  • Oct 26, 2026Mem0 provides persistent memory infrastructure for AI agents and applications.CVE-2026-116575 · Other software · mem0ai · reported by GitHubMedium 6.3

Mem0 provides persistent memory infrastructure for AI agents and applications. Prior to Python SDK 2.0.18 and TypeScript SDK 3.1.6, _build_session_scope() in mem0/memory/main.py and Memory.buildSessionScope() in the TypeScript SDK join caller-controlled user_id, agent_id, and run_id values using unescaped & and = delimiters. A caller can embed another scope component in a controlled identifier so that distinct tenant tuples produce the same session_scope key. Memory.add(), AsyncMemory.add(), and the REST POST /memories flow use that key to read and save recent raw messages, allowing cross-tenant conversation disclosure and eviction or interleaving of another tenant's history. This issue is fixed in Python SDK 2.0.18 and TypeScript SDK 3.1.6.

mem0 0.1.117 before 1.0.8 contains an sql injection vulnerability in mem0/vector_stores/databricks.py that allows attackers to inject SQL by influencing stored memory content. Attackers can supply crafted memory text, metadata, or message names that reach unescaped insert() and update() string interpolation to execute injected SQL on the configured Databricks SQL warehouse.

Insecure direct object reference in the mongodb_memory, elasticsearch_memory, and mem0_memory tools in Amazon Strands Agents Tools before 0.8.3 might allow remote authenticated users to access, modify, or delete memories belonging to other tenants by influencing the LLM to emit tool calls with a forged namespace parameter. To remediate this issue, users should upgrade to version 0.8.3.

  • Jul 7, 2026mem0's openmemory/api component contains an unauthenticated access vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to read, write, and delete arbitrary userCVE-2026-59705 · Other software · mem0 · reported by VulnCheckCritical 9.3

mem0's openmemory/api component contains an unauthenticated access vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to read, write, and delete arbitrary user memories by accessing API routers registered without authentication middleware. Attackers can supply arbitrary user_id parameters or directly access memory retrieval endpoints to expose private memory content, or invoke pause endpoints with global_pause=true to cause denial-of-service across all users.

  • Jul 7, 2026mem0 contains unauthenticated config API endpoints that expose LLM API keys in plaintext and allow server-side request forgery via attacker-controlled ollama_baCVE-2026-59706 · Other software · mem0 · reported by VulnCheckCritical 9.2

mem0 contains unauthenticated config API endpoints that expose LLM API keys in plaintext and allow server-side request forgery via attacker-controlled ollama_base_url parameter. Unauthenticated attackers can retrieve stored secrets like OpenAI API keys via GET /api/v1/config/ or trigger SSRF attacks by setting ollama_base_url to internal addresses like cloud IMDS via PUT /api/v1/config/mem0/llm endpoint.

Mem0 versions through 0.2.8, fixed in commit ae7f406, contain a missing authorization vulnerability in the self-hosted server component where the POST /configure endpoint modifies global LLM provider and embedder configuration but only verifies authentication via JWT or X-API-Key without validating the caller's role. Any authenticated user holding a distributed API key can redirect all LLM and embedder traffic to an attacker-controlled server, with the malicious configuration persisted to PostgreSQL and surviving server restarts to affect all users and API keys on the instance.

  • May 12, 2026The mem0 1.0.0 server lacks authentication and authorization controls for its memory creation API endpoint (POST /memories).CVE-2026-31245 · Other software · Mem0 · reported by MITREMedium 5.3

The mem0 1.0.0 server lacks authentication and authorization controls for its memory creation API endpoint (POST /memories). The endpoint allows unauthenticated users to submit arbitrary memory records without verifying their identity or permissions. A remote attacker can exploit this by sending unauthenticated POST requests to create malicious or spoofed memory entries in the database, leading to unauthorized data injection and potential data pollution.

The mem0 1.0.0 server lacks authentication and authorization controls for its memory deletion API endpoint (DELETE /memories/{memory_id}). The endpoint allows unauthenticated users to delete arbitrary memory records without verifying their identity or permissions. A remote attacker can exploit this by sending unauthenticated DELETE requests to remove any memory entry from the database, leading to unauthorized data loss and potential denial of service.

The mem0 1.0.0 server lacks authentication and authorization controls for its memory reset and table re-creation functionality accessible via the DELETE /memories endpoint. An unauthenticated attacker can send a DELETE request that triggers a reset operation, leading to the execution of a CREATE TABLE SQL statement. This can cause unexpected table re-creation, schema disruption, potential data loss, and denial of service for the memory management service.

The mem0 v1.0.0 server lacks authentication and authorization controls for its memory reset functionality accessible via the DELETE /memories endpoint. An unauthenticated attacker can send a DELETE request that triggers a reset operation, leading to the execution of a DROP TABLE SQL statement. This results in the deletion of the entire memory database table, causing catastrophic data loss and a complete denial of service for all users of the service.

  • May 12, 2026The mem0 1.0.0 server lacks authentication and authorization controls for its memory deletion API endpoint (DELETE /memories).CVE-2026-31241 · Other software · Mem0 · reported by MITREMedium 6.5

The mem0 1.0.0 server lacks authentication and authorization controls for its memory deletion API endpoint (DELETE /memories). The endpoint allows unauthenticated users to delete memory records by specifying arbitrary user identifiers (e.g., user_id, run_id, agent_id) in the request query parameters. A remote attacker can exploit this by sending unauthenticated DELETE requests to erase memory data for any user, leading to unauthorized data loss and denial of service.

  • May 12, 2026The mem0 1.0.0 server lacks authentication and authorization controls for its memory management API endpoints.CVE-2026-31240 · Other software · reported by MITREHigh 7.5

The mem0 1.0.0 server lacks authentication and authorization controls for its memory management API endpoints. Critical functions such as updating memory records (PUT /memories/{memory_id}) are exposed without any verification of the requester's identity or permissions. A remote attacker can exploit this by sending unauthenticated requests to modify, overwrite, or delete arbitrary memory records, leading to unauthorized data manipulation and potential data loss.

Where this comes from: the exploited list is CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog. Everything else is the whole National Vulnerability Database, where each record is published by the team that found the bug (Wordfence, Patchstack, WPScan, the vendors themselves and others); we show who. Exploit odds are FIRST’s EPSS, updated daily. Titles and categories are ours, so check the linked record before acting on a detail. For a write-up of the big ones, see our advisories. Every vendor, and every WordPress plugin and theme with a recorded flaw, also has its own page. All of it is free to reuse as JSON, CSV or RSS.
