Dec 2, 2025Out-of-bounds read vulnerability in Circutor SGE-PLC1000/SGE-PLC50 v9.0.2.CVE-2025-11789 · Other software · SGE-PLC1000 SGE-PLC50 · reported by cve-coordination@incibe.esHigh 7.1
Out-of-bounds read vulnerability in Circutor SGE-PLC1000/SGE-PLC50 v9.0.2. The 'DownloadFile' function converts a parameter to an integer using 'atoi()' and then uses it as an index in the 'FilesDownload' array with '(&FilesDownload)[iVar2]'. If the parameter is too large, it will access memory beyond the limits.

Heap-based buffer overflow vulnerability in Circutor SGE-PLC1000/SGE-PLC50 v9.0.2. In the 'ShowSupervisorParameters()' function, there is an unlimited user input that is copied to a fixed-size buffer via 'sprintf()'. The 'GetParameter(meter)' function retrieves the user input, which is directly incorporated into a buffer without size validation. An attacker can provide an excessively large input for the 'meter' parameter.

Stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability in Circutor SGE-PLC1000/SGE-PLC50 v9.0.2. In the 'SetUserPassword()' function, the 'newPassword' parameter is directly embedded in a shell command string using 'sprintf()' without any sanitisation or validation, and then executed using 'system()'. This allows an attacker to inject arbitrary shell commands that will be executed with the same privileges as the application.

Stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability in Circutor SGE-PLC1000/SGE-PLC50 v9.0.2. The vulnerability is found in the 'AddEvent()' function when copying the user-controlled username input to a fixed-size buffer (48 bytes) without boundary checking. Stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability in Circutor SGE-PLC1000/SGE-PLC50 v9.0.2. The 'ShowDownload()' function uses “sprintf()” to format a string that includes the user-controlled input of 'GetParameter(meter)' in the fixed-size buffer 'acStack_4c' (64 bytes) without checking the length. Use of hardcoded cryptographic keys in Circutor SGE-PLC1000/SGE-PLC50 v9.0.2. The affected firmware contains a hardcoded static authentication key. An attacker with local access to the device can extract this key (e.g., by analysing the firmware image or memory dump) and create valid firmware update packages. This bypasses all intended access controls and grants full administrative privileges.

The equipment grants a JWT token for each connection in the timeline, but during an active valid session, a hijacking of the token can be done. This will allow an attacker with the token modify parameters of security, access or even steal the session without the legitimate and active session detecting it. The web server allows the attacker to reuse an old session JWT token while the legitimate session is active.

May 24, 2022A buffer overflow vulnerability has been detected in the firewall function of the device management web portal.CVE-2022-1669 · Other software · CIRCUTOR · reported by ics-cert@hq.dhs.govMedium 6.8
A buffer overflow vulnerability has been detected in the firewall function of the device management web portal. The device runs a CGI binary (index.cgi) to offer a management web application. Once authenticated with valid credentials in this web portal, a potential attacker could submit any "Address" value and it would be copied to a second variable with a "strcpy" vulnerable function without checking its length. Because of this, it is possible to send a long address value to overflow the process stack, controlling the function return address.

Where this comes from: the exploited list is CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog. Everything else is the whole National Vulnerability Database, where each record is published by the team that found the bug (Wordfence, Patchstack, WPScan, the vendors themselves and others); we show who. Exploit odds are FIRST’s EPSS, updated daily. Titles and categories are ours, so check the linked record before acting on a detail. For a write-up of the big ones, see our advisories. Every vendor, and every WordPress plugin and theme with a recorded flaw, also has its own page. All of it is free to reuse as JSON, CSV or RSS.
