  • Sep 22, 2026Live Composer – Free WordPress Website Builder: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-16778 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.4

The Live Composer – Free WordPress Website Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via 'dslc_module_downloads_output' Shortcode Content in all versions up to, and including, 2.1.21 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The save-time wp_kses_post check is bypassed because the payload is stored as a serialized string containing no HTML tags for kses to tokenize, and the shortcode callback re-emits attacker-controlled values — including view_all_link (href attribute), main_heading_title (h2 body), button_text (anchor body), and button_inline_svg (anchor body) — without any escaping at render time.

  • Sep 22, 2026Ninja Forms 3.15.3 stores an anonymous non-RTE textarea value and renders it without safe HTML encoding in the legacy submission editor.CVE-2026-94504 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.2

Ninja Forms 3.15.3 stores an anonymous non-RTE textarea value and renders it without safe HTML encoding in the legacy submission editor. An attacker can break out of the textarea with stored script. When an Administrator opens the attacker-known direct submission URL, the script runs in the WordPress admin origin.

    What to do
Update the plugin to the newest version.
  • Sep 22, 2026TranslatePress – Translate Multilingual sites with AI Translation: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-89412 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.2

The TranslatePress – Translate Multilingual sites with AI Translation plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via Translation Memory Suggestion Panel (v-html on suggestion.original) in all versions up to, and including, 3.3.5 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Unauthenticated attackers can seed the translation dictionary's original column with executable HTML because the front-end rendering pipeline decodes entity-encoded payloads via html_entity_decode() before persistence, and the original column is deliberately exempt from kses filtering — meaning no save-time sanitizer neutralizes the stored payload before it is later rendered in an administrator's session.

  • Sep 21, 2026Metaphor Creations Ditty (ditty-news-ticker) before 3.1.70 contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability that allows authenticated users with Author-leveCVE-2026-93339 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by VulnCheckMedium 5.1

Metaphor Creations Ditty (ditty-news-ticker) before 3.1.70 contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability that allows authenticated users with Author-level privileges or higher to inject arbitrary HTML elements by supplying malicious wrapper attribute values in layout tags. The ditty_layout_render_tag_wrapper() function inserts caller-supplied wrapper attribute values directly as HTML element names without allowlist validation, bypassing wp_kses_post() sanitization because KSES runs at save time before layout tag attributes are resolved at render time, causing the payload to execute in the browser of any visitor viewing posts or pages embedding the affected Ditty item.

  • Sep 20, 2026Unlimited Elements For Elementor: Does not perform a capability check on an AJAX action and deserializes attacker-controlled stored data through itCVE-2026-85017 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WPScanHigh 7.5

The Unlimited Elements For Elementor WordPress plugin before 2.0.20 does not perform a capability check on an AJAX action and deserializes attacker-controlled stored data through it, which makes it possible for authenticated attackers with subscriber-level access to inject arbitrary PHP objects. A partial fix in the 2.0.18 to 2.0.19 releases raised the privilege required to reach the vulnerable action to editor-level, and the issue was fully resolved in 2.0.20.

  • Sep 19, 2026Redux Framework: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-5410 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.4

The Redux Framework plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the spinner field in versions up to, and including, 4.5.13 This is due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. In the user_meta_save() function scalar values bypass the sanitization logic that only processes arrays, allowing the spinner field value to be stored in user meta without proper sanitization. Later, at line 56 of class-redux-spinner.php in the render() function, this value is rendered in an unquoted HTML attribute without escaping via '$data_string .= ' data-val=' . $this->value;'. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.

  • Sep 19, 2026WP Composer – The Easiest Page Builder: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-2422 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.4

The WP Composer – The Easiest Page Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'pbwp_raw_shortcode' shortcode in all versions up to, and including, 1.0.5. This is due to the shortcode handler decoding Base64-encoded content and outputting it directly without any sanitization or escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The Base64 encoding allows the payload to bypass WordPress's KSES content filtering at save time, since the encoded string contains no harmful HTML characters.

  • Sep 19, 2026Real3D Flipbook Lite: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-15098 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.4

The Real3D Flipbook Lite plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'lightboxtext' shortcode attribute (and other unsanitized attributes handled by on_shortcode()) in versions up to, and including, 5.1.1. This is due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping in the on_shortcode() and print_global_options() functions: shortcode attribute values are copied verbatim into $this->flipbook_options and then emitted via wp_json_encode() inside a <script type="application/json"> block without the JSON_HEX_TAG flag, allowing a literal </script> byte sequence in the attribute value to break out of the JSON script context. Because WordPress's shortcode_parse_atts() applies stripcslashes() to attribute values, an attacker can encode the breakout tag as \x3c/script\x3e\x3cscript\x3e…\x3c/script\x3e, which survives the wp_kses_post save-time filter applied to Contributor content (the escape bytes are safe text characters, not HTML tags) and is decoded to real angle brackets at render time. • Sep 18, 2026WP Multi Store Locator Pro: Generic SQL InjectionCVE-2026-15275 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.5

The WP Multi Store Locator Pro plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to generic SQL Injection via the 'store_locatore_search_radius' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 4.5.1 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. The injection occurs in a numeric, unquoted SQL context, meaning WordPress's wp_magic_quotes() addslashes-based protection cannot neutralize the payload, and the AJAX handler is registered on wp_ajax_nopriv_make_search_request with no nonce or capability check, making it fully accessible without authentication.

  • Sep 18, 2026Kubio AI Page Builder: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-14472 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.4

The Kubio AI Page Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via kubio/copyright Block Content in all versions up to, and including, 2.8.4 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This bypasses both the WordPress core kses-on-save filter and the plugin's own wp_kses_post() call, because entity-encoded script tags are treated as inert text by kses but are decoded into live HTML by the subsequent html_entity_decode() call in CopyrightBlock::render_template().

The Custom Twitter Feeds – A Tweets Widget or X Feed Widget plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via 'buttoncolor' Shortcode Attribute in all versions up to, and including, 2.8.0 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This vulnerability is exploitable on common installs where the admin has configured access tokens with zero or multiple legacy feeds, as this causes the ctf_statuses support_legacy_shortcode option to be set to boolean true by default, activating the unfiltered legacy shortcode attribute code path.

This is due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping in the NewsTicker::render() method, which concatenates the clientId block attribute into an HTML class attribute without applying esc_attr(). This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.

  • Sep 15, 2026MotoPress Hotel Booking: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-90650 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.2

The MotoPress Hotel Booking plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the Stripe Webhook event object 'id' in all versions up to, and including, 6.2.4 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The premium Stripe webhook listener only verifies the webhook signature when an optional Stripe signing secret has been configured; because that secret is empty by default, a forged webhook is accepted without cryptographic verification, and the attacker-controlled event object 'id' (e.g. a forged 'refund.created' refund id) is written unescaped into the payment log and later echoed unsanitized when an administrator views the payment. An attacker must know a valid Stripe PaymentIntent ID for an existing payment to route the forged webhook to a payment record. Note: The vulnerable webhook handler (webhook-listener.php) is part of the premium Stripe gateway integration and is not present in the lite plugin directory.
