an FTS5 MATCH query is executed against the malicious database.

LangGraph SQLite Checkpoint is an implementation of LangGraph CheckpointSaver that uses SQLite DB (both sync and async, via aiosqlite). In version 1.0.9 and prior, LangGraph checkpointers can load msgpack-encoded checkpoints that reconstruct Python objects during deserialization. If an attacker can modify checkpoint data in the backing store (for example, after a database compromise or other privileged write access to the persistence layer), they can potentially supply a crafted payload that triggers unsafe object reconstruction when the checkpoint is loaded. No known patch is public.

  • Jan 26, 2026The web interface offers a functionality to export the internal SQLite database.CVE-2025-59100 · Other software · dormakaba · reported by 551230f0-3615-47bd-b7cc-93e92e730bbfMedium 5.9

The web interface offers a functionality to export the internal SQLite database. After executing the database export, an automatic download is started and the device reboots. After rebooting, the exported database is deleted and cannot be accessed anymore. However, it was noticed that sometimes the device does not reboot and therefore the exported database is not deleted, or the device reboots and the export is not deleted for unknown reasons. The path where the database export is located can be accessed without prior authentication. This leads to the fact that an attacker might be able to get access to the exported database without prior authentication. The database includes sensitive data like passwords, card pins, encrypted Mifare sitekeys and much more.

LangGraph SQLite Checkpoint is an implementation of LangGraph CheckpointSaver that uses SQLite DB (both sync and async, via aiosqlite). Versions 3.0.0 and below are vulnerable to SQL injection through the checkpoint implementation. Checkpoint allows attackers to manipulate SQL queries through metadata filter keys, affecting applications that accept untrusted metadata filter keys (not just filter values) in checkpoint search operations. The _metadata_predicate() function constructs SQL queries by interpolating filter keys directly into f-strings without validation. This issue is fixed in version 3.0.1.

LangGraph SQLite Checkpoint is an implementation of LangGraph CheckpointSaver that uses SQLite DB (both sync and async, via aiosqlite). In versions 2.1.2 and below, the JsonPlusSerializer (used as the default serialization protocol for all checkpointing) contains a Remote Code Execution (RCE) vulnerability when deserializing payloads saved in the "json" serialization mode. By default, the serializer attempts to use "msgpack" for serialization. However, prior to version 3.0 of the checkpointer library, if illegal Unicode surrogate values caused serialization to fail, it would fall back to using the "json" mode. This issue is fixed in version 3.0.0.

A SQL injection vulnerability exists in the langchain-ai/langchain repository, specifically in the LangGraph's SQLite store implementation. The affected version is langgraph-checkpoint-sqlite 2.0.10. The vulnerability arises from improper handling of filter operators ($eq, $ne, $gt, $lt, $gte, $lte) where direct string concatenation is used without proper parameterization. This allows attackers to inject arbitrary SQL, leading to unauthorized access to all documents, data exfiltration of sensitive fields such as passwords and API keys, and a complete bypass of application-level security filters.
