In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ntfs3: free the sbi after a grace period If the "nocase" mount option ntfs3 uses custom hash and dentry compare functions. Both access ntfs3 superblock private information in rcu pathwalk. ntfs_put_super() and ntfs3_kill_sb() drop the info without any rcu delay. A lookup that's still inside the filesystem when the last reference to the mount is dropped causes a UAF. • Oct 28, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: mshv_vtl: Check per-CPU register page before mmap Register-page setup is optional for eachCVE-2026-99168 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: mshv_vtl: Check per-CPU register page before mmap Register-page setup is optional for each CPU. If allocation or registration fails, mshv_vtl_configure_reg_page() warns and leaves that CPU's reg_page NULL, but initial context setup continues successfully. Meanwhile, successful setup on another CPU sets the global mshv_has_reg_page flag. mshv_vtl_fault() checks this global flag before selecting the requested CPU's register page. With mixed setup results across online CPUs, the check passes even for a CPU with no register page, reaching get_page(NULL) when userspace faults in that mapping. Check the selected per-CPU register page before taking its reference and return VM_FAULT_SIGBUS if it is absent.

  • Oct 28, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: tcp: fix use-after-free in do_tcp_getsockopt(TCP_CONGESTION) do_tcp_getsockopt() reads icsCVE-2026-99139 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: tcp: fix use-after-free in do_tcp_getsockopt(TCP_CONGESTION) do_tcp_getsockopt() reads icsk->icsk_ca_ops->name without holding rcu_read_lock(). Since commit 0baf26b0fcd7 ("bpf: tcp: Support tcp_congestion_ops in bpf"), icsk_ca_ops can point to dynamically allocated BPF struct_ops memory that may be freed concurrently via setsockopt(TCP_CONGESTION), leading to a use-after-free. Also annotate the relevant icsk_ca_ops stores with WRITE_ONCE() to fix the accompanying KCSAN data-race issue.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: tcp: fix use-after-free in do_tcp_getsockopt(TCP_CC_INFO) do_tcp_getsockopt() reads icsk->icsk_ca_ops and dereferences the get_info function pointer without rcu_read_lock(). With BPF struct_ops congestion control, ca_ops can point to dynamically allocated memory that is freed concurrently, resulting in a use-after-free when the kernel dereferences or calls through the stale pointer. In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net/sched: cls_flower: validate mask pointer after nla_next() fl_set_enc_opt() iterates the key's nested tunnel-option attributes with nla_for_each_attr() while advancing a single mask pointer via nla_next() at the bottom of each loop, so the mask cursor is driven by the number of key attributes rather than by the mask's own attributes. The nla_ok() added by commit c96adff956191 ("cls_flower: call nla_ok() before nla_next()") only validates the mask pointer that was just consumed; the pointer produced by nla_next() is used by the next iteration (fl_set_geneve_opt() and siblings) without any validation. The mask's nested attributes are validated with NL_VALIDATE_LIBERAL, which merely warns on trailing bytes that do not form a complete attribute. A mask carrying one valid attribute plus 1-3 residue bytes (or a non-aligned attribute length making msk_depth negative) therefore reaches the next iteration with msk_depth != 0, so neither the !msk_depth check in fl_set_enc_opt() nor the !depth check in the per-type helpers fires. nla_type() then reads past the mask payload and nla_parse_nested_deprecated() iterates w

  • Oct 28, 2026Hustle – Email Marketing, Lead Generation, Optins, Popups: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-118169 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 4.9

The Hustle – Email Marketing, Lead Generation, Optins, Popups plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'content[cta_label]' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 7.8.14.3 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with custom-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. By default only Administrators hold the hustle_edit_module capability, but the plugin's built-in Permissions screen allows administrators to delegate this capability to lower roles including Subscriber, enabling Subscriber-level exploitation on sites where that delegation has been configured.

  • Oct 23, 2026A local privilege escalation vulnerability in the optional dnscache package of Zimbra Collaboration Suite (ZCS) allows the Unix zimbra account to access files wCVE-2026-93640 · Email & office · Zimbra · reported by cve@rapid7.comHigh 7.8

A local privilege escalation vulnerability in the optional dnscache package of Zimbra Collaboration Suite (ZCS) allows the Unix zimbra account to access files with root privileges. The passwordless sudo policy permits arbitrary arguments to zmunbound, whose wrapper forwards them to Unbound without restricting the configuration path. An attacker can supply a configuration that retains root privileges and disables the chroot. Include directives expose root-readable file contents through parser errors, while an attacker-selected logfile path creates a root-owned file or appends Unbound log records to an existing file. This can disclose password hashes and private keys and corrupt privileged configuration files, preventing affected services from starting with the modified configuration. The affected configuration is present in ZCS 10.1.16 and 10.1.21 dnscache packages.

  • Oct 23, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: cipso: adjust cached option offsets when removing CIPSO cipso_v4_skbuff_delattr() removes CVE-2026-99064 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67High 8.1

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: cipso: adjust cached option offsets when removing CIPSO cipso_v4_skbuff_delattr() removes the CIPSO bytes but does not adjust cached offsets for options that follow them. For example, with a valid 10-byte CIPSO option followed by a seven-byte RR option, parsing records rr at offset 30. Removing CIPSO moves RR to offset 20, while the cached offset remains 30. Consumers such as ip_forward_options() and __ip_options_echo() then access the wrong bytes; the latter may interpret packet data as the option length and copy it into fixed-size option storage. Mirror cipso_v4_delopt() and subtract cipso_len from the srr, rr, ts and router_alert offsets when they follow CIPSO. cipso_len is the distance the first memmove() shifts those options. The later header move and network-header reset relocate the bytes and their offset base together.

  • Oct 23, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: selinux: preserve NATIVE_LABELS on already-initialized sb in set_mnt_opts When an NFSv4 fiCVE-2026-99052 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: selinux: preserve NATIVE_LABELS on already-initialized sb in set_mnt_opts When an NFSv4 filesystem exported with security_label is mounted a second time, sget_fc() returns the existing superblock and nfs_get_root() calls security_sb_set_mnt_opts() again on it. Since the superblock is already SB_INITIALIZED, selinux_set_mnt_opts() takes an early exit without setting SECURITY_LSM_NATIVE_LABELS in *set_kern_flags. nfs_get_root() then sees kflags without SECURITY_LSM_NATIVE_LABELS set and clears NFS_CAP_SECURITY_LABEL on the shared nfs_server, silently disabling per-file labeling for both the new and the original mount. Commit 3815a245b501 ("security/selinux: fix SECURITY_LSM_NATIVE_LABELS on reused superblock") fixed the same problem in selinux_sb_clone_mnt_opts(). The reused-superblock path for a plain second mount now goes through sb_set_mnt_opts rather than sb_clone_mnt_opts, so it needs the same treatment: on both SE_SBINITIALIZED early exits, set SECURITY_LSM_NATIVE_LABELS in *set_kern_flags when the superblock was already using SECURITY_FS_USE_NATVE.

  • Oct 23, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: optee: register TEE devices only once fully initialized optee_probe() called tee_device_reCVE-2026-99024 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: optee: register TEE devices only once fully initialized optee_probe() called tee_device_register() on both the client and the supplicant device before the rest of struct optee had been initialized. tee_device_register() calls cdev_device_add(), which does two things at once: it creates /dev/tee0 and /dev/teepriv0, and it links the device into the tee class so that class_find_device() can find it. From that moment on the device is reachable both from user space via tee_open() and from kernel space via tee_client_open_context(). The only gate in teedev_open() is tee_device_get(), which merely checks that teedev->desc is non-NULL, which was already set by tee_device_alloc(). Therefore, there is effectively no gate at all. A context opened in that window can run against a struct optee where - optee->call_queue.mutex is not initialized by optee_cq_init() - optee->supp mutex and completions is not initialized by optee_supp_init() - optee->rpmb_dev_mutex is not initialized yet, - the message argument cache is not initialized by optee_shm_arg_cache_init() - optee->ctx is still NULL Any open session

Brute force attacks, if successful, can lead to unauthorized access to user accounts and sensitive information by systematically attempting various credential combinations.

On a brpc::Server that sets both ServerOptions.auth and ServerOptions.internal_port, the HTTP built-in service exemption on internal_port can be abused to bypass authentication entirely. VerifyHttpRequest() returns true without checking any credential when a built-in service is requested on internal_port, and this verdict is not per - request: verification runs only for the first message of a connection and the result latches the connection. Sending a request such as GET /status to internal_port first authenticates the whole connection, after which every subsequent request dispatched on the same connection is handled without ever calling VerifyHttpRequest(). This lets a remote attacker reach ordinary (non-built-in, non-tabbed) authenticated services without supplying valid credentials whenever the server uses ServerOptions.internal_port together with an Authenticator. The fix restricts internal_port so that it carries only built-in and Tabbed services; requests for ordinary services sent to internal_port are rejected with EPREM / HTTP 403.  Mitigation / Fix: upgrade to 1.18.0 or apply PR https://github.com/apache/brpc/pull/3525 .  Users who rely on serving normal services on
