Domoticz is a free, open source home automation system for Linux, Windows, macOS, and Raspberry Pi. Prior to 2026.3, the `udevices` JSON command handler, `Cmd_UpdateDevices` in `main/WebServerCmds.cpp`, performed no `session.rights` check before invoking a Lua parser script, while its sibling command handlers gate access by role. A low-privilege authenticated user could trigger execution of an existing operator-installed Lua parser script with attacker-controlled input through the `GET /json.htm` endpoint with `type=command` and `param=udevices`. The `script` parameter also lacked a `..` path-traversal guard: `CLuaHandler::executeLuaScript` in `main/LuaHandler.cpp` constructed the filename from the parser directory and the supplied script name before passing it to `luaL_loadfile`. Execution is limited to already-installed valid Lua files; this is not arbitrary code execution, and the advisory states that file-write and upload paths require administrator privileges. This issue is addressed in version 2026.3.

  • Oct 28, 2026InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments.CVE-2026-55561 · Other software · InvoicePlane · reported by GitHubMedium 5.3

InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments. Prior to 1.7.2-beta-1, guest users can approve or reject quotes belonging to any client, not just their assigned clients. The `approve()` and `reject()` methods in the Guest Quotes controller, `application/modules/guest/controllers/Quotes.php`, call `approve_quote_by_id($quote_id)` and `reject_quote_by_id($quote_id)` directly without the `where_in('ip_quotes.client_id', $this->user_clients)` scoping that sibling methods use. A guest user assigned to one client can change another client's quote status by supplying sequential integer `quote_id` values, and `email_quote_status()` also sends notification emails. Additionally, `generate_pdf()` calls `mark_viewed($quote_id)` before checking the client scope, allowing a guest user to mark another client's quote as viewed. These issues are fixed in version 1.7.2-beta-1 and the subsequent stable version 1.7.2.

  • Oct 28, 2026OpenCATS is an open-source applicant tracking system and recruitment CRM for staffing agencies and hiring teams.CVE-2026-54455 · Other software · opencats · reported by GitHubHigh 7.6

OpenCATS is an open-source applicant tracking system and recruitment CRM for staffing agencies and hiring teams. Prior to version 0.10.0, activity DataGrid date filtering in `home:CallsDataGrid` and `activity:ActivityDataGrid` uses request-controlled `period`, `startDate` and `endDate` parameters without sufficient validation or escaping. The vulnerable code is in `modules/home/dataGrids.php` and `modules/activity/dataGrids.php`. The `startDate` and `endDate` values are inserted into SQL string comparisons without safe escaping, and `period` can directly influence generated SQL. An authenticated user with access to the affected DataGrid endpoints can alter the intended query to access sensitive database contents, including user account data, candidate records, contact details, company information, job orders and activity history. A valid OpenCATS login is required; unauthenticated exploitation is not established. This issue is fixed in version 0.10.0.

  • Oct 28, 2026OpenCATS is an open-source applicant tracking system and recruitment CRM for staffing agencies and hiring teams.CVE-2026-54453 · Other software · opencats · reported by GitHubHigh 7.2

OpenCATS is an open-source applicant tracking system and recruitment CRM for staffing agencies and hiring teams. Prior to version 0.10.0, the Professional License configuration feature in `SettingsUI` (`manageProfessional`) accepts administrator-controlled license key input that is reconstructed into a PHP `define()` statement in `config.php` without safe escaping. Because the application includes `config.php`, crafted input can alter the file's PHP syntax and cause persistent arbitrary PHP execution with the web server process privileges. An authenticated administrator must have Settings module access and permission to update Professional License configuration, and `config.php` must be writable for this write-based path. Successful exploitation can read, modify or delete application data, expose candidate, contact, company, job order and user account information, alter the installation or configuration, and provide a foothold for further attacks. Unauthenticated exploitation and exploitation without Settings access are not established. This issue is fixed in version 0.10.0.

  • Oct 28, 2026FearlessCMS is a flat-file `content` management system centered on simplicity and open source.CVE-2026-63190 · Other software · fearlessgeekmedia · reported by GitHubCritical 9.4

FearlessCMS is a flat-file `content` management system centered on simplicity and open source. Prior to version 0.1.4, five debug/test PHP scripts under `admin/` perform privileged operations without `isLoggedIn()` authentication checks, CSRF protection or adequate `path` validation. On PHP's built-in development server, including the default Docker deployment, `router.php` checks an unnormalized admin URI prefix while the filesystem resolves dot segments, so `/./admin/` bypasses the admin login gate and executes those scripts directly. In `admin/debug_save_flow.php`, attacker-controlled `path` and `content` reach `file_put_contents` for arbitrary `.md` writes under `content`/ or outside it through `path` traversal, enabling site defacement and stored JavaScript in public pages; `print_r($_POST)` output without `htmlspecialchars` escaping also causes reflected cross-site scripting. The `admin/debug_content.php` `path` parameter reaches `scandir()`, `file_get_contents()` and `posix_getpwuid()`, permitting arbitrary directory enumeration and `.md` file reads that expose absolute paths, ownership, permissions, hashes and `content` previews. Due to the improper implementation of access control rules, the WSO2 product accepts user-supplied input related to resource location without enforcing expected validation constraints. This can be exploited by an unauthenticated actor to direct the server to make requests to arbitrary network locations. Exploiting this vulnerability allows a malicious actor to access both internal and external resources, available through the network or filesystem, that are reachable by the WSO2 product. This could potentially lead to unauthorized access to sensitive data and systems.

i18next-http-backend is a backend layer for i18next that loads translation resources in Node.js, browsers, and Deno. Prior to 4.0.4, interpolateUrl inserts unencoded language and namespace values into loadPath or addPath templates without rejecting ampersand (&), equals (=), or semicolon (;) query separators. When a template places lng or ns in the query string and an attacker controls that value, the attacker can add or override parameters on browser or server-side translation requests, potentially exposing other namespaces or tenants or changing backend behavior through the application's network position and credentials. This vulnerability is the result of an incomplete fix for CVE-2026-41691. This issue is fixed in version 4.0.4.

Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling vulnerability in the HTTP/2 request body reader of mtrudel bandit allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to exhaust server memory via a request body sent as many 1-byte DATA frames. do_read_data/5 in lib/bandit/http2/stream.ex keeps every DATA frame payload as its own list element until the read returns. The :length option of read_body/2 counts body bytes, not frames, so a body of 1-byte frames costs a list cell and a binary term per byte. Interleaving the frames across up to 500 concurrent streams per connection keeps each stream consuming its frames as they arrive; in the reporter's test, 100 streams held 25 to 40 MiB of stream process memory for 5 MB sent. Only routes whose Plug reads the request body are affected, which includes any route behind Plug.Parsers. This issue affects bandit: from 0.3.1 before 1.14.1.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/xe: skip eviction of a BO with no resource xe_evict_flags() switches on tbo->resource->mem_type to choose an eviction placement. An xe BO can reach eviction with no ttm.resource, e.g. an imported dma-buf BO whose resource was freed during teardown while its attachment is still live: the exporter then invalidates it via xe_dma_buf_move_notify() -> xe_bo_evict(), and the switch dereferences a NULL resource and faults. A BO with no resource has nothing placed or mapped, so there is nothing to evict. Return an empty placement (num_placement = 0), mirroring the handling already used for non-xe scatter-gather BOs just above; ttm_bo_validate() then takes the pipeline-gutting path and returns 0. Without the fix the xe_dma_buf@xe_test_dmabuf_move_notify_no_resource dynamic live selftest will fail with below stack. • Oct 28, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: vsock/virtio: validate packet source for connected sockets virtio_transport_recv_pkt() looCVE-2026-99123 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: vsock/virtio: validate packet source for connected sockets virtio_transport_recv_pkt() looks up sockets first by the full source and destination tuple, then by destination only in the bound table. The fallback is needed for listening and connecting sockets, but sockets remain in the bound table after connect(), so it can also return a non-listening socket. The fallback does not validate the source address. In TCP_SYN_SENT, a RESPONSE from an unrelated source can transition the victim socket to TCP_ESTABLISHED while its stored remote address remains unchanged. Subsequent RW packets from that source are delivered through the same destination-only fallback. This was reproduced with capability-empty processes under different UIDs. The attacker discovered the target tuple through unprivileged AF_VSOCK sock_diag and caused the victim socket to read 16 attacker-chosen bytes; the intended peer-side socket read 0 of those 16 bytes. Add vsock_check_source() to validate the transport, source port and source CID against the peer stored in a non-listening socket. The local transport is the CID exception because its packets

  • Oct 28, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: vsock/vmci: validate packet source for connected sockets vmci_transport_recv_stream_cb() lCVE-2026-99122 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: vsock/vmci: validate packet source for connected sockets vmci_transport_recv_stream_cb() looks up sockets first by the full source and destination tuple, then by destination only in the bound table. The fallback can select a non-listening socket without checking whether the packet came from its stored peer. This was reproduced with two VMCI contexts. A RST from the context not stored in a TCP_SYN_SENT socket reset that socket after it was selected by the destination-only lookup. VMCI can process notification packets in bottom-half context when the socket is not owned by user context, or defer packets to a workqueue. Use vsock_check_source() after taking the socket lock in the bottom-half path, and recheck after lock_sock() in the workqueue path. Listening sockets continue to accept packets from any source. Reply with a RST addressed from the received packet before dropping a source that fails validation. This preserves the existing reset behavior for bound non-listening and concurrently closed sockets without directing the reset to a connected socket's stored peer.

Asterisk is an open source private branch exchange and telephony toolkit. Prior to Asterisk 20.20.1, 21.12.3, 22.10.1, 23.4.1 and Certified Asterisk 20.7-cert11, 22.8-cert3, an authenticated attacker may cause a heap buffer overflow through an out-of-bounds write in the `Codec2` decoder caused by a `floor/ceil sample-count mismatch`. The `codec_codec2` module must be loaded and `Codec2` must be configured on the attacked endpoint. The attacker must pass SIP authentication by username/password or `source IP address matching`, establish a call using `Codec2`, and send carefully crafted `Codec2` audio packets. This issue is fixed in Asterisk 20.20.1, 21.12.3, 22.10.1, 23.4.1 and Certified Asterisk 20.7-cert11, 22.8-cert3.

From 21.0.0-pre1 until Asterisk 21.12.3, 22.10.1, 23.4.1 and Certified Asterisk 22.8-cert3, the `chan_ooh323` `Q.931 party-number parser` lacks the `CVE-2022-37325` fix because that fix was never forward-ported from Asterisk 20 to later versions. Malformed Q.931 elements in an `OOH323 request` can therefore crash Asterisk. This issue affects Asterisk versions greater than 20. The `chan_ooh323` addon channel driver must be explicitly compiled and installed, which is not the default, and its port must be publicly reachable. This issue is fixed in Asterisk 21.12.3, 22.10.1, 23.4.1 and Certified Asterisk 22.8-cert3.

  • Oct 27, 2026MLflow is an open source AI engineering platform for agents, large language models, and machine learning models.CVE-2026-116692 · Other software · mlflow · reported by GitHubCritical 9.8

MLflow is an open source AI engineering platform for agents, large language models, and machine learning models. From 3.12.0rc0 until 3.17.0, third-party scorer deserialization in mlflow/genai/scorers/base.py accepts request-selected descendants of THIRD_PARTY_SCORER_ALLOWED_MODULES rather than requiring an exact allowed module. A caller can use MLflow artifact endpoints to place a Python module beneath a writable allowed package and submit its module and class through /ajax-api/3.0/mlflow/scorer/invoke. Scorer.model_validate_json() imports the module and constructs the class before trace processing. Authentication-disabled deployments permit this code execution without credentials, while basic-auth deployments require a principal capable of creating an experiment and run and uploading artifacts. In either configuration, the allowed scorer package must be writable by the server process. This issue is fixed in version 3.17.0.

MLflow is an open source AI engineering platform for agents, large language models, and machine learning models. From 2.19.0 until 3.17.0, mlflow.crewai.autolog() records CrewAI Agent objects without consistently sanitizing nested credential-bearing values. mlflow/crewai/autolog.py::_get_agent_attributes() converts the Agent llm field to a string that includes the provider API key, while mlflow/crewai/autolog.py::_construct_full_inputs() expands the Agent object into mlflow.spanInputs. Applications can therefore send plaintext provider credentials to the MLflow trace backend or a configured OTLP destination, where trace readers can obtain them. MLflow is an open source AI engineering platform for agents, large language models, and machine learning models. From 3.10.0 until 3.17.0, the prompt branch in _create_model_version() accepts schemeless relative sources because path validation runs only when a source has a URL scheme, and mlflow.prompt.is_prompt is interpreted by tag presence rather than a true value. A remote caller can store a server-local path as the model version artifact location and use /api/2.0/mlflow/model-versions/get-artifact to read files accessible to the MLflow server process. Default unauthenticated servers require no privileges, while basic-auth deployments are exposed to authenticated users who can create registered models. This issue is fixed in version 3.17.0.
