Sep 25, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ALSA: caiaq: Fix potential double-free at error path The fix for caiaq driver's resource mCVE-2026-98066 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ALSA: caiaq: Fix potential double-free at error path The fix for caiaq driver's resource management to handle the errors tries to release the resources in a common destructor call, but as a sashiko review for another patch suggested, some of the audio resources such as URBs have been already freed, and this may lead to a double-free. For addressing the double-free, call the common destructor function from each place, and assure that the resource pointers get cleared.

Sep 25, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: virtio_input: reset device if input_register_device() fails Probe marks the device DRIVER_CVE-2026-97987 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: virtio_input: reset device if input_register_device() fails Probe marks the device DRIVER_OK with virtio_device_ready() before calling input_register_device(). If registration fails, the error path cleared vi->ready and called del_vqs() while the device was still live, so the device could keep DMA to queues that were already torn down. Match remove/freeze: call virtio_reset_device() on that path before tearing down the virtqueues.

Sep 25, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: powerpc/eeh: Fix recursive locking on devices without EEH sensitive driver The commit 1010CVE-2026-97948 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: powerpc/eeh: Fix recursive locking on devices without EEH sensitive driver The commit 1010b4c012b0 ("powerpc/eeh: Make EEH driver device hotplug safe") refactored the EEH code such that the pci_rescan_remove_lock is held at the beginning of eeh_handle_normal_event() and the eeh_reset_device() is called with that lock being held. Looks like the commit missed to remove the existing lock/unlock inside eeh_rmv_device() which is no longer necessary. This is causing the eehd to hang on the lock which it actually holds when that code path is taken. Sep 25, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bnxt_en: Prevent queue stop with deferred completions When the driver receives a burst of CVE-2026-97569 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bnxt_en: Prevent queue stop with deferred completions When the driver receives a burst of packets, it can mark a BD with the NO_CMPL bit to defer completions. The expectation is that the last packet in the ring will have this bit unset and the completion generated by that packet will cleanup that packet and the ones preceding it. This helps to reduce the number of completions fired. The suppressed completions are controlled by the driver and the number of packets with suppressed completions scales with the size of the ring. SW USO packets, on the other hand, have an upper bound on the maximum number of BDs which can be consumed which does not scale with the ring size. So, for small rings it is possible that: a burst of packets is handed to the driver, the driver defers completions for all of the packets because the number of free descriptors stays above the threshold in the driver. Then, a USO packet arrives, but the number of BDs available is not enough and the USO code exits early. In this case, you end up in a state where the ring is full of packets with their completions suppressed, which can cause the que

Sep 24, 2026An integer overflow in the BSON document encoding component of the MongoDB Python Driver's bundled native extension may occur when a single document is built frCVE-2026-96749 · Other software · MongoDB · reported by cna@mongodb.comHigh 7.5
An integer overflow in the BSON document encoding component of the MongoDB Python Driver's bundled native extension may occur when a single document is built from an unusually large amount of caller-supplied data. Size arithmetic is performed in a signed 32-bit type, and the guard meant to catch the overflow is written in a form whose behavior is not defined by the C language standard. A party with no privileges who can place a very large value into data that an application encodes may, depending on how the native extension was built, cause a write outside the bounds of an allocated buffer inside the application's own process.

PyMongo's connection string parsing decodes percent-encoded characters in the host portion before the host list is separated on its delimiters. When an application places a hostname value supplied by an unauthenticated party into a connection string, that party may cause additional servers of their choosing to be added to the application's database client. The application may then send its authentication exchange and database operations to one of those servers, which can observe limited information and return altered results.

The client-side field level encryption support in the MongoDB Python Driver can treat a key management endpoint value ending in ".sock" as a local Unix domain socket path rather than a remote host. A user with write access to the encryption key metadata stored in the database can cause an application using the driver to open connections to local sockets on the application host. Data sent over these connections is limited to the start of a TLS handshake, so no chosen content is transmitted.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: usb: gadget: goku_udc: avoid NULL deref of dev->driver in INT_USBRESET log goku_irq() handles a number of bus events under a single ep0 path. It already guards the gadget driver suspend/resume callbacks against a NULL ->driver: if (dev->gadget.speed != USB_SPEED_UNKNOWN && dev->driver && dev->driver->resume) { spin_unlock(&dev->lock); dev->driver->resume(&dev->gadget); ... } but the very next branch unconditionally dereferences dev->driver when an INT_USBRESET arrives: if (stat & INT_USBRESET) { ACK(INT_USBRESET); INFO(dev, "USB reset done, gadget %s\n", dev->driver->driver.name); } If the controller raises INT_USBRESET before any gadget driver has been bound (or after one has been unbound), dev->driver is NULL and the printk dereferences NULL. smatch flags the inconsistency: drivers/usb/gadget/udc/goku_udc.c:1618 goku_irq() error: we previously assumed 'dev->driver' could be null (see line 1607) Fall back to a placeholder when the gadget driver is not bound. No functional change while a gadget driver is bound.

Sep 24, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: thermal/drivers/tegra/soctherma: Switch to devm cooling device registration Use devm_thermCVE-2026-97475 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: thermal/drivers/tegra/soctherma: Switch to devm cooling device registration Use devm_thermal_of_cooling_device_register() to simplify resource management and avoid manual cleanup in error paths. As a side effect this change has the benefit of solving an existing issue. Before, the function tegra_soctherm_remove() only called debugfs_remove_recursive() and never called thermal_cooling_device_unregister() for any of the cooling devices registered here. After the driver removal, the thermal framework's cdev list would still hold references to thermal_cooling_device objects whose devdata pointer (ts) pointed to memory already freed by the platform device's devm cleanup. With this change, the cooling device is unregistered when the driver is removed, thus fixing the issue above.

Sep 24, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/amdkfd: Let driver decide buffer size at AMDKFD_IOC_GET_DMABUF_INFO ioctl amdkfd driveCVE-2026-93823 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/amdkfd: Let driver decide buffer size at AMDKFD_IOC_GET_DMABUF_INFO ioctl amdkfd driver needs allocate buffer to return bo metadata to user space. The buffer size is controlled by user currently. It is a potential security issue that hostile value (e.g. 2 GiB) lets any render-group user trigger order-MAX allocation/OOM in kernel context. This patch first finds bo metadata size. If the size is smaller than user provided value drive can safely allocate buffer in kernel space and copy to user space buffer. If not, driver will let user know, not allocate and copy. User will redo with new buffer in user space. This patch lets driver decide buffer allocation size to avoid potential hostile size from user space. (cherry picked from commit f54ce9e8cbd3abe0eda3a285f54dc4f572fe589a)

Deserialization of untrusted data in the command monitoring support of the MongoDB PHP Driver can cause class names embedded in document content to be honored when the driver builds monitoring event objects. When an application registers a command monitoring subscriber and includes untrusted data in a database operation, an unauthenticated party who controls that data may cause an application class implementing the driver's persistable interface to be instantiated and its unserialization method invoked with the supplied data. The resulting impact depends on the classes available in the application.

Sep 24, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: clocksource/drivers/timer-sun4i: Advertise a real minimum delta sun4i_clkevt_next_event() CVE-2026-93219 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: clocksource/drivers/timer-sun4i: Advertise a real minimum delta sun4i_clkevt_next_event() compensates for the timer stop/start synchronization delay by programming evt - TIMER_SYNC_TICKS into the hardware interval register. The clockevent device currently advertises TIMER_SYNC_TICKS as min_delta_ticks, so the clockevents core is allowed to call set_next_event() with evt == TIMER_SYNC_TICKS. That programs a zero-tick interval. With oneshot/highres/nohz timer operation this can leave the next event stuck, which was observed as a boot hang on Allwinner D1 after the clockevents core started reusing forced minimum-delta events. Advertise one extra tick instead, so the smallest event accepted by the core still programs at least one hardware tick after the synchronization compensation.

Sep 21, 2026The Espressif ESP-hosted Wi-Fi driver (drivers/wifi/esp_hosted/) parses frames received over SPI from the ESP co-processor in esp_hosted_event_task().CVE-2026-17054 · Other software · zephyrproject · reported by vulnerabilities@zephyrproject.orgMedium 5.3
The Espressif ESP-hosted Wi-Fi driver (drivers/wifi/esp_hosted/) parses frames received over SPI from the ESP co-processor in esp_hosted_event_task(). For control frames it took the 16-bit TLV field data_length straight off the wire and passed it to pb_istream_from_buffer(frame.data_value, frame.data_length) without checking it against the frame length or the receive buffer. frame.data_value sits 26 bytes into a 3188-byte stack object, so a data_length of up to 0xFFFF makes pb_decode() read up to roughly 62 KB past the end of that object. Only the first fragment of a fragmented control response carries a TLV header; the pre-fix driver performed half-duplex SPI transactions and silently discarded any frame the co-processor queued while the host was transmitting (esp_hosted_hal_spi_transfer() aliased the RX buffer onto the TX buffer). When the discarded frame is the first fragment of a fragmented response, the driver treats the next fragment as a new frame — its per-fragment header and checksum are genuine, so both validation steps pass — and reads the TLV header out of raw protobuf continuation bytes. Those bytes come from control responses whose size and content an adjacent, unaut

In OpenStack Octavia before 18.0.1, the Amphora provider driver did not reject control characters in the L7 policy redirect_url and redirect_prefix fields. The Time-aware GPIO syscall verification handler z_vrfy_tgpio_pin_read_ts_ec() in drivers/timeaware_gpio/timeaware_gpio_handlers.c validated only the port device object and passed the caller-supplied timestamp and event_count output pointers to the driver without a K_SYSCALL_MEMORY_WRITE() check. The other handlers in the same file (z_vrfy_tgpio_port_get_time(), z_vrfy_tgpio_port_get_cycles_per_second()) already performed that check, so the omission left one syscall unguarded. tgpio_pin_read_ts_ec() is declared __syscall, so with CONFIG_USERSPACE=y an unprivileged user-mode thread that has been granted access to the TGPIO device object can invoke it with arbitrary pointer values. tgpio_intel_read_ts_ec() in drivers/timeaware_gpio/timeaware_gpio_intel.c bounds-checks only the pin index and then unconditionally performs timestamp = ... and event_count = ..., executing two 8-byte stores in supervisor mode at addresses chosen by the user-mode caller. Sep 21, 2026The Intel SEDI IPM (inter-processor mailbox) driver in drivers/ipm/ipm_sedi.c handles an inbound message interrupt in ipm_event_dispose().CVE-2026-17051 · Other software · zephyrproject · reported by vulnerabilities@zephyrproject.orgMedium 6
The Intel SEDI IPM (inter-processor mailbox) driver in drivers/ipm/ipm_sedi.c handles an inbound message interrupt in ipm_event_dispose(). It read the peer-written doorbell register, extracted the payload length with IPC_HEADER_GET_LENGTH(), and passed that length straight to sedi_ipc_read_msg() to copy the message into struct ipm_sedi_context.incoming_data_buf, without checking it against the buffer size. The doorbell length field is 10 bits wide (IPC_HEADER_LENGTH_MASK is 0x03FF), so it can encode up to 1023 bytes, while incoming_data_buf is IPC_DATA_LEN_MAX (128) bytes. The bounds check in the underlying HAL sedi_ipc_read_msg() is a DBG_CHECK that compiles away unless CONFIG_DEBUG is set, so no check remained in a production image. The doorbell register is written by the peer processor on the other side of the IPC link — for the intel_ish_5_* targets, the host CPU's ISH driver, reached through the device's memory-mapped register window. Host-side software with driver-level or raw BAR access can therefore set a length of up to 1023 and cause the interrupt handler to copy far past the destination buffer. The affected path requires an application to have registered an IPM receive

Sep 18, 2026virtio-win provides Windows paravirtualized drivers for QEMU and KVM.CVE-2026-46655 · Other software · virtio-win · reported by GitHubHigh 7.8
virtio-win provides Windows paravirtualized drivers for QEMU and KVM. From mm210 until mm320, the Viosock driver permits a low-privilege local process to submit an IOCTL_SELECT request with attacker-controlled VIRTIO_VSOCK_SELECT.Fdss[*].fd_count values that overflow the 32-bit sum used by VIOSockSelect for bounds checking. The wrapped sum can pass the FD_SETSIZE check even though an individual descriptor count is much larger than the expected limit. VIOSockSelectCopyFds then iterates using the unchecked count and writes beyond the allocated pPkt->Fds array in the NonPagedPool kernel heap. Successful exploitation can corrupt kernel memory and enable privilege escalation in a Windows guest running the driver. This issue is fixed in mm320.

The function reads a 32-bit document length from the input buffer but does not verify that the value is at least 5 (the minimum valid BSON document size) before using it in an array index calculation. When the length field is zero, the expression used to check the document's null terminator wraps to UINT32_MAX, causing a heap out-of-bounds read that crashes the process. An unauthorized party who can supply crafted BSON input to an application using this API can cause a denial of service.

A flaw in libmongoc's SCRAM authentication implementation caused the client to continue the authentication handshake and transmit the client proof even when a nonce mismatch was detected in the server's first message. An unauthorized party with a man-in-the-middle position could exploit this by injecting a crafted server-first-message containing a controlled salt and low iteration count, then capturing the resulting client proof to perform offline password cracking. This vulnerability is mitigated by TLS, which is standard in production deployments.

A heap-based buffer overflow exists in the TLS transport layer of the MongoDB C Driver when built with the Windows platform TLS backend. A remote endpoint that the client connects to can cause the driver to write uncontrolled data outside the bounds of a heap allocation while processing incoming encrypted traffic after the TLS handshake completes. No authentication or user interaction is required, because the affected processing occurs before any application-level authentication completes. Triggering this issue may lead to memory corruption in the client process, disclosure of adjacent heap memory, or termination of the process.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: HID: core: quiesce input in hid_hw_stop() to prevent use-after-free A driver's probe calls hid_device_io_start() to enable input delivery, then fails at a later initialization step and unwinds via hid_hw_stop(). The unwind frees struct hidraw via hidraw_disconnect() while in-flight HID reports may still be running on another CPU, dereferencing the freed object through hidraw_report_event(). syzbot reports the resulting use-after-free for the corsair-psu HID driver. Edward Adam Davis posted a per-driver fix for corsair-psu that adds an explicit hid_device_io_stop() before hid_hw_stop() in the probe error path ("hwmon: prevent packets from going to driver for probe", 2026-04-28). In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: thermal/drivers/rcar: Fix error checking in probe() This code accidentally calls thermal_zone_device_enable() before checking whether thermal_zone_device_register_with_trips() failed. Move the call until later to avoid an error pointer dereference of "priv->zone". The driver works differently depending on if we are using OF thermal or not. We use thermal_add_hwmon_sysfs() if we are using OF thermal and call thermal_zone_device_enable() if not. We can share same error check for if either of these fail. Moving the thermal_zone_device_enable() call is a bit cleaner as well. The original code used a three step process to cleanup: 1. Call thermal_zone_device_unregister() to cleanup. 2. Set priv->zone to an error pointer to preserve the error code. 3. Set priv->zone to NULL to avoid a second call to thermal_zone_device_unregister() in the rcar_thermal_remove() function. Now we can just do a direct goto error_unregister and rcar_thermal_remove() handles the cleanup properly.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: platform/x86: asus-wireless: Fail probe when there is no ACPI match Every platform driver can be forced to match a device that does not match its list of device IDs because of device_match_driver_override(), so platform drivers that rely on the existence of a device ACPI companion object need to verify its presence. asus_wireless_probe() returns success when acpi_match_acpi_device() finds no match, leaving behind an input device that never reports anything because the notify handler is not installed. Worse, when the driver is force-bound to a device without an ACPI companion, probe still succeeds and stores a NULL companion pointer, which asus_wireless_remove() later passes to acpi_dev_remove_notify_handler(), leading to a NULL pointer dereference on unbind. Return -ENODEV when the device does not match the ID table. This also covers the missing-companion case, because acpi_match_acpi_device() rejects a NULL device. Perform the check before allocating any driver state, instead of after the input device has already been registered.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: platform/x86: asus-wmi: fix resource leaks on probe failure During driver initialization in asus_wmi_add(), various subsystems are registered sequentially. However, the error path labels are out of order relative to the registration sequence. Specifically: 1. If asus_wmi_custom_fan_curve_init() fails, the driver jumps to fail_custom_fan_curve. Because this label is placed below fail_sysfs, it bypasses the cleanup calls for the input device and sysfs groups, which were successfully registered before, leaking those resources. 2. If asus_screenpad_init() fails, the driver jumps to fail_screenpad. Because fail_screenpad is placed below fail_backlight, it bypasses the cleanup calls for backlight and rfkill, leaking those resources. Fix these resource leaks by reordering the error path labels in asus_wmi_add() to match the exact reverse order of the resource allocations.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: platform/surface: acpi-notify: Check ACPI companion before use Since every platform driver can be forced to match a device that doesn't match its list of device IDs because of device_match_driver_override(), platform drivers that rely on the existence of a device's ACPI companion object should verify its presence. san_probe() dereferences the result of ACPI_COMPANION() when installing the GSBUS address space handler, so force-binding the driver to a device without an ACPI companion leads to a NULL pointer dereference. The dereference was introduced when the probe function was switched from ACPI_HANDLE() to ACPI_COMPANION(). Check the ACPI companion against NULL and return -ENODEV when it is missing, like commit e4865a56d013 ("ACPI: driver: Check ACPI_COMPANION() against NULL during probe") does for the core ACPI platform drivers.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: rpmsg: glink: fix deadlock in endpoint destroy during driver detach During driver detach, the device core holds the device mutex throughout the driver's remove callback chain. When the rpmsg endpoint is destroyed as part of that teardown, the GLINK endpoint destroy implementation attempts to unregister the underlying rpmsg device. In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: irqchip/renesas-irqc: Fix generic interrupt chip leak on remove The driver allocates domain generic chips probe. However, on driver removal, the generic chips are not automatically freed when the interrupt domain is removed because the domain flags do not include IRQ_DOMAIN_FLAG_DESTROY_GC. This causes both the domain generic chips structure and the associated generic chips to be leaked. Additionally, the generic chips remain on the global list and may later be accessed by generic interrupt chip suspend, resume, or shutdown callbacks after the driver has been removed, potentially resulting in a use-after-free and kernel crash. Fix the resource leak by setting IRQ_DOMAIN_FLAG_DESTROY_GC on the interrupt domain; this lets the interrupt domain core automatically release all generic chips when irq_domain_remove() is invoked, removing the need for manual cleanup calls in error paths and remove callback.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: misc: ad525x_dpot: use driver core groups for sysfs files ad_dpot_probe() creates per-RDAC sysfs files manually and then optionally creates the command sysfs group. This leaves probe responsible for rolling back partial sysfs state and makes remove responsible for matching every file that probe created. Move the device attributes into driver core dev_groups for the I2C and SPI drivers and use an is_visible() callback to expose only the attributes supported by the probed device. With this shape, the driver core creates the sysfs files only after probe succeeds and removes them before the remove callback frees the driver data.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ACPI: PCI: Clear driver_data on all paths that free the acpi_pci_root acpi_pci_root_add() assigns the freshly allocated root to device->driver_data before dmar_device_add() and pci_acpi_scan_root(). Both failure paths reach the end: label where root is kfree()'d, but only the pci_acpi_scan_root() path clears driver_data first. When dmar_device_add() fails during a hot-add, root is freed while device->driver_data still points at it. The ACPI core does not clear driver_data on attach failure, so a later acpi_pci_find_root() call may dereference this dangling pointer. acpi_pci_root_remove() has the same problem: it frees root without clearing device->driver_data, leaving a dangling pointer behind after the root bridge is removed. Move the NULL assignment to the shared end: label so every error path in acpi_pci_root_add() clears driver_data before freeing root, and clear it in acpi_pci_root_remove() as well, so the object is never left reachable through driver_data after being freed.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: cpufreq: imx6q: fix devres accumulation across driver rebind imx6_soc_volt is allocated with devm_kcalloc(cpu_dev, ...), where cpu_dev is the CPU device from get_cpu_device(0). That device is never unbound, so its devres list is never released, and imx6q_cpufreq_remove() does not free the array either. Every probe therefore adds an allocation that stays for the lifetime of the system. Allocate against the platform device instead. Its devres is released when the driver is unbound, which is exactly the lifetime the array wants: imx6q_set_target() reads it, and nothing may reach that after cpufreq_unregister_driver(). That makes the array actually go away on unbind, so also clear the file-scope pointer in remove and on the failed-probe path, rather than leave it pointing at memory devres is about to release. Tested by rebinding the driver on qemu's mcimx6ul-evk.

As the MPAM driver is not a module the unbind sysfs interface is the only way to trigger the remove. Instead of dealing with the complexity of allowing some unused MSC to unbind just remove the unbind sysfs interface.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: Drivers: hv: vmbus: Skip VMBus module cleanup for non-nested root partition The VMBus module initialization function, hv_acpi_init(), currently does nothing when running in the root partition and root is not nested in another VM. But the initialization function reports success, so the VMBus module is indeed loaded. VMBus functionality is not actually needed, but the VMBus module must be loaded so that hv_vmbus_exists() can answer correctly. Furthermore, the mshv_root dependency on the VMBus module is needed as described in the commit message for 840b740a35bf ("mshv: Add conditional VMBus dependency"). Loading the VMBus module without actually initializing it causes failures if the module should later be unloaded. The module unload code tries to clean up things that were never initialized, resulting in memory faults and a panic. Fix this by having VMBus module exit function perform the same check for non-nested root partition, and do nothing in such a case, just like hv_acpi_init(). In the long run, the code that manages the Hyper-V provided SynIC should be refactored to better coordinate the requirements of ro

Sep 16, 2026Improper preservation of permissions in the Avast sandbox minifilter driver (aswSnx.sys) on Windows allows a local, low-privileged attacker executing inside theCVE-2026-82964 · Other software · Gen Digital · reported by security@nortonlifelock.comHigh 8.8
Improper preservation of permissions in the Avast sandbox minifilter driver (aswSnx.sys) on Windows allows a local, low-privileged attacker executing inside the sandbox to escape file isolation and escalate to SYSTEM. When the sandbox virtualizes a file it copies the original security descriptor, but the driver opened the virtualization target object with GENERIC_WRITE and FILE_WRITE_ATTRIBUTES only, omitting WRITE_DAC. Every attempt to apply the original DACL therefore failed, and the failure was discarded silently, leaving virtualized copies of sensitive files with permissive permissions. Because the IRP_MJ_CREATE callback additionally did not strip WRITE_DAC for sensitive directories, a sandboxed process could rewrite the security descriptor of a virtualized object, read the virtualized copy of the SAM database, extract local NTLM password hashes and execute code as SYSTEM. The absence of an IRP_MJ_SET_SECURITY callback in the driver's operation registration table is a related defense-in-depth gap, but it is not the control that prevents this attack.

Where this comes from: the exploited list is CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog. Everything else is the whole National Vulnerability Database, where each record is published by the team that found the bug (Wordfence, Patchstack, WPScan, the vendors themselves and others); we show who. Exploit odds are FIRST’s EPSS, updated daily. Titles and categories are ours, so check the linked record before acting on a detail. For a write-up of the big ones, see our advisories. Every vendor, and every WordPress plugin and theme with a recorded flaw, also has its own page. All of it is free to reuse as JSON, CSV or RSS.
