In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: fix stack overflow when LRO is disabled for virtual interfaces When the virtual interface's feature is updated, it synchronizes the updated feature for its own lower interface. This propagation logic should be worked as the iteration, not recursively. But it works recursively due to the netdev notification unexpectedly. This problem occurs when it disables LRO only for the team and bonding interface type. team0 | +------+------+-----+-----+ | | | | | team1 team2 team3 ... team200 If team0's LRO feature is updated, it generates the NETDEV_FEAT_CHANGE event to its own lower interfaces(team1 ~ team200). It is worked by netdev_sync_lower_features(). So, the NETDEV_FEAT_CHANGE notification logic of each lower interface work iteratively. But generated NETDEV_FEAT_CHANGE event is also sent to the upper interface too. upper interface(team0) generates the NETDEV_FEAT_CHANGE event for its own lower interfaces again. lower and upper interfaces receive this event and generate this event again and again. So, the stack overflow occurs. But it is not the infinite loop issue. Bec

  • Dec 24, 2025In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/msm/dpu: Disallow unallocated resources to be returned In the event that the topology CVE-2023-53991 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/msm/dpu: Disallow unallocated resources to be returned In the event that the topology requests resources that have not been created by the system (because they are typically not represented in dpu_mdss_cfg ^1), the resource(s) in global_state (in this case DSC blocks, until their allocation/assignment is being sanity-checked in "drm/msm/dpu: Reject topologies for which no DSC blocks are available") remain NULL but will still be returned out of dpu_rm_get_assigned_resources, where the caller expects to get an array containing num_blks valid pointers (but instead gets these NULLs). To prevent this from happening, where null-pointer dereferences typically result in a hard-to-debug platform lockup, num_blks shouldn't increase past NULL blocks and will print an error and break instead. After all, max_blks represents the static size of the maximum number of blocks whereas the actual amount varies per platform. ^1: which can happen after a git rebase ended up moving additions to _dpu_cfg to a different struct which has the same patch context. • Dec 16, 2025To enhance security, the FileMaker Server 22.0.4 installer now includes an option to disable IIS short filename enumeration by setting NtfsDisable8dot3NameCreatCVE-2025-46294 · Other software · Claris · reported by product-security@apple.comMedium 5.3

To enhance security, the FileMaker Server 22.0.4 installer now includes an option to disable IIS short filename enumeration by setting NtfsDisable8dot3NameCreation in the Windows registry. This prevents attackers from using the tilde character to discover hidden files and directories. This vulnerability has been fully addressed in FileMaker Server 22.0.4. The IIS Shortname Vulnerability exploits how Microsoft IIS handles legacy 8.3 short filenames, allowing attackers to infer the existence of files or directories by crafting requests with the tilde (~) character.

  • Dec 16, 2025In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: LoongArch: BPF: Disable trampoline for kernel module function trace The current LoongArch CVE-2025-68216 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: LoongArch: BPF: Disable trampoline for kernel module function trace The current LoongArch BPF trampoline implementation is incompatible with tracing functions in kernel modules. This causes several severe and user-visible problems: * The `bpf_selftests/module_attach` test fails consistently. * Kernel lockup when a BPF program is attached to a module function [1]. * Critical kernel modules like WireGuard experience traffic disruption when their functions are traced with fentry [2]. Given the severity and the potential for other unknown side-effects, it is safest to disable the feature entirely for now. This patch prevents the BPF subsystem from allowing trampoline attachments to kernel module functions on LoongArch. This is a temporary mitigation until the core issues in the trampoline code for kernel module handling can be identified and fixed. [root@fedora bpf]# ./test_progs -a module_attach -v bpf_testmod.ko is already unloaded. Loading bpf_testmod.ko... • Dec 16, 2025In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: s390: Disable ARCH_WANT_OPTIMIZE_HUGETLB_VMEMMAP As reported by Luiz Capitulino enabling HCVE-2025-68179 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67High 7.8

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: s390: Disable ARCH_WANT_OPTIMIZE_HUGETLB_VMEMMAP As reported by Luiz Capitulino enabling HVO on s390 leads to reproducible crashes. The problem is that kernel page tables are modified without flushing corresponding TLB entries. Even if it looks like the empty flush_tlb_all() implementation on s390 is the problem, it is actually a different problem: on s390 it is not allowed to replace an active/valid page table entry with another valid page table entry without the detour over an invalid entry. A direct replacement may lead to random crashes and/or data corruption. In order to invalidate an entry special instructions have to be used (e.g. ipte or idte). Alternatively there are also special instructions available which allow to replace a valid entry with a different valid entry (e.g. crdte or cspg). Given that the HVO code currently does not provide the hooks to allow for an implementation which is compliant with the s390 architecture requirements, disable ARCH_WANT_OPTIMIZE_HUGETLB_VMEMMAP again, which is basically a revert of the original patch which enabled it.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: block/rq_qos: protect rq_qos apis with a new lock commit 50e34d78815e ("block: disable the elevator int del_gendisk") move rq_qos_exit() from disk_release() to del_gendisk(), this will introduce some problems: 1) If rq_qos_add() is triggered by enabling iocost/iolatency through cgroupfs, then it can concurrent with del_gendisk(), it's not safe to write 'q->rq_qos' concurrently. 2) Activate cgroup policy that is relied on rq_qos will call rq_qos_add() and blkcg_activate_policy(), and if rq_qos_exit() is called in the middle, null-ptr-dereference will be triggered in blkcg_activate_policy(). 3) blkg_conf_open_bdev() can call blkdev_get_no_open() first to find the disk, then if rq_qos_exit() from del_gendisk() is done before rq_qos_add(), then memory will be leaked. This patch add a new disk level mutex 'rq_qos_mutex': 1) The lock will protect rq_qos_exit() directly. 2) For wbt that doesn't relied on blk-cgroup, rq_qos_add() can only be called from disk initialization for now because wbt can't be destructed until rq_qos_exit(), so it's safe not to protect wbt for now. In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: PCI/IOV: Fix race between SR-IOV enable/disable and hotplug Commit 05703271c3cd ("PCI/IOV: Add PCI rescan-remove locking when enabling/disabling SR-IOV") tried to fix a race between the VF removal inside sriov_del_vfs() and concurrent hot unplug by taking the PCI rescan/remove lock in sriov_del_vfs(). Similarly the PCI rescan/remove lock was also taken in sriov_add_vfs() to protect addition of VFs. This approach however causes deadlock on trying to remove PFs with SR-IOV enabled because PFs disable SR-IOV during removal and this removal happens under the PCI rescan/remove lock. So the original fix had to be reverted. Instead of taking the PCI rescan/remove lock in sriov_add_vfs() and sriov_del_vfs(), fix the race that occurs with SR-IOV enable and disable vs hotplug higher up in the callchain by taking the lock in sriov_numvfs_store() before calling into the driver's sriov_configure() callback.

  • Nov 17, 2025GoSign Desktop through 2.4.1 disables TLS certificate validation when configured to use a proxy server.CVE-2025-65083 · Other software · Tinexta Infocert · reported by MITRELow 3.2

GoSign Desktop through 2.4.1 disables TLS certificate validation when configured to use a proxy server. This can be problematic if the GoSign Desktop user selects an arbitrary proxy server without consideration of whether outbound HTTPS connections from the proxy server to Internet servers succeed even for untrusted or invalid server certificates. In this scenario (which is outside of the product's design objectives), integrity protection could be bypassed. In typical cases of a proxy server for outbound HTTPS traffic from an enterprise, those connections would not succeed. (Admittedly, the usual expectation is that a client application is configured to trust an enterprise CA and does not set SSL_VERIFY_NONE.) Also, it is of course unsafe to place ~/.gosign in the home directory of an untrusted user and then have other users execute downloaded files.

  • Nov 12, 2025In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ALSA: pcm: Disable bottom softirqs as part of spin_lock_irq() on PREEMPT_RT snd_pcm_group_CVE-2025-40142 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ALSA: pcm: Disable bottom softirqs as part of spin_lock_irq() on PREEMPT_RT snd_pcm_group_lock_irq() acquires a spinlock_t and disables interrupts via spin_lock_irq(). This also implicitly disables the handling of softirqs such as TIMER_SOFTIRQ. On PREEMPT_RT softirqs are preemptible and spin_lock_irq() does not disable them. That means a timer can be invoked during spin_lock_irq() on the same CPU. Due to synchronisations reasons local_bh_disable() has a per-CPU lock named softirq_ctrl.lock which synchronizes individual softirq against each other. syz-bot managed to trigger a lockdep report where softirq_ctrl.lock is acquired in hrtimer_cancel() in addition to hrtimer_run_softirq(). This is a possible deadlock. The softirq_ctrl.lock can not be made part of spin_lock_irq() as this would lead to too much synchronisation against individual threads on the system. To avoid the possible deadlock, softirqs must be manually disabled before the lock is acquired. Disable softirqs before the lock is acquired on PREEMPT_RT.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: iommu/vt-d: Disallow dirty tracking if incoherent page walk Dirty page tracking relies on the IOMMU atomically updating the dirty bit in the paging-structure entry. For this operation to succeed, the paging- structure memory must be coherent between the IOMMU and the CPU. In another word, if the iommu page walk is incoherent, dirty page tracking doesn't work. The Intel VT-d specification, Section 3.10 "Snoop Behavior" states: "Remapping hardware encountering the need to atomically update A/EA/D bits in a paging-structure entry that is not snooped will result in a non- recoverable fault." To prevent an IOMMU from being incorrectly configured for dirty page tracking when it is operating in an incoherent mode, mark SSADS as supported only when both ecap_slads and ecap_smpwc are supported.

Where this comes from: the exploited list is CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog. Everything else is the whole National Vulnerability Database, where each record is published by the team that found the bug (Wordfence, Patchstack, WPScan, the vendors themselves and others); we show who. Exploit odds are FIRST’s EPSS, updated daily. Titles and categories are ours, so check the linked record before acting on a detail. For a write-up of the big ones, see our advisories. Every vendor, and every WordPress plugin and theme with a recorded flaw, also has its own page. All of it is free to reuse as JSON, CSV or RSS.
