In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: cifs: Fix locking usage for tcon fields We used to use the cifs_tcp_ses_lock to protect a lot of objects that are not just the server, ses or tcon lists. We later introduced srv_lock, ses_lock and tc_lock to protect fields within the corresponding structs. This was done to provide a more granular protection and avoid unnecessary serialization. There were still a couple of uses of cifs_tcp_ses_lock to provide tcon fields. In this patch, I've replaced them with tc_lock.

  • May 4, 2026Conditional Fields for Contact Form 7 WordPress plugin through version 2.7.2 contains an uncontrolled resource consumption vulnerability in the Wpcf7cfMailParseCVE-2026-25863 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by VulnCheckHigh 8.7

Conditional Fields for Contact Form 7 WordPress plugin through version 2.7.2 contains an uncontrolled resource consumption vulnerability in the Wpcf7cfMailParser class where the hide_hidden_mail_fields_regex_callback() method reads an iteration count directly from user-supplied POST parameters without validation or upper bound enforcement. • May 1, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netfilter: ctnetlink: zero expect NAT fields when CTA_EXPECT_NAT absent ctnetlink_alloc_exCVE-2026-43026 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67Medium 5.5

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netfilter: ctnetlink: zero expect NAT fields when CTA_EXPECT_NAT absent ctnetlink_alloc_expect() allocates expectations from a non-zeroing slab cache via nf_ct_expect_alloc(). When CTA_EXPECT_NAT is not present in the netlink message, saved_addr and saved_proto are never initialized. Stale data from a previous slab occupant can then be dumped to userspace by ctnetlink_exp_dump_expect(), which checks these fields to decide whether to emit CTA_EXPECT_NAT. The safe sibling nf_ct_expect_init(), used by the packet path, explicitly zeroes these fields. Zero saved_addr, saved_proto and dir in the else branch, guarded by IS_ENABLED(CONFIG_NF_NAT) since these fields only exist when NAT is enabled. Confirmed by priming the expect slab with NAT-bearing expectations, freeing them, creating a new expectation without CTA_EXPECT_NAT, and observing that the ctnetlink dump emits a spurious CTA_EXPECT_NAT containing stale data from the prior allocation.

AdaptiveGRC is vulnerable to Stored XSS via text type fields across the forms. Authenticated attacker can replace the value of the text field in the HTTP POST request. Improper parameter validation by the server results in arbitrary JavaScript execution in the victim's browser. Kestra is an open-source, event-driven orchestration platform Versions up to and including 1.3.3 render user-supplied flow YAML metadata fields — description, inputs[].displayName, inputs[].description — through the Markdown.vue component instantiated with html: true. The resulting HTML is injected into the DOM via Vue's v-html without any sanitization. This allows a flow author to embed arbitrary JavaScript that executes in the browser of any user who views or interacts with the flow. This is distinct from GHSA-r36c-83hm-pc8j / CVE-2026-29082, which covers only FilePreview.vue rendering .md files from execution outputs. The present finding affects different components, different data sources, and requires significantly less user interaction (zero-click for input.displayName). The Add Custom Fields to Media plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in all versions up to, and including, 2.0.3. This is due to missing nonce validation on the field deletion functionality in the admin display template. The plugin properly validates a nonce for the 'add field' operation (line 24-36), but the 'delete field' operation (lines 38-49) processes the $_GET['delete'] parameter and calls update_option() without any nonce verification. • Feb 18, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: smb: client: split cached_fid bitfields to avoid shared-byte RMW races is_open, has_lease CVE-2026-23230 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67High 8.8

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: smb: client: split cached_fid bitfields to avoid shared-byte RMW races is_open, has_lease and on_list are stored in the same bitfield byte in struct cached_fid but are updated in different code paths that may run concurrently. Bitfield assignments generate byte read–modify–write operations (e.g. `orb $mask, addr` on x86_64), so updating one flag can restore stale values of the others. A possible interleaving is: CPU1: load old byte (has_lease=1, on_list=1) CPU2: clear both flags (store 0) CPU1: RMW store (old | IS_OPEN) -> reintroduces cleared bits To avoid this class of races, convert these flags to separate bool fields.

  • Feb 18, 2026Product Addons for Woocommerce – Product Options with Custom Fields: Code InjectionCVE-2026-2296 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.2

The Product Addons for Woocommerce – Product Options with Custom Fields plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Code Injection in all versions up to, and including, 3.1.0. This is due to insufficient input validation of the 'operator' field in conditional logic rules within the evalConditions() function, which passes unsanitized user input directly to PHP's eval() function. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Shop Manager-level access and above, to inject and execute arbitrary PHP code on the server via the conditional logic 'operator' parameter when saving addon form field rules.

During session resumption in crypto/tls, if the underlying Config has its ClientCAs or RootCAs fields mutated between the initial handshake and the resumed handshake, the resumed handshake may succeed when it should have failed. This may happen when a user calls Config.Clone and mutates the returned Config, or uses Config.GetConfigForClient. This can cause a client to resume a session with a server that it would not have resumed with during the initial handshake, or cause a server to resume a session with a client that it would not have resumed with during the initial handshake.

ERPNext thru 15.88.1 does not sanitize or remove certain HTML tags specifically `<a>` hyperlinks in fields that are intended for plain text. Although JavaScript is blocked (preventing XSS), the HTML is still preserved in the generated PDF document. As a result, an attacker can inject malicious clickable links into an ERP-generated PDF. Since PDF files generated by the ERP system are generally considered trustworthy, users are highly likely to click these links, potentially enabling phishing attacks or malware delivery. This issue occurs in the Add Quality Goal' function.
