Sep 11, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: s390/cpum_cf: Handle CPU hotplug via prepare/dead callbacks The command 'perf stat -e cyclCVE-2026-89460 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: s390/cpum_cf: Handle CPU hotplug via prepare/dead callbacks The command 'perf stat -e cycles -- <command>' crashes the kernel when CPUs are hotplug added during that run. Root cause is the allocation of struct cpu_cf_events at first event initialization. The allocation is dynamic and the first event that has task context creates such a structure for each online CPU. This is not sufficient. CPUs may be offline during event creation and can be set online during the perf run time. For example commands # echo 0 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu1/online # perf stat -e cycles -i -- stress-ng -t10s --matrix X # sleep 1 # echo 1 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu1/online create an event for CPUs 0,2-X. Since the events are created with task-context, the scheduler will eventually schedule the program on CPU1. This CPU has not created and initialized any per CPU event infrastructure as that CPU was not online at the time of the perf invocation. Thus when the scheduler runs stress-ng on CPU1, the function cpumf_pmu_add() refers to a NULL pointer: struct cpu_cf_events *cpuhw = this_cpu_cfhw(); This function call is invoked

Sep 11, 2026Laci Synchroni is a decentralized mod and appearance sync server and plugin for Dalamud.CVE-2026-54047 · Other software · LaciSynchroni · reported by GitHubCritical 9.2
Laci Synchroni is a decentralized mod and appearance sync server and plugin for Dalamud. Versions of the backend prior to 1.2.3 have an improper authentication vulnerability in the application's OAuth2 login flow. The application relies on client-side state by trusting the `UID` field inside the `Authentications` object of a user's local `config.json` file. By manually editing this local file on their PC prior to logging in, a user can supply an arbitrary UID. Because the server fails to validate that the authenticated OAuth2 identity matches the requested UID, an attacker can fully impersonate any target user and perform actions on their behalf. This issue has been resolved in version 1.2.3. The patch modifies `AuthorizeOauthAsync` inside the `SecretKeyAuthenticatorService` to strictly bind the lookup of the requested User ID (`requestedUid`) to the record of the successfully authenticated identity (`primaryUid`). The server will no longer load or return session tokens for a requested UID unless it matches the verified, authenticated database record. No known workarounds are available.

WWBN AVideo at commit c3edcc274c389816d434acadac07ee78eaf330c1 and earlier contains an XML injection vulnerability in plugin/AD_Server/VMAP.php, which is reachable without authentication when the AD_Server plugin is enabled. The script emits Content-Type: application/xml and writes the timeOffset and idTag values returned by AD_Server::getVMAPSFromRequest() directly into VMAP attributes without encoding. Those values originate from the base64- and JSON-decoded $_REQUEST['vmaps'] parameter, which is not covered by $securityFilter in objects/security.php. A remote attacker can craft a vmaps value (containing a non-empty VAST.campaing entry) and induce a user to open the resulting VMAP URL or a video page using it, injecting arbitrary <vmap:AdBreak> and <vmap:AdTagURI>/AdSource nodes into the generated XML. The player's IMA path (afterVideoJS -> PlayerSkins::setIMAADTag) then requests the attacker-supplied ad URLs, resulting in ad injection and cross-origin requests from the victim's playback session. The issue was unfixed at the time of reporting.

WWBN AVideo through commit c3edcc274c389816d434acadac07ee78eaf330c1 contains a reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability in plugin/Live/confirmLivePassword.php. The script interpolates the unauthenticated GET parameter u (which is not covered by $securityFilter) directly into an <img src="..."> attribute without URL- or HTML-encoding. Sep 11, 2026Woo PDF Invoice Builder plugin (also distributed as "PDF Builder for WooCommerce"): Insecure Direct Object ReferenceCVE-2026-11496 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.5
The Woo PDF Invoice Builder plugin (also distributed as "PDF Builder for WooCommerce") for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in all versions up to, and including, 2.0.8. This is due to the InspectOrder() AJAX handler (woocommerce-pdf-invoice-ajax.php:513), registered on wp_ajax_rednao_wcpdfinv_inspect_order, performing no capability check and no nonce verification before loading an arbitrary order by the attacker-supplied 'OrderNumber' POST field and serializing its full WC_Order::get_data() and meta to the response. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with Subscriber-level access and above to read every WooCommerce order on the site — including billing/shipping address, email, phone number, payment method, gateway transaction ID, and order totals — by iterating order IDs.

Sep 10, 2026A flaw was found in GStreamer's gst-plugins-good isomp4 plugin.CVE-2026-88914 · Other software · Red Hat · reported by Red HatMedium 4.4
A flaw was found in GStreamer's gst-plugins-good isomp4 plugin. When processing a specially crafted MP4 or MOV file containing CEA-608 closed-caption data, an integer overflow in 32-bit unsigned arithmetic can bypass a bounds check in the caption parser. This leads to an out-of-bounds heap read of up to 244 bytes, which is then included in the downstream caption output. An attacker could exploit this by tricking a user into opening a malicious media file, potentially resulting in disclosure of adjacent heap memory or application crash.

A missing S3 bucket ownership verification in the AWS Security Agent plugin in Amazon aws-agents-for-devsecops before 1.1.0 might allow remote attackers to obtain the private source archive of a scanned workspace, including credentials and infrastructure state contained in that archive, via a pre-registered storage bucket whose name is derived from a publicly known account identifier. Sep 9, 2026A flaw was found in the memcached cache plugin of the community.general Ansible collection.CVE-2026-87874 · Other software · Red Hat · reported by Red HatHigh 8.1
A flaw was found in the memcached cache plugin of the community.general Ansible collection. Although its documentation states that records are stored in JSON format, the plugin performs no explicit serialization and relies on python-memcached, which pickles values on write and unpickles them on read. Because memcached is unauthenticated and cache keys are predictable, an attacker able to reach a network-exposed or shared memcached instance can write a crafted pickle payload that is deserialized and executed on the Ansible controller when the poisoned fact cache is next read, leading to remote code execution.

Sep 9, 2026Several Newfold plugins are vulnerable to Authentication Bypass.CVE-2026-80099 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 8.8
Several Newfold plugins are vulnerable to Authentication Bypass. The vulnerability exists because the plugins bundle the wp-module-data module. In the module, the `authenticate()` method — registered on the `rest_authentication_errors` filter and therefore evaluated for every unauthenticated REST API request — performs an HMAC-style Bearer token comparison that degenerates when `HiiveConnection::get_auth_token()` returns `false`: PHP coerces `strrev(false)` to `strrev('')`, collapsing the secret salt to the publicly known constant `hash('sha256', '') = e3b0c44...`, while all remaining hash inputs (HTTP method, request URL, raw request body, and the `X-Timestamp` header) remain fully attacker-controlled. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to compute a valid Bearer token entirely offline, pass the token equality check, and have `wp_set_current_user()` invoked against the first administrator returned by `get_users(['role' => 'administrator'])`, granting full administrator-level access and enabling arbitrary REST API operations such as creating new administrator accounts and achieving complete site takeover. Vulnerable versions are WP Plugin Crazy Domains (<= 2.5.2),

The Contact Form to DB by BestWebSoft – Messages Database Plugin For WordPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via cntctfrm_contact_dropdown Parameter in all versions up to, and including, 1.7.5 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The injected payload executes in the context of an administrator's browser session when they visit the plugin's message manager page at /wp-admin/admin.php?page=cntctfrmtdb_manager, making it possible to compromise administrator-level sessions via a simple unauthenticated contact form submission.
