Aug 31, 2026Wallos is an open-source, self-hostable personal subscription tracker.CVE-2026-61639 · Other software · ellite · reported by GitHubHigh 8.5
Wallos is an open-source, self-hostable personal subscription tracker. Prior to version 4.9.6, POST /endpoints/db/restore.php calls ZipArchive::extractTo() without validating entry names for ../ sequences. Admin uploads crafted zip with entry logos/../../endpoints/shell.php to write webshell to webroot. Extension filter only applies to post-extraction logo copy step. This issue has been patched in version 4.9.6.

Aug 31, 2026Wallos is an open-source, self-hostable personal subscription tracker.CVE-2026-61638 · Other software · ellite · reported by GitHubHigh 8.2
Wallos is an open-source, self-hostable personal subscription tracker. Prior to version 4.9.6, POST /endpoints/notifications/testemailnotifications.php accepts smtpaddress and smtpport from POST body with zero SSRF validation. PHPMailer connects to attacker-supplied host:port. Every other notification endpoint uses ssrf_helper.php but email was missed. Any authenticated user can probe internal network, cloud metadata. This issue has been patched in version 4.9.6.

Aug 31, 2026Wallos is an open-source, self-hostable personal subscription tracker.CVE-2026-54599 · Other software · ellite · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5
Wallos is an open-source, self-hostable personal subscription tracker. Prior to version 4.9.4, login.php generates an OIDC state nonce stored in $_SESSION['oidc_state'], but checksession.php dispatches the OIDC callback without comparing the incoming state against the session value. An attacker can trick a victim into visiting a crafted URL, causing Wallos to exchange the attacker's authorization code and log the victim into the attacker's account. This issue has been patched in version 4.9.4.

Aug 31, 2026Wallos is an open-source, self-hostable personal subscription tracker.CVE-2026-50199 · Other software · ellite · reported by GitHubMedium 4.3
Wallos is an open-source, self-hostable personal subscription tracker. Prior to version 4.9.1, endpoints/currency/update_exchange.php loads the first Fixer/API Layer credential globally instead of loading the credential for the authenticated user. As a result, a normal authenticated user without their own provider key can trigger exchange-rate refreshes using another user's stored provider credential. This issue has been patched in version 4.9.1.

Aug 31, 2026Wallos is an open-source, self-hostable personal subscription tracker.CVE-2026-50198 · Other software · ellite · reported by GitHubMedium 4.3
Wallos is an open-source, self-hostable personal subscription tracker. Prior to version 4.9.1, an authenticated user can edit their own inactive subscription and set replacement_subscription_id to a subscription ID belonging to another user. The write is accepted, and later the stats logic dereferences that foreign subscription ID without user_id scoping. This lets the attacker infer the victim subscription's monthly-normalized cost by observing changes in their own stats output. This does not expose the full victim subscription object, but it does expose derived financial metadata. This issue has been patched in version 4.9.1.

Aug 30, 2026Exposure of Sensitive Information to an Unauthorized Actor vulnerability in ash-project ash_cloak allows anyone with access to logs, error trackers, or crash reCVE-2026-81322 · Other software · ash-project · reported by 6b3ad84c-e1a6-4bf7-a703-f496b71e49dbLow 2.1
Exposure of Sensitive Information to an Unauthorized Actor vulnerability in ash-project ash_cloak allows anyone with access to logs, error trackers, or crash reports, or anyone who can trigger a validation error, to recover the plaintext of a field the library encrypts. AshCloak.Transformers.SetUpEncryption removes each cloaked attribute from the action's accept list and adds an action argument that carries the plaintext into the encryption change. That argument is built with sensitive?: attr.sensitive?, inheriting the flag from the source attribute, so a cloaked attribute declared without sensitive? true produces a non-sensitive argument. It is the only place the cleartext value lives, and the one place Ash will not redact: it appears verbatim in inspect(changeset), Ash.Error.Invalid and validation error messages, telemetry, :sys dumps, and error-tracker payloads. The generated encrypted attribute and decrypt calculation are already hardcoded sensitive. This issue affects ash_cloak: from 0.1.0 before 0.4.0.

Aug 28, 2026dd-trace-rs provides Datadog application performance monitoring for Rust.CVE-2026-54788 · Other software · DataDog · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5
dd-trace-rs provides Datadog application performance monitoring for Rust. From 0.1.0 until 0.3.3, datadog-opentelemetry/src/propagation/tracecontext.rs parses the W3C tracestate header and collects every semicolon-separated key and value pair in the Datadog dd=... vendor entry into a HashMap without enforcing a pair count or entry size limit. Because tracecontext extraction is enabled by default, a remote unauthenticated attacker can send an arbitrarily large dd=... entry and force excessive CPU and memory consumption for each request, causing denial of service in an instrumented network service. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.3.3.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: tracing/mmiotrace: Add NULL check for mmio_trace_array in logging functions mmio_trace_rw() and mmio_trace_mapping() retrieve mmio_trace_array into tr and pass it to __trace_mmiotrace_rw() and __trace_mmiotrace_map(). If these functions are invoked while mmio_trace_array is NULL (e.g. before initialization or after disabled), accessing tr->array_buffer.buffer will result in a NULL pointer dereference crash. Fix this by adding an explicit NULL check for tr at the beginning of __trace_mmiotrace_rw() and __trace_mmiotrace_map().

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netfilter: nf_conntrack_expect: use conntrack GC to reap expectations This patch replaces the timer API by GC worker approach for expectations, as it already happened in many other subsystems. Use the existing conntrack GC worker to iterate over the local list of expectations in the master conntrack to reap expired expectations. Check IPS_HELPER_BIT to run GC for expectations, set it on for nft_ct expectation which nevers sets it. Hold the expectation spinlock while iterating over the master conntrack expectation list to synchronize with nf_ct_remove_expectations(). This also performs runtime packet path garbage collection through the expectation insertion and lookup functions while walking over one of the chains of the global expectation hashtables. Unconfirmed conntrack entries are skipped since ct->ext can be reallocated and dying are skipped since those will be gone soon. Set on IPS_HELPER_BIT if the helper ct extension is added, then the new GC worker does not need to bump the ct refcount to check if the ct->ext helper is available. This removes the extra bump on the refcount for expectation timers, this a

Aug 28, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ufs: core: tracing: Do not dereference pointers in TP_printk() The trace events in driversCVE-2026-80661 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67High 7.8
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ufs: core: tracing: Do not dereference pointers in TP_printk() The trace events in drivers/ufs/core/ufs_trace.h were converted to take a pointer to the hba structure as an argument for the tracepoint and then in TP_printk() the printing of the dev_name from the ring buffer was converted to using the dev dereferenced pointer from the hba saved pointer. This is not allowed as the TP_printk() is executed at the time the trace event is read from /sys/kernel/tracing/trace file. That can happen literally, seconds, minutes, hours, weeks, days, or even months later! There is no guarantee that the hba pointer will still exist by the time it is dereferenced when the "trace" file is read. Instead, save the device name from the hba pointer at the time the tracepoint is called and place it into the ring buffer event. Then the TP_printk() can read the name directly from the ring buffer and remove the possibility that it will read a freed pointer and crash the kernel. This was detected when testing the trace event code that looks for TP_printk() parameters doing illegal derferences[1] [1] https://lore.kernel.org/all/2026063

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ACPI: processor_idle: Mark LPI enter functions as __cpuidle When function tracing or Kprobes is enabled, entering an ACPI Low Power Idle (LPI) state triggers the following RCU splat: RCU not on for: acpi_idle_lpi_enter+0x4/0xd8 WARNING: CPU: 8 PID: 0 at include/linux/trace_recursion.h:162 function_trace_call+0x1e8/0x228 The acpi_idle_lpi_enter() function is invoked within the cpuidle path after RCU has already been disabled for the current local CPU. Consequently, ftrace's function_trace_call() expects RCU to be actively watching before recording trace data, emitting a warning if it is not. Fix this by annotating acpi_idle_lpi_enter(), the generic __weak stub, and the RISC-V implementation of acpi_processor_ffh_lpi_enter() with __cpuidle. This moves these functions into the '.cpuidle.text' section, implicitly disabling ftrace instrumentation (notrace) along this sensitive path and preventing trace-induced RCU warnings during idle entry.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netfilter: nf_conntrack_irc: fix parse_dcc() off-by-one OOB read parse_dcc() treats data_end as an inclusive end pointer, but its only caller passes data_limit = ib_ptr + datalen, which points one past the last valid byte. The newline search loop iterates while tmp <= data_end, so when no newline is present, *tmp is read at tmp == data_end, one byte beyond the region filled by skb_header_pointer(). irc_buffer is kmalloc'd as MAX_SEARCH_SIZE + 1 bytes and datalen is capped at MAX_SEARCH_SIZE, so the stray read does not fault. The byte is uninitialized or stale; if it contains an ASCII digit, simple_strtoul will consume it and produce a wrong DCC IP or port in the conntrack expectation. The extra allocation byte is also a fragile guard: if the cap or allocation size changes, this becomes a real out-of-bounds read. Change the loop and its post-loop check to use strict less-than, consistent with the caller's exclusive-end convention. Update the function comment accordingly.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: ethernet: ti: am65-cpsw-nuss: Fix port_id extraction from SRC TAG On the packet reception path, the ID of the MAC Port on which the packet was received, is embedded in the RX DMA Descriptor's metadata. The ID is extracted using the helper function cppi5_desc_get_tags_ids() which fills in the 16-bit Source Tag into the 'port_id' variable. However, it is only the lower 8-bits of the 16-bit Source Tag that represent the MAC Port ID, while the upper 8-bits are Hardware-Reserved and carry an arbitrary value. With the existing logic, sporadic kernel crash is observed due to the subsequent driver code accessing out-of-bound memory because of an invalid port_id. Hence, fix the port_id extraction logic to use only the lower 8-bits of the Source Tag as the MAC Port ID.

Aug 26, 2026LeafWiki extracts an uploaded ZIP archive without limiting how much data it will write.CVE-2026-80189 · Other software · perber · reported by VulnCheckHigh 7.1
LeafWiki extracts an uploaded ZIP archive without limiting how much data it will write. ZipExtractor.ExtractToDir in internal/importer/zip_extractor.go opens each entry and copies it to the destination with io.Copy, which runs to the end of the decompressed stream, so only the size of the uploaded archive is bounded and the size it expands to is not. The import route that reaches this code requires the Editor or Admin role, and the upload itself is capped at 500 MiB compressed. Because a ZIP entry can compress at a very high ratio, an archive well inside that cap can expand to hundreds of gigabytes as it is written out. The extraction directory defaults to a location under the operating system temporary directory, so the written data consumes the disk backing that path, which on a tmpfs-backed temporary directory is memory. A user holding the Editor role can therefore exhaust the storage the service depends on and keep it from serving, using far more resource than the upload limit alone would permit.

Aug 25, 2026Issue summary: The OpenSSL Certificate Management Protocol (CMP) caches additional certificates (extraCerts) sent in a CMP message, but never expunges them (forCVE-2026-63074 · Websites & servers · OpenSSL · reported by openssl-security@openssl.orgMedium 5.9
Issue summary: The OpenSSL Certificate Management Protocol (CMP) caches additional certificates (extraCerts) sent in a CMP message, but never expunges them (for instance if they are invalid). If a server reuses an OSSL_CMP_CTX frequently, this cache of extraCerts may grow unboundedly, and a malicious client may flood a CMP server with requests driving this growth. Impact summary: Users utilizing a CMP server that reuses a single OSSL_CMP_CTX for the lifetime of a server process may observe unbounded memory growth in the event a malicious client repeatedly sends requests containing unique extra certificates, which may lead to OOM conditions. CWE: CWE-770: Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling Description: If a remote user sends CMP messages to a server with a list of extraCerts and the message is rejected, the extraCerts from the message remains in the server contexts untrusted certificate stack. This exposes servers with long lived ctx objects to Denial of Service attacks in which an attacker sends messages intending to be rejected with a large list of additional certificates repeatedly, forcing the server to store them indefinitely. Aug 24, 2026A path traversal vulnerability was found in AWX's project archive extraction.CVE-2026-71364 · Other software · Red Hat · reported by Red HatHigh 7.2
A path traversal vulnerability was found in AWX's project archive extraction. The project_archive action plugin extracts zip and tar archive members by joining the project directory path with the member filename without performing path normalization, boundary validation, or rejecting directory traversal sequences. A malicious archive containing members with path traversal components can write files to arbitrary locations on the execution node's filesystem outside the intended project directory. An attacker who controls the archive content, either through a compromised upstream source, a malicious archive URL, or a man-in-the-middle attack on a plain HTTP connection, can achieve arbitrary file writes as the user performing the extraction, potentially leading to remote code execution through mechanisms such as cron files, SSH authorized keys, or playbook content injection.

Aug 24, 2026adm-zip 0.5.9 through 0.6.0 follows symbolic links at the extraction destination.CVE-2026-76845 · Other software · cthackers · reported by VulnCheckMedium 6.8
adm-zip 0.5.9 through 0.6.0 follows symbolic links at the extraction destination. Utils.sanitize in util/utils.js enforces containment by comparing only the string form of an archive entry name against the resolved extraction root, and Utils.writeFileTo opens the computed destination with fs.openSync(path, "w", 0o666), which resolves symbolic links and carries neither O_NOFOLLOW nor a pre-write fs.lstatSync check. When a path component at the destination already exists as a symbolic link pointing outside the extraction root, extractAllTo, extractAllToAsync and extractEntryTo write the entry contents through that link and then chmod its target, placing attacker-controlled content in a file outside the root without any traversal sequence appearing in the archive. Reaching the write requires overwrite to be enabled, because the preceding fs.existsSync check also resolves the link and otherwise declines. An attacker able to create a symbolic link inside a shared, reused or predictable extraction directory, such as a temporary directory or a continuous integration workspace, can overwrite any file the extracting process is permitted to write.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net/mlx5: fw_tracer, return NULL on create error Tracer creation can fail by returning either NULL or ERR_PTR. The return value is stored without a check on the device, and users treat ERR_PTR and NULL the same way. This also causes a crash in the core dump logic, which is missing the ERR_PTR check and ends up dereferencing it, as shown in the trace below. Switch tracer creation to return NULL on failure only, so callers only need a single NULL check. In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bpf: Fix netns reference imbalance in conntrack kfuncs The opts argument of the BPF conntrack kfuncs can point to a shared map value. __bpf_nf_ct_lookup() and __bpf_nf_ct_alloc_entry() read opts->netns_id separately when acquiring and releasing the network namespace reference. The reference imbalance can occur as follows: CPU 0 CPU 1 read opts->netns_id (-1) skip get_net_ns_by_id() write opts->netns_id (id) read opts->netns_id (id) put_net(net) /* no matching get */ The reverse transition leaks the reference.
