  • Sep 14, 2026Ekia File Manager 1.2.7 exposes com.ekia.filecontrolmanager.OpenFileProvider as an exported Android ContentProvider without requiring caller permissions.CVE-2026-81301 · Other software · Ekia · reported by help@fluidattacks.comHigh 8.5

Ekia File Manager 1.2.7 exposes com.ekia.filecontrolmanager.OpenFileProvider as an exported Android ContentProvider without requiring caller permissions. The provider maps the caller-controlled URI path directly to a filesystem path and passes it to new File(...). It then supports query(), openFile(), and delete() operations. Because the provider is exported and lacks android:permission, android:readPermission, or android:writePermission, another local application can access the provider authority and cause File Manager's process to read, create, overwrite, or delete files that are accessible to that process.

  • Sep 12, 2026Royal Addons for Elementor – Addons and Templates Kit for Elementor: Sensitive Information ExposureCVE-2026-17585 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 5.3

The Royal Addons for Elementor – Addons and Templates Kit for Elementor plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Sensitive Information Exposure in all versions up to, and including, 1.7.1066 via the 'wpr_keyword' parameter. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to extract arbitrary postmeta values from all published posts via character-by-character substring matching across the entire wp_postmeta table. The required nonce is emitted publicly via wp_localize_script on any frontend page that loads a Royal Elementor widget, meaning no authenticated session or prior action is needed to obtain it.

A deployment mode intended to expose only read access to a bundled packet-analysis component's interface denies a list of write-capable routes by pattern, but the pattern omits routes that modify tags attached to stored session records, and the proxy configuration otherwise permits the request method those routes use. This allows an authenticated user on a deployment intended to be read-only to add or remove tags on stored session records.

A deployment mode intended to expose only read access to stored data proxies a set of application programming interface routes without restricting which request methods are allowed. One such route accepts a request that creates or overwrites a stored record, including an attacker-chosen identifier, using the application's own elevated backend credentials. This allows an authenticated user on a deployment intended to be read-only to forge or overwrite stored records that should not be modifiable in that deployment mode.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: nfsd: fix dentry ref leak on V4ROOT export filehandle lookup nfsd_set_fh_dentry() leaks the dentry reference from exportfs_decode_fh_raw() when the NFS3_FHSIZE or NFS_FHSIZE switch cases detect NFSEXP_V4ROOT and goto out. The out: label calls exp_put() but never dput(dentry), and fhp->fh_dentry was never assigned so fh_put() cannot compensate. A crafted NFSv3 filehandle targeting a V4ROOT export's fsid triggers the leak on every request.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ceph: reject export_targets ranks >= CEPH_MAX_MDS in mdsmap decode MDSMap export_targets entries are monitor controlled. check_new_map() uses each entry as a bit number in a fixed stack bitmap, so a rank outside the protocol namespace can make set_bit() write past the end of the array. Reject ranks outside CEPH_MAX_MDS while decoding the map. Do not validate against possible_max_rank here because maps may legitimately reference ranks beyond a temporarily reduced max_mds.

  • Sep 11, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ceph: bound copied dentry name length in NFS export get_name ceph_get_name() copies the MDCVE-2026-89652 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67Critical 9.8

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ceph: bound copied dentry name length in NFS export get_name ceph_get_name() copies the MDS-supplied name into the caller's NAME_MAX-sized buffer with memcpy(name, rinfo->dname, rinfo->dname_len) and then writes name[rinfo->dname_len] = 0, without checking dname_len against NAME_MAX. A malicious or buggy MDS that returns a LOOKUPNAME reply with dname_len > NAME_MAX overflows the buffer. __get_snap_name() copies rde->name / rde->name_len the same unchecked way. Impact: a malicious or compromised Ceph MDS overflows the NAME_MAX name buffer in a client's NFS-export get_name path, a slab out-of-bounds write reported by KASAN. Reachable when a CephFS mount is re-exported over NFS. Add ceph_export_copy_name(), which rejects lengths above NAME_MAX with -ENAMETOOLONG before the copy, and use it in both ceph_get_name() and __get_snap_name().

  • Sep 11, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ceph: bound num_export_targets array for mds info v2/v3 ceph_mdsmap_decode() in fs/ceph/mdCVE-2026-89650 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67Critical 9.1

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ceph: bound num_export_targets array for mds info v2/v3 ceph_mdsmap_decode() in fs/ceph/mdsmap.c reads num_export_targets from each per-mds info record and advances the decode cursor by num_export_targets * sizeof(u32) without first checking that many bytes remain. The only upper-bound check that catches a runaway cursor (*p > info_end) is gated on info_v >= 4, because info_end is left NULL for info_v 2 and 3. When the monitor sends an MDS map whose per-mds info version is 2 or 3 with an oversized num_export_targets, the cursor moves past the message front buffer and the later export-targets loop calls the unchecked ceph_decode_32() on out-of-bounds memory. A kernel client processes CEPH_MSG_MDS_MAP from its monitor session (net/ceph/mon_client.c dispatches it; fs/ceph/super.c routes it to ceph_mdsc_handle_mdsmap(), which sets end to the front buffer bound and calls ceph_mdsmap_decode()). A malicious or compromised monitor, or an on-path attacker on an unsigned/unencrypted messenger session, can therefore drive an out-of-bounds read in the client kernel; on x86_64 with KASAN it is reported as a slab-out-of-bound

  • Sep 11, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: power: supply: charger-manager: register regulators before exposing sysfs charger_manager_CVE-2026-89472 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67High 7.8

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: power: supply: charger-manager: register regulators before exposing sysfs charger_manager_remove() and the err_reg_extcon probe error path free each charger regulator with regulator_put() before tearing down the power_supply sysfs entries (power_supply_unregister()). charger_manager_remove() also calls try_charger_enable(cm, false) after the regulator_put() loop. A concurrent write to a charger's externally_control sysfs attribute that lands between regulator_put() and power_supply_unregister() can run charger_externally_control_store() and call try_charger_enable(), which, when charging is enabled, dereferences the already-freed consumer handle. When charging is enabled, try_charger_enable(cm, false) in .remove() also dereferences the freed handles directly. Both leave use-after-free windows. Symmetrically, probe registers the sysfs entries (power_supply_register) before acquiring the regulators (regulator_get, inside charger_manager_register_extcon), so userspace can reach externally_control before the regulators are available. Split charger_manager_register_extcon() on the sync/async boundary: charger_manager

  • Sep 11, 2026The two built-in name-finder patterns exposed by opennlp.tools.namefind.RegexNameFinderFactory - DEFAULT_REGEX_NAME_FINDER.EMAIL and DEFAULT_REGEX_NAME_FINDER.UCVE-2026-82617 · Websites & servers · Apache Software Foundation · reported by security@apache.orgCritical 10

The two built-in name-finder patterns exposed by opennlp.tools.namefind.RegexNameFinderFactory - DEFAULT_REGEX_NAME_FINDER.EMAIL and DEFAULT_REGEX_NAME_FINDER.URL - contain ambiguous nested quantifiers. An application that obtains these finders through RegexNameFinderFactory.getDefaultRegexNameFinders(...) and then applies them to untrusted text through RegexNameFinder.find(String[]) or RegexNameFinder.find(String) can be driven into super-linear backtracking or into unbounded matcher recursion by a small crafted input. For the EMAIL pattern, a long run of local-part characters that is never followed by an @ forces the matcher to re-scan to end-of-input from every starting offset. Cost grows quadratically with input length: an input of approximately 32 KB consumes several seconds of CPU in a single find() call and returns no match, and each doubling of the input multiplies the cost roughly four-fold. For the URL pattern, the query-string sub-expression nests a capturing repetition inside an outer repetition. The JDK matcher recurses once per query token, so an input of approximately 4 KB containing many &-separated tokens exhausts the thread stack and causes java.lang.Sta

  • Sep 10, 2026Capgo (capgo.app) fails to restrict direct write access to the public.sso_providers table exposed through Supabase PostgREST.CVE-2026-88864 · Other software · Cap-go · reported by VulnCheckCritical 9.3

Capgo (capgo.app) fails to restrict direct write access to the public.sso_providers table exposed through Supabase PostgREST. A holder of an ordinary Capgo full API key can insert a row with status='active' and enforce_sso=true, bypassing the intended backend SSO provisioning route (supabase/functions/_backend/private/sso/providers.ts) and its controls: the Enterprise plan requirement, SSO provider creation via the Supabase Management API, DNS TXT domain-ownership verification, the pending_verification → verified → active status transition, and issuance of a trusted provider ID by Supabase Auth. The forged row is trusted by SSO discovery and enforcement logic, including the unauthenticated login preflight endpoint /private/sso/check-domain, which then reports {"has_sso": true, "enforce_sso": true} for domains that were never verified, allowing attacker-controlled SSO enforcement to be asserted for arbitrary domains and disrupting normal login. Snipe-IT versions 4.2.0 through 8.6.3 expose Laravel Passport's auto-registered personal-access-token routes (GET, POST, DELETE /oauth/personal-access-tokens*) with only 'web' and 'auth:web' middleware, without the self.api permission gate that Snipe-IT enforces on its own token endpoints (/account/api and /api/v1/account/personal-access-tokens). Any user with a valid web session and the corresponding CSRF token can POST to /oauth/personal-access-tokens and mint a long-lived bearer token for their own account, even when an administrator has denied the self.api permission. The issued token is still subject to existing per-endpoint authorization policies, so this is not a privilege escalation; it defeats the administrative control intended to block API/scripted access at the user's own permission level. Fixed in 8.7.0 (commit 3f74b8c), which registers overriding routes wrapped in the can:self.api middleware.

Snipe-IT through 8.6.3 does not neutralize formula elements in the "unaccepted assets" acceptance report CSV export. ReportsController::postAssetAcceptanceReport builds the CSV by hand (stripping commas and joining rows manually) and, unlike the six sibling exports in the same controller, never applies League\Csv\EscapeFormula or honors the config('app.escape_formulas') setting. An authenticated low-privilege user with ordinary create/edit rights on any record whose free-text fields appear in the report (asset name/tag, company name, category, model, or assignee display name) can set such a field to a value beginning with =, +, -, @, tab, or CR. When a user with reports.view privileges requests the export (POST /reports/unaccepted_assets) for a pending checkout acceptance referencing the poisoned record and opens the resulting CSV in Excel, LibreOffice Calc, or Google Sheets, the injected content is evaluated as a formula in the downloader's spreadsheet context, enabling data exfiltration (e.g., HYPERLINK/WEBSERVICE) or, on legacy Windows Excel configurations, DDE command execution. • Sep 9, 2026Certain KGUARD DVR devices running vulnerable firmware expose a system command execution service on all network interfaces without requiring authentication.CVE-2026-87827 · Other software · KGUARD · reported by 5a6e4751-2f3f-4070-9419-94fb35b644e8Critical 10

Certain KGUARD DVR devices running vulnerable firmware expose a system command execution service on all network interfaces without requiring authentication. A remote unauthenticated attacker with network access to the affected service can execute arbitrary system commands on the device, potentially resulting in complete compromise of the DVR. The vulnerability is known to have been exploited in the wild by the Mirai_ptea (Rimasuta) and Mirai_aurora botnets for malware propagation and subsequent DDoS activity. The vulnerability was reported to affect firmware dating from 2016, while firmware released after 2017 appears to mitigate the issue by restricting the affected service to the localhost interface (127.0.0.1) instead of exposing it on all interfaces (0.0.0.0). The affected-device list reported by Netlab includes many D1004NR, D1008NR, D1016NR, D1104, D1104NR, D1108NR, D1116NR, D1132NR, D2116NR, D97xx, D98xx, and D99xx variants and several associated hardware revisions The exploit is included in some version of rapperbot and exploited in 2026. This assignment has been made to document the active exploitation and lack of documentation from the vendor.

  • Sep 9, 2026Reviso Exporter for WooCommerce: Unauthorized modification of dataCVE-2026-8615 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 4.3

The Reviso Exporter for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized modification of data due to a missing capability check and missing nonce verification on the disconnect_callback() function in versions up to, and including, 1.2.3. The function is registered to the 'wp_ajax_wcefr-disconnect' AJAX action and unconditionally calls delete_option('wcefr-agt'), which removes the Reviso Agreement Grant Token used to authenticate API calls. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to delete the plugin's stored Agreement Grant Token, breaking the connection between WooCommerce and the Reviso service.

Where this comes from: the exploited list is CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog. Everything else is the whole National Vulnerability Database, where each record is published by the team that found the bug (Wordfence, Patchstack, WPScan, the vendors themselves and others); we show who. Exploit odds are FIRST’s EPSS, updated daily. Titles and categories are ours, so check the linked record before acting on a detail. For a write-up of the big ones, see our advisories. Every vendor, and every WordPress plugin and theme with a recorded flaw, also has its own page. All of it is free to reuse as JSON, CSV or RSS.
