Oct 27, 2026The AI Marketing Expert — AI Email Marketing, AI Content Generator, SEO Analyzer, AI Workflow Automation, Social Media & Ai Chatbot plugin for WordPress is vulnCVE-2026-109999 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.2
The AI Marketing Expert — AI Email Marketing, AI Content Generator, SEO Analyzer, AI Workflow Automation, Social Media & Ai Chatbot plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored DOM-Based Cross-Site Scripting via the 'name' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 1.2.8 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Exploitation requires only that the chatbot module is active with at least one configured bot; the attacker stores the payload via three unauthenticated REST calls, and the JavaScript widget auto-poll then delivers it to any administrator who opens wp-admin/index.php.

- up to 1.2.8
- What to do
- Affects up to 1.2.8. Update the plugin to the newest version and check its changelog mentions this fix; if there isn’t one yet, deactivate it until there is.

Oct 16, 2026Bulk Page Generator – LPagery: Authorization bypassCVE-2026-110019 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 4.3
The Bulk Page Generator – LPagery plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 3.1.0 This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to create, modify, and delete LPagery-managed WordPress pages and bulk page-generation processes that are otherwise restricted to administrators. On default fresh installations where Freemius has not been opted into, the AES-256-CBC key used to validate Bearer tokens collapses to the publicly known SHA-256 hash of an empty string, making the token entirely forgeable by any authenticated user.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: soc: samsung: exynos-pmu: fix use-after-free of interrupt generator node The setup_cpuhp_and_cpuidle() parses the device tree node for the interrupt generation block via of_parse_phandle() and decrements its reference count using of_node_put() immediately after fetching the resource address. However, later the intr_gen_node pointer is passed into of_syscon_register_regmap(). Fix this by declaring intr_gen_node with __free() and removing of_node_put().

The affected code used child_process.execSync with a shell string for generator installation and uninstallation. This allowed an attacker to execute arbitrary OS commands with the developer's privileges by manipulating the ApplicationWizard.installationLocation VS Code workspace configuration value. Because the value was passed directly to the shell without sanitisation, a malicious workspace repository could craft a settings.json that injects OS commands when a developer opens the project and triggers a generator installation.

Oct 8, 2026datamodel-code-generator generates Python data models from schema definitions.CVE-2026-107377 · Other software · datamodel-code-generator · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5
datamodel-code-generator generates Python data models from schema definitions. From 0.59.0 until 0.81.0, an attacker-controlled Protobuf schema can supply absolute or parent-directory paths captured by WEAK_IMPORT_PATTERN and consumed by _write_missing_weak_imports in src/datamodel_code_generator/parser/protobuf.py. Exploitation requires a victim or automated job to process the attacker-controlled schema with Protobuf input support, which requires the grpcio-tools package. The paths escape the weak_imports temporary directory before protoc runs, allowing creation of directory trees and new files or overwrite of existing writable files with a generated Protobuf syntax declaration. The effect persists when later Protobuf compilation fails. The written content is limited to a proto2 or proto3 syntax declaration, and direct arbitrary code execution has not been demonstrated. This issue is fixed in version 0.81.0.

Oct 8, 2026JHipster is a development platform to quickly generate, develop, and deploy modern web applications and microservice architectures.CVE-2026-107375 · Other software · jhipster · reported by GitHubHigh 8.8
JHipster is a development platform to quickly generate, develop, and deploy modern web applications and microservice architectures. From 7.0.0 until 9.4.0, reactive applications generated with Spring WebFlux, Spring Data R2DBC, and a SQL database pass the attacker-controlled sort request parameter from paginated entity-list endpoints into createOrderByFields in generators/spring-boot/generators/data-relational/templates/src/main/java/package/repository/EntityManager_reactive.java.ejs. The generated code renders these properties into the SQL ORDER BY clause without validation or quoting, and the R2DBC simple query protocol can execute additional statements separated by semicolons. A normal authenticated user can consequently read sensitive tables, modify or delete data, or drop tables, while non-reactive JPA applications and NoSQL backends are outside this root cause. This issue is fixed in 9.4.0.

Oct 8, 2026JHipster is a development platform to quickly generate, develop, and deploy modern web applications and microservice architectures.CVE-2026-107303 · Other software · jhipster · reported by GitHubHigh 7.6
JHipster is a development platform to quickly generate, develop, and deploy modern web applications and microservice architectures. Prior to generator-jhipster 9.4.0 and react-jhipster 1.1.0, generated applications can persist attacker-controlled Blob data and companion ContentType values, return them through generated REST endpoints, and pass them to the generated openFile helper in generators/client/generators/common/templates/src/main/webapp/app/shared/jhipster/data-utils.ts.ejs. The helper uses the returned ContentType as the browser Blob MIME type and opens an object URL, so a normal authenticated user with write access to a Blob-bearing entity can store active HTML or SVG content that may execute under the application origin when a privileged user opens it. Exploitability depends on the generated application's content security policy and target-browser Blob behavior. This issue is fixed in generator-jhipster 9.4.0 and react-jhipster 1.1.0.

Oct 6, 2026Kiota is an OpenAPI based HTTP Client code generator.CVE-2026-105796 · Computers, phones & browsers · microsoft · reported by GitHubHigh 8.8
Kiota is an OpenAPI based HTTP Client code generator. From 0.5.0 until 1.35.0, Kiota's Java and PHP documentation-comment sanitizers delete block-comment terminators rather than neutralizing them, allowing overlapping characters to reform a terminator and place attacker-controlled OpenAPI text outside a generated documentation comment. The Java sanitizer also removes non-ASCII characters after deleting terminators, which can create a new terminator during normalization. Exploitation requires a developer or build pipeline to generate source from the malicious description and then compile and load the Java output or load the PHP output, after which injected code executes in the consuming application or build environment context. The version range is based on the Java defect and does not assert that PHP generation existed in every affected release. This issue is fixed in version 1.35.0.

Oct 6, 2026Kiota is an OpenAPI based HTTP Client code generator.CVE-2026-105795 · Computers, phones & browsers · microsoft · reported by GitHubLow 3.1
Kiota is an OpenAPI based HTTP Client code generator. From 1.25.1 until 1.35.0, Kiota copies x-ai-capabilities.response_semantics.oauth_card_path from an attacker-controlled or compromised OpenAPI description into a generated API plugin manifest without validating that the value is a safe package-relative file reference. Parent-directory traversal, rooted paths, or absolute URIs can therefore reach a consuming host that resolves the reference, allowing the host to cross the intended plugin-package boundary or use an unintended authentication card. Kiota does not itself read a local file or execute code merely while generating the manifest, and impact requires downstream resolution of the unsafe reference. This issue is fixed in version 1.35.0.

Sep 26, 2026Hugo is a static site generator.CVE-2026-100694 · Other software · gohugoio · reported by VulnCheckMedium 5.1
Hugo is a static site generator. In versions from v0.56.0 through v0.165.x, content files mapped to the text/org media type are rendered without escaping raw HTML: Org export blocks and @@html:...@@ snippets pass HTML through unescaped, resulting in cross-site scripting (XSS) in the generated site. An attacker who can supply or influence a content file under /content or the output of a content adapter can inject scripts that execute in the browsers of visitors to the affected pages. Only pages whose source file or content-adapter output declares the text/org media type are affected, and sites that fully trust all content sources are not impacted. Version v0.166.0 fixes the issue by introducing a security.allowContent allowlist that denies text/org by default; sites that intentionally author Org Mode content can opt back in with [security] allowContent = ['.*'].

Sep 26, 2026Hugo is a static site generator.CVE-2026-100692 · Other software · gohugoio · reported by VulnCheckHigh 8.7
Hugo is a static site generator. In versions after v0.123.0 and before v0.166.0, Hugo's symlink confinement checks stopped at the mount root itself, so a theme or module checked into themes/ (or a vendored module) could contain a symlink at a mount root (for example themes/mytheme/assets -> /some/dir/outside). Files behind such a symlink were readable during a site build through resources.Get, resources.Match and similar functions, and could be published to public/ via static mounts, bypassing the rule that theme and module mount sources must be local paths. Modules fetched via Go modules are not affected because Go module zips cannot contain symlinks, and this is not an escalation for the main project, which may already mount absolute paths by configuration. Fixed in v0.166.0, where symlinked mount roots and symlinked directories between the mount root and the module directory are treated as non-existent for all modules. As a workaround, inspect themes/ and vendored modules for symlinks at mount roots before building, or replace symlinks with explicit mounts.

Sep 22, 2026icalendar is an RFC 5545 compatible parser and generator of iCalendar files for Python.CVE-2026-77399 · Other software · collective · reported by GitHubMedium 6.5

From 6.1.0 until 7.2.2, vInt.from_ical accepts an attacker-controlled VALARM REPEAT value and applications that request alarm times can eagerly expand it without an application-level limit. Alarms.times and Alarms.active reach the unbounded expansion in versions starting with 6.1.0, while Alarm.triggers adds a second affected path starting with 7.0.0. Sep 17, 2026AVideo through commit c3edcc274c389816d434acadac07ee78eaf330c1 uses a cryptographically weak pseudo-random number generator when creating account activation / lCVE-2026-92913 · Other software · WWBN · reported by VulnCheckCritical 9.1
AVideo through commit c3edcc274c389816d434acadac07ee78eaf330c1 uses a cryptographically weak pseudo-random number generator when creating account activation / login pairing codes. getRandomCode() in objects/functions.php derives the code entirely from uniqid() (sprintf('%08x%05x', seconds, microseconds)) with a single non-CSPRNG rand() character used only as padding, reducing the code space to roughly 36 x 10^6 (~2^25) values for a known generation second. Because plugin/API/set.json.php?APIName=login_code can be called without authentication, it also serves as an oracle for the server's exact microtime. An unauthenticated remote attacker who guesses a valid, unexpired code (codes expire after 10 minutes) can redeem it at plugin/API/get.json.php?APIName=login_code to obtain the target account's email address and a User::getUserHash(users_id, '+1 year') value, a credential accepted in place of the account password for one year, resulting in account takeover. Sep 14, 2026EasyAdmin is a fast and modern admin generator for Symfony applications.CVE-2026-54087 · Other software · EasyCorp · reported by GitHubHigh 7.6
EasyAdmin is a fast and modern admin generator for Symfony applications. From 5.0.0 until 5.0.13, FileField and ImageField can accept browser-executable uploads while templates/crud/field/file.html.twig links to stored files for inline same-origin rendering without a download attribute or Content-Disposition attachment header. When uploads are stored under the public web root, an attacker with access to an affected form can upload HTML through FileField or SVG through ImageField, and JavaScript executes in an authenticated administrator's origin when the file is opened from the backend. Exploitation requires a privilege gap between the uploader and viewer. The issue can expose session or CSRF tokens and enable privilege escalation, but does not permit PHP or PHTML code execution because Symfony guessExtension does not produce those stored extensions. Sep 11, 2026Hugo is a static site generator.CVE-2026-89259 · Other software · gohugoio · reported by VulnCheckCritical 9.3
Hugo is a static site generator. From v0.161.0, Hugo executes Node tools under Node's permission model, but TailwindCSS — included in the default security.exec.allow list — requires a highly permissive configuration (--allow-addons, --allow-child-process, --allow-worker). As a result, the restrictions intended by the fix for GHSA-x597-9fr4-5857 could still be bypassed, allowing a Node tool invoked during a build to read and write files outside the project's working directory. Affected versions are those after v0.43; the issue was fixed in v0.165.0 by removing tailwindcss from the default security.exec.allow list. Users who do not use TailwindCSS, or who only build trusted sites, are not affected. As a workaround, users can define a restrictive security.exec.allow list in hugo.toml.

In versions after v0.123.0 and before v0.165.0, symlinks in parent directories were not dropped during direct resource lookups, allowing path confinement to be bypassed. An attacker who can place — or who convinces a site author to place — a symlink inside a mounted directory (for example, in a locally vendored theme under themes/) can cause functions that perform direct lookups, such as resources.Get and os.ReadFile, to follow that symlink and read files outside the intended project boundaries, disclosing their contents in the built site. Themes mounted as Go modules fetched from GitHub have symlinks stripped on download and are not affected, and multi-directory walks (e.g. content/asset walking) are not affected. This issue is an incomplete-fix follow-up to GHSA-c3wq-j5vh-68rc and GHSA-fw87-fv5r-9fpw; it is fixed in v0.165.0.

Sep 3, 2026The API Publisher component previously used a non-cryptographic pseudorandom number generator (PRNG) to create shared secrets for Webhook HMAC validation.CVE-2026-3416 · Other software · WSO2 · reported by ed10eef1-636d-4fbe-9993-6890dfa878f8Medium 5.9
The API Publisher component previously used a non-cryptographic pseudorandom number generator (PRNG) to create shared secrets for Webhook HMAC validation. This PRNG lacks sufficient entropy for security-sensitive operations, allowing a sophisticated attacker to predict future secrets. This enables malicious actors to forge event payloads with valid HMAC signatures, bypassing the API Gateway's authenticity verification. Successful exploitation could allow an attacker to predict shared secrets used for Webhook HMAC validation and forge event payloads with valid signatures. This may enable bypassing API Gateway authenticity checks, leading to unauthorized event injection, data manipulation, or downstream system compromise.

Sep 2, 2026When NGINX Ingress Controller is configured with Ingress annotations, an injection vulnerability exists in the configuration generator of NGINX Ingress ControllCVE-2026-77180 · Network & remote access · F5 · reported by f5sirt@f5.comHigh 8.7
When NGINX Ingress Controller is configured with Ingress annotations, an injection vulnerability exists in the configuration generator of NGINX Ingress Controller. Multiple user-controllable fields are written into the generated NGINX configuration without sanitization. An authenticated attacker with permission to create or modify these annotations may craft values that inject arbitrary NGINX configuration directives. Impact: An authenticated attacker granted write access to NGINX Ingress Controller Ingress annotations through the Kubernetes API may be able to inject arbitrary NGINX configuration directives, create or delete files, or disable services. There is no data plane exposure; this is a control plane issue only. Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated.

Aug 31, 2026EasyAdmin is a fast and modern admin generator for Symfony applications.CVE-2026-81892 · Other software · EasyCorp · reported by GitHubHigh 8.1
EasyAdmin is a fast and modern admin generator for Symfony applications. From 4.0.0 until 4.29.16 and 5.5.1, EasyAdmin serves all backend requests through a single dashboard route and, for custom actions (Action::linkToRoute() and MenuItem::linkToRoute()), swaps the executed controller based on the routeName query parameter on the kernel.controller event. The swap happens after Symfony's security firewall has already evaluated access_control against the original dashboard URL, and the routeName value was not validated. As a result, a path-based access_control rule protecting the target route was never evaluated, so a low-privilege backend user who can reach a single EasyAdmin URL and knows a target route's name can execute that route's controller, bypassing the path-based rule. Only path-based protections are bypassed. Routes whose controller enforces its own authorization with #[IsGranted] or denyAccessUnlessGranted() remain protected because those checks are recomputed against the swapped-in controller. This issue is fixed in versions 4.29.16 and 5.5.1.

Aug 25, 2026icalendar is an RFC 5545 compatible parser and generator of iCalendar files for Python.CVE-2026-55099 · Other software · collective · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5
icalendar is an RFC 5545 compatible parser and generator of iCalendar files for Python. From 7.1.0 until 7.1.3, the Component equality method in src/icalendar/cal/component.py compares nested subcomponents with two membership loops, and each membership test invokes the same method on child components, causing O(2^n) work relative to nesting depth. Component.from_ical accepts arbitrarily nested BEGIN:VEVENT blocks without a depth limit, so an attacker can submit a sub-kilobyte .ics file containing equal nested subtrees and trigger the cost when an application performs equality, inequality, membership, deduplication, test-assertion, round-trip, or normalization comparisons. Parsing alone does not trigger the issue, and comparisons that differ early short-circuit, but a few hundred bytes can pin a CPU core for minutes or indefinitely, causing denial of service in calendar sync or import endpoints, invite processing, and other comparison paths. This issue is fixed in version 7.1.3.

An authenticated attacker with Editor access or alert.instances.external:write can submit an external Alertmanager alert containing a controlled generatorURL. The attacker is authorized to create the alert, but not to execute script in another user's Grafana session. Grafana renders alert.generatorURL directly as the Alert Details See source LinkButton href without URL-scheme sanitization or a safe-protocol allowlist. The click interceptor's :// heuristic can be bypassed by placing :// inside a JavaScript comment. When a user with read access clicks See source, the browser executes attacker-controlled JavaScript in the Grafana origin with the clicking user's permissions.

Kiota is an OpenAPI based HTTP Client code generator. Prior to 1.29.1 and 1.34.0, an attacker who controls or tampers with the OpenAPI description consumed by Kiota can supply a file reference that resolves outside the manifest package (e.g. ../../../../etc/passwd, an absolute path, or a file:// / http(s):// URI). When the generated manifest is deployed and consumed by an AI host, this can lead to inclusion or disclosure of files outside the intended package boundary.
