The Integrate PhonePe with WooCommerce WordPress plugin through 1.2.1 does not validate that a verified payment transaction belongs to the order being marked as paid, nor does it verify the authenticity of its payment-completion request, allowing unauthenticated attackers to reuse a single valid transaction to mark arbitrary orders as paid and bypass payment.

Jul 17, 2026PhonePe Payment Solutions: Does not properly verify the authenticity of incoming payment callbacks: the secret used to validate the callback signature is empty on sites configured through the current setup flowCVE-2026-11575 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WPScanHigh 7.5
The PhonePe Payment Solutions WordPress plugin before 3.1.0 does not properly verify the authenticity of incoming payment callbacks: the secret used to validate the callback signature is empty on sites configured through the current setup flow, so the expected signature reduces to an unkeyed hash of the request body that anyone can compute. This allows unauthenticated attackers to forge a payment-success notification and mark unpaid WooCommerce orders as paid without any payment being made.

Where this comes from: the exploited list is CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog. Everything else is the whole National Vulnerability Database, where each record is published by the team that found the bug (Wordfence, Patchstack, WPScan, the vendors themselves and others); we show who. Exploit odds are FIRST’s EPSS, updated daily. Titles and categories are ours, so check the linked record before acting on a detail. For a write-up of the big ones, see our advisories. Every vendor, and every WordPress plugin and theme with a recorded flaw, also has its own page. All of it is free to reuse as JSON, CSV or RSS.
