  • Aug 27, 2026If CodeMeter Runtime before 8.41a or 9.10 is configured as a server, the configuration command handler does not enforce network- origin restrictions.CVE-2026-81573 · Other software · wibu-systems-ag · reported by 2fc02b1f-71e7-4514-a878-169626f68903High 8.6

If CodeMeter Runtime before 8.41a or 9.10 is configured as a server, the configuration command handler does not enforce network- origin restrictions. Commands intended only for local or same-network clients can therefore be executed by arbitrary remote peers. An attacker can read potentially sensitive configuration data and overwrite selected values in Server.ini. This does include the hash of the credentials for the CodeMeter WebAdmin, enabling WebAdmin takeover.

  • Aug 26, 2026disconf (Distributed Configuration Management Platform) 2.6.36 is vulnerable to Incorrect Access Control.CVE-2026-75338 · Other software · reported by MITRECritical 9.8

disconf (Distributed Configuration Management Platform) 2.6.36 is vulnerable to Incorrect Access Control. The config-fetching APIs /api/config/item, /api/config/file, /api/config/list and /api/config/simple/list are exposed without authentication. The LoginInterceptor explicitly whitelists these four paths, so any anonymous attacker can read every configuration item and configuration file managed by the config center.

  • Aug 26, 2026Stalwart Mail Server does not compare an OAuth redirect target against any registered destination in its default configuration.CVE-2026-81036 · Other software · stalwartlabs · reported by VulnCheckHigh 8.5

Stalwart Mail Server does not compare an OAuth redirect target against any registered destination in its default configuration. The validation routine in crates/http/src/auth/oauth/registration.rs returns success immediately when the client-authentication requirement is disabled, and that requirement is false in the shipped settings, so the supplied redirect value is neither matched against a registered client nor otherwise constrained. The value is stored with the authorization code, and the login page reads it back and sends the browser to it with the code attached. A request naming a destination the attacker controls therefore delivers a valid authorization code there once the account holder authenticates, and because the token endpoint checks only that the redirect presented at exchange matches the one recorded with the code, the same party can exchange it for access and refresh tokens and read the account's mail.

  • Aug 26, 2026NebulaGraph exposes its runtime configuration over an unauthenticated HTTP service.CVE-2026-81032 · Other software · vesoft-inc · reported by VulnCheckCritical 9.3

NebulaGraph exposes its runtime configuration over an unauthenticated HTTP service. Each daemon starts the web service defined in src/webservice/WebService.cpp, whose bind address defaults to all interfaces, and registers routes for reading and writing gflags alongside status and statistics. Neither the service nor its router carries any authentication, token check or address restriction. The read route returns the daemon's full set of runtime flag values, which includes the configured certificate, key and certificate-authority paths, the password file path, data directories and the transport-security enable flags. The write route parses a supplied map and applies each entry through the gflags runtime setter, so a caller able to reach the port can change the daemon's behaviour without restarting it, including disabling the transport-security flags, redirecting log files and altering flags such as failed_login_attempts and password_lock_time_in_secs. Public reports of this endpoint describe a single name, enable_authorize, being refused by the handler; at release 3.8.0 that refusal is not present and the handler applies every name it is given.

  • Aug 25, 2026Vocos instantiates a class named by a configuration file without restricting which class may be named.CVE-2026-79784 · Other software · gemelo-ai · reported by VulnCheckHigh 8.6

Vocos instantiates a class named by a configuration file without restricting which class may be named. instantiate_class in vocos/pretrained.py takes the class_path value from the configuration, splits it into a module and an attribute, imports the module with __import__, resolves the attribute with getattr, and calls the result as args_class(*args, **kwargs) where kwargs is the config's own init_args mapping. No allowlist constrains the dotted path, so a configuration may name any importable callable and supply the arguments it is called with. Vocos.from_hparams reaches this for each of the feature_extractor, backbone and head entries, and Vocos.from_pretrained reaches it with a remote file: it downloads config.yaml from a caller-named Hugging Face repository and passes it straight to from_hparams. Loading a model from a repository the user does not control therefore executes code of the repository owner's choosing in the loading process. The neighbouring torch.load of the downloaded weights is a separate matter and is constrained on PyTorch releases that default weights_only to true, which leaves this path as the reachable one.

Issue summary: In a server or client configuration with RFC7250 Raw Public Keys (RPKs) enabled, and only the private key (with no associated certificate) configured locally, a NULL pointer dereference may occur when the remote peer solicits raw public keys and also sends the typically omitted "signature_algorithms_cert" TLS extension. Impact summary: The impact is limited to a possible Denial of Service as a result of an application abort, no data disclosure or remote command execution are possible. CWE: CWE-476: NULL Pointer Dereference Description: While a passing comment in sample code in the documentation suggests that key-only RPK configurations are supported, the best-practice RPK configuration is to always configure a corresponding certificate (possibly self-signed or signed by any convenient CA). When the private key is configured along with a matching certificate, the "signature_algorithms_cert" extension is handled reliably even without the fix, and peer clients or servers that don't support raw public keys may be able to complete a TLS connection by pinning or verifying the corresponding certificate or its public key. • Aug 24, 2026AzuraCast exposes the Liquidsoap custom configuration fields through an endpoint that does not require the permission guarding them.CVE-2026-76836 · Other software · AzuraCast · reported by VulnCheckHigh 8.7

AzuraCast exposes the Liquidsoap custom configuration fields through an endpoint that does not require the permission guarding them. The backend_config property in backend/src/Entity/Station.php is annotated with GROUP_GENERAL, and PUT /api/station/{station_id}/profile/edit in backend/src/Controller/Api/Stations/ProfileEditController.php deserializes with that group while requiring only StationPermissions::Profile. AbstractArrayEntity::fromArray() then assigns every public property with no field-level permission check, so custom_config_top, custom_config, custom_config_pre_playlists, custom_config_pre_live, custom_config_pre_fade and custom_config_bottom are writable through it. ConfigWriter::writeCustomConfigurationSection() emits those values verbatim into the generated Liquidsoap .liq script, where the process.run() and process.exec() built-ins execute operating system commands when the backend restarts, which the built-in sync task triggers automatically once needs_restart is set. The dedicated endpoint for the same data, PUT /api/station/{id}/liquidsoap-config, requires StationPermissions::Broadcasting, so a station manager holding only the profile permission reaches configura

RansomLook contains an authorization weakness in the web-based configuration editor exposed through the /admin/config endpoint. The endpoint requires an authenticated session but does not perform an explicit privilege or administrator authorization check before allowing access to configuration-management functionality. An authenticated low-privileged user able to access the endpoint can submit crafted configuration values that are written directly to the application's config/generic.json file. The affected functionality permits modification of configuration sections including notification, LDAP, SMTP, and general application settings. Successful exploitation could therefore allow an attacker to alter security-sensitive application behavior, redirect integrations or notifications, modify authentication-related configuration, disrupt external services, or render the RansomLook installation unavailable. The configuration editor also operated on a configuration file containing sensitive values such as passwords, tokens, secrets, and API keys. RansomLook exposed sensitive operator-side scraping configuration through multiple unauthenticated API responses. Location records associated with ransomware groups and markets were returned largely verbatim to unauthenticated callers whenever the location itself was not marked as private. These records could contain internal fields such as header, which may include authentication headers, session cookies, or other credentials used to access monitored websites; init_script, which may contain logic used to bypass CAPTCHA, anti-bot protections, or paywalls; and browser, which discloses details about the scraping environment. An unauthenticated remote attacker could query the affected API endpoints and obtain these values. Leaked authentication material could potentially be replayed against the monitored service, while disclosure of scraping and bypass logic could allow site operators or other attackers to identify and defeat RansomLook's collection mechanisms. The patch introduces an explicit allowlist of fields permitted in public location records and strips all operator-side fields before returning data to unauthenticated users. DJI drones expose an unauthenticated DUML command interface over Bluetooth that allows an attacker within Bluetooth range to modify Wi-Fi configuration parameters, including the SSID, PSK, MAC address, regulatory country code, and wireless channel. An attacker can overwrite the Wi-Fi PSK with a known value and connect to the drone's internal Wi-Fi network, potentially gaining access to the flight control interface and issuing flight commands. Crafted DUML commands can also disable or restart the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth interfaces, disconnect Wi-Fi clients, or reset wireless configuration, resulting in a denial-of-service condition that can disrupt the operator's wireless control, video, and telemetry connections during flight. • Aug 22, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: packet: synchronize pressure clearing with ring reconfiguration packet_set_ring() updates CVE-2026-74666 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67High 7.8

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: packet: synchronize pressure clearing with ring reconfiguration packet_set_ring() updates the RX ring state under sk_receive_queue.lock, but used to publish the tpacket receive mode through po->prot_hook.func after releasing that lock. packet_poll() and packet_recvmsg() can then run the pressure clearing path after the ring has been cleared while still seeing tpacket_rcv, causing __packet_rcv_has_room() to dereference stale or NULL ring storage. Move the existing receive hook assignment into the same sk_receive_queue.lock section as the ring state update. Keep the assignment otherwise unchanged, including on TX ring reconfiguration, to avoid adding behavior changes that are not required for the fix. Serialize packet_recvmsg() pressure clearing with the same queue lock only after PACKET_SOCK_PRESSURE has been observed. If the flag is clear and the socket has moved away from tpacket_rcv, packet_set_ring() has already detached the socket and waited for synchronize_net(), so no new packet input can set the flag again. packet_poll() already holds sk_receive_queue.lock, so it uses the new unlocked helper directly.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: vhost: reset the vring metadata cache on vring reconfiguration vq->meta_iotlb[] caches the vhost_iotlb_map that backs each vring metadata region, and iotlb_access_ok() returns early on a cache hit, taking the hit as proof that the region has already been validated: if (vhost_vq_meta_fetch(vq, addr, len, type)) return true; The cache is reset on VHOST_IOTLB_UPDATE and VHOST_IOTLB_INVALIDATE, on device IOTLB (re)initialisation and on vq reset, but not when VHOST_SET_VRING_ADDR replaces vq->desc, vq->avail and vq->used, nor when VHOST_SET_VRING_NUM changes the region sizes. With a device IOTLB attached both ioctls are accepted while the vq is live, and neither validates the addresses at ioctl time: vq_access_ok() and vq_log_used_access_ok() return true early because the addresses are GIOVAs, deferring validation to prefetch time. Once the cache has been populated that deferred validation no longer runs -- vq_meta_prefetch() hits the stale entry and returns true -- and vhost_vq_meta_fetch() keeps translating through the old mapping as map->addr + addr - map->start for an address the mapping no longer covers

  • Aug 20, 2026hank-ai/darknet sizes a convolutional layer's weight and output heap buffers by multiplying configuration fields taken from a .cfg file in unchecked 32-bit int CVE-2026-72852 · Other software · hank-ai · reported by VulnCheckHigh 8.5

hank-ai/darknet sizes a convolutional layer's weight and output heap buffers by multiplying configuration fields taken from a .cfg file in unchecked 32-bit int arithmetic. In src-lib/convolutional_layer.cpp, l.nweights is computed as (c / groups) * n * size * size and l.outputs as l.out_h * l.out_w * l.out_c, and both feed xcalloc directly. A .cfg whose true dimension product exceeds INT_MAX wraps to a small or zero value, so the allocation is undersized; for example width and height of 256 with filters of 65536 gives 2^32, which wraps to 0. forward_convolutional_layer then re-derives the GEMM dimensions with a different operand order, computing k as l.size*l.size*l.c / l.groups where the allocation divided before multiplying, and reads and writes through the undersized buffer. Loading the crafted .cfg for inference or training is sufficient and no valid .weights file is required. The reported proof of concept observed a heap buffer overflow read in gemm_nn_fast under AddressSanitizer and glibc allocator metadata corruption in a release build of the same input, indicating an out-of-bounds write.
