  • Oct 19, 2026An uncontrolled recursion weakness in the BSON decoding logic of the MongoDB PHP driver may allow an unauthenticated party who can supply crafted binary documenCVE-2026-112368 · Other software · MongoDB Inc. · reported by cna@mongodb.comHigh 8.2

An uncontrolled recursion weakness in the BSON decoding logic of the MongoDB PHP driver may allow an unauthenticated party who can supply crafted binary document data to the decoder to exhaust the process stack. This may cause the PHP process using the driver to terminate unexpectedly, resulting in a loss of availability for that process. The condition occurs below the PHP layer and cannot be intercepted by application-level error handling.

  • Oct 8, 2026The BSON encoder in the MongoDB PHP Driver does not check some return values after a document exceeds libbson's size limit.CVE-2026-106436 · Other software · MongoDB · reported by cna@mongodb.comMedium 6.3

The BSON encoder in the MongoDB PHP Driver does not check some return values after a document exceeds libbson's size limit. This can leave the encoder in an invalid state. An unauthenticated actor who can cause an affected application to encode an unusually large data structure can terminate the PHP worker or cause the resulting document to omit fields. No MongoDB server connection or database authentication is required.

  • Oct 8, 2026The BSON encoder in the MongoDB PHP Driver converts a string length to a 32-bit value without validation.CVE-2026-106432 · Other software · MongoDB · reported by cna@mongodb.comLow 2

The BSON encoder in the MongoDB PHP Driver converts a string length to a 32-bit value without validation. When an affected application encodes a string near 4 GiB, the allocation size can wrap while the copy operation uses the original length. The resulting heap buffer overflow can corrupt process memory or terminate the PHP process. Reaching this issue requires a non-default runtime configuration that permits multi-gigabyte values. No MongoDB server interaction is required.

  • Sep 24, 2026Deserialization of untrusted data in the command monitoring support of the MongoDB PHP Driver can cause class names embedded in document content to be honored wCVE-2026-96745 · Other software · MongoDB · reported by cna@mongodb.comMedium 6.3

Deserialization of untrusted data in the command monitoring support of the MongoDB PHP Driver can cause class names embedded in document content to be honored when the driver builds monitoring event objects. When an application registers a command monitoring subscriber and includes untrusted data in a database operation, an unauthenticated party who controls that data may cause an application class implementing the driver's persistable interface to be instantiated and its unserialization method invoked with the supplied data. The resulting impact depends on the classes available in the application.

  • Sep 3, 2026An out-of-bounds read in the BSON decoding component of the MongoDB PHP driver may allow an unauthenticated party who supplies specially formed input to have a CVE-2026-84968 · Other software · MongoDB · reported by cna@mongodb.comMedium 6.9

An out-of-bounds read in the BSON decoding component of the MongoDB PHP driver may allow an unauthenticated party who supplies specially formed input to have a small amount of adjacent process memory copied into an error message that is returned to application code. This may result in unintended disclosure of limited memory contents.

Stack exhaustion vulnerability in the MongoDB PHP driver can cause application crashes when processing deeply nested BSON documents in unusual circumstances when the source of these BSON documents is not MongoDB Server.

Where this comes from: the exploited list is CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog. Everything else is the whole National Vulnerability Database, where each record is published by the team that found the bug (Wordfence, Patchstack, WPScan, the vendors themselves and others); we show who. Exploit odds are FIRST’s EPSS, updated daily. Titles and categories are ours, so check the linked record before acting on a detail. For a write-up of the big ones, see our advisories. Every vendor, and every WordPress plugin and theme with a recorded flaw, also has its own page. All of it is free to reuse as JSON, CSV or RSS.
