SurrealDB versions before 3.1.0 contain an authentication bypass vulnerability in LIVE SELECT subscriptions where permission expressions referencing $value, $before, $after, or $event are evaluated against attacker-controlled bindings instead of actual documents. Authenticated subscribers can bind chosen values to these parameter names and register LIVE SELECT queries to receive notifications for records that SELECT permission expressions should have hidden.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: scsi: fcoe: Reject FIP descriptors with zero fip_dlen in CVL walker drivers/scsi/fcoe/fcoe_ctlr.c::fcoe_ctlr_recv_clr_vlink() advanced the descriptor cursor by an attacker-supplied fip_dlen without ever requiring dlen >= sizeof(struct fip_desc) in the default branch. The named descriptor cases (FIP_DT_MAC, FIP_DT_NAME, FIP_DT_VN_ID) checked their per-type minimum lengths, but a FIP_DT_NON_CRITICAL descriptor (fip_dtype >= 128, which the standard requires receivers to silently ignore) skipped that check entirely. An unauthenticated L2 peer on the FCoE control VLAN could hang fcoe_ctlr_recv_work on an fcoe, qedf, or bnx2fc initiator indefinitely by emitting one FIP CVL frame whose single descriptor had fip_dtype == FIP_DT_NON_CRITICAL and fip_dlen == 0: the cursor advanced zero bytes per iteration and the loop condition rlen >= sizeof(*desc) stayed true forever, blocking every subsequent FIP frame on that controller. Tighten the outer dlen guard to also reject dlen < sizeof(struct fip_desc), so a malformed descriptor whose length cannot even cover the descriptor header is rejected before the switch. This is the

  • Jul 19, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ocfs2: reject oversized group bitmap descriptors ocfs2_validate_gd_parent() only bounds bgCVE-2026-63796 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67High 8.8

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ocfs2: reject oversized group bitmap descriptors ocfs2_validate_gd_parent() only bounds bg_bits against the parent allocator's chain geometry. A malicious descriptor can still claim a bg_size/bg_bits pair that exceeds the bitmap bytes that physically fit in the group descriptor block, so later bitmap scans and bit updates can run past bg_bitmap. Add a physical-cap check based on ocfs2_group_bitmap_size() for the parent allocator type and reject descriptors whose bg_size or bg_bits exceed that capacity. Keep the existing chain geometry check so both the on-disk bitmap layout and the allocator metadata must agree before the descriptor is used. • Jul 19, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: udf: reject descriptors with oversized CRC length udf_read_tagged() skips CRC verificationCVE-2026-53369 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67High 8.4

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: udf: reject descriptors with oversized CRC length udf_read_tagged() skips CRC verification when descCRCLength + sizeof(struct tag) exceeds the block size. A crafted UDF image can set descCRCLength to an oversized value to bypass CRC validation entirely; the descriptor is then accepted based solely on the 8-bit tag checksum, which is trivially recomputable. Reject such descriptors instead of silently accepting them. A legitimate single-block descriptor should never have a CRC length that exceeds the block.

  • Jul 18, 2026The Flow Payment plugin for WordPress (flow.cl) version 3.0.8 is vulnerable to reflected cross-site scripting on the WooCommerce checkout page.CVE-2026-57857 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by VulnCheckMedium 5.1

The Flow Payment plugin for WordPress (flow.cl) version 3.0.8 is vulnerable to reflected cross-site scripting on the WooCommerce checkout page. When the plugin handles an order cancellation, the error_message GET parameter is passed directly to wc_add_notice() in flowpayment-fl.php (lines 57-58) without input sanitization (for example sanitize_text_field()) or output escaping (for example esc_html()) before being rendered in the checkout notice HTML. An unauthenticated attacker can craft a URL containing a JavaScript payload in the error_message parameter (for example /checkout/?add-to-cart={product-id}&cancel_order=true&error_message={payload}); when a victim with an active WooCommerce checkout session follows the link, the payload executes in the victim's browser in the origin of the WordPress site.

    What to do

  • Jul 18, 2026A stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability exists in the `POST /api/prompts/share` endpoint of parisneo/lollms (latest version).CVE-2026-12228 · Other software · parisneo · reported by security@huntr.devMedium 5.4

A stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability exists in the `POST /api/prompts/share` endpoint of parisneo/lollms (latest version). The endpoint stores attacker-controlled `prompt_content` into `DBDirectMessage.content` without server-side sanitization. When a victim opens the direct message (DM) thread, the message is rendered by the DM UI through `MessageContentRenderer`, which uses `v-html` to insert rendered HTML into the DOM. The frontend sanitizer, which is regex-based, fails to comprehensively sanitize attacker-controlled HTML, allowing malicious payloads to execute in the victim's browser context. This vulnerability enables any authenticated user to send a malicious prompt-share message to another user's inbox, leading to arbitrary JavaScript execution, authenticated actions as the victim, exposure of same-origin application data, and potential account takeover.

  • Jul 17, 2026Feathersjs is a framework for creating web APIs and real-time applications with TypeScript or JavaScript.CVE-2026-54335 · Other software · feathersjs · reported by GitHubLow 3.7

Feathersjs is a framework for creating web APIs and real-time applications with TypeScript or JavaScript. In 5.0.44 and earlier, the _.merge(target, source) utility exported by @feathersjs/commons recursively merges source into target by iterating Object.keys(source). When source was produced by JSON.parse and contains a __proto__, constructor, or prototype key, that key is returned as an own-enumerable property; the recursive merge then resolves target['__proto__'] to Object.prototype and writes attacker-supplied properties onto it, polluting the prototype for all plain objects in the process for the lifetime of the Node process. This issue is fixed in version 5.0.45.

The Delicious Recipes plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'steps' block attribute in versions up to, and including, 1.10.2. This is due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping in the wrap_direction_text() function, which interpolates the user-supplied href value from nested link nodes ($node['props']['href']) directly into an anchor tag via sprintf() at line 1627 without esc_url() or any URL scheme validation. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts (including javascript: URIs) in pages that will execute whenever a user (such as an editor or administrator previewing the pending post) accesses an injected page and clicks the malicious link.

  • Jul 15, 2026Qinglong is a timed task management platform supporting Python3, JavaScript, Shell, and Typescript.CVE-2026-55445 · Other software · whyour · reported by GitHubCritical 9.3

Qinglong is a timed task management platform supporting Python3, JavaScript, Shell, and Typescript. Prior to 2.20.1, the init guard middleware in back/loaders/express.ts checks /api/user/init but not /open/user/init, while rewrite('/open/*', '/api/$1') rewrites the whitelisted /open/* path after JWT authentication and the guard have passed; an unauthenticated attacker can send PUT /open/user/init to reset administrator credentials on an initialized instance. From 10.1.3 until 10.1.5 and 11.0.3, AdonisJS @adonisjs/bodyparser incompletely fixed CVE-2026-25754 because nested multipart field payloads such as user.__proto__.polluted and constructor.prototype still caused lodash _.set() via @poppinss/utils to create plain intermediate objects and pollute Object.prototype. Better Auth is an authentication and authorization library for TypeScript. From 1.6.0 until 1.6.11, the @better-auth/oauth-provider POST /oauth2/token endpoint for the authorization_code grant redeems a single-use authorization code through a non-atomic find-then-delete sequence, allowing two concurrent requests to pass the read step and mint independent access tokens, refresh tokens, and ID tokens; legacy /oauth2/token and /mcp/token paths in oidc-provider and mcp plugins share the same primitive. This issue is fixed in version 1.6.11.
