Szafir and Szafir Weryfikująca are vulnerable to XML External Entity (XXE) injection. When a user signs or verify a crafted XML file containing a `DOCTYPE` with an external DTD reference, the parser processes external entities, allowing an attacker to read arbitrary files from the victim's filesystem. • Oct 26, 2026In the Bluetooth Classic Hands-Free Profile Audio Gateway role, hfp_ag_create() in subsys/bluetooth/host/classic/hfp_ag.c starts an SDP discovery toward the peeCVE-2026-82389 · Other software · zephyrproject · reported by vulnerabilities@zephyrproject.orgMedium 6.5

In the Bluetooth Classic Hands-Free Profile Audio Gateway role, hfp_ag_create() in subsys/bluetooth/host/classic/hfp_ag.c starts an SDP discovery toward the peer, which links the embedded ag->sdp_param._node into the SDP client's pending request list in subsys/bluetooth/host/classic/sdp.c. If the subsequent bt_rfcomm_dlc_connect() call fails, bt_hfp_ag_connect() cleaned up by memset()-ing the entire AG object while that node was still linked, and while ag->slc_work could still be queued on the system work queue. An in-flight SDP discovery cannot be cancelled — bt_sdp_discover_cancel() is declared in the public header but has no implementation — so the request stays in the list with its func, pool and uuid pointers zeroed. The RFCOMM channel passed to bt_hfp_ag_connect() is taken from the peer's own SDP Hands-Free service record in the normal AG flow (bt_sdp_get_proto_param() performs no range validation, and samples/bluetooth/classic/handsfree_ag feeds the value straight through), so a remote BR/EDR device in radio range that advertises an RFCOMM channel outside the valid range 0x01..0x1e deterministically forces bt_rfcomm_dlc_connect() to fail and reach the wipe. • Oct 12, 2026OWASP Coraza WAF is a golang modsecurity compatible web application firewall library.CVE-2026-41508 · Other software · corazawaf · reported by GitHubMedium 5.8

OWASP Coraza WAF is a golang modsecurity compatible web application firewall library. From 3.4.0 until 3.8.0, the multipart processor in internal/bodyprocessors/multipart.go treats io.ErrUnexpectedEOF as nonfatal without setting MULTIPART_STRICT_ERROR. A remote attacker can submit a truncated multipart body that produces io.ErrUnexpectedEOF, causing parsing to stop without raising the strict-error signal used by the recommended defensive rule. Rules 200002 and 200003 do not fire, allowing multipart parser-disagreement payloads to reach a backend that interprets the truncated body differently. This issue is fixed in version 3.8.0.

  • Oct 12, 2026OWASP Coraza WAF is a golang modsecurity compatible web application firewall library.CVE-2026-41504 · Other software · corazawaf · reported by GitHubMedium 5.8

OWASP Coraza WAF is a golang modsecurity compatible web application firewall library. From 3.0.0 until 3.8.0, the Native audit-log formatter in internal/auditlog/formats.go writes attacker-influenced request and response fields without neutralizing carriage returns or line feeds. When SecAuditLogFormat Native is enabled, injected line breaks can create forged lines inside a transaction record. An attacker who controls request or response body, header, error-message, or matched-rule data can inject carriage returns and line feeds that appear as forged audit lines within a transaction record. The forged content can mislead operators and line-oriented SIEM processing, although the unpredictable transaction boundary prevents straightforward impersonation of a separate complete session. This issue is fixed in version 3.8.0.

  • Oct 12, 2026OWASP Coraza WAF is a golang modsecurity compatible web application firewall library.CVE-2026-41510 · Other software · corazawaf · reported by GitHubHigh 7.2

OWASP Coraza WAF is a golang modsecurity compatible web application firewall library. From 3.0.0 until 3.8.1, Coraza silently drops arguments after SecArgumentsLimit in internal/corazawaf/transaction.go, while internal/bodyprocessors/urlencoded.go writes ARGS_POST without enforcing the cap. The flaw is triggered when an unauthenticated attacker sends more arguments than SecArgumentsLimit or supplies bodies that expand beyond the configured argument and flattening budgets. An unauthenticated attacker can flood requests with arguments so excess values are silently omitted from ARGS, ARGS_GET, ARGS_NAMES, ARGS_GET_NAMES, ARGS_POST, or ARGS_PATH before security rules inspect them; affected urlencoded and JSON processing can also consume excessive memory. The omission can bypass WAF rules protecting the downstream application, and unbounded or amplified argument processing can cause memory consumption and service degradation. This issue is fixed in version 3.8.1.

  • Oct 12, 2026OWASP Coraza WAF is a golang modsecurity compatible web application firewall library.CVE-2026-104774 · Other software · corazawaf · reported by GitHubMedium 5.8

OWASP Coraza WAF is a golang modsecurity compatible web application firewall library. From 3.0.0 until 3.8.0, the t:jsDecode transformation in internal/transformations/js_decode.go:64-70 includes the backslash in the octal buffer, causing ParseInt to fail and return a null byte. The flaw is triggered when a rule relies on t:jsDecode and the request contains JavaScript octal escape sequences. An unauthenticated attacker can encode attack syntax with JavaScript octal escapes so the backend decodes the intended bytes while Coraza rules using t:jsDecode inspect corrupted null-byte output. The mismatch can bypass WAF rules and expose the protected application to attacks such as cross-site scripting or SQL injection. This issue is fixed in version 3.8.0.

  • Oct 9, 2026OWASP Coraza WAF is a golang modsecurity compatible web application firewall library.CVE-2026-107835 · Other software · corazawaf · reported by GitHubMedium 4

OWASP Coraza WAF is a golang modsecurity compatible web application firewall library. Prior to 3.8.1, internal/cookies.ParseCookies in internal/cookies/cookies.go handles boundary ASCII control characters and control-only or empty cookie names differently from several backend cookie parsers. An unauthenticated attacker can craft a Cookie header so Coraza indexes or drops a cookie under a different name or value from the backend application, causing rules targeting REQUEST_COOKIES or REQUEST_COOKIES_NAMES to miss application-visible attacker data. Exploitation depends on the backend parser and affected rule scope, and interior control characters with inconsistent backend behavior are outside this advisory's remediation. This issue is fixed in version 3.8.1.

OWASP Coraza WAF is a golang modsecurity compatible web application firewall library. From 3.0.0 until 3.8.0, ProcessResponse in internal/bodyprocessors/json.go passes the ignoreJSONRecursionLimit value of -1 to readJSON, while the recursive guard only stops at zero. A network attacker who can cause an application protected by Coraza to return deeply nested JSON can make response-body processing perform quadratic work, consuming one CPU core for seconds per response within the default ResponseBodyLimit. Request JSON processing is not affected by this specific path because it uses the configured request recursion limit, and exploitation requires response-body inspection to be enabled. OWASP Coraza WAF is a golang modsecurity compatible web application firewall library. From 3.0.0 until 3.8.1, readJSON in internal/bodyprocessors/json.go can stop its bounded flattening walk after reaching SecArgumentsLimit or the byte budget and then call gjson.Valid on the complete raw body. An unauthenticated attacker can submit shallow values followed by an extremely deeply nested JSON tail that was not visited by the bounded walk, causing gjson.Valid to recurse without a depth bound and terminate the hosting process with an unrecoverable fatal stack overflow. The ProcessRequest and ProcessResponse JSON paths share the affected readJSON validation flow, and the payload can remain within recommended body-size and argument-count limits. OWASP Coraza WAF is a golang modsecurity compatible web application firewall library. From 3.0.0 until 3.8.0, ProcessURI in internal/corazawaf/transaction.go handles a url.ParseRequestURI failure by retaining the raw URI but leaving QUERY_STRING, ARGS_GET, ARGS_GET_NAMES, and the GET-derived portion of ARGS empty. An unauthenticated attacker can place control bytes in a URI passed directly by integrations such as coraza-spoa, coraza-proxy-wasm, custom FFI hosts, or WASM hosts, causing Coraza to omit query parameters that the downstream integration may still process and allowing rules targeting those variables to be bypassed. The bundled coraza/v3/http integration is not affected because Go net/http rejects such malformed request targets before calling Coraza. This issue is fixed in version 3.8.0.

While reads can avoid some blocking paths, write requests can still encounter cases where one mirror succeeds while another returns -EAGAIN. At that point md cannot distinguish queue pressure from a real device failure, so it can neither record a bad block nor safely retry the write without REQ_NOWAIT, leaving mirrors with divergent data. vm2 before 3.11.8 does not fully enforce the allowAsync: false option in VM and NodeVM. While localPromise.prototype.then is replaced with a handler that throws 'Async not available', the sandbox's Promise static methods (Promise.resolve, Promise.all, Promise.race, Promise.any, and Promise.allSettled) still assimilate attacker-supplied thenables: native promise resolution performs PromiseResolveThenableJob and invokes the sandboxed code's then method in a microtask without passing through the patched then, so the async restriction is never applied. • Sep 8, 2026Maravel, a PHP framework oriented towards dependency injection, prior to version 10.73.1 has a side-channel information disclosure issue.CVE-2026-53933 · Other software · macropay-solutions · reported by GitHubMedium 6.9

Maravel, a PHP framework oriented towards dependency injection, prior to version 10.73.1 has a side-channel information disclosure issue. When a route was compiled with dynamic placeholders (e.g., `/api/v1/users/{id}`), the raw string placeholder key was mistakenly registered into the flat static route checklist. An attacker scanning endpoints could intentionally pass the literal template syntax (e.g., `GET /api/v1/users/{id}`) to force an unexpected match against the static map. Because the dynamic tree engine was bypassed, no arguments were captured. This forced modern PHP 8+ versions to throw a native `ArgumentCountError`, resulting in a 500 Internal Server Error instead of a uniform 404 Not Found. By tracking which fuzz patterns exploded into a 500 error, a malicious actor could programmatically profile and map out internal route parameter names and controller schemas. Version 10.73.1 contains a patch. As a workaround, mitigate this side-channel leak by implementing a defensive check in a global middleware. This will reject any literal brace patterns before they reach the router engine.

  • Sep 4, 2026(Holloway) Chew, Kean Ho's Actualizer v1.2.0 and earlier contains a fail-open password validation vulnerability in the Alpha user and root user password loops oCVE-2026-85649 · Other software · chewkeanho · reported by 5a6e4751-2f3f-4070-9419-94fb35b644e8High 7.9

(Holloway) Chew, Kean Ho's Actualizer v1.2.0 and earlier contains a fail-open password validation vulnerability in the Alpha user and root user password loops of Shell/debian-minbase-install.sh. The installer invokes mkpasswd to generate yescrypt password hashes but does not check the command's return value and unconditionally accepts the result. If mkpasswd fails to generate a yescrypt hash, for example because an incompatible mkpasswd implementation or an environment without yescrypt support is used, the resulting password hash variable can be empty and the build proceeds. The resulting image can therefore contain empty password fields for the root and alpha accounts, potentially permitting passwordless authentication depending on the authentication configuration.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: md/raid1: free r1_bio when REQ_NOWAIT is set and read would block on retry When a read is retried, raid1_read_request() may be called with a pre-allocated r1_bio. If wait_read_barrier() fails for a REQ_NOWAIT read, the bio is completed and the function returns immediately. In this case the existing r1_bio is leaked. This fixes a leak of pre-allocated r1_bio structures for retried reads.
