Sep 8, 2026Uncontrolled recursion (CWE-674) in the QDomDocument/QDomNode serialization path of the Qt XML module (QtXml, qtbase).CVE-2026-11573 · Other software · qt · reported by a59d8014-47c4-4630-ab43-e1b13cbe58e3High 7.1
Uncontrolled recursion (CWE-674) in the QDomDocument/QDomNode serialization path of the Qt XML module (QtXml, qtbase). QDomElementPrivate::save() and QDomNodePrivate::save() recurse mutually, consuming one stack frame per level of element nesting with no depth limit, no configurable bound and no error return. A document with deeply nested elements parses successfully but exhausts the call stack and terminates the process when serialized. Reachable via QDomDocument::toByteArray() (Qt 4.0 and later), QDomDocument::toString(), QDomDocument::toCString(), QDomNode::save(), and operator<<(QTextStream&, const QDomNode&). Denial of service only — no code execution and no memory disclosure.

Sep 3, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: pmdomain: mediatek: mfg: initialize prev_o in mtk_mfg_attach_dev() mtk_mfg_attach_dev() reCVE-2026-80751 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67High 7.8
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: pmdomain: mediatek: mfg: initialize prev_o in mtk_mfg_attach_dev() mtk_mfg_attach_dev() reads prev_o on the first iteration of its loop, in "if (prev_o && prev_o->freq == o->freq)", before prev_o is assigned at the end of the loop body. On that first iteration, evaluating prev_o reads an indeterminate value. If it is non-NULL, the condition dereferences a stale or invalid pointer, potentially faulting or incorrectly skipping the first OPP. Initialize prev_o to NULL. This matches the intent as well: there is no previous OPP to compare against on the first iteration. Found with Clang's -Wconditional-uninitialized.

Sep 3, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: pmdomain: mediatek: fix remaining %pOF after of_node_put() scpsys_get_bus_protection_legacCVE-2026-80750 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67High 8.4
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: pmdomain: mediatek: fix remaining %pOF after of_node_put() scpsys_get_bus_protection_legacy() looks up several legacy bus protection regmaps from device-tree nodes. Two error paths put the device node before checking whether the regmap lookup failed, but still pass that node to dev_err_probe() with %pOF on failure. If of_node_put() drops the last reference, the later %pOF formatting can dereference a freed device node. Keep the node reference until after the error message has been emitted in the infracfg and SMI lookup paths. Also drop the SMI node before returning when the SMI phandle is missing.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: pmdomain: imx93-blk-ctrl: Extract PHY as shared domain for DSI/CSI The MIPI DSI and CSI domains share control bits for clock and reset, which can lead to incorrect behavior if one domain disables the shared resource while the other is still active. To fix the issue, introduce a shared MIPI PHY power domain to own the common resources and make DSI and CSI its subdomains. This ensures the shared bits are properly managed and not disabled while still in use.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: pmdomain: mediatek: Fix possible nullptr KP in HWV cleanup/on-check Should probe fail for HW_VOTER type power domains, this driver was unconditionally trying to perform cleanup for DIRECT_CTL domains, but only after checking if the target domain is powered on... with the DIRECT_CTL scpsys_domain_is_on() code again. And there's more: the scpsys_domain_is_on() function is also being unconditionally used in the probe path, for any power domain that has flag MTK_SCPD_KEEP_DEFAULT_OFF! This bug was never experienced by anyone because the HWV domains never failed probe, and because none of those is declared with the aforementioned flag - but it's still something critical. In order to fix this, add a check for MTCMOS Type and, based on that, call the correct functions for an "is on" check, and also do the same for the cleanup path, calling the correct functions for the "power off" action. For the latter, since there's a call to pm_genpd_remove() right before calling power_off, be cautious and add a variation of the power off functions (with a _internal suffix) for those to get a pointer to scpsys_domain instead of o

Aug 6, 2026pymdown-extensions is a collection of extensions for the Python Markdown library.CVE-2026-67422 · Other software · facelessuser · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5
pymdown-extensions is a collection of extensions for the Python Markdown library. In versions up to and including 11.0, four inline processors (caret, tilde, betterem, and magiclink) use regular expressions whose content groups can partition a run of delimiter characters in exponentially many ways, causing catastrophic backtracking. As a result, a single untrusted Markdown line under 50 bytes rendered with markdown.markdown() in each extension's default configuration drives the rendering thread into unbounded CPU usage that grows exponentially with input length, enabling an unauthenticated remote attacker who can submit Markdown to cause denial of service. The exposure is concrete for web applications that render user-supplied Markdown (comments, wikis, issue bodies, live preview), including any app using pymdownx.extra which bundles the vulnerable betterem default, as well as hosted docs/CI systems that build untrusted Markdown. The issue has been fixed in version 11.0.1.

Aug 6, 2026PyMdown Extensions is a set of extensions for the Python-Markdown markdown project.CVE-2026-61632 · Other software · facelessuser · reported by GitHubMedium 5.3
PyMdown Extensions is a set of extensions for the Python-Markdown markdown project. In versions up to and including 10.21.3, the b64 extension is vulnerable to a path traversal that discloses arbitrary files: it inlines images referenced by <img src="..."> by joining the src onto the configured base_path with os.path.normpath and opening the result directly, without verifying that the resolved path stays inside base_path. As a result, an src containing ../ sequences or an absolute path reads a file outside base_path as long as it has an allowed image extension (.png, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .svg), and the file's contents are then base64-encoded into the rendered output, disclosing them. An application that renders untrusted Markdown with pymdownx.b64 enabled can therefore leak the contents of image-extension files readable by the process to whoever controls the Markdown or views the output, a targeted file-read bounded by the extension check. This issue has been fixed in version 11.0.

Jul 16, 2026PyMdown Extensions is a set of extensions for the Python-Markdown markdown project.CVE-2026-46338 · Other software · facelessuser · reported by GitHubMedium 4.3
PyMdown Extensions is a set of extensions for the Python-Markdown markdown project. From 10.0.1 until 10.21.3, pymdownx.snippets uses a string-prefix containment check in SnippetPreprocessor.get_snippet_path() in pymdownx/snippets.py when `restrict_base_path: True`, allowing markdown snippet directives to read files from sibling paths that share the same base_path prefix, such as docs and docs_internal. Jul 6, 2026Untrusted Java Deserialization in Apache OpenNLP SvmDoccatModel Versions Affected: before 3.0.0-M4 (libsvm document categorization module; introduced in OPCVE-2026-43825 · Websites & servers · Apache Software Foundation · reported by security@apache.orgHigh 7.3
Untrusted Java Deserialization in Apache OpenNLP SvmDoccatModel Versions Affected: before 3.0.0-M4 (libsvm document categorization module; introduced in OPENNLP-1808 and only present on the 3.x line) Description: SvmDoccatModel.deserialize(InputStream) reads an attacker-controlled stream with java.io.ObjectInputStream and calls readObject() without an ObjectInputFilter installed. ObjectInputStream materialises every class referenced in the stream before the resulting object is cast to SvmDoccatModel, so the cast that follows readObject() executes only after the foreign object graph has already been deserialised in full. If a Java deserialization gadget chain is available on the consumer's classpath, a crafted payload supplied to deserialize() executes arbitrary code in the JVM that loads it. Apache OpenNLP itself does not ship a known gadget chain, so the realistic risk is to downstream applications that embed the libsvm module alongside vulnerable transitive dependencies. The method is public and static, so any caller can pass an untrusted stream to it directly. The practical impact is remote code execution against processes that load SvmDoccatModel instances from untruste

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: pmdomain: mediatek: fix use-after-free in scpsys_get_bus_protection_legacy() In scpsys_get_bus_protection_legacy(), of_find_node_with_property() returns a device node with its reference count incremented. The function then calls of_node_put(node) before checking whether syscon_regmap_lookup_by_phandle() returns an error. If an error occurs, dev_err_probe() dereferences the node pointer to print diagnostic information, but the node memory may have already been freed due to the earlier of_node_put(), leading to a use-after-free vulnerability. Fix this by moving the of_node_put() call after the error check, ensuring the node is still valid when accessed in the error path.

Jun 8, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: pmdomain: core: Fix detach procedure for virtual devices in genpd If a device is attached CVE-2026-46292 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67Medium 5.5
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: pmdomain: core: Fix detach procedure for virtual devices in genpd If a device is attached to a PM domain through genpd_dev_pm_attach_by_id(), genpd calls pm_runtime_enable() for the corresponding virtual device that it registers. While this avoids boilerplate code in drivers, there is no corresponding call to pm_runtime_disable() in genpd_dev_pm_detach(). This means these virtual devices are typically detached from its genpd, while runtime PM remains enabled for them, which is not how things are designed to work. In worst cases it may lead to critical errors, like a NULL pointer dereference bug in genpd_runtime_suspend(), which was recently reported. For another case, we may end up keeping an unnecessary vote for a performance state for the device. To fix these problems, let's add this missing call to pm_runtime_disable() in genpd_dev_pm_detach().

Apr 24, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: pmdomain: bcm: bcm2835-power: Increase ASB control timeout The bcm2835_asb_control() functCVE-2026-31550 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67Medium 5.5
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: pmdomain: bcm: bcm2835-power: Increase ASB control timeout The bcm2835_asb_control() function uses a tight polling loop to wait for the ASB bridge to acknowledge a request. During intensive workloads, this handshake intermittently fails for V3D's master ASB on BCM2711, resulting in "Failed to disable ASB master for v3d" errors during runtime PM suspend. As a consequence, the failed power-off leaves V3D in a broken state, leading to bus faults or system hangs on later accesses. As the timeout is insufficient in some scenarios, increase the polling timeout from 1us to 5us, which is still negligible in the context of a power domain transition. Also, replace the open-coded ktime_get_ns()/ cpu_relax() polling loop with readl_poll_timeout_atomic().

PyMdown Extensions is a set of extensions for the `Python-Markdown` markdown project. Versions prior to 10.16.1 have a ReDOS bug found within the figure caption extension (`pymdownx.blocks.caption`). In systems that take unchecked user content, this could cause long hanges when processing the data if a malicious payload was crafted. This issue is patched in Release 10.16.1. As a workaround, those who process unknown user content without timeouts or other safeguards in place to prevent really large, malicious content being aimed at systems may avoid the use of `pymdownx.blocks.caption` until they're able to upgrade.

Apr 17, 2024In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: pmdomain: mediatek: fix race conditions with genpd If the power domains are registered firCVE-2023-52645 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67Medium 4.7
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: pmdomain: mediatek: fix race conditions with genpd If the power domains are registered first with genpd and *after that* the driver attempts to power them on in the probe sequence, then it is possible that a race condition occurs if genpd tries to power them on in the same time. The same is valid for powering them off before unregistering them from genpd. Attempt to fix race conditions by first removing the domains from genpd and *after that* powering down domains. Also first power up the domains and *after that* register them to genpd.

May 15, 2023PyMdown Extensions is a set of extensions for the `Python-Markdown` markdown project.CVE-2023-32309 · Other software · facelessuser · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5
PyMdown Extensions is a set of extensions for the `Python-Markdown` markdown project. In affected versions an arbitrary file read is possible when using include file syntax. By using the syntax `--8<--"/etc/passwd"` or `--8<--"/proc/self/environ"` the content of these files will be rendered in the generated documentation. Additionally, a path relative to a specified, allowed base path can also be used to render the content of a file outside the specified base paths: `--8<-- "../../../../etc/passwd"`. Within the Snippets extension, there exists a `base_path` option but the implementation is vulnerable to Directory Traversal. The vulnerable section exists in `get_snippet_path(self, path)` lines 155 to 174 in snippets.py. Any readable file on the host where the plugin is executing may have its content exposed. This can impact any use of Snippets that exposes the use of Snippets to external users. It is never recommended to use Snippets to process user-facing, dynamic content. It is designed to process known content on the backend under the control of the host, but if someone were to accidentally enable it for user-facing content, undesired information could be exposed. This issue has

Where this comes from: the exploited list is CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog. Everything else is the whole National Vulnerability Database, where each record is published by the team that found the bug (Wordfence, Patchstack, WPScan, the vendors themselves and others); we show who. Exploit odds are FIRST’s EPSS, updated daily. Titles and categories are ours, so check the linked record before acting on a detail. For a write-up of the big ones, see our advisories.
