  • Aug 1, 2026axios before 0.33.0 (and 1.x before 1.18.0) can consume inherited properties from nested request option objects when the JavaScript process's Object.prototype hCVE-2026-67319 · Other software · axios · reported by VulnCheckMedium 6.3

axios before 0.33.0 (and 1.x before 1.18.0) can consume inherited properties from nested request option objects when the JavaScript process's Object.prototype has already been polluted by another component. While the top-level merged config uses a null prototype, nested plain objects such as auth and paramsSerializer are cloned into ordinary objects and read without own-property checks. When an application passes placeholder nested objects such as auth: {} or paramsSerializer: {}, inherited username/password values can cause silent injection of an Authorization: Basic header, and inherited encode/serialize values can alter query-string serialization (full serializer replacement requires a function-valued pollution primitive). This is exploitable only in the presence of pre-existing prototype pollution.

OpenClaw Dashboard contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability that allows unauthenticated remote attackers to execute arbitrary JavaScript in the administrator's browser session by injecting HTML markup into agent transcript messages processed through the sessions API. Attackers can craft a message containing inline event handler payloads such as an img tag with an onerror attribute within the 60-character rendering budget, which is stored in the session transcript and interpolated unsanitized into innerHTML on the default landing page, allowing theft of session tokens and unauthorized calls to authenticated administrative endpoints including agent instruction file modification.

wakaru is a JavaScript decompiler and unminifier toolkit. From 1.0.0 until 1.4.0, @wakaru/cli sanitizes bundle-controlled module filenames only once before writing extracted modules, so a crafted filename containing overlapping traversal sequences such as ....// collapses to ../ after sanitization and lets the final output path escape the selected output directory, allowing an attacker who can cause a user to run wakaru --unpack on a malicious bundle to write files outside that directory and, depending on the target path and environment, potentially achieve code execution. • Jul 28, 2026Pivotick used plain JavaScript objects as lookup tables indexed by caller-controlled graph node identifiers in its tree-layout and cycle-detection components.CVE-2026-66922 · Other software · pivotick · reported by 5a6e4751-2f3f-4070-9419-94fb35b644e8Medium 5.1

Pivotick used plain JavaScript objects as lookup tables indexed by caller-controlled graph node identifiers in its tree-layout and cycle-detection components. Node identifiers matching properties inherited from Object.prototype, such as constructor, toString, or __proto__, were not handled as ordinary identifiers. These values could be interpreted as existing inherited properties, resolve to values of an unexpected type, or—in the case of __proto__ assignments—modify the prototype of an internal lookup object. An attacker who can supply graph data containing crafted node identifiers could consequently cause nodes or edges to be silently omitted, produce incorrect hierarchy levels, bypass or corrupt cycle-detection results, or trigger an exception that interrupts graph processing and rendering. This affects the integrity of graph visualisations and analytics and may cause a client-side denial-of-service condition. The affected code also failed to safely handle edges whose source node was absent from the supplied node set. Furthermore, calculating the maximum tree depth by spreading all level values into Math.max() could exceed the JavaScript function-argument limit when processin

  • Jul 27, 2026ip-address is a library for parsing and manipulating IPv4 and IPv6 addresses in JavaScript.CVE-2026-54272 · Other software · beaugunderson · reported by GitHubMedium 6.9

ip-address is a library for parsing and manipulating IPv4 and IPv6 addresses in JavaScript. Versions 10.1.1 through 10.2.0 are vulnerable to SSRF through misclassification of IPv4-mapped/NAT64 IPv6 addresses. Address6.getType() classifies an address by matching it against a table of known IPv6 special-use prefixes, returning Global unicast when nothing matches. That table had no entry for the IPv4-mapped range (::ffff:0:0/96), so every mapped address fell through to Global unicast; NAT64 addresses matched their own NAT64 … labels. The boolean checks isLoopback, isUnspecified, and isMulticast compared getType() against a fixed label and so returned false, while isLinkLocal and isULA checked only the native IPv6 ranges. The library already exposed isMapped4() and to4(), but did not apply them inside these checks, so a mapped or NAT64 address was never normalized to its embedded IPv4 address before classification. For IPv4-mapped addresses the host OS routes to the IPv4 stack, so the misclassification is reachable on any dual-stack host. For NAT64, the classification bypass is unconditional but end-to-end reachability additionally requires a NAT64/DNS64 gateway in the deployment netwo

  • Jul 20, 2026SurrealDB before v2.6.1 (and before v3.0.0-beta.3) contains a denial of service vulnerability in its embedded JavaScript scripting engine, which is enabled via CVE-2026-63762 · Other software · surrealdb · reported by VulnCheckMedium 6

SurrealDB before v2.6.1 (and before v3.0.0-beta.3) contains a denial of service vulnerability in its embedded JavaScript scripting engine, which is enabled via the --allow-scripting capability (disabled by default). Any user able to execute arbitrary queries — including unauthenticated guests when --allow-guests is enabled — can use built-in string functions to construct a large string and pass it to the JavaScript runtime for compilation, triggering a null pointer dereference in the underlying QuickJS-NG engine. This causes the server process to terminate immediately without graceful shutdown, requiring a manual restart. The issue was fixed by updating the rquickjs dependency from v0.9.0 to v0.11.0.

  • Jul 17, 2026Feathersjs is a framework for creating web APIs and real-time applications with TypeScript or JavaScript.CVE-2026-54335 · Other software · feathersjs · reported by GitHubLow 3.7

Feathersjs is a framework for creating web APIs and real-time applications with TypeScript or JavaScript. In 5.0.44 and earlier, the _.merge(target, source) utility exported by @feathersjs/commons recursively merges source into target by iterating Object.keys(source). When source was produced by JSON.parse and contains a __proto__, constructor, or prototype key, that key is returned as an own-enumerable property; the recursive merge then resolves target['__proto__'] to Object.prototype and writes attacker-supplied properties onto it, polluting the prototype for all plain objects in the process for the lifetime of the Node process. Prior to 3.1.1, @sigstore/verify derives a transparency-log timestamp from tlogEntries[].integratedTime for bundle v0.2 inclusionProof-only entries even though the inclusion proof path does not cryptographically bind integratedTime, allowing an attacker who can supply an untrusted bundle to influence certificate validity and timestampThreshold verification decisions. This issue is fixed in version 3.1.1.

sigstore-js provides JavaScript libraries for interacting with Sigstore services. Prior to 4.1.1, the documented certificateOIDs option in sigstore.verify() is accepted by the public API but discarded before verification, so required certificate extension OIDs are never checked and applications relying on certificateOIDs to restrict which certificates may sign artifacts can accept unauthorized certificates. This issue is fixed in version 4.1.1.

sigstore-js provides JavaScript libraries for interacting with Sigstore services. Prior to 3.2.1, the preAuthEncoding function in @sigstore/core uses Node.js ascii encoding when converting the PAE string to bytes, allowing payloadType to be mutated after signing without invalidating the signature and breaking the type-binding guarantee that DSSE is designed to provide. This issue is fixed in version 3.2.1.

  • Jul 14, 2026UAParser.js is a JavaScript library to detect browsers, operating systems, CPUs, and devices from user-agent data.CVE-2026-48125 · Other software · faisalman · reported by GitHubMedium 5.3

UAParser.js is a JavaScript library to detect browsers, operating systems, CPUs, and devices from user-agent data. From 2.0.1 until 2.0.10, a regular expression denial-of-service vulnerability exists when using the Client Hints API. By sending a crafted Sec-CH-UA-Model header to an application that calls UAParser(headers).withClientHints(), an attacker can cause excessive CPU time due to catastrophic backtracking in the device regex because Client Hints values are copied without the UA_MAX_LENGTH limit used for User-Agent values. This issue is fixed in version 2.0.10.

  • Jul 14, 2026joi is a schema description language and data validator for JavaScript.CVE-2026-48038 · Other software · hapijs · reported by GitHubMedium 5.3

joi is a schema description language and data validator for JavaScript. Prior to 17.13.4 and 18.2.1, denial of service is possible via an untrapped exception in services validating user-supplied JSON or object input with recursive link() schemas. When validate() is called without try/catch in a request handler, deeply nested input can trigger an unhandled RangeError and potentially crash the process; lower-impact paths using validateAsync() or try/catch produce a RangeError instead of a structured ValidationError. This issue is fixed in versions 17.13.4 and 18.2.1.

  • Jul 14, 2026sigstore-js provides JavaScript libraries for interacting with Sigstore services.CVE-2026-59891 · Other software · sigstore · reported by GitHubCritical 9.6

sigstore-js provides JavaScript libraries for interacting with Sigstore services. Prior to 0.7.1, getRegistryCredentials() reads credentials from the Docker config file and selects an entry by checking whether any configured auth key contains the target registry string. Because this is a substring match rather than an exact host match, credentials configured for one registry can be selected for and transmitted to a different registry whose hostname has a substring relationship with a configured auth key. This issue is fixed in version 0.7.1.

SAP NetWeaver Application Server Java allows an unauthenticated attacker to inject malicious JavaScript through crafted URLs. When a victim accesses such a URL, the script executes in the user's browser, allowing the attacker to access sensitive session information and modify non-sensitive data displayed in the clients browser. This results in a high impact on confidentiality, low impact on integrity with no impact on availability of the application.

  • Jul 13, 2026Cross-site scripting vulnerability in phoenixframework phoenix_live_view allows an attacker to bypass URL scheme validation and execute JavaScript in a victim'sCVE-2026-58228 · Other software · phoenixframework · reported by 6b3ad84c-e1a6-4bf7-a703-f496b71e49dbMedium 5.1

Cross-site scripting vulnerability in phoenixframework phoenix_live_view allows an attacker to bypass URL scheme validation and execute JavaScript in a victim's browser session. The Phoenix.LiveView.Utils.valid_destination!/2 and Phoenix.LiveView.Utils.valid_live_navigation_destination!/2 functions in lib/phoenix_live_view/utils.ex rely on an internal uri_scheme/1 helper that only detects a scheme when the input's first byte is an ASCII letter. Inputs beginning with an ASCII control character or space fall through to a nil-returning clause, causing the URL to be treated as a safe relative path. Standard browsers implement the WHATWG URL parser, which strips leading C0 control and space characters before parsing. As a result, an input such as " javascript:alert(1)" is passed unchanged into <.link href={...}> and, when clicked, is parsed by the browser as a javascript: URL that executes attacker-controlled script in the victim's session. Applications that render user-supplied URLs (for example profile links, redirect targets, or external references) via <.link href={...}> are affected. This issue affects phoenix_live_view: from 1.2.2 before 1.2.7.
