Oct 28, 2026InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments.CVE-2026-55561 · Other software · InvoicePlane · reported by GitHubMedium 5.3
InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments. Prior to 1.7.2-beta-1, guest users can approve or reject quotes belonging to any client, not just their assigned clients. The `approve()` and `reject()` methods in the Guest Quotes controller, `application/modules/guest/controllers/Quotes.php`, call `approve_quote_by_id($quote_id)` and `reject_quote_by_id($quote_id)` directly without the `where_in('ip_quotes.client_id', $this->user_clients)` scoping that sibling methods use. A guest user assigned to one client can change another client's quote status by supplying sequential integer `quote_id` values, and `email_quote_status()` also sends notification emails. Additionally, `generate_pdf()` calls `mark_viewed($quote_id)` before checking the client scope, allowing a guest user to mark another client's quote as viewed. These issues are fixed in version 1.7.2-beta-1 and the subsequent stable version 1.7.2.

Oct 21, 2026Missing Authentication for Critical Function (CWE-306) and Insufficiently Protected Credentials (CWE-522) in the control plane enrollment status handler (HandleCVE-2026-103090 · Computers, phones & browsers · Google · reported by cve-coordination@google.comHigh 8.8
Missing Authentication for Critical Function (CWE-306) and Insufficiently Protected Credentials (CWE-522) in the control plane enrollment status handler (HandleEnrollStatus at GET /enroll/status in internal/controlplane/server.go) in Google OSS Agent Mesh (SAM) versions 0.1.0-alpha.1 through 0.1.0-alpha.8 allow an unauthenticated remote attacker to retrieve an approved bootstrap-enrolled peer's signed Biscuit identity token by supplying a peer_id obtainable from the unauthenticated GET /info endpoint. A related flaw in POST /enroll allowed any bootstrap-token holder to re-fetch another peer's credential. An attacker can replay the disclosed Biscuit token as a bearer credential on /policies to read mesh authorization policies and on /routers/lease to overwrite advertised router multiaddrs. Users should upgrade to version 0.1.0-alpha.9 or later, which requires cryptographic proof of possession of the enrollment private key on credential-releasing endpoints, enforces rate limiting, and validates router lease addresses.

Oct 19, 2026Tokens associated with user sessions are not revoked when the corresponding user session is terminated, unless another SSO request is initiated.CVE-2025-13173 · Other software · WSO2 · reported by ed10eef1-636d-4fbe-9993-6890dfa878f8Medium 6.5
Tokens associated with user sessions are not revoked when the corresponding user session is terminated, unless another SSO request is initiated. This occurs when the session-bound token feature is enabled with token binding validation and the "Revoke token upon user logout" option is not active. The software fails to automatically invalidate session-bound tokens upon user session termination. This vulnerability exists when token binding validation is enabled. As a result, a malicious actor possessing a valid session-bound token could exploit this condition to maintain unauthorized access to applications and resources even after the associated user session has ended, potentially leading to the exposure of sensitive user data.

Oct 16, 2026Open and provider-neutral, LoopX is a lightweight state kernel and local-first control plane for loop engineering.CVE-2026-108372 · Other software · huangruiteng · reported by GitHubHigh 7.1
Open and provider-neutral, LoopX is a lightweight state kernel and local-first control plane for loop engineering. From version 0.0.1 until 0.4.5, `loopx serve-status` in `loopx/status_server.py` uses `StatusRequestHandler._send_json()` and `do_OPTIONS()` to send `Access-Control-Allow-Origin: *` for unauthenticated responses on predictable loopback ports. A remote attacker can cause an operator who visits attacker-controlled web content to issue cross-origin requests to `GET /status.json`, `GET /review-material?goal_id=...&path=...`, `GET /`, and `POST /control-plane/configure-goal/dry-run`, exposing control-plane state, goal and run information, local absolute paths, private Markdown files below registered goal roots, and dry-run configuration projections. The affected routes do not provide cross-origin writes or arbitrary-file access. This issue is fixed in version 0.4.5.

Oct 14, 2026Plane is an open-source project management tool.CVE-2026-102986 · Other software · makeplane · reported by GitHubHigh 8.1
Plane is an open-source project management tool. In 1.3.1 and earlier, EntityAssetEndpoint at the public project asset endpoint /api/public/assets/v2/anchor/{anchor}/ requires authentication for write operations but does not verify workspace or project membership. An authenticated user who knows a published project's public DeployBoard.anchor can create FileAsset records in that project and soft-delete existing assets by identifier, allowing cross-workspace file injection, storage abuse, and data loss. The issue is fixed in version 1.4.0.

Oct 14, 2026Plane is an open-source project management tool.CVE-2026-102985 · Other software · makeplane · reported by GitHubMedium 6.5
Plane is an open-source project management tool. In 1.3.1 and earlier, ProjectMemberViewSet.partial_update places its authorization checks inside the role update branch, so a guest or member can omit role and change another ProjectMember record's is_active field, including deactivating a project administrator. ProjectMemberPreferenceEndpoint.patch separately trusts the member_id path value and lets a project member overwrite another member's preferences. These missing object-level authorization checks permit membership disruption and cross-member preference tampering. The vulnerability is fixed in 1.4.0.

Oct 14, 2026Plane is an open-source project management tool.CVE-2026-102980 · Other software · makeplane · reported by GitHubMedium 6.5
Plane is an open-source project management tool. Prior to 1.4.0, PageVersionEndpoint in apps/api/plane/app/views/page/version.py scopes page-version lookups by workspace and page identifiers but not by the project_id from the URL. ProjectPagePermission likewise derives the caller's role from the URL project while resolving the requested page workspace-wide, so a member of one project can use that project's identifier to read description_html for a public page in another project in the same workspace. The affected path is read-only and does not enable cross-project page modification. This issue is fixed in version 1.4.0.

Oct 12, 2026In HAProxy Data Plane API 2.2.0 through 3.4.3 (and corresponding Enterprise Edition releases), Server.ConfigureAPI() has process-global authentication logic thaCVE-2026-109575 · Other software · HAProxy · reported by MITRECritical 9.8
In HAProxy Data Plane API 2.2.0 through 3.4.3 (and corresponding Enterprise Edition releases), Server.ConfigureAPI() has process-global authentication logic that improperly drops security controls across multiple transport types. When a TLS Certificate Authority (tls_ca) is configured and a numeric TLS port (tls_port) is specified, the application globally disables Basic authentication on its shared internal request handler. Because this handler is shared concurrently among HTTP, HTTPS, and UNIX domain socket listeners, and mutual TLS (mTLS) client certificate verification (tls.RequireAndVerifyClientCert) is enforced exclusively on the HTTPS server path, all other simultaneously active non-mTLS listeners fail open. Consequently, an unauthenticated attacker capable of reaching an affected HTTP or UNIX management endpoint can completely bypass credentials to gain full API administrative access. This allows unauthorized remote or local actors to read sensitive, cleartext HAProxy configuration data or replace the managed configuration entirely via the raw configuration endpoint. This has been fixed in versions 3.4.4, 3.3.9, 3.2.17, 3.0.25, 2.9.29, and their respective EE backports by m

Oct 6, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/gud: fix out-of-bounds write in gud_plane_atomic_check() The plane property loop uses CVE-2026-98181 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/gud: fix out-of-bounds write in gud_plane_atomic_check() The plane property loop uses req->properties[num_properties + i] as write index while simultaneously incrementing `num_properties` inside the loop. At iteration i, num_properties has also incremented by i, so the write is done at `initial_num_properties + 2*i`, skipping every other index and advancing by 2 per iteration. With just 2 connector and 32 plane properties the last write happens at index 64, one slot past the end of the 64-slot (indices 0–63) allocation. A USB device can trigger OOB by advertising the maximum number of properties. Fix by dropping the redundant `+ i`; num_properties is already the correct running index, as gud_connector_fill_properties() fills the preceding slots.

Oct 5, 2026Plane is an open-source project management tool.CVE-2026-105641 · Other software · makeplane · reported by GitHubCritical 9.8
Plane is an open-source project management tool. Prior to 1.4.0, the deployments/aio/community/ and deployments/cli/community/ manifests provide fixed, publicly known SECRET_KEY and LIVE_SERVER_SECRET_KEY defaults that remain active when operators do not override them. The top-level setup.sh randomizes secrets only for the development Docker Compose path, leaving unchanged aio and cli community deployments with shared production secrets. Knowledge of SECRET_KEY enables attackers to forge Django-signed values and compromise accounts or sessions. Knowledge of LIVE_SERVER_SECRET_KEY bypasses live-service authentication on unchanged community deployments. This issue is fixed in 1.4.0.

Oct 5, 2026Plane is an open-source project management tool.CVE-2026-105640 · Other software · makeplane · reported by GitHubCritical 9.1
Plane is an open-source project management tool. Prior to 1.4.0, Plane trusts email addresses returned by Gitea OAuth and by self-managed GitLab OAuth deployments where email confirmation is disabled, without verifying that the provider authenticated ownership of the address. An attacker can set an OAuth identity's unverified provider email to a victim's address, which Plane matches directly to the victim's existing local account. The attacker can then log in to the victim's Plane account without knowing the victim's password. GitHub, GitLab.com, and Google are not affected because those providers return verified email addresses. This issue is fixed in 1.4.0.

Oct 5, 2026Plane is an open-source project management tool.CVE-2026-105639 · Other software · makeplane · reported by GitHubCritical 9.8
Plane is an open-source project management tool. Prior to 1.4.0, Plane's signup flow creates a logged-in User row for any submitted email without an out-of-band ownership check, while User.email is unique=True. The authenticated user can call GET /api/users/me/workspaces/invitations/, which returns each WorkspaceMemberInvite whose email matches request.user.email. WorkSpaceMemberInviteSerializer uses fields = "all", exposing the token that protects the invitation join endpoint. An unauthenticated attacker who knows a target's email can register an account using that address, enumerate pending invitations, and accept an invitation as the target, joining a workspace at the invited role. The term pre-auth describes the attacker's initial state: the attacker has no credential before signup, while the enumeration and join requests use the session created by that signup. This issue is fixed in 1.4.0.

Oct 5, 2026Plane is an open-source project management tool.CVE-2026-105638 · Other software · makeplane · reported by GitHubCritical 9.1
Plane is an open-source project management tool. Prior to 1.4.0, Plane's magic-code email login uses a six-digit numeric OTP with approximately 20 bits of entropy. The verifier has no per-code failed-attempt counter, and an incorrect code does not increment a counter, invalidate the Redis entry, or lock the email address. The verifier extends django.views.View rather than DRF's APIView, so the configured AnonRateThrottle limit does not apply. The middleware stack also contains no Django-level rate limiter such as django-ratelimit, django-axes, or an IP-throttling middleware. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.4.0.

Oct 5, 2026Plane is an open-source project management tool.CVE-2026-105637 · Other software · makeplane · reported by GitHubCritical 9.6
Plane is an open-source project management tool. Prior to 1.4.0, ProjectBulkAssetEndpoint.post in apps/api/plane/app/views/asset/v2.py retrieves assets using id__in=asset_ids and workspace__slug=slug but does not constrain the query with project_id from the URL. A workspace Guest can provide asset UUIDs from another project in the same workspace and reassign their issue_id, comment_id, page_id, draft_issue_id, or project_id to an entity the attacker controls. Oct 5, 2026Plane is an open-source project management tool.CVE-2026-105636 · Other software · makeplane · reported by GitHubCritical 9.9
Plane is an open-source project management tool. Prior to 1.4.0, the webhook delivery task in apps/api/plane/bgtasks/webhook_task.py calls requests.post() without allow_redirects=False and does not validate redirect targets. validate_url() blocks private, loopback, link-local, and reserved addresses in the original webhook URL, but the final URL reached after one or more redirects is not checked. A user who can create a workspace can register a webhook pointing to an attacker-controlled public endpoint that returns a 302 redirect to an internal address. The Plane worker then fetches internal resources, including cloud metadata, and stores the response body in webhook_logs, where the attacker can retrieve it through the workspace webhook-logs API. When a project member or viewer of a closed intake item clicks the planted link, the TipTap \tjavascript: parser bypass and the target="_self" click handler execute JavaScript in the viewer's session and exfiltrate a long-lived API token. This issue is fixed in 1.4.0.

Oct 5, 2026Plane is an open-source project management tool.CVE-2026-104978 · Other software · makeplane · reported by GitHubHigh 8.2
Plane is an open-source project management tool. Prior to 1.4.0, Plane's project invitation list endpoint is accessible to any authenticated user who knows the workspace slug and project ID, while the public project invitation join endpoint accepts an invitation based only on a submitted email address. When a pending invitation targets an email address that has not registered with Plane, an attacker can enumerate the invitation, register an account using the invited email without mailbox verification, and accept the invitation. The attacker-controlled account is then added to the target workspace and project. This issue is fixed in 1.4.0.

Oct 5, 2026Plane is an open-source project management tool.CVE-2026-104977 · Other software · makeplane · reported by GitHubHigh 7.7
Plane is an open-source project management tool. Prior to 1.4.0, the fix for CVE-2026-27706 and GHSA-jcc6-f9v6-f7jw, an SSRF in work-item link unfurling shipped in v1.2.2, remains incomplete in the v1.3.1 GA release. Any authenticated project member can make the server fetch attacker-selected internal targets, including cloud metadata at 169.254.169.254, and read the response body returned as the link title or favicon. Complete hardening exists on main in PR 9163 but was not included in an earlier released tag. This issue is fixed in 1.4.0.

Oct 5, 2026Plane is an open-source project management tool.CVE-2026-104976 · Other software · makeplane · reported by GitHubHigh 8.7
Plane is an open-source project management tool. Prior to 1.4.0, Plane validates GITEA_HOST only for its URL scheme and does not reject hosts that resolve to private or internal IP addresses. The four outbound requests in the Gitea OAuth flow are derived from this unvalidated host and do not call validate_url(). In addition, avatar_url is taken from the Gitea user's profile, where users can configure external avatar URLs. After an administrator enables Gitea OAuth for a legitimate instance, a Gitea user can set an internal URL as the profile avatar and log in through Gitea, causing Plane to fetch the internal target without validation. This issue is fixed in 1.4.0.

Oct 5, 2026Plane is an open-source project management tool.CVE-2026-104975 · Other software · makeplane · reported by GitHubHigh 7.1
Plane is an open-source project management tool. Prior to 1.4.0, Plane's dashboard asset endpoints in plane/app/views/asset/v2.py were remediated for two cross-tenant asset IDORs, CVE-2026-27705 and CVE-2026-46558. Those fixes added a membership check and project_id and workspace__slug scoping to the asset endpoints in that file. The Spaces app in plane/space/views/asset.py serves related public-board operations under /api/public/ but was not remediated. Its EntityAssetEndpoint and AssetRestoreEndpoint resolve a DeployBoard from a public anchor and then read or modify FileAsset rows scoped only to the board's workspace, without a membership check or project_id constraint. An attacker can therefore read, overwrite, or restore assets across projects and workspaces. This issue is fixed in 1.4.0.

Plane is an open-source project management tool. Prior to 1.4.0, a user whose account has been deactivated by setting is_active=False can still log in with existing credentials. Plane is an open-source project management tool. Prior to 1.4.0, the fix for CVE-2026-30242 validates webhook IP addresses only when the webhook is created in apps/api/plane/app/serializers/webhook.py. The delivery task in apps/api/plane/bgtasks/webhook_task.py performs a separate DNS resolution when sending the request and does not validate the resolved IP address, allowing DNS rebinding to bypass the SSRF protection. This issue is fixed in 1.4.0.

Oct 5, 2026Plane is an open-source project management tool.CVE-2026-104971 · Other software · makeplane · reported by GitHubHigh 8.5
Plane is an open-source project management tool. Prior to 1.4.0, DuplicateAssetEndpoint fetches a source FileAsset without limiting it to the caller's workspace, allowing cross-workspace asset duplication. WorkspaceFileAssetEndpoint and the legacy FileAssetEndpoint omit workspace authorization, allowing authenticated users to read, create, modify, or delete assets in workspaces where they are not members. Separately, WorkspaceViewViewSet.retrieve lacks the authorization decorator used by its sibling actions, exposing an unauthorized workspace-view read surface. This issue is fixed in 1.4.0.

Oct 5, 2026Plane is an open-source project management tool.CVE-2026-104970 · Other software · makeplane · reported by GitHubHigh 8.1
Plane is an open-source project management tool. From 0.13 until 1.4.0, InstanceAdminSignUpEndpoint in apps/api/plane/license/api/views/admin.py:89-117, 173-229 uses InstanceAdmin.objects.first() for the first-admin check and performs account creation without an atomic transaction, row lock, uniqueness guard, or advisory lock. Two concurrent unauthenticated requests with different email addresses can both observe that no instance administrator exists, create separate User and InstanceAdmin rows, and receive sessions with instance-admin authority. This allows an attacker to share unrestricted instance administration with the legitimate operator. This issue is fixed in 1.4.0.

Plane is an open-source project management tool. Prior to 1.4.0, the cycle-issues endpoint accepts issue UUIDs in the request body without validating that they belong to the caller's workspace. An authenticated user can add issues from any workspace to a cycle they control. If a victim issue is already assigned to a cycle, the operation removes it from the victim's cycle, causing a destructive cross-tenant write. This issue is fixed in 1.4.0.

Plane is an open-source project management tool. Prior to 1.4.0, GET /api/workspaces/{slug}/entity-search/?query_type=user_mention returns workspace-member display names, UUIDs, and avatar URLs to any authenticated user who knows the workspace slug, even when the caller is not a workspace member. The endpoint also exposes ProjectMember rows under the same condition. SearchEndpoint in apps/api/plane/app/views/search/base.py inherits BaseAPIView with only permission_classes = [IsAuthenticated] and performs no workspace-membership check. This issue is fixed in 1.4.0.

Oct 5, 2026Plane is an open-source project management tool.CVE-2026-104967 · Other software · makeplane · reported by GitHubMedium 5.4
Plane is an open-source project management tool. Prior to 1.4.0, BulkDeleteIssuesEndpoint and SubIssuesEndpoint in apps/api/plane/app/views/issue/ accept body- or URL-supplied issue IDs and operate on them without checking that the IDs belong to the caller's workspace and project. The permission decorator on each endpoint validates only that the caller is a member or administrator of the workspace and project named in the URL. BulkDeleteIssuesEndpoint can destroy CycleIssue and ModuleIssue associations belonging to foreign issues. SubIssuesEndpoint can re-parent foreign issues under an attacker-selected issue and return the foreign issues' metadata. This issue is fixed in 1.4.0.

Oct 5, 2026Plane is an open-source project management tool.CVE-2026-104966 · Other software · makeplane · reported by GitHubHigh 8.7
Plane is an open-source project management tool. Prior to 1.4.0, two endpoint families fail to verify that nested resource identifiers belong to the workspace and project named in the URL. An authenticated user can read or modify estimates from another workspace through PATCH /api/workspaces/{slug}/projects/{project_id}/estimates/{estimate_id}/, and can inject comments into an issue from another workspace through POST /api/workspaces/{slug}/projects/{project_id}/issues/{issue_id}/comments/. ProjectEntityPermission verifies membership in the workspace and project from the URL, but estimate_id and issue_id are fetched by primary key without confirming the same scope. The list, retrieve, and destroy handlers correctly scope their queries, demonstrating the inconsistency. This issue is fixed in 1.4.0.

Oct 5, 2026Plane is an open-source project management tool.CVE-2026-104964 · Other software · makeplane · reported by GitHubMedium 6.8
Plane is an open-source project management tool. Prior to 1.4.0, Plane's project update endpoint authorizes the caller against the workspace slug in the request URL but loads the target project globally by UUID without binding it to that workspace. An administrator of one workspace can modify a project in another workspace when the victim project UUID is known. This violates tenant isolation and permits unauthorized cross-workspace changes to project metadata and configuration. This issue is fixed in 1.4.0.

Oct 5, 2026Plane is an open-source project management tool.CVE-2026-104963 · Other software · makeplane · reported by GitHubMedium 4.3
Plane is an open-source project management tool. Prior to 1.4.0, GET /api/workspaces/{slug}/cycles/ through WorkspaceCyclesEndpoint and GET /api/workspaces/{slug}/modules/ through WorkspaceModulesEndpoint return records from every project in a workspace without checking whether the requester belongs to each project. Any authenticated workspace member, including a Guest with access to only one project, can enumerate names, descriptions, sprint dates, issue counts, progress snapshots, external integration IDs, linked URLs, and member lists for cycles and modules in private projects. The sibling WorkspaceLabelsEndpoint and WorkspaceStatesEndpoint apply the correct project__project_projectmember__member=request.user filter, making the cycle and module endpoints inconsistent outliers. This issue is fixed in 1.4.0.

Oct 5, 2026Plane is an open-source project management tool.CVE-2026-104962 · Other software · makeplane · reported by GitHubMedium 6.5
Plane is an open-source project management tool. Prior to 1.4.0, GET /api/v1/workspaces/{slug}/projects/{project_id}/members/ returns the complete project-member roster, including each member's email address, first and last name, display name, avatar, and role. ProjectMemberPermission gates the endpoint, but its SAFE_METHODS branch checks only whether the caller is an active ProjectMember of any project in the workspace and does not bind the check to view.project_id. The view then filters solely by the project_id supplied in the URL. Consequently, any authenticated user who belongs to one project in a workspace, including a Guest, can read the roster of another private project in the same workspace. This issue is fixed in 1.4.0.
