  • Oct 7, 2026MISP contains a race condition in the email-based one-time password (OTP) login flow.CVE-2026-107276 · Other software · MISP · reported by 5a6e4751-2f3f-4070-9419-94fb35b644e8Medium 6.3

MISP contains a race condition in the email-based one-time password (OTP) login flow. When two HTTP requests carrying the same valid OTP are submitted concurrently, both can successfully authenticate and establish a session. The root cause is that the OTP value is read from the shared store, validated, and then deleted in separate non-atomic steps, allowing a second in-flight request to read the same value before the first request's deletion takes effect. Preconditions: - The target MISP instance has email OTP login enabled. - The attacker possesses a valid, unexpired OTP (e.g., via email interception or social engineering). - The attacker can issue two HTTP POST requests in close temporal proximity. Impact: - The one-time-use guarantee of the OTP is violated; a single code can yield two authenticated sessions. - This weakens the authentication control and may facilitate unauthorized access if the OTP is shared or intercepted. Affected versions: <2.5.48

  • Oct 7, 2026Coturn 4.10.0 contains an uninitialized memory disclosure vulnerability that allows remote unauthenticated attackers to leak stack memory contents by sending a CVE-2026-104074 · Other software · coturn · reported by VulnCheckMedium 6.9

Coturn 4.10.0 contains an uninitialized memory disclosure vulnerability that allows remote unauthenticated attackers to leak stack memory contents by sending a TURN Allocate request without credentials. Attackers can exploit the stun_init_error_response_common_str() function in src/client/ns_turn_msg.c, which fails to zero-initialize the avalue buffer before computing its length with strlen() and copying leaked stack bytes into the ERROR-CODE reason phrase, exposing pointer fragments that weaken ASLR and enable precise version fingerprinting.

  • Oct 6, 2026Improper Handling of Exceptional Conditions vulnerability in the aspnet-request pattern converter of Apache log4net.CVE-2026-105242 · Websites & servers · Apache Software Foundation · reported by security@apache.orgMedium 5.3

Improper Handling of Exceptional Conditions vulnerability in the aspnet-request pattern converter of Apache log4net. Reading request parameters triggers ASP.NET request validation, so a request carrying content such as markup made the layout throw and the appender discarded the whole event. A sender could suppress the log record of their own request. Only applications on ASP.NET for .NET Framework whose layout uses %aspnet-request are affected. This issue affects Apache log4net: from 1.2.11 before 3.5.0. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 3.5.0, which fixes the issue.

  • Oct 6, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: dmaengine: wait for RCU readers before releasing dma_device dma_issue_pending_all() walks CVE-2026-98342 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: dmaengine: wait for RCU readers before releasing dma_device dma_issue_pending_all() walks the dma_device_list with list_for_each_entry_rcu() under rcu_read_lock(). dma_device_release() unlinks the device with list_del_rcu() and then calls device->device_release() (which in many drivers, such as plx_dma.c, directly calls kfree()). Because there is no grace period between unlinking the device and freeing it, concurrent RCU readers in dma_issue_pending_all() can access the device after it has been freed. The lockless walk originally relied on clients holding a dmaengine reference to pin the provider module, and therefore the device, for as long as they might traverse the list. Commit 8ad342a86359 ("dmaengine: Add reference counting to dma_device struct") decoupled the dma_device lifetime from the module reference, so the device can now be released while a reader is still walking the list. Add synchronize_rcu() before the device is freed, so RCU readers are guaranteed to have finished. Keep it unconditional: providers that do not implement device_release() free the device themselves once dma_async_device_unregiste

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm: Fix drm_pending_vblank_event leak in error path for out_fence_ptr When an out_fence_ptr is provided but DRM_MODE_PAGE_FLIP_EVENT is not set, a drm_pending_vblank_event will be allocated. If later, there is an allocation failure or another failure at setup_out_fence(), that event will not have base.fence set and it will not be released at complete_signaling(). Release the event and set crtc_state->event to NULL just like in the DRM_MODE_PAGE_FLIP_EVENT case when there is a failure at drm_event_reserve_init(). That is, prepare_signaling() releases the event and there is nothing to be done at complete_signaling(). Use drm_event_cancel_free() as that will also undo drm_event_reserve_init() in case it has been called.

Concurrent execution using shared resource with improper synchronization ('race condition') vulnerability in Apache Struts. Where a localized message formats a date or time argument, the formatter retained for that message by the application-wide text provider is used by concurrently served requests without isolation, so a value belonging to one user can appear in another user's response, or the rendering can fail and surface as a server error. mppx-condition-gate provides conditional free-access wrappers for mppx payment methods. Prior to @insumermodel/mppx-condition-gate 3.0.0 and @insumermodel/mppx-token-gate 1.0.4, the packages read a wallet address from the client-supplied credential.source, checked whether that public address met configured on-chain conditions, and returned a successful free-access receipt without invoking the wrapped payment verifier or proving that the caller controlled the wallet. An unauthenticated attacker could name any qualifying wallet and obtain content that should require payment, and cached grants could be reused for the configured cache lifetime. The corrected packages prevent free-access authorization unless payer control has been established. In Progress® Telerik® Fiddler® Classic for Windows, versions prior to v6.0.20262.10021, a time-of-check time-of-use (TOCTOU) race condition exists in the installation of the HTTPS interception root certificate into the Local Computer certificate store. Fiddler writes the certificate to a temporary file in a user-writable location and then launches the external TrustCert helper application, which elevates and imports the certificate from that file. A local threat actor with low privileges who replaces the temporary file between the time it is written and the time the elevated helper reads it can cause an attacker-supplied root certificate to be installed in the Local Computer Trusted Root Certification Authorities store, enabling subsequent interception and modification of TLS-protected traffic on the machine. Successful exploitation requires the user to initiate the certificate trust operation and approve the elevation prompt.

In Bouncy Castle for Java before 1.86, the high-level OpenPGP API accepted a data signature made by a signing subkey whose Subkey Binding signature carried no embedded Primary Key Binding (cross-certification) signature, in the case where that binding omits a Key Flags subpacket. RFC 9580 sec. 5.2.1.8 and sec. 10.1.3 require the embedded Primary Key Binding signature on any subkey that can issue signatures; it is the subkey's own statement that it belongs to the primary key it is bound under. OpenPGPCertificate resolved the subkey's key flags two different ways. isSigningKey() goes through getKeyFlags() and getApplyingSubpacket(), which falls back to the primary key's direct-key or primary User ID self-signature when the binding signature omits the subpacket, so the subkey inherited the primary's SIGN_DATA and counted as signing-capable; verifyEmbeddedPrimaryKeyBinding(), which enforces the requirement, reads the binding signature's own hashed subpackets, found no SIGN_DATA there, and returned early as a non-signing key without ever demanding the back signature. The same subkey was therefore signing-capable - so its signatures were attributed to the certificate and OpenPGPSignature

Memory allocation with excessive size value, Improper handling of length parameter inconsistency vulnerability in Apache Thrift  nodejs and D lang bindings. Both bindings' WebSocket server transports read the payload length out of the frame header and allocate that many bytes immediately, without checking that the bytes have arrived. A single ~14-byte frame therefore commits as much memory as it cares to declare -- measured at 513 MiB against the Node.js server and 2 GiB against the D transport -- and in the Node.js case the connection is left open afterwards, so the frame can simply be sent again. This issue affects Apache Thrift before 0.25.0. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 0.25.0, which fixes the issue.

  • Oct 2, 2026Uncontrolled Recursion vulnerability in Apache Thrift go bindings.CVE-2026-83663 · Websites & servers · Apache Software Foundation · reported by security@apache.orgHigh 8.7

Uncontrolled Recursion vulnerability in Apache Thrift go bindings. Both Go transports satisfy a read out of a buffered frame and, when that frame yields no payload bytes, read the next frame and call `Read` again instead of looping. A peer produces such a frame for 4 bytes in `TFramedTransport` (a declared size of zero) or 18 bytes in `THeaderTransport` (a header block that fills the frame), so nothing bounds the depth. The Go stack limit is reached as a `fatal error`, which `recover()` cannot catch, so the whole process dies. This issue affects Apache Thrift: before 0.25.0. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 0.25.0, which fixes the issue.

Where this comes from: the exploited list is CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog. Everything else is the whole National Vulnerability Database, where each record is published by the team that found the bug (Wordfence, Patchstack, WPScan, the vendors themselves and others); we show who. Exploit odds are FIRST’s EPSS, updated daily. Titles and categories are ours, so check the linked record before acting on a detail. For a write-up of the big ones, see our advisories.
