Open WebUI before 0.11.4 contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in MarkdownInlineTokens.svelte, which renders markdown link URLs into anchor hrefs without validating their scheme. Authenticated users can embed javascript: links in shared chats that, when clicked by a victim, steal the victim's JWT from local storage, including admins' tokens.

  • Sep 30, 2026Apache WSS4J remembers the Nonce of each UsernameToken it accepts, so a captured token cannot be reused.CVE-2026-92899 · Websites & servers · Apache Software Foundation · reported by security@apache.orgMedium 4.8

Apache WSS4J remembers the Nonce of each UsernameToken it accepts, so a captured token cannot be reused. It stored the Nonce as raw base64 text, but authentication decodes that text and uses the bytes. The same bytes can be written as base64 in several ways. An attacker who captured an authenticated request could re-send it with a space added to the Nonce: the password digest still verified, but the token no longer matched the remembered one, so the replay was accepted. Since a UsernameToken does not cover the message body, the captured token could then be reused on requests of the attacker's choosing until it expired. Affects deployments with a nonce replay cache configured, as Apache CXF has by default, and only tokens using a password digest. The cache is now keyed on the decoded Nonce. Users are recommended to upgrade to versions 4.0.2 or 3.0.6 or 2.4.4, which fix this issue.

An improper authentication vulnerability in the WS-Security (wsse:UsernameToken) verification routine within the Sofia IPC daemon in Xiongmai IP Camera XM530 firmware HMT.CM2005-v220608.1837 and earlier allows remote attackers to bypass authentication and execute privileged ONVIF actions (including PTZ control, stream URL retrieval, and system reboot) via a crafted SOAP request supplying the admin username with any arbitrary password when the account's stored password is empty.

Bitwarden Server before 2026.5.0 contains a JSON injection vulnerability in IntegrationTemplateProcessor.ReplaceTokens(), which substitutes user-controlled values into event-integration templates without JSON encoding. When an organization has configured an event integration whose template references a user-controlled token (such as #ActingUserName# or #UserName#, populated from a member's display name), an authenticated member can set their display name to JSON metacharacters and inject arbitrary key-value pairs into the rendered payloads delivered to webhook, SIEM, Slack, Teams, or Datadog endpoints, making injected fields indistinguishable from legitimate template output.

  • Jun 18, 2026An authentication bypass vulnerability exists in the generic opaque token validation path (validateOpaqueToken) of googleapis/mcp-toolbox.CVE-2026-11718 · Computers, phones & browsers · Google · reported by cve-coordination@google.comCritical 9.3

An authentication bypass vulnerability exists in the generic opaque token validation path (validateOpaqueToken) of googleapis/mcp-toolbox. When the toolbox validates an opaque token via an OAuth 2.0 introspection endpoint (RFC 7662), it decodes the response into an introspectResp struct. However, the subsequent claim-checking logic (validateClaims) evaluates the issuer condition as if a.issuer != "" && iss != "". If the external OAuth provider's introspection response omits the optional iss (issuer) field completely, the variable iss defaults to an empty string. This causes the conditional block to evaluate to false and be skipped silently. Consequently, the application accepts tokens issued by unauthorized or unintended third-party identity providers.

  • Jun 18, 2026An authentication bypass vulnerability exists in the generic opaque token validation path (validateOpaqueToken) of googleapis/mcp-toolbox.CVE-2026-11717 · Computers, phones & browsers · Google · reported by cve-coordination@google.comCritical 9.3

An authentication bypass vulnerability exists in the generic opaque token validation path (validateOpaqueToken) of googleapis/mcp-toolbox. When verifying an unparsed opaque token via an OAuth 2.0 introspection endpoint (RFC 7662), the toolbox decodes the response into an introspectResp struct where the Active field is declared as a pointer to a boolean (*bool). The code only explicitly rejects a token if the response contains a populated active field set to false (if introspectResp.Active != nil && !*introspectResp.Active). If an introspection endpoint responds with a payload that completely omits the mandatory active key, the internal variable remains nil, causing the conditional check to short-circuit. As a result, Toolbox accepts authorization tokens missing the "active" field, granting access to protected tools and underlying data sources.

  • Oct 21, 2024The Amazon.ApplicationLoadBalancer.Identity.AspNetCore repo https://github.com/awslabs/aws-alb-identity-aspnetcore#validatetokensignature contains Middleware CVE-2024-10125 · Other software · Amazon · reported by ff89ba41-3aa1-4d27-914a-91399e9639e5Medium 6.9

The Amazon.ApplicationLoadBalancer.Identity.AspNetCore repo https://github.com/awslabs/aws-alb-identity-aspnetcore#validatetokensignature contains Middleware that can be used in conjunction with the Application Load Balancer (ALB) OpenId Connect integration and can be used in any ASP.NET https://dotnet.microsoft.com/apps/aspnet Core deployment scenario, including Fargate, EKS, ECS, EC2, and Lambda. In the JWT handling code, it performs signature validation but fails to validate the JWT issuer and signer identity. The signer omission, if combined with a scenario where the infrastructure owner allows internet traffic to the ALB targets (not a recommended configuration), can allow for JWT signing by an untrusted entity and an actor may be able to mimic valid OIDC-federated sessions to the ALB targets. The repository/package has been deprecated, is end of life, and is no longer supported. As a security best practice, ensure that your ELB targets (e.g. EC2 Instances, Fargate Tasks etc.) do not have public IP addresses. Ensure any forked or derivative code validate that the signer attribute in the JWT match the ARN of the Application Load Balancer that the service is configured to

JHipster generator-jhipster before 2.23.0 allows a timing attack against validateToken due to a string comparison that stops at the first character that is different. Attackers can guess tokens by brute forcing one character at a time and observing the timing. The simplepush server iterates through the application installations and pushes a notification to the server provided by deviceToken. But this is user controlled. If a bogus applications is registered with bad deviceTokens, one can generate endless exceptions when those endpoints can't be reached or can slow the server down by purposefully wasting it's time with slow endpoints. Similarly, one can provide whatever HTTP end point they want. This turns the server into a DDOS vector or an anonymizer for the posting of malware and so on.

Where this comes from: the exploited list is CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog. Everything else is the whole National Vulnerability Database, where each record is published by the team that found the bug (Wordfence, Patchstack, WPScan, the vendors themselves and others); we show who. Exploit odds are FIRST’s EPSS, updated daily. Titles and categories are ours, so check the linked record before acting on a detail. For a write-up of the big ones, see our advisories. Every vendor, and every WordPress plugin and theme with a recorded flaw, also has its own page. All of it is free to reuse as JSON, CSV or RSS.
