  • Oct 31, 2026Booking for Appointments and Events Calendar – Amelia: Sensitive Information ExposureCVE-2026-103915 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 5.3

The Booking for Appointments and Events Calendar – Amelia plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Sensitive Information Exposure in all versions up to, and including, 2.4.12 via the 'page' parameter. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to extract staff personally identifiable information — including full name, email address, phone number, gender, and timezone — as well as administrator-authored internal notes for every published event, all serialized into the JSON response because the raw providers array is never stripped before output.

  • Oct 30, 2026sevenz-rust2 is a Rust-native 7z compressor and `decompress`or.CVE-2026-61725 · Other software · hasenbanck · reported by GitHubMedium 6.1

sevenz-rust2 is a Rust-native 7z compressor and `decompress`or. Prior to 0.21.1, extracting an attacker-supplied 7z archive can write or overwrite files outside the destination directory. In `src/util/decompress.rs`, `decompress_impl` computes each destination with `dest.join(entry.name())` without normalizing the archive's UTF-16 entry name or verifying containment, and `default_entry_extract_fn` writes to it with `File::create`. Parent-directory components escape the extraction root, and an absolute entry path makes the join discard the destination entirely. The convenience entry points `decompress`, `decompress_file`, `decompress_with_password`, and `decompress_file_with_password` all use this default path. Overwriting writable configuration, startup, cron, or build files can lead to code execution or persistence. The archive bytes are the attacker-controlled trust boundary, including for applications that automatically unpack uploaded or otherwise untrusted archives. This issue is fixed in version 0.21.1.

  • Oct 30, 2026In Trail of Bits fickling through 0.1.12, the _process_import() method in fickle.py adds an imported name to the likely_safe_imports set whenever the source modCVE-2026-16760 · Other software · trailofbits · reported by aa17e1a1-c329-4d6e-a1ed-8d0188aea082High 8.8

In Trail of Bits fickling through 0.1.12, the _process_import() method in fickle.py adds an imported name to the likely_safe_imports set whenever the source module is present in sys.stdlib_module_names and the name is absent from the UNSAFE_IMPORTS denylist, without inspecting what the name resolves to or how it behaves. The OvertlyBadEvals analysis pass in analysis.py then unconditionally skips any call whose function name appears in likely_safe_imports, including calls that would otherwise be flagged as overtly dangerous. As a result, any callable reachable through a non-blocked standard library module inherits module-level trust regardless of its own behavior, and check_safety() returns LIKELY_SAFE with zero findings for pickle payloads that reach code execution or file write through such callables. Demonstrated primitives: dataclasses._create_fn, which passes an attacker-controlled function body to exec() and yields arbitrary code execution on Python 3.7 through 3.12 (the internal _create_fn function was removed in Python 3.13); mailcap.findmatch, which internally calls os.system() on a test command taken from an attacker-controlled caps dictionary, yielding arbitrary code exec

The PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce WordPress plugin from 5.16.2 before 5.16.5 does not properly escape several customer-supplied order fields — including the billing and shipping address values and the customer order note — before they are output in generated invoice and packing-slip documents, allowing unauthenticated users placing guest orders to store a malicious script that executes when a shop administrator views the document, leading to Stored Cross-Site Scripting.

  • Oct 30, 2026MyTube is a self-hosted downloader and player for several video websites.CVE-2026-62302 · Other software · franklioxygen · reported by GitHubHigh 8.7

MyTube is a self-hosted downloader and player for several video websites. Prior to version 1.10.3, `server.ts` calls `registerStaticRoutes` and `registerCloudRoutes` before `registerApiRoutes`, where `authMiddleware` and `roleBasedAuthMiddleware` are mounted. Because Express processes middleware in registration order, `staticRoutes.ts` and `cloudRoutes.ts` remain outside the authentication stack even when `loginEnabled=true`. Unauthenticated clients can access local videos through `/videos/*`, thumbnails through `/images/*` and `/images-small/*`, avatars through `/avatars/*`, subtitles through `/subtitles/*`, cloud thumbnail caches through `/api/cloud/thumbnail-cache/*`, and cloud signed URLs or redirects through `/cloud/videos/:filename` and `/cloud/images/:filename`. The frontend login wall does not protect direct media requests. Cloud routes return 404 when cloud storage is unconfigured, but that is not an authentication rejection; protected API routes correctly return 401. Combined with hidden-video path leaks, the flaw permits unauthenticated downloads of hidden media. Default loginEnabled=false single-user deployments have no authentication boundary to bypass. • Oct 30, 2026MyTube is a self-hosted downloader and player for several video websites.CVE-2026-62301 · Other software · franklioxygen · reported by GitHubHigh 7.1

MyTube is a self-hosted downloader and player for several video websites. Prior to version 1.10.3, backend video access does not enforce the visitor role's intended public-only restriction when `loginEnabled=true` and a visitor password is configured. The frontend filter in `VideoContext.tsx` is only client-side, `roleBasedAuthMiddleware.ts` allows all visitor GET requests, and `storageService/videos.ts` performs `getVideos()` and `getVideoById(id)` queries without checking the caller's role or `visibility`. A visitor can enumerate `/api/videos` or request `/api/videos/:id` to retrieve hidden `visibility`=0 records, exposing titles, `sourceUrl` values, `videoPath` values, subtitle paths and `thumbnailPath` values. The `serveMountVideo()` path also serves mounted video files without `visibility` checks. Leaked paths work against unauthenticated `/videos/*` and `/subtitles/*` routes, allowing media downloads without credentials. The RSS visitor feed already filters `visibility`=1 content and is not the affected query path. Default loginEnabled=false single-user deployments are unaffected by this role-boundary issue because all callers are owner-equivalent. This issue is fixed in vers

  • Oct 30, 2026Crass is a Ruby CSS parser that's fully compliant with the CSS Syntax Level 3 specification.CVE-2026-61848 · Other software · rgrove · reported by GitHubMedium 6.3

Crass is a Ruby CSS parser that's fully compliant with the CSS Syntax Level 3 specification. Prior to 1.0.7, when Crass parses input containing `non-ASCII characters`, inefficiencies in tracking the positions of `multi-byte characters` result in superlinear parsing time. An attacker-controlled CSS input consisting of many `non-ASCII characters` can therefore cause excessive CPU consumption and potentially denial of service. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.7.

  • Oct 30, 2026Crass is a Ruby CSS parser that's fully compliant with the CSS Syntax Level 3 specification.CVE-2026-61847 · Other software · rgrove · reported by GitHubMedium 6.3

Crass is a Ruby CSS parser that's fully compliant with the CSS Syntax Level 3 specification. Prior to 1.0.7, when the `:preserve_comments` option is not enabled, which is the default, Crass discards CSS comments by recursively consuming the next token. An attacker-provided stylesheet containing a very large number of adjacent comments can cause excessive recursion and trigger a `SystemStackError`, denying service to the parsing application. Preserving comments avoids this recursive path. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.7.

Crass is a Ruby CSS parser that's fully compliant with the CSS Syntax Level 3 specification. Prior to 1.0.7, Crass recursively parses `CSS simple blocks and functions` without a depth guard. An attacker-controlled CSS value containing deeply nested blocks or functions can recurse until Ruby raises `SystemStackError`: stack level too deep, or cause excessive memory usage. Crass is a Ruby CSS parser that's fully compliant with the CSS Syntax Level 3 specification. Prior to 1.0.7, Crass converts `CSS scientific notation` number values with unbounded exponentiation before clamping the result to `Float::MAX`. joserfc is a Python library that provides an implementation of several JSON Object Signing and Encryption (JOSE) standards. Prior to 1.7.6, joserfc compact JWS deserialization calls bytes.split() before enforcing the existing aggregate segment-size limits. When attacker-controlled compact serialization bytes reach deserialize_compact(), the split creates copies of the header, payload, and signature segments before ExceededSizeError rejects them, causing an additional allocation approximately proportional to the supplied token. Requests that exhaust available process memory can therefore cause an availability failure even though signature verification fails. This issue is fixed in version 1.7.6.

Prior to 1.7.5, joserfc.jwe.decrypt_json() accepts a JWE General JSON Serialization recipients array without a count limit and calls decrypt_cek() for every entry. An unauthenticated attacker who can submit a JWE to an endpoint using an RSA key-management algorithm can choose the number of private-key decryption operations performed by one request. • Oct 29, 2026MariaDB Connector/J is used to connect applications developed in Java to MariaDB and MySQL databases.CVE-2026-119281 · Other software · mariadb-corporation · reported by GitHubMedium 5.9

MariaDB Connector/J is used to connect applications developed in Java to MariaDB and MySQL databases. From 3.0.0 until 3.3.7, 3.4.5, and 3.5.11, the connector assumed result bytes were UTF-8 but guarded only changes to character_set_client. It did not reject non-UTF-8 character_set_results changes and relied on the server's global session_track_system_variables configuration to report character-set changes. A malicious or compromised server, or a machine-in-the-middle attacker, could suppress tracking or change the result charset so application strings differed from the returned bytes, potentially defeating application-side validation or escaping that depended on the decoded values. This issue is fixed in versions 3.3.7, 3.4.5, and 3.5.11.

  • Oct 29, 2026MariaDB Connector/J is used to connect applications developed in Java to MariaDB and MySQL databases.CVE-2026-119280 · Other software · mariadb-corporation · reported by GitHubLow 3.7

MariaDB Connector/J is used to connect applications developed in Java to MariaDB and MySQL databases. From 3.0.0 until 3.3.7, 3.4.5, and 3.5.11, the MariaDbPoolConnection.recover() and MariaDbPoolPinnedConnection.recover() implementations trusted the gtrid_length and bqual_length columns returned by XA RECOVER. The methods allocated and split Xid byte arrays without validating the lengths against Xid.MAXGTRIDSIZE, Xid.MAXBQUALSIZE, or the actual data payload. A malicious or compromised server, or a machine-in-the-middle attacker, could cause large allocations, NegativeArraySizeException, or ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException during XA recovery. This issue is fixed in versions 3.3.7, 3.4.5, and 3.5.11.

  • Oct 29, 2026MariaDB Connector/J is used to connect applications developed in Java to MariaDB and MySQL databases.CVE-2026-119279 · Other software · mariadb-corporation · reported by GitHubMedium 5.9

MariaDB Connector/J is used to connect applications developed in Java to MariaDB and MySQL databases. From 3.0.0 until 3.3.7, 3.4.5, and 3.5.10, the ReadableByteBuf.readLength() and ReadableByteBuf.readIntLengthEncodedNotNull() methods narrowed the protocol's unsigned 8-byte length-encoded integer to a Java int without checking that the value fit a non-negative integer. Values above Integer.MAX_VALUE could wrap to a negative or unrelated length that downstream allocation and read paths used. A malicious or compromised server, or a machine-in-the-middle attacker, could trigger NegativeArraySizeException, out-of-bounds failures, or oversized allocation behavior in client connection handling. This issue is fixed in versions 3.3.7, 3.4.5, and 3.5.10.

  • Oct 29, 2026MariaDB Connector/J is used to connect applications developed in Java to MariaDB and MySQL databases.CVE-2026-119278 · Other software · mariadb-corporation · reported by GitHubMedium 5.9

MariaDB Connector/J is used to connect applications developed in Java to MariaDB and MySQL databases. From 3.0.0 until 3.3.7 and 3.4.5, during caching_sha2_password authentication, the authentication-more-data response was treated as a length-encoded byte array, memory was allocated from the server-declared length, and authResult[0] was accessed without ensuring a byte existed. A malicious or compromised server, or a machine-in-the-middle attacker, could declare a very large length or send an empty response before any password was transmitted. The malformed packet could cause excessive allocation or an unchecked ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException escaping from DriverManager.getConnection(). This issue is fixed in versions 3.3.7 and 3.4.5.

  • Oct 29, 2026MariaDB Connector/J is used to connect applications developed in Java to MariaDB and MySQL databases.CVE-2026-119277 · Other software · mariadb-corporation · reported by GitHubMedium 5.9

MariaDB Connector/J is used to connect applications developed in Java to MariaDB and MySQL databases. From 3.0.0 until 3.3.7, 3.4.5, and 3.5.11, decoders for OK packet session-state blocks, column definition packets, text row data, or binary row data used server-declared lengths without confirming that the requested bytes remained in the receive buffer. The decoders could position reads, create sub-buffers, or decode strings beyond the packet boundary. A malicious or compromised server, or a machine-in-the-middle attacker, could trigger unchecked ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException or IllegalArgumentException failures inside JDBC calls and terminate connection handling. This issue is fixed in versions 3.3.7, 3.4.5, and 3.5.11.

  • Oct 29, 2026MariaDB Connector/J is used to connect applications developed in Java to MariaDB and MySQL databases.CVE-2026-119276 · Other software · mariadb-corporation · reported by GitHubMedium 5.9

MariaDB Connector/J is used to connect applications developed in Java to MariaDB and MySQL databases. From 3.0.0 until 3.3.7, 3.4.5, and 3.5.11, when CLIENT_SESSION_TRACK was negotiated, the OkPacket.parse() and OkPacket.parseWithInfo() paths allocated byte arrays using server-declared lengths for the OK packet info field and session-state variable names and values before confirming that the bytes remained in the packet. A malicious or compromised server, or a machine-in-the-middle attacker, could send a small OK packet declaring a much larger length and repeatedly force attacker-controlled heap allocations before the subsequent copy failed. This could create garbage-collection pressure or an OutOfMemoryError in the client application. This issue is fixed in versions 3.3.7, 3.4.5, and 3.5.11.

  • Oct 29, 2026MariaDB Connector/J is used to connect applications developed in Java to MariaDB and MySQL databases.CVE-2026-119210 · Other software · mariadb-corporation · reported by GitHubMedium 5.9

MariaDB Connector/J is used to connect applications developed in Java to MariaDB and MySQL databases. From 3.0.0 until 3.3.7, 3.4.5, and 3.5.11, the ClientMessage.validateLocalFileName() check used a regular expression that could match LOAD DATA LOCAL INFILE text inside quoted identifiers, string literals, or comments instead of requiring a real statement. A malicious or compromised server, or a machine-in-the-middle attacker, could return crafted database or table identifiers that the connector reused in metadata or updatable-result queries, then answer with a LOCAL INFILE request for a client file. With allowLocalInfile enabled, this caused the connector to stream any readable client-host file named by the crafted text, including through DatabaseMetaData.getImportedKeys(), DatabaseMetaData.getExportedKeys(), or ResultSet.updateRow() paths. This issue is fixed in versions 3.3.7, 3.4.5, and 3.5.11.

  • Oct 29, 2026Nuxt is an open-source web development framework for Vue.js.CVE-2026-119201 · Other software · nuxt · reported by GitHubMedium 4.8

Nuxt is an open-source web development framework for Vue.js. From 4.6.0 until 4.6.3, nuxt dev stores a generated appSecret in <buildDir>/app-secret, by default .nuxt/app-secret, within a directory allowed by Vite's server.fs configuration. A client with direct HTTP access to an exposed development server can fetch the file, use deriveSecret() to compute derived secrets such as the default useSession password, and forge session cookies accepted by that development server. The default localhost binding limits remote exposure, cross-origin browser reads are blocked, production builds and development servers with an explicitly configured appSecret are not affected. This issue is fixed in version 4.6.3.

  • Oct 29, 2026Nuxt is an open-source web development framework for Vue.js.CVE-2026-119200 · Other software · nuxt · reported by GitHubMedium 6.5

Nuxt is an open-source web development framework for Vue.js. From 4.6.0 until 4.6.3, Nuxt resolves literal or percent-encoded dot segments before rendering a page while Nitro routing, server/middleware checks, and server route rules evaluate the unresolved path. A request such as /%2e/admin can therefore render app/pages/admin.vue and its server-rendered data while checks keyed to /admin, redirects, or per-route security headers do not apply. API handlers, appMiddleware, Nuxt 3, and Nuxt 4.0.0 through 4.5.x are not affected, and exploitation requires a client that sends dot segments without browser normalization. This issue is fixed in version 4.6.3.

  • Oct 29, 2026Nuxt is an open-source web development framework for Vue.js.CVE-2026-119199 · Other software · nuxt · reported by GitHubMedium 5.9

Nuxt is an open-source web development framework for Vue.js. From 3.0.0 until 4.6.3, the Nuxt development server can expose the Nitro 2 development bundle at <buildDir>/dev/index.mjs through Vite file serving when the server is reachable over HTTP. Nitro inlines private runtimeConfig values resolved at build time into that bundle, including secrets configured in nuxt.config, and Nuxt 4.6.0 and later also inline the generated development appSecret. The default localhost binding limits remote exposure, production builds and Nitro 3 are not affected, and runtime configuration supplied only through NUXT_* environment variables at server startup is not inlined. This issue is fixed in version 4.6.3.

Nuxt is an open-source web development framework for Vue.js. From 4.6.0 until 4.6.3, a client with TCP access to an exposed Nuxt development server can send a nuxt:dev:client-error event over the HMR socket with an absolute file path at the end of its message. The development server reads that file while building the client error report and returns its contents through the error overlay, development error channel, and terminal report, bypassing Vite's server.fs allow list. The default localhost binding limits remote exposure, cross-origin browser requests are rejected, production builds and Nuxt 3 are not affected, and no browser interaction is required. This issue is fixed in version 4.6.3.
