Sep 26, 2026Froxlor through 2.3.10 does not enforce the mail.allow_external_domains policy in the EmailSender.add API command.CVE-2026-100718 · Other software · froxlor · reported by VulnCheckHigh 7.1
Froxlor through 2.3.10 does not enforce the mail.allow_external_domains policy in the EmailSender.add API command. When an administrator has enabled the allowed-sender feature but disabled external allowed-sender domains (mail.enable_allow_sender = 1, mail.allow_external_domains = 0), an authenticated customer with API access can still use EmailSender.add to register an arbitrary external sender address for their mailbox, which is stored despite the policy. This creates a bypass between the UI/administrator configuration and the API, and — where the generated mail configuration consumes the allowed-sender table — allows a customer to authorize sender identities outside their hosted domains, facilitating sender spoofing. Fixed in 2.3.12.

Nodemailer before 10.0.2 fails to properly flatten deeply nested arrays in recipient fields such as to, cc, and bcc, allowing attackers to cause stack exhaustion. Sep 26, 2026Nodemailer versions 5.0.0 through 10.0.1 use a process-global DNS cache that is keyed only by the DNS host, while each cache entry also stores the caller-specifCVE-2026-100701 · Other software · nodemailer · reported by VulnCheckMedium 6
Nodemailer versions 5.0.0 through 10.0.1 use a process-global DNS cache that is keyed only by the DNS host, while each cache entry also stores the caller-specific TLS servername. When two direct TLS/SMTPS transports (secure: true) resolve the same non-IP host with different tls.servername values, the first transport's servername is returned on the cache hit and overwrites the second transport's explicitly configured value, so Nodemailer sends the wrong SNI value and validates the peer certificate against the wrong identity. In multi-tenant services or SNI-routed SMTP gateways, an attacker who can prime the cache can cause a victim transport to connect to the attacker's TLS virtual host and accept the attacker's certificate even with rejectUnauthorized: true, disclosing the victim's SMTP credentials. Fixed in 10.0.2.

Sep 26, 2026Nodemailer is a Node.js email-sending library.CVE-2026-100699 · Other software · nodemailer · reported by VulnCheckMedium 6.9
Nodemailer is a Node.js email-sending library. In versions >= 9.1.0 and < 10.0.9, the address parser (src/addressparser) mishandles addresses whose local-part is a quoted string and that are followed by RFC 5322 comments, allowing trailing comment-separated domain atoms to be retained in the normalized address. For example, the input "user"@example.com(x)evil.com is parsed to the address value 'user@example.com evil.com', which contains additional attacker-controlled domain text separated by a literal space. This parsed value is used without further strict recipient validation when the message envelope is built (envelope.to in src/mime-node), so a malformed/ambiguous recipient address can be accepted and placed in the SMTP envelope. Whether this results in delivery to an unintended recipient on real SMTP servers has not been confirmed. The issue is a variant of the RFC 5322 comment parsing problem addressed in GHSA-cc9r-2j5m-2m83, affecting the separate quoted-local-part code path. Version 10.0.9 contains a fix.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/pagemap: Prevent double migration of device pages A device-private folio migrated to system memory by a CPU fault can remain reachable through the raw-PFN eviction path until migration finalization drops the source reference. If eviction selects the same device-private folio during this window, it can attempt to migrate the folio again. The second migration can leave an uncharged folio on an LRU list, causing folio_lruvec_lock_irqsave() to retry indefinitely and resulting in a soft lockup and RCU stall. Mark successfully migrated device-private folios using a low bit of their zone_device_data before migration finalization. Make both CPU-fault and raw-PFN migration paths skip device-private folios carrying this flag. In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bonding: do not clear curr_active_slave prematurely when releasing all slaves When releasing all slaves during bond destruction (all == true), __bond_release_one() unconditionally clears bond->curr_active_slave to NULL in every iteration. If a backup slave is released before the active slave, bond_alb_deinit_slave() triggers rlb_teach_disabled_mac_on_primary(), which increments the active slave dev promiscuity counter and sets bond_info->primary_is_promisc = 1. Because bond->curr_active_slave was prematurely cleared to NULL when releasing the backup slave, the subsequent iteration releasing the active slave evaluates oldcurrent as NULL, so bond_change_active_slave(bond, NULL) is skipped. Consequently, bond_alb_handle_active_change() is never called to decrement the promiscuity counter, permanently leaking promiscuous mode on the physical device after bond teardown. When oldcurrent == slave, bond_change_active_slave(bond, NULL) already sets bond->curr_active_slave to NULL. We only need to avoid selecting a new active slave when all == true. Replace the if (all) branch with if (!all && oldcurrent == slave).

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: ethernet: cortina: Fix budget accounting The gmac_rx() function returns the remaining NAPI budget, but its caller treats the return value as the number of packets received. An idle poll therefore reports a full budget and remains scheduled. Return the number of received packets instead. Preserve the existing free queue refill accounting by adding that count directly; continuing to subtract it from the budget would invert the refill behavior.

The Botslab G980H dash camera firmware contains a session management vulnerability in which authentication state can remain valid after the associated client connection has been terminated or replaced. Under certain connection conditions, a newly established connection can displace an existing client while previously established session state remains active until a separate expiration mechanism invalidates it. An unauthenticated attacker with adjacent network access could potentially take advantage of this residual authentication state to access functionality associated with another client's session.

Sep 24, 2026Mailspring is a fast, cross-platform, open-source email client.CVE-2026-93405 · Other software · Foundry376 · reported by GitHubMedium 6.1
Mailspring is a fast, cross-platform, open-source email client. Prior to 1.17.0, attachment quick preview converts Markdown, DOCX, and XLSX attachments with Snarkdown, Mammoth, and SheetJS and inserts the resulting HTML into the preview document through innerHTML without sanitization. A remote sender can craft a supported attachment whose converted HTML executes script when a recipient opens quick preview. The preview renderer has no direct Node or Electron access, but injected script can reach the IPC surface exposed to the quick-preview renderer. This issue alone provides script execution in the preview renderer; separate path-traversal and renderer-controlled file-write vulnerabilities are required for the documented persistent code-execution chain. This issue is fixed in version 1.17.0.

Sep 24, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: ibm: emac: mal: fix potential system hang in mal_remove() napi_disable() is not idempCVE-2026-97411 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: ibm: emac: mal: fix potential system hang in mal_remove() napi_disable() is not idempotent and calling it on an already-disabled or unenabled NAPI context will cause the kernel to spin indefinitely waiting for the NAPI_STATE_SCHED bit to clear. In mal_remove(), napi_disable() is called unconditionally. If no MACs were registered, NAPI was never enabled. Also, if they were registered but subsequently unregistered, NAPI was already disabled in mal_unregister_commac(). In either case, calling napi_disable() causes the kernel to hang upon module removal. Fix this by only calling napi_disable() in mal_remove() if the commac list is not empty (which implies NAPI is enabled).

Sep 24, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/pagemap: dma-unmap pages before handling migration errors drm_pagemap_migrate_unmap_paCVE-2026-93284 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67High 8.8
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/pagemap: dma-unmap pages before handling migration errors drm_pagemap_migrate_unmap_pages() relies on the pages array to determine which pages require DMA unmapping. However, drm_pagemap_migration_unlock_put_pages() clears the array as part of its cleanup, leaving drm_pagemap_migrate_unmap_pages() with no valid page information if it is called afterward. Call drm_pagemap_migrate_unmap_pages() before drm_pagemap_migration_unlock_put_pages() so the pages array remains valid during DMA unmapping.

Sep 23, 2026A server-side request forgery flaw was found in the Ansible Automation Platform automation-controller email notification backend.CVE-2026-84721 · Other software · Red Hat · reported by Red HatMedium 6.4
A server-side request forgery flaw was found in the Ansible Automation Platform automation-controller email notification backend. The email backend passes the user-supplied SMTP host and port from a notification template directly to the SMTP client without validating that the target is not an internal, loopback, link-local, or reserved address. An authenticated user with organization notification-admin permission can create or modify an email notification template pointing at an arbitrary internal address, trigger a test, and have the controller task process open a raw TCP connection to that address. The resulting connection error is reflected back through the notification record, providing a three-state internal port-scan oracle (open, closed, filtered) over the control-plane's cluster network, including the in-cluster Kubernetes API. When a shared organization template holds a stored SMTP password, redirecting the host can also cause that credential to be transmitted to an attacker-controlled server.
