  • Oct 14, 2026Godot Engine through 4.7.2 has an out-of-bounds read in the optimized translation loader (core/string/optimized_translation.cpp, OptimizedTranslation::get_messaCVE-2026-110736 · Other software · godotengine · reported by MITRELow 3.6

    Godot Engine through 4.7.2 has an out-of-bounds read in the optimized translation loader (core/string/optimized_translation.cpp, OptimizedTranslation::get_message). Offsets read from the hash table of a crafted .translation resource are used as indices into the bucket table without bounds validation; only a single sentinel value is rejected. A crafted file can point an index far past the allocated buffer. Depending on the values, the result is a crash, or a string lookup (tr()) returns raw bytes from elsewhere in the process heap as the translated string, disclosing process memory. The defect is reached when the product or an exported game loads and performs lookups in a crafted translation file. NOTE: the Supplier's position is that the research has identified "no security issues" because the required attacker access is outside of the current Godot Engine threat model.

  • Oct 14, 2026Godot Engine through 4.7.2 has a heap out-of-bounds write in the binary resource loader (core/io/resource_format_binary.cpp, ResourceLoaderBinary::get_unicode_sCVE-2026-110735 · Other software · godotengine · reported by MITRELow 2.5

    Godot Engine through 4.7.2 has a heap out-of-bounds write in the binary resource loader (core/io/resource_format_binary.cpp, ResourceLoaderBinary::get_unicode_string). A string length is read from the resource file into a signed 32-bit integer and compared against the destination buffer size with a signed comparison, which conditionally resizes the buffer. A negative length value skips the resize; the same value is then passed to the copy routine as an unsigned byte count, where it sign-extends to a huge value, copying file-controlled data far past the undersized heap allocation. The defect is reached when the product or an exported game loads a crafted binary resource file (.res). NOTE: the Supplier's position is that the research has identified "no security issues" because the required attacker access is outside of the current Godot Engine threat model.

  • Oct 14, 2026Godot Engine through 4.7.2 has a heap out-of-bounds write in the Radiance HDR (.hdr) image decoder (modules/hdr/image_loader_hdr.cpp).CVE-2026-110734 · Other software · godotengine · reported by MITRELow 2.5

    Godot Engine through 4.7.2 has a heap out-of-bounds write in the Radiance HDR (.hdr) image decoder (modules/hdr/image_loader_hdr.cpp). The run-length decoding loop expands RLE instructions read from the file into a buffer sized from the image dimensions, without validating that an instruction's repeat/copy count fits the remaining capacity of the row buffer. A crafted .hdr file therefore writes attacker-supplied bytes past the end of the heap allocation, with the overflow length and content controlled by the file. The defect is reached automatically when the product imports a crafted .hdr (e.g., when opening a project containing one), and at runtime in exported projects that load untrusted .hdr images. NOTE: the Supplier's position is that the research has identified "no security issues" because the required attacker access is outside of the current Godot Engine threat model.

  • Aug 6, 2026A flaw has been found in LeeSinLiang godot-mcp 0.1.0.CVE-2026-19044 · Other software · LeeSinLiang · reported by VulDBLow 1.9

    A flaw has been found in LeeSinLiang godot-mcp 0.1.0. Affected by this vulnerability is the function executeOperation of the file src/index.ts of the component create_scene/add_node. This manipulation of the argument projectPath causes command injection. The attack needs to be launched locally. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet.

  • Jul 12, 2026A security flaw has been discovered in tugcantopaloglu godot-mcp 2.0.0.CVE-2026-15522 · Other software · tugcantopaloglu · reported by VulDBLow 1.9

    A security flaw has been discovered in tugcantopaloglu godot-mcp 2.0.0. Affected by this vulnerability is the function validatePath of the file build/index.js of the component run_project. The manipulation of the argument projectPath results in path traversal. Attacking locally is a requirement. The exploit has been released to the public and may be used for attacks. Upgrading to version 3.0.0 addresses this issue. The patch is identified as eb63add552aa4bd9205395cf91b40654654a3cf2. It is suggested to upgrade the affected component.

  • Feb 4, 2026Godot MCP is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for interacting with the Godot game engine.CVE-2026-25546 · Other software · Coding-Solo · reported by GitHubHigh 7.8

    Godot MCP is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for interacting with the Godot game engine. Prior to version 0.1.1, a command injection vulnerability in godot-mcp allows remote code execution. The executeOperation function passed user-controlled input (e.g., projectPath) directly to exec(), which spawns a shell. An attacker could inject shell metacharacters like $(command) or &calc to execute arbitrary commands with the privileges of the MCP server process. This affects any tool that accepts projectPath, including create_scene, add_node, load_sprite, and others. This issue has been patched in version 0.1.1.

  • Feb 8, 2021An integer overflow issue exists in Godot Engine up to v3.2 that can be triggered when loading specially crafted.TGA image files.CVE-2021-26825 · Other software · Godotengine · reported by MITREHigh 7.8

    An integer overflow issue exists in Godot Engine up to v3.2 that can be triggered when loading specially crafted.TGA image files. The vulnerability exists in ImageLoaderTGA::load_image() function at line: const size_t buffer_size = (tga_header.image_width * tga_header.image_height) * pixel_size; The bug leads to Dynamic stack buffer overflow. Depending on the context of the application, attack vector can be local or remote, and can lead to code execution and/or system crash.

  • Aug 20, 2018Godot Engine version All versions prior to 2.1.5, all 3.0 versions prior to 3.0.6.CVE-2018-1000224 · Other software · Godotengine · reported by MITREHigh 7.5

    Godot Engine version All versions prior to 2.1.5, all 3.0 versions prior to 3.0.6. contains a Signed/unsigned comparison, wrong buffer size chackes, integer overflow, missing padding initialization vulnerability in (De)Serialization functions (core/io/marshalls.cpp) that can result in DoS (packet of death), possible leak of uninitialized memory. This attack appear to be exploitable via A malformed packet is received over the network by a Godot application that uses built-in serialization (e.g. game server, or game client). Could be triggered by multiplayer opponent. This vulnerability appears to have been fixed in 2.1.5, 3.0.6, master branch after commit feaf03421dda0213382b51aff07bd5a96b29487b.

Where this comes from: the exploited list is CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog. Everything else is the whole National Vulnerability Database, where each record is published by the team that found the bug (Wordfence, Patchstack, WPScan, the vendors themselves and others); we show who. Exploit odds are FIRST’s EPSS, updated daily. Titles and categories are ours, so check the linked record before acting on a detail. For a write-up of the big ones, see our advisories. Every vendor, and every WordPress plugin and theme with a recorded flaw, also has its own page. All of it is free to reuse as JSON, CSV or RSS.
