boneIO Black contains a TOCTOU race condition in the create_timedatectl_sudoers_file() function in boneio/webui/routes/timezone_sudoers.py. In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: EDAC/altera: Fix use-after-free in error paths In both altr_edac_a10_device_add() and altr_portb_setup(), the error path freed the dci structure before releasing the devres group. Since the managed single and double bit IRQ handlers use altdev(dci->pvt_info) as their data, an IRQ firing between freeing dci and unregistering the IRQs could dereference the freed memory. Release the devres group first so the managed IRQs are unregistered before the dci structure is freed.

  • Oct 21, 2026Algorithm::UrataniTakeda versions from 0.1.5 before 0.1.7 for Perl allow memory exhaustion via a never-cleared failure shift cache in search.CVE-2026-113811 · Other software · reported by 9b29abf9-4ab0-4765-b253-1875cd9b441e

Algorithm::UrataniTakeda versions from 0.1.5 before 0.1.7 for Perl allow memory exhaustion via a never-cleared failure shift cache in search. The failure shift is cached for each pair of trie state and text character in a field of the matcher object, and nothing clears it. A character not seen before at a given state adds an entry that lasts for the life of the matcher. An attacker who can submit text with many distinct characters to a long-lived matcher can grow its memory with each search.

The Legacy Pipe receiver protocol (handshake / sendPipeData) uses a hardcoded SUPER_USER (root) identity when executing data loading and deletion operations. A user with only SYSTEM-level privileges (such as USE_PIPE or MAINTAIN) who does NOT have WRITE_DATA or DELETE_DATA permissions on target databases can send specially crafted PipeData messages through the Legacy Pipe API, resulting in data loading/deletion operations executed as root — effectively bypassing IoTDB's permission model entirely. In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: EDAC/altera: Drop __init from ECC setup paths for re-probe safety Sashiko reports: "Does suppressing sysfs unbinding fully prevent the execution of freed __init memory? If altr_sysmgr_regmap_lookup_by_phandle() returns -EPROBE_DEFER, the probe is deferred until after __init memory is freed." The a10 EDAC .setup callbacks (sdmmc, ethernet, nand, dma, usb, qspi) and their helpers (altr_init_a10_ecc_device_type, altr_init_a10_ecc_block) were marked __init. These run from the probe path, which may execute after init memory is freed -- e.g. a probe deferred via -EPROBE_DEFER that only succeeds once a late/module dependency appears, or a manual unbind/rebind. Calling __init code then dereferences freed memory. Remove __init so these functions remain valid at runtime.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: EDAC/altera: Use parent device for devres in altr_portb_setup() Anchor the devres group and the devm-managed IRQ requests in altr_portb_setup() to the actual parent device (device->edac->dev) instead of the embedded struct device inside the copied per-port altr_edac_device_dev. This keeps devres_open_group(), devm_request_irq(), devres_remove_group() and devres_release_group() all referring to the same long-lived device so the group and the resources allocated inside it are torn down together.

  • Oct 16, 2026SureDash – Community, Courses & Member Dashboard: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-96870 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.4

The SureDash – Community, Courses & Member Dashboard plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'display_name' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 1.12.0 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The exploit is triggered when any user hovers over a comment's like counter on a community page, as the plugin's tooltip handler assigns the attacker-controlled data-tooltip-description attribute value directly to innerHTML, re-parsing the browser-decoded entity payload as live HTML.

  • Oct 14, 2026Redash is a package for data visualization and sharing.CVE-2026-77371 · Other software · getredash · reported by GitHubCritical 9.3

Redash is a package for data visualization and sharing. From 26.0.0 until 26.9.0, the DuckDB query runner's _connect() path in redash/query_runner/duckdb.py created connections with enable_external_access left at its default value of true. A user with query access to an administrator-created DuckDB data source could use native file-reading functions to retrieve files readable by the Redash process or use COPY TO to write files with that process's privileges. Reading application secrets such as REDASH_COOKIE_SECRET or REDASH_SECRET_KEY could also enable forged sessions and authentication bypass. This issue is fixed in version 26.9.0.

  • Oct 14, 2026Redash is a package for data visualization and sharing.CVE-2026-76083 · Other software · getredash · reported by GitHubMedium 4.9

Redash is a package for data visualization and sharing. From 10.0.0 until 26.9.0, the JSON data source query runner in redash/query_runner/json_ds.py used _get_all_results() to combine its configured base_url with a user-supplied query URL by using urljoin. An absolute query URL replaced the configured base URL instead of remaining under it, allowing a user with execute_query permission to direct a server-side request to an arbitrary external origin. When HTTP Basic Auth was configured for the data source, the request also forwarded those credentials to the selected origin. Private and internal address access remained constrained when REDASH_ENFORCE_PRIVATE_IP_BLOCK was enabled. This issue is fixed in version 26.9.0.

  • Oct 14, 2026Redash is a package for data visualization and sharing.CVE-2026-42093 · Other software · getredash · reported by GitHubHigh 8.7

Redash is a package for data visualization and sharing. From versions after 8.0.0 until 26.9.0, the Query Results query runner in redash/query_runner/query_results.py accepts param_query_N_{key=value} parameters and passed attacker-controlled values to replace_query_parameters() for raw substitution into a referenced query's SQL. This path bypassed the ParameterizedQuery schema validation used by normal query execution and omitted the is_safe permission check. An authenticated user with at least view-only access to both the Query Results data source and the referenced data source could therefore inject SQL through text parameters and execute it with the referenced data source's privileges. This issue is fixed in version 26.9.0.

  • Oct 14, 2026KEDA is a Kubernetes-based Event Driven Autoscaling component.CVE-2026-77524 · Other software · kedacore · reported by GitHubCritical 9.9

KEDA is a Kubernetes-based Event Driven Autoscaling component. In version 2.20.2 and earlier, a namespace administrator who can create TriggerAuthentication and ScaledObject resources can set hashiCorpVault.address to a tenant-controlled endpoint and select Kubernetes authentication without an explicit credential. KEDA then uses the operator pod's projected ServiceAccount token and sends it to that endpoint as a Vault login credential. The JWT-shape filter from the prior CVE-2025-68476 remediation accepts the operator token because its subject is a Kubernetes ServiceAccount, so the attacker can obtain the operator's cluster-wide permissions, including broad Secret reads and workload or admission-related operations. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.21.0.

The SureDash – Community, Courses & Member Dashboard plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored DOM-Based Cross-Site Scripting via Image 'alt' Attribute in Community Post Content in all versions up to, and including, 1.12.1 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping.
