  • Sep 25, 2026InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments.CVE-2026-85290 · Other software · InvoicePlane · reported by GitHubMedium 5.3

InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments. Prior to 1.7.2, InvoicePlane's Cron::recur() method writes an invalid cron key from the URL path directly to the application log without neutralizing CRLF characters. An unauthenticated requester can place forged log lines into the audit trail by supplying a crafted cron_key value. The injected entries can corrupt forensic records and interfere with log-based monitoring. This issue is fixed in version 1.7.2.

InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments. Prior to 1.7.2, InvoicePlane omits ensure_valid_post_request() from delete methods including Payments::delete(), Recurring::delete(), and User_clients::delete(). Although the routes require POST, they do not validate the request's CSRF token. An attacker can submit a cross-origin form through an authenticated administrator's browser to delete financial records and other application data. This issue is fixed in version 1.7.2.

InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments. Prior to 1.7.2, InvoicePlane exposes Recurring::stop() as a state-changing GET route without CSRF token validation. When an authenticated administrator loads attacker-controlled content that requests /invoices/recurring/stop/{id}, the application stops the selected recurring invoice. An attacker can target multiple identifiers to interrupt recurring billing and cause financial loss. This issue is fixed in version 1.7.2.

  • Sep 25, 2026InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments.CVE-2026-54790 · Other software · InvoicePlane · reported by GitHubMedium 6

InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments. Prior to 1.7.2, InvoicePlane stores an administrator-controlled custom_field_table value without validating it against the allowed custom-field table names. Mdl_custom_fields::used() later concatenates that stored value into the FROM table and WHERE column identifier positions, so opening the custom-field edit form executes a second-order SQL injection. The injection can query arbitrary schema data and can cause application errors or denial of service. This issue is fixed in version 1.7.2.

  • Sep 25, 2026InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments.CVE-2026-50547 · Other software · InvoicePlane · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5

InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments. Prior to 1.7.2, InvoicePlane's Invoices::generate_xml() method appends a database-derived xml_id to the XMLconfigs helper directory and includes the resulting PHP path without validating the identifier. A low-privileged attacker who can influence the e-invoice configuration can use traversal sequences to include an existing PHP file. The standalone advisory establishes local file inclusion; code execution requires a separate file-upload or file-write primitive. This issue is fixed in version 1.7.2.

InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments. Prior to 1.7.2, InvoicePlane exposes Invoices::delete() and Invoices::delete_invoice_tax() as state-changing routes without requiring POST and validating a CSRF token. When an authenticated administrator loads attacker-controlled content that requests an affected route, the application can delete an invoice or invoice tax record. The cross-origin action can remove financial data without the administrator's intent. This issue is fixed in version 1.7.2.

InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments. Prior to 1.7.2, InvoicePlane stores and serves uploaded image attachments without stripping EXIF metadata. When an administrator uploads an image through invoice attachments, quote attachments, or another attachment feature and shares it with another user, the recipient can retrieve embedded GPS coordinates, timestamps, and device information. The preserved metadata can disclose private location and device details across users. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.7.2.

  • Sep 25, 2026InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments.CVE-2026-39353 · Other software · InvoicePlane · reported by GitHubCritical 9.1

InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments. Prior to 1.7.2-rc-1, InvoicePlane builds its permitted template list by scanning a PHP template directory that can be written through an administrator-controlled file-write capability. A malicious PHP file placed in the directory is automatically trusted by Mdl_templates and can be selected as public_invoice_template. When a public invoice is rendered, the guest View controller includes the trusted file and executes it with web-server privileges. This issue is fixed in version 1.7.2-rc-1.

InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments. Prior to 1.7.2, InvoicePlane interpolates the administrator-controlled tax_rate_decimal_places setting into an ALTER TABLE statement for ip_tax_rates in Settings::index() without strict integer validation. A crafted setting value can add clauses to the schema-changing statement and remove or alter required database columns. The resulting schema corruption can permanently modify financial data structures and make the application unavailable. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.7.2.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: vhost/vdpa: reject VRING_NUM larger than device max vhost_vring_set_num() accepts any non-zero power-of-two queue size that fits in 16 bits. vhost-vdpa then passes that value to set_vq_num() without comparing it with get_vq_num_max(). A process with access to /dev/vhost-vdpa-* can therefore configure a queue larger than the device advertises. With vdpa_sim, the worker can walk descriptors beyond the mapped descriptor ring. Some backends derive it from writable queue-size state, so querying it after SET_NUM may return the current size instead of the device capability. In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: vhost-vdpa: don't install the eventfd_ctx_fdget() error in config_ctx vhost_vdpa_set_config_call() swaps the eventfd_ctx_fdget() return value into v->config_ctx before checking it, so on failure the field briefly holds an ERR_PTR: ctx = fd == VHOST_FILE_UNBIND ? NULL : eventfd_ctx_fdget(fd); swap(ctx, v->config_ctx); if (!IS_ERR_OR_NULL(ctx)) eventfd_ctx_put(ctx); if (IS_ERR(v->config_ctx)) { long ret = PTR_ERR(v->config_ctx); v->config_ctx = NULL; return ret; } Commit 0bde59c1723a ("vhost-vdpa: set v->config_ctx to NULL if eventfd_ctx_fdget() fails") added that clearing, and spelled out the invariant the rest of the file relies on: "we consider 'v->config_ctx' valid if it is not NULL". The window between the swap and the clearing still breaks it. vhost_vdpa_config_cb() only tests for NULL, so a config interrupt delivered inside the window hands the ERR_PTR to eventfd_signal(). Check the fd before installing it instead. That closes the window and matches how vhost_vring_ioctl() handles the same failure for the vq call fd. It also stops a rejected fd from tearing down a config interrupt that

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: vhost-vdpa: protect config_ctx from being freed under the config callback vhost_vdpa_config_cb() loads v->config_ctx and signals it without taking a reference and without holding any lock: struct eventfd_ctx *config_ctx = v->config_ctx; if (config_ctx) eventfd_signal(config_ctx); VHOST_VDPA_SET_CONFIG_CALL replaces that field and drops what is normally the last reference to the old context: swap(ctx, v->config_ctx); if (ctx) eventfd_ctx_put(ctx); eventfd_ctx_put() drops the last kref and frees the context immediately, with no RCU grace period, so a callback that has already loaded the pointer goes on to dereference freed memory. The two sides share no lock: the ioctl runs under vhost_dev.mutex, while the parent invokes the callback from its own interrupt or workqueue context. This is not the reopen refcount underflow fixed by commit f6bbf0010ba0 ("vhost-vdpa: fix use-after-free of v->config_ctx"), which was about vhost_vdpa_config_put() leaving a stale pointer behind. Here the pointer is maintained correctly and it is the read side that is unprotected. With VDUSE as the parent this is reachable

  • Sep 25, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: vhost: invalidate vring access on IOTLB transitions When VIRTIO_F_ACCESS_PLATFORM changes,CVE-2026-97988 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: vhost: invalidate vring access on IOTLB transitions When VIRTIO_F_ACCESS_PLATFORM changes, cached vring pointers and IOTLB metadata are interpreted in a different address space. Keeping them across the transition can leave stale ring mappings in use. Clearing d->iotlb before taking the VQ locks also lets a worker observe a transient NULL d->iotlb and fall back to d->umem while translating a descriptor. Add a common vhost_clear_device_iotlb() helper for vhost-net and vhost-vsock. Take all VQ mutexes in index order before dropping the device-wide IOTLB, invalidate each VQ's cached ring access and metadata, clear pending IOTLB messages, and free the old table after the handoff. This serializes the transition with workers and prevents mixed address space mappings. On the first direct-to-IOTLB transition, invalidate the cached vring addresses. When an existing device IOTLB is replaced, preserve the GIOVA ring addresses and reset only the metadata cache. After clearing ACCESS_PLATFORM, userspace must configure the vring addresses for the new address mode. vhost_vq_invalidate_access() clears desc, avail, and used to

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: mmc: davinci: avoid NULL deref of host->data in IRQ handler mmc_davinci_irq() returns early only when both host->cmd and host->data are NULL: if (host->cmd == NULL && host->data == NULL) { ... return IRQ_NONE; } So we may legitimately reach the rest of the handler with host->data == NULL (and therefore data == NULL). The DATDNE branch already guards against this with an explicit "if (data != NULL)" check, but the subsequent TOUTRD ("read data timeout") and CRCWR/CRCRD ("data CRC error") branches dereference data unconditionally: if (qstatus & MMCST0_TOUTRD) { data->error = -ETIMEDOUT; <-- NULL deref ... davinci_abort_data(host, data); } if (qstatus & (MMCST0_CRCWR | MMCST0_CRCRD)) { data->error = -EILSEQ; <-- NULL deref ... } If either bit is set in qstatus while host->data is NULL, the kernel will crash inside the IRQ handler. smatch flags this: drivers/mmc/host/davinci_mmc.c:933 mmc_davinci_irq() error: we previously assumed 'data' could be null (see line 914) Gate both branches on a non-NULL data, ma

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: serial: 8250: fix possible ISR soft lockup There are rare cases in which the host gets stuck in the ISR because it is flooded with messages during the startup phase. The reason for the soft lockup in the ISR is the missing FIFO error IRQ (FIFOE) handling. Not handling it and reporting IRQ_HANDLED triggers the IRQ immediately again. Fix this by adding a check for the FIFOE status and clearing the FIFO if no data is ready (DR). This behavior was observed on an AM62L device which uses the OMAP 8250 driver. Fix it for all 8250 drivers, since the OMAP driver's special IRQ setup handling may trigger this behavior more frequently, but it is not ensured that other 8250 drivers aren't affected.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: vhost-scsi: flush backend after device ioctls vhost-scsi translates guest response descriptors into userspace iovecs when commands are submitted. Target-core completes those commands asynchronously, so VHOST_SET_MEM_TABLE can replace the memory table while an in-flight command still retains response iovecs translated through the old table. If the old mapping is reused after VHOST_SET_MEM_TABLE returns, command completion can write the response to an unrelated userspace object. Flush the vhost-scsi backend after vhost_dev_ioctl() handles a device ioctl. This waits for in-flight commands that can still use the old response iovecs before the ioctl returns.

  • Sep 24, 2026OpenWA is a free, open source, self-hosted WhatsApp API gateway.CVE-2026-91161 · Other software · rmyndharis · reported by GitHubMedium 6.4

OpenWA is a free, open source, self-hosted WhatsApp API gateway. Prior to 0.23.5, the GET /api/sessions/{sessionId}/groups/{groupId}/invite-code endpoint and the GroupGetInviteCode MCP tool have no OPERATOR role requirement, allowing a valid VIEWER key scoped to a session to retrieve an active group invite code. The invite code is a transferable WhatsApp bearer capability, so an external account can join a group administered by the session without an OpenWA credential, gain read and post access to the group, and retain membership after the VIEWER key is revoked. Affected deployments are those that issue VIEWER keys to parties who should not be able to add accounts to administered groups; OPERATOR and ADMIN access is intended. BentoPDF is a client-side PDF toolkit that is self hostable. In 2.8.6 and earlier, the certificate and timestamp CORS proxy in cloudflare/cors-proxy-worker.js uses isPrivateOrReservedHost() to validate a supplied hostname separately from the DNS resolution used by fetch(targetUrl), allowing an attacker-controlled hostname to resolve to an internal or reserved destination after validation. A certificate-like path can satisfy ALLOWED_PATH_PATTERNS, and direct clients can forge the browser-oriented Origin header. Deployments without PROXY_SECRET skip the optional signature check, while the signature is an anti-abuse measure rather than a destination-security boundary. The proxy has a 10 MB response limit and can relay response bodies from reachable destinations. The advisory identifies both the official Worker deployment and self-hosted instances as impacted where the Worker execution environment can reach internal or reserved destinations. Dokploy is a free, self-hostable Platform as a Service (PaaS). Prior to 0.29.13, Dokploy organization members without Git provider access can retrieve plaintext provider credentials through github.one, gitlab.one, gitea.one, and bitbucket.one because those protected procedures return full provider rows without applying getAccessibleGitProviderIds or an organization check. The application.one route also returns nested GitHub, GitLab, Gitea, and Bitbucket relations from findApplicationById with GitHub App private keys, OAuth tokens, client secrets, webhook secrets, and app passwords even when hasGitProviderAccess is false. A member with application read access or a provider identifier can therefore bypass per-member provider assignment and use the exposed credentials to access private repositories or manipulate external workflows. Prior to 4.18.0, the ValidateExternalURL server-side request forgery guard in pkg/request/ssrf.go passes resolved addresses to checkIP without decoding NAT64, IPv4-compatible, and 6to4 IPv4-in-IPv6 transition forms. An authenticated user with remote-download access can provide SrcUri through RemoteDownloadTask.createDownloadTask so a wrapper embedding a loopback, private, link-local, or cloud metadata IPv4 address is classified as public and fetched, exposing internal service responses and cloud instance credentials. IPv4-mapped IPv6 addresses remain blocked because Go converts that form with net.IP.To4. This issue is fixed in version 4.18.0.

The Espressif ESP-hosted Wi-Fi driver (drivers/wifi/esp_hosted/) parses frames received over SPI from the ESP co-processor in esp_hosted_event_task(). For control frames it took the 16-bit TLV field data_length straight off the wire and passed it to pb_istream_from_buffer(frame.data_value, frame.data_length) without checking it against the frame length or the receive buffer. frame.data_value sits 26 bytes into a 3188-byte stack object, so a data_length of up to 0xFFFF makes pb_decode() read up to roughly 62 KB past the end of that object. Only the first fragment of a fragmented control response carries a TLV header; the pre-fix driver performed half-duplex SPI transactions and silently discarded any frame the co-processor queued while the host was transmitting (esp_hosted_hal_spi_transfer() aliased the RX buffer onto the TX buffer). When the discarded frame is the first fragment of a fragmented response, the driver treats the next fragment as a new frame — its per-fragment header and checksum are genuine, so both validation steps pass — and reads the TLV header out of raw protobuf continuation bytes. Those bytes come from control responses whose size and content an adjacent, unaut

  • Sep 21, 2026Warpgate is an open source SSH, HTTPS and MySQL bastion host for Linux.CVE-2026-91166 · Other software · warp-tech · reported by GitHubMedium 5.7

Warpgate is an open source SSH, HTTPS and MySQL bastion host for Linux. From 0.25.0 until 0.27.6, the browser SSH path in warpgate-web-ssh/src/manager.rs handles RCEvent::HostKeyUnknown without the presenting hop identity and instead passes ssh_options.host and ssh_options.port for the final target to KnownHosts::trust. In Prompt and AutoAccept modes, a jump host key can therefore be stored for the target address. A machine later presenting the jump host key at the target address can be accepted as the target, allowing interception of user traffic and a newly issued certificate when certificate authentication is used. The native SSH path is unaffected because it tracks each hop separately. This issue is fixed in version 0.27.6.

  • Sep 21, 2026Warpgate is an open source SSH, HTTPS and MySQL bastion host for Linux.CVE-2026-91165 · Other software · warp-tech · reported by GitHubLow 2.4

Warpgate is an open source SSH, HTTPS and MySQL bastion host for Linux. Prior to 0.27.6, the response_mode=form_post SSO return path in warpgate-protocol-http/src/api/sso_provider_list.rs uses serde_json::to_string inside ReturnToSsoPostResponse without neutralizing a script-closing sequence. The vulnerable value can enter the script block through the attacker-controlled next redirect parameter stored by warpgate-protocol-http/src/api/sso_provider_detail.rs or through IdP-derived error messages that make_redirect_url concatenates without URL encoding. The IdP-derived path is reachable when the attacker controls a configured identity provider, or when the attacker controls the email or username claim on an attacker-controlled account and the configured identity provider permits the required unvalidated claim format. A victim must complete the form_post SSO flow for the injected markup to be rendered. The Warpgate Content-Security-Policy blocks injected JavaScript and event handlers, so the demonstrated impact is content spoofing, a false login form, or a meta refresh rather than script execution. This issue is fixed in version 0.27.6.

Warpgate is an open source SSH, HTTPS and MySQL bastion host for Linux. From 0.23.0 until 0.27.3, HTTP API token authentication resolves ConfigProvider::validate_api_token into RequestAuthorization::UserToken without enforcing the owning user's allowed_ip_ranges against the trusted client address in warpgate-protocol-http/src/common.rs. An attacker holding a leaked, phished, or exfiltrated X-Warpgate-Token can therefore use it from a prohibited network location. Deployments without allowed_ip_ranges are unaffected, and HTTP target proxying plus SSH, MySQL, PostgreSQL, RDP, VNC, and Kubernetes paths do not accept this vulnerable HTTP token flow.
