  • Oct 28, 2026OpenCATS is an open-source applicant tracking system and recruitment CRM for staffing agencies and hiring teams.CVE-2026-54455 · Other software · opencats · reported by GitHubHigh 7.6

OpenCATS is an open-source applicant tracking system and recruitment CRM for staffing agencies and hiring teams. Prior to version 0.10.0, activity DataGrid date filtering in `home:CallsDataGrid` and `activity:ActivityDataGrid` uses request-controlled `period`, `startDate` and `endDate` parameters without sufficient validation or escaping. The vulnerable code is in `modules/home/dataGrids.php` and `modules/activity/dataGrids.php`. The `startDate` and `endDate` values are inserted into SQL string comparisons without safe escaping, and `period` can directly influence generated SQL. An authenticated user with access to the affected DataGrid endpoints can alter the intended query to access sensitive database contents, including user account data, candidate records, contact details, company information, job orders and activity history. A valid OpenCATS login is required; unauthenticated exploitation is not established. This issue is fixed in version 0.10.0.

  • Oct 28, 2026OpenCATS is an open-source applicant tracking system and recruitment CRM for staffing agencies and hiring teams.CVE-2026-54453 · Other software · opencats · reported by GitHubHigh 7.2

OpenCATS is an open-source applicant tracking system and recruitment CRM for staffing agencies and hiring teams. Prior to version 0.10.0, the Professional License configuration feature in `SettingsUI` (`manageProfessional`) accepts administrator-controlled license key input that is reconstructed into a PHP `define()` statement in `config.php` without safe escaping. Because the application includes `config.php`, crafted input can alter the file's PHP syntax and cause persistent arbitrary PHP execution with the web server process privileges. An authenticated administrator must have Settings module access and permission to update Professional License configuration, and `config.php` must be writable for this write-based path. Successful exploitation can read, modify or delete application data, expose candidate, contact, company, job order and user account information, alter the installation or configuration, and provide a foothold for further attacks. Unauthenticated exploitation and exploitation without Settings access are not established. This issue is fixed in version 0.10.0.

  • Oct 28, 2026HTTP::Body versions before 1.24_01 for Perl allow CPU exhaustion via regex backtracking on the filename of a multipart upload.CVE-2026-117500 · Other software · reported by 9b29abf9-4ab0-4765-b253-1875cd9b441e

HTTP::Body versions before 1.24_01 for Perl allow CPU exhaustion via regex backtracking on the filename of a multipart upload. For every file part, the multipart parser finds the suffix of the uploaded filename by matching the default $basename_regexp, qr/[^.]+(\.[^\\\/]+)$/, against the whole basename. A basename made of many dots and ending in a backslash makes the regex backtrack in time quadratic in its length. A remote attacker can exhaust CPU with one request, as a basename of about 32 KB takes several seconds to match and every file part is matched separately.

  • Oct 28, 2026HTTP::Body versions before 1.23_01 for Perl lose track of chunk boundaries in chunked request bodies when a read ends inside a chunk.CVE-2026-116531 · Other software · reported by 9b29abf9-4ab0-4765-b253-1875cd9b441e

HTTP::Body versions before 1.23_01 for Perl lose track of chunk boundaries in chunked request bodies when a read ends inside a chunk. In chunked mode, used when no content length is given, add() treats a chunk as complete once the buffer is as long as the chunk's declared size, but the buffer still holds the chunk-size line. When a read ends in the last bytes of a chunk, add() takes the chunk short and parses the leftover data as the next chunk-size line. A remote attacker can make a chunked body never complete, hanging a server that reads until the body is done, and may make it complete early, leaving the remaining bytes to be read as the next request.

HTTP::Body versions before 1.23_01 for Perl allow CPU exhaustion via quadratic regex backtracking when parsing chunked request bodies. In chunked mode, used when no content length is given, add() matches each chunk-size line with `/^([\da-fA-F]+).*\x0D\x0A/`. On a line of hex digits whose first LF has no CR before it, the digits and `.*` backtrack against each other, so a single add() takes time quadratic in the line's length. Nothing limits how long the line can be. A remote attacker can exhaust CPU in applications that pass chunked request bodies to HTTP::Body.

Interpretation Conflict vulnerability in hackney_url in benoitc hackney allows Server Side Request Forgery via a percent-encoded bracketed IPv6 literal or an IP literal with a trailing dot. A host such as %5B%3A%3Affff%3A127%2E0%2E0%2E1%5D (decoding to [::ffff:127.0.0.1]) or 127.0.0.1. is not an IP address to a caller's allowlist built on uri_string:parse/1 and inet:parse_address/1, while hackney connects to the address it denotes. The same applies to a Location target when redirects are followed. The IP-literal gate that hackney_url:normalize/2 applies to a percent-decoded host, added to close the percent-encoded IP bypass of CVE-2026-47076, passes the decoded value to inet_parse:address/1 as is. The connect path in hackney_happy:parse_address/1 drops a surrounding bracket pair, and the resolver ignores a trailing dot, so both forms pass the gate and still reach the literal address. Domain names with a trailing dot and unencoded IPv6 literals are not affected. This issue affects hackney: from 4.0.1 before 4.9.0.

Starman versions before 0.4019 for Perl allow CPU exhaustion via quadratic regex backtracking when parsing chunked request bodies. Starman decodes chunked request bodies before calling the application, matching each chunk-size line with `s/^(([0-9a-fA-F]+).*\015\012)//`. A line of hex digits followed by a bare LF and then CRLF never matches, because `.` does not match LF, and each failed attempt backtracks in time quadratic in the length of the hex run. Nothing limits the length of the line. A remote attacker can exhaust worker CPU by sending such requests to any route.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ice: Restore Ordered MMIO Writes for Tx Doorbells The DQL accounting state which tracks the number of bytes queued for the NIC to transmit, namely dql->num_queued, is updated by the ICE driver when it invokes __netdev_tx_sent_queue(). Subsequently the driver updates the hardware queue tail allowing the NIC to begin processing the work queue. The queue accounting update should be ordered before the NIC begins transmitting descriptors. The transmit path currently updates the hardware doorbell using writel_relaxed(), which (on arm64) does not provide the same ordering guarantees between writes to normal memory and writes to MMIO registers that writel() does. This introduces a potential race where the NIC begins transmitting descriptors before the dql->num_queued update is globally visible. If the NIC finishes before the update is observed by dql_completed(), it detects an invalid state where more bytes have been completed than have been queued. When this happens the following BUG_ON is triggered. BUG_ON(count > num_queued - dql->num_completed); This has been observed and manifests as the following crash (note t

MLflow 3.17.1 and earlier contains a path traversal vulnerability in the FileStore tracking backend that allows unauthenticated attackers to control filesystem paths by submitting a crafted trace ID containing traversal sequences to the POST /api/3.0/mlflow/traces endpoint. Attackers can exploit FileStore.start_trace() to write trace_info.yaml, request_metadata, and tag files with attacker-controlled metadata outside the intended experiment trace directory, subject to the server process's filesystem permissions. FileStore is the default tracking backend before MLflow 3.7.0 and opt-in thereafter (the default changed to a SQLite database), so deployments in the earlier part of the affected range are vulnerable without special configuration while later ones are affected only when FileStore is explicitly selected.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bpf: Reject pkt arguments in mutating subprogs The verifier tracks changes in how PTR_TO_PACKET registers' bounds are modified across subprog boundaries. PTR_TO_PACKET registers are actually passed as PTR_TO_MEM, which is assumed valid for the entire call. This is not the case with packet memory, where a pskb_* call may invalidate its memory region. Reject BPF code that passes PTR_TO_PACKET pointers to subprogs that may mutate a packet. We cannot pass the pointer as a true PTR_TO_PACKET because we would also need to somehow pass the PTR_TO_PACKET_META or PTR_TO_PACKET_END to the subprog. Since we cannot avoid representing the pointer in the subprog as PTR_TO_MEM, only permit it if the subprog is guaranteed not to mutate the packet.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: openvswitch: conntrack: avoid modifying shared unconfirmed ct entry In a case where skb with an unconfirmed ct entry gets cloned, we may end up committing both but with different sets of extensions. The series of events: 1. The first clone wants to commit and runs the helpers wiring up the extension pointer into the expectation list. 2. Then it looses the confirmation keeping the entry unconfirmed. 3. Second clone now wants to commit labels and adds the new extension for that breaking the pointer in the expectation list causing UAF on the destruction path later. While this is possible to trigger, there should be no practical network pipeline where committing both clones without modifications into the same zone is needed. So, let's just reset the entry in case for some reason we got an skb with a shared one during commit. This doesn't affect any known use cases, but avoids any potential problems with sharing and modification of the unconfirmed ct entry. The fixes tag points to the introduction of helpers, since that's the main UAF trigger for the sharing.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: openvswitch: conntrack: fix helper UAF due to extensions realloc While calling the helpers, a raw pointer to the extensions area is wired into expectations list: -> nf_ct_helper() -> helper->help() -> nf_ct_expect_related_report() -> nf_ct_expect_insert() -> hlist_add_head_rcu(&exp->lnode, &master_help->expectations) In case the connection is not confirmed yet, more extensions can be added afterwards with *_ext_add() calls reallocating the extension space and leaving the now invalid pointer in the expectations list that is later accessed while removing the expectation. Make sure that helpers are called at the end after all the other extensions are already added. Note that the helper rejection now leaves the mark and labels set, but that's not different from how the NAT was handled before or how the mark and the labels were handled on confirmation failure. And there are no atomicity guarantees provided by the API anyway.

The YaySMTP – WP Mail SMTP with Email Logs, Tracking & Reports plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary File Upload in all versions up to, and including, 2.7.7 via the putFile function. This is due to insufficient file type validation in the putFile function, as sanitize_file_name() does not strip executable extensions and no allow-list, MIME check, or safe-extension rename is applied. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to upload files that may be executable, which makes remote code execution possible. The only server-side guard is a .htaccess file containing 'Require all denied' written by writeGuards(), which is silently ignored by nginx and by Apache configured with AllowOverride None, meaning RCE is fully achievable on those server configurations.

  • Oct 14, 2026InvoiceShelf is an open-source web & mobile app that helps track expenses, payments and create professional invoices and estimates.CVE-2026-55387 · Other software · InvoiceShelf · reported by GitHubHigh 7.2

InvoiceShelf is an open-source web & mobile app that helps track expenses, payments and create professional invoices and estimates. In version 2.3.3 and earlier, InvoiceShelf bulk-delete request validation accepts record identifiers without consistently binding them to the authenticated user's company_id. The affected DeleteCustomersRequest, DeleteEstimatesRequest, DeleteExpensesRequest, DeleteInvoiceRequest, DeleteItemsRequest, DeletePaymentsRequest, and DeleteUserRequest validators check that identifiers exist but do not consistently check tenant ownership. An authenticated user can submit another company's identifier and delete cross-company records. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.4.0.

  • Oct 14, 2026InvoiceShelf is an open-source web & mobile app that helps track expenses, payments and create professional invoices and estimates.CVE-2026-55386 · Other software · InvoiceShelf · reported by GitHubHigh 7.1

InvoiceShelf is an open-source web & mobile app that helps track expenses, payments and create professional invoices and estimates. Prior to version 2.4.0, InvoiceShelf passes the authenticated user's orderByField query parameter into Laravel orderBy calls in Invoice::scopeApplyFilters without restricting the value to column identifiers. A crafted SQL expression can therefore enter the ORDER BY clause across invoice and other list endpoints, enabling boolean-based blind extraction of database information. This issue is fixed in version 2.4.0.

  • Oct 14, 2026InvoiceShelf is an open-source web & mobile app that helps track expenses, payments and create professional invoices and estimates.CVE-2026-55385 · Other software · InvoiceShelf · reported by GitHubMedium 6.8

InvoiceShelf is an open-source web & mobile app that helps track expenses, payments and create professional invoices and estimates. Prior to version 2.4.0, InvoiceShelf's PDFConfigurationRequest.php validates the owner-controlled gotenberg_host setting only as a syntactically valid URL. GotenbergPDFDriver::loadView later sends a multipart HTTP request containing rendered invoice, estimate, or payment HTML as document.html to that host without rejecting private, loopback, link-local, or reserved addresses. An owner can use PDF generation to reach internal services or cloud metadata endpoints, and a configured external host receives customer names, addresses, line items, totals, and company identifiers from subsequent PDF renders. This issue is fixed in version 2.4.0.

InvoiceShelf is an open-source web & mobile app that helps track expenses, payments and create professional invoices and estimates. Prior to version 2.4.0, InvoiceShelf invoice, estimate, and recurring-invoice creation paths accept client-supplied total, sub_total, tax, discount_val, and due_amount values without verifying that they match the submitted line items. An authenticated user can persist manipulated financial totals through InvoicesRequest::getInvoicePayload and the corresponding EstimatesRequest and RecurringInvoiceRequest handlers, causing stored document totals to disagree with their item prices and quantities. • Oct 14, 2026InvoiceShelf is an open-source web & mobile app that helps track expenses, payments and create professional invoices and estimates.CVE-2026-55383 · Other software · InvoiceShelf · reported by GitHubHigh 8.2

InvoiceShelf is an open-source web & mobile app that helps track expenses, payments and create professional invoices and estimates. Prior to version 2.4.0, InvoiceShelf public customer invoice, estimate, and payment routes use an EmailLog token's numeric mailable_id without verifying mailable_type, and the JSON handlers do not enforce EmailLog::isExpired. A token issued for one document type can therefore disclose a different company's document when numeric identifiers collide, and an expired token can remain usable on the JSON routes GET /customer/invoices/{email_log:token}, GET /customer/estimates/{email_log:token}, and GET /customer/payments/{email_log:token}. View handlers can also mark a mismatched invoice or estimate as viewed and send a notification. This issue is fixed in version 2.4.0.

  • Oct 14, 2026InvoiceShelf is an open-source web & mobile app that helps track expenses, payments and create professional invoices and estimates.CVE-2026-55382 · Other software · InvoiceShelf · reported by GitHubHigh 7.6

InvoiceShelf is an open-source web & mobile app that helps track expenses, payments and create professional invoices and estimates. Prior to version 2.4.0, InvoiceShelf NotesController::show, NotesController::update, and NotesController::destroy authorize only the generic view notes or manage notes ability and do not pass the route-bound Note to NotePolicy::viewNotes or NotePolicy::manageNotes, so neither method checks the target note's company_id. Because the Note model has no global company scope, an authenticated staff user with ordinary note abilities can select another company's sequential note identifier and read, modify, or delete its reusable invoice, estimate, and payment note templates. This issue is fixed in version 2.4.0.

  • Oct 14, 2026InvoiceShelf is an open-source web & mobile app that helps track expenses, payments and create professional invoices and estimates.CVE-2026-55381 · Other software · InvoiceShelf · reported by GitHubHigh 7.1

InvoiceShelf is an open-source web & mobile app that helps track expenses, payments and create professional invoices and estimates. Prior to version 2.4.0, POST /api/v1/estimates/{estimate}/convert-to-invoice in ConvertEstimateController authorizes only the caller's create-invoice ability and does not authorize access to the route-bound Estimate. Because route-model binding can resolve an estimate from any company, an authenticated user with create-invoice ability can copy another company's line items, prices, totals, taxes, notes, currency, and customer data into an invoice in the attacker's company. The victim company's configured conversion action reaches checkForEstimateConvertAction and can also change or delete the original estimate. This issue is fixed in version 2.4.0.

  • Oct 14, 2026Sentry is an application monitoring and error tracking platform.CVE-2026-102899 · Other software · getsentry · reported by GitHubHigh 7.6

Sentry is an application monitoring and error tracking platform. From 26.5.0 until 26.7.2, the SAML SSO identity-linking flow allows an attacker who controls a SAML identity provider to socially engineer an authenticated user into opening a malicious URL, link the attacker's identity to the victim's Sentry account, and take control of that account. The attack requires a browser that accepts the cross-site cookie context, including Firefox with SameSite=None cookies or Chromium with third-party cookies enabled. Sentry SaaS received the remediation on July 27, 2026, and self-hosted Sentry is fixed in version 26.7.2.

  • Oct 13, 2026OpenCATS is an open-source applicant tracking system and recruitment CRM for staffing agencies and hiring teams.CVE-2026-54454 · Other software · opencats · reported by GitHubCritical 9.1

OpenCATS is an open-source applicant tracking system and recruitment CRM for staffing agencies and hiring teams. Prior to 0.10.0, the OpenCATS Import module in modules/import/ImportUI.php can preserve an uploaded file's original name for one import data type and place the file in the web-accessible temporary directory. An authenticated user with Import privileges can select the affected import path and upload a PHP file that remains under an attacker-controlled executable filename, and an import error can leave the file on disk. If the temporary directory is served with PHP execution enabled, requesting the staged file can execute arbitrary PHP code with the web server process privileges, exposing or modifying recruiting data and the host system. • Oct 12, 2026Super Productivity is an advanced todo list app with integrated timeboxing and time tracking capabilities.CVE-2026-102539 · Other software · super-productivity · reported by GitHubMedium 5.7

Super Productivity is an advanced todo list app with integrated timeboxing and time tracking capabilities. From 17.3.0 until 18.13.1, the SuperSync end-to-end encryption setup calls sync(true) before a user sets an encryption password, causing the operation-upload path to transmit and store all user operations in plaintext. The exposed operations can include private task content and connected issue-provider credentials, including reusable passwords, API tokens, and app passwords. Users who complete E2EE setup have the plaintext operations deleted, while users who leave the password-setting step can leave the data stored indefinitely. The Disable SuperSync action did not remove plaintext that had already been uploaded. Routing and causal metadata remain plaintext by design and are not part of this vulnerability.
