  • Oct 29, 2026LiteSpeed Cache: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-116763 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 5.4

The LiteSpeed Cache plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'comment' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 7.9.1 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This vulnerability is only exploitable when the HTML Minify option (O_OPTM_HTML_MIN) is enabled and a companion plugin renders stored comment content into a raw-text context such as a JSON-LD script block on the same page.

  • Oct 29, 2026LiteSpeed Cache: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-109215 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.4

The LiteSpeed Cache plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'bbp_reply_content' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 7.9.1 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Exploitation requires that an administrator has enabled Viewport Images (VPI) and configured a VPI filename that matches an image the attacker can embed in user-generated content — such as a bbPress topic where Subscriber-level Participants are permitted to post replies containing raw img tags.

  • Oct 28, 2026When the `allowed_scopes` configuration is enabled, the OAuth2 token introspection mechanism does not immediately invalidate a token in the cache after a revocaCVE-2026-3583 · Other software · WSO2 · reported by ed10eef1-636d-4fbe-9993-6890dfa878f8Low 3.1

When the `allowed_scopes` configuration is enabled, the OAuth2 token introspection mechanism does not immediately invalidate a token in the cache after a revocation request. This results in a scenario where an access token that was introspected immediately before a revocation request may be returned again to the client after revocation, until the relevant cache entry is cleared. The security consequence is that a revoked access token may be re-issued to the client during the cache lifetime. While the re-issued token is not treated as valid for API authorization, affected users may be unable to obtain a new valid access token until the cache is cleared, which can disrupt authentication flows.

Ultralytics load_dataset_cache_file Deserialization of Untrusted Data Remote Code Execution Vulnerability. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on affected installations of Ultralytics. User interaction is required to exploit this vulnerability in that the target must visit a malicious page or open a malicious file. The specific flaw exists within the load_dataset_cache_file function. The issue results from the lack of proper validation of user-supplied data, which can result in deserialization of untrusted data. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of the current user. Was ZDI-CAN-30124.

  • Oct 28, 2026NORA is a self-hosted artifact registry and pull-through cache.CVE-2026-59164 · Other software · getnora-io · reported by GitHubHigh 7.1

NORA is a self-hosted artifact registry and pull-through cache. Prior to 0.9.5, `nora-registry` authenticates the token-management UI but fails to require administrator authorization. `auth_middleware()` protects `/ui/tokens` and `/api/ui/tokens`, but state-changing requests are checked only with `role.can_write()`, not `role.can_admin()`. `tokens_page()` and `tokens_list()` call `store.list_all_tokens()`, exposing IDs and metadata across all users, while `tokens_revoke()` calls `store.revoke_token` using the supplied token ID without an ownership or admin check. A read bearer token can enumerate other users' token existence, owner, role, description, expiry and last-use metadata. A write bearer token or write-capable OIDC identity can additionally revoke arbitrary admin and service tokens, disrupting the registry and forcing credential recovery. Read-only identities cannot POST a revocation. This issue is fixed in version 0.9.5.

  • Oct 28, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: cifs: don't update i_size in cifs_do_truncate without a cached handle If find_writable_filCVE-2026-99137 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: cifs: don't update i_size in cifs_do_truncate without a cached handle If find_writable_file() returns null, cifs_file_flush will return 0 without issuing set_file_size, and the outer 'if (!rc)' block will set i_size to 0 before telling the server to truncate. If the cifs_open() then fails, the inode will have size 0, while the server file is unchanged. Move the netfs_resize_file() and cifs_setsize() into the 'if (cfile)', so they only run after a successful set_file_size. In the no-handle else branch, evict stale pages with truncate_inode_pages before the O_TRUNC open to dispose of old cache pages, and let the open response set the i_size.

  • Oct 26, 2026Use of Cache Containing Sensitive Information vulnerability in Apache Camel Oauth component.CVE-2026-94386 · Websites & servers · Apache Software Foundation · reported by security@apache.orgMedium 4.8

Use of Cache Containing Sensitive Information vulnerability in Apache Camel Oauth component. This issue affects Apache Camel: from 4.19.0 before 4.22.2. OAuthClientCredentialsTokenResolver obtains OAuth 2.0 bearer tokens through the client credentials grant on behalf of the components that authenticate their outbound calls with a named OAuth profile, such as camel-openai, camel-langchain4j-agent, camel-huggingface, camel-docling, camel-a2a, camel-spring-ai-chat and the IBM watsonx components, and of applications that call the OAuthClientAuthenticationFactory SPI directly. It kept the tokens it obtained in a static cache shared by every resolver instance and every CamelContext in the JVM, and keyed that cache on the token endpoint and the client ID only, although the token request also carries the client secret and the requested scope. Two profiles that share a token endpoint and a client ID but request different scopes, or authenticate with different client secrets, therefore mapped to the same cache entry: the profile that resolved a token first populated the entry, and the other profile was then handed that token, with no token request made under its own configuration, for

Tandoor Recipes before 2.7.0 contains an improper cache-key design in cookbook/helper/permission_helper.py that allows authenticated users to retain stale group-based permissions across different spaces by exploiting a cache key keyed only on user id while omitting the active space, with the cached entry's TTL refreshed on every request. • Oct 23, 2026A flaw in Node.js `crypto` causes the internal entropy caches used by `crypto.randomUUID()`, `crypto.randomUUIDv7()`, and `crypto.randomInt()` to be saved into CVE-2026-106074 · Other software · nodejs · reported by support@hackerone.comMedium 4.8

A flaw in Node.js `crypto` causes the internal entropy caches used by `crypto.randomUUID()`, `crypto.randomUUIDv7()`, and `crypto.randomInt()` to be saved into user-land startup snapshots (`--build-snapshot`) and single executable applications built with `useSnapshot`. If any of these functions, or an API that relies on them such as `URL.createObjectURL()`, is called while the snapshot is built, every process started from that snapshot returns the same values until the cache is refilled: up to 127 UUIDs and about 1,000 `randomInt()` values. Identifiers expected to be unique can collide across processes, and values issued by one process can be predicted by observing another. This vulnerability affects Node.js **26.x**, **24.x**, and **22.x**.

  • Oct 23, 2026A local privilege escalation vulnerability in the optional dnscache package of Zimbra Collaboration Suite (ZCS) allows the Unix zimbra account to access files wCVE-2026-93640 · Email & office · Zimbra · reported by cve@rapid7.comHigh 7.8

A local privilege escalation vulnerability in the optional dnscache package of Zimbra Collaboration Suite (ZCS) allows the Unix zimbra account to access files with root privileges. The passwordless sudo policy permits arbitrary arguments to zmunbound, whose wrapper forwards them to Unbound without restricting the configuration path. An attacker can supply a configuration that retains root privileges and disables the chroot. Include directives expose root-readable file contents through parser errors, while an attacker-selected logfile path creates a root-owned file or appends Unbound log records to an existing file. This can disclose password hashes and private keys and corrupt privileged configuration files, preventing affected services from starting with the modified configuration. The affected configuration is present in ZCS 10.1.16 and 10.1.21 dnscache packages.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: KVM: x86: Use active memslots for the per-vCPU MMIO cache KVM tags the per-vCPU MMIO cache with a memslot generation so that a memslot update invalidates cached MMIO information. Both the fill and validation paths use kvm_memslots(), which unconditionally selects address space 0, even when the vCPU is running in SMM and using address space 1. Commit 56f17dd3fbc4 ("kvm: x86: fix stale mmio cache bug") added the memslot generation to the cache key so that a memslot update could not leave a stale entry valid. When commit 699023e23965 ("KVM: x86: add SMM to the MMU role, support SMRAM address space") added the SMM address space, these helpers were not converted to use the active memslots. Consequently, an update to the SMM memslots can leave an entry from the old SMM address space apparently valid after the vCPU returns to the normal address space. A guest can then cause an access to valid RAM at the same GFN to be returned to userspace as KVM_EXIT_MMIO. Completing that exit through the VMM's RAM address space writes the backing page without going through KVM's write-tracking path. If the page backs a nested E

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ipv4: stop PMTU walk when nexthop group shrinks Commit 7d3f3b4367f3 ("net: ipv4: Cache pmtu for all packet paths if multipath enabled") made __ip_rt_update_pmtu() update every path. For nexthop objects, fib_info_num_path() and fib_info_nhc() independently load nh->nh_grp. RCU protects each group's lifetime but does not make the loads observe the same group. If replacement shrinks the group after the loop accepts an index, fib_info_nhc() returns NULL and update_or_create_fnhe() dereferences it. A deterministic probe only widened the existing window between the real operations. On v7.2, an RTM_NEWNEXTHOP replacement published a one-member group after the PMTU reader accepted index 1 from a two-member group, producing: KASAN: null-ptr-deref in range [0x0000000000000000-0x0000000000000007] RIP: update_or_create_fnhe+0x45/0x15b0 Stop when the indexed path is absent. Groups are dense, so no later index exists in that snapshot. The same real-writer window completed 114,423 PMTU iterations without an oops with this check. A reproducer is available on request. In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: cipso: adjust cached option offsets when removing CIPSO cipso_v4_skbuff_delattr() removes the CIPSO bytes but does not adjust cached offsets for options that follow them. For example, with a valid 10-byte CIPSO option followed by a seven-byte RR option, parsing records rr at offset 30. Removing CIPSO moves RR to offset 20, while the cached offset remains 30. Consumers such as ip_forward_options() and __ip_options_echo() then access the wrong bytes; the latter may interpret packet data as the option length and copy it into fixed-size option storage. Mirror cipso_v4_delopt() and subtract cipso_len from the srr, rr, ts and router_alert offsets when they follow CIPSO. cipso_len is the distance the first memmove() shifts those options. The later header move and network-header reset relocate the bytes and their offset base together.

Algorithm::UrataniTakeda versions from 0.1.5 before 0.1.7 for Perl allow memory exhaustion via a never-cleared failure shift cache in search. The failure shift is cached for each pair of trie state and text character in a field of the matcher object, and nothing clears it. A character not seen before at a given state adds an entry that lasts for the life of the matcher. An attacker who can submit text with many distinct characters to a long-lived matcher can grow its memory with each search.

Apache bRPC versions before 1.18.0 do not consistently enforce the configured max_body_size limit in non-progressive HTTP/1 and HTTP/2 parsing and in memcache and couchbase response parsing. A remote unauthenticated peer can cause an affected process to buffer message data beyond the configured limit, which may lead to memory exhaustion and denial of service. Users should upgrade to 1.18.0 or apply the patch from PR https://github.com/apache/brpc/pull/3382 . The fix rejects oversized buffered HTTP bodies, returns HTTP 413 for HTTP/1 requests, resets oversized HTTP/2 streams, and rejects oversized memcache and couchbase responses from their declared lengths. Progressive HTTP reading remains supported because it uses bounded buffering.

In NLnet Labs Unbound up to and including version 1.26.1, an observable cache-level side-channel can be exposed with 'unwanted-reply-threshold > 0' configurations (not a default configuration). If a response-like UDP datagram reaches the upstream source port currently used by a recursive query, but its TXID does not match any pending query, Unbound counts the packet as an unwanted reply. When the accumulated count reaches the configured threshold, Unbound clears the worker's RRset cache and message cache. This cache clear action does not destroy the current upstream UDP pending query. Therefore, an external observer can distinguish whether a candidate port matches the current upstream source port by checking whether an existing cached item has been cleared. This is a cache side-channel vulnerability that can be used to probe the upstream source port. Although the attack is not feasible on default configurations and the suggested value (10 million) makes it an ureliable attack on a public resolver, in scenarios where the attacker can keep a concurrent query window alive, the attacker can first filter the source port and then perform birthday-style guessing against the TXID, making

Use of Cache Containing Sensitive Information vulnerability in Apache Camel HTTP component. This issue affects Apache Camel: from 4.0.0 before 4.18.5, from 4.19.0 before 4.22.1. The OAuth2 client token cache is global to the JVM, and its key omitted several of the fields that determine what a token actually authorises: the requested scope, the resource indicator, and the token endpoint the token was obtained from. Two endpoints differing only in those fields therefore shared a cache entry, and an endpoint could be served a token minted for a different scope, a different resource, or by a different authorization server. The consequence is a request carrying broader authority than the endpoint was configured for, or a token presented to a party it was not issued for. Reaching it requires a deployment that configures more than one OAuth2 endpoint differing in exactly those fields, which is why the severity is assessed low. Upgrade to Apache Camel 4.23.0, which fixes the issue. Users on the 4.18.x LTS releases stream should upgrade to 4.18.5. Users on the 4.22.x LTS releases stream should upgrade to 4.22.1. The cache key now includes every field that shapes the token, so entries are

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: sched/cache: Introduce task_struct->sched_cache_grp to fix UAF Add a sched_cache_grp pointer to task_struct so that scheduler code can access the cache group directly via the task, without going through mm->sched_cache_grp. This decouples the scheduler's hot-path accesses from the mm_struct. Each task holds its own refcount on the sched_cache_group, separate from the reference held by its mm_struct. The reference is acquired in copy_mm() (fork) and exec_mmap() (exec), and released in exit_mm(). This fixes the use-after-free when account_mm_sched() reaches the group through a task whose mm is being switched, as reported by Hyunwoo: https://lore.kernel.org/lkml/apPb-Dr4nPYuHQOK@v4bel/ Convert all scheduler code in fair.c and exit.c to use p->sched_cache_grp instead of p->mm->sched_cache_grp. Keep the fork/exec/exit reference management out of the generic mm paths: add sched_cache_fork(), sched_cache_fork_cleanup(), sched_cache_exec_mmap() and sched_cache_exit_mm() in kernel/sched/cache_sched.c (with empty stubs for !CONFIG_SCHED_CACHE), so fs/exec.c, kernel/fork.c and kernel/exit.c each call one helper inst
