  • Aug 2, 2026RT Mega Menu: Does not perform a capability check on the AJAX action that saves mega-menu configuration and per-menu-item settings; its only gate is a nonce that any logged-in user can read from a standard admin pageCVE-2026-15385 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WPScanMedium 5.4

The RT Mega Menu WordPress plugin before 1.5.2 does not perform a capability check on the AJAX action that saves mega-menu configuration and per-menu-item settings; its only gate is a nonce that any logged-in user can read from a standard admin page. A subscriber-level user can therefore enable the mega menu on a site menu and store a menu-item style value that is rendered, without output escaping, into a style attribute on the public navigation. By breaking out of that attribute the user persists a JavaScript event handler that executes for every visitor who hovers the navigation, including administrators, leading to session/site takeover.

  • Jul 31, 2026Frontend Admin by DynamiApps: Decodes HTML entities in a submitted form field value after sanitizing itCVE-2026-13609 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WPScanHigh 8.8

The Frontend Admin by DynamiApps WordPress plugin before 3.29.9 decodes HTML entities in a submitted form field value after sanitizing it, which restores HTML tags that the sanitizer had neutralized. A double-encoded payload submitted by an unauthenticated visitor is therefore stored as a live tag and later output without escaping on the Frontend Admin by DynamiApps WordPress plugin before 3.29.9's front-end display surfaces, resulting in stored cross-site scripting that executes in the browser of any user, including an administrator, who views a page displaying the submitted value.

  • Jul 30, 2026Admin and Site Enhancements (ASE) Pro: Remote Code ExecutionCVE-2026-16610 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceCritical 9.8

The Admin and Site Enhancements (ASE) Pro plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Remote Code Execution in all versions up to, and including, 8.9.0 via the recursive_html function. This is due to the frontend save handler enforces only a publicly emitted nonce with no authentication check, CAPTCHA validation is bypassable by omitting an attacker-supplied key, and repeater row keys from cfgroup[input] are stored verbatim and later spliced into an eval() call in recursive_html without any sanitization or identifier validation. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to execute code on the server. This requires the [post_cf_form] shortcode to be present on at least one publicly accessible page, as the nonce and session ID needed to reach the vulnerable save handler are emitted to unauthenticated visitors by that shortcode.

The miniOrange Social Login and Register (Discord, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn) WordPress plugin before 7.8.0 does not bind the one-time code used by its optional email-verification (Profile Completion) feature to the account it was issued for, allowing unauthenticated attackers to obtain a valid session for any account, including administrators, by requesting a code for an email address they control and replaying it against the victim's email address. Ninja Forms plugin version 3.14.8 and prior for WordPress Multisite contains an incorrect authorization vulnerability that allows a subsite Administrator to trigger network-wide deletion of all Ninja Forms data by exploiting a site-scoped capability check combined with unsafe multisite migration defaults. Attackers can send a crafted POST request to the admin-ajax.php endpoint with the nf_delete_all_data action and a per-site nonce to invoke migration routines that unconditionally iterate all blogs via switch_to_blog(), dropping all nf3_* tables and clearing options and transients across every subsite in the network without requiring super-admin or network-admin privileges.

  • Jul 21, 2026Easy Form Builder by WhiteStudio: Unauthenticated Privilege Escalation to AdministratorCVE-2026-13439 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceCritical 9.8

The Easy Form Builder by WhiteStudio plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Unauthenticated Privilege Escalation to Administrator in versions up to, and including, 4.0.11 This is due to the password recovery flow using the publicly-visible session identifier ('sid') as the password reset token stored in wp_emsfb_temp_links, combined with a publicly-accessible nonce refresh endpoint (Emsfb/v1/nonce/refresh) that issues valid WordPress REST nonces to unauthenticated visitors. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to reset the password of any WordPress user — including administrators — by scraping the public sid from a published login form page, submitting a recovery request for any known user email via Emsfb/v1/forms/message/add, and then calling Emsfb/v1/forms/recovery/efb_set_password with the known sid to set an arbitrary new password and gain full administrator access.

The PhonePe Payment Solutions WordPress plugin before 3.1.0 does not properly verify the authenticity of incoming payment callbacks: the secret used to validate the callback signature is empty on sites configured through the current setup flow, so the expected signature reduces to an unkeyed hash of the request body that anyone can compute. The Landing Page Builder – Coming Soon page, Maintenance Mode, Lead Page, WordPress Landing Pages plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in all versions up to, and including, 1.5.3.6. This is due to missing or incorrect nonce validation on the ulpb_admin_ajax function. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to create, update, retitle, or change the post status, slug, and type of arbitrary posts and write ULPB_DATA post meta via a forged request granted they can trick a site administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link. This attack requires the victim to hold an editor-level or administrator session, as the wp_ajax_ulpb_admin_data action enforces a capability check that the forged request must satisfy by inheriting the logged-in user's session cookies.

  • Jul 10, 2026miniOrange Social Login and Register (Discord, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn): Authentication bypass leading to account takeoverCVE-2026-12761 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceCritical 9.8

The miniOrange Social Login and Register (Discord, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn) plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authentication bypass leading to account takeover in versions up to and including 7.7.0. This is due to the Profile Completion flow accepting an arbitrary email address via the 'email_field' POST parameter without verifying that the email belongs to the identity returned by the OAuth provider, combined with send_otp_token() returning the SHA-512(customer_key || otp) transaction hash to the client where the OTP space is only 99,000 values (wp_rand(1000, 99999)) and the customer_key is a static option (empty on unregistered installs). This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to trigger an OTP email to an arbitrary admin's address, crack the OTP offline from the leaked hash in under a second, and submit the cracked OTP to mo_openid_social_login_validate_otp(), which logs the attacker in as the user whose email was supplied — granting full administrator access.

  • Jul 10, 2026Mail Mint – Email Marketing, Newsletter, Email Automation & WooCommerce Emails: Generic SQL InjectionCVE-2026-12918 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 4.9

The Mail Mint – Email Marketing, Newsletter, Email Automation & WooCommerce Emails plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to generic SQL Injection via the 'recipients' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 1.24.1 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with administrator-level access and above, to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. This is a second-order SQL injection: the malicious payload is first stored unsanitized via a POST request to /mrm/v1/campaigns/ (bypassing filter_recipients() validation because an int-cast of a string like '1) OR ...' evaluates to a real numeric ID), and is then triggered by a subsequent GET request to /mrm/v1/campaigns/{id} that deserializes the recipients and passes the raw id string through array_column() into the vulnerable query.

  • Jul 9, 2026miniOrange OTP Login, Verification and SMS Notifications: Authentication Bypass leading to Administrator Account TakeoverCVE-2026-14245 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceCritical 9.8

The miniOrange OTP Login, Verification and SMS Notifications plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Authentication Bypass leading to Administrator Account Takeover in all versions up to, and including, 5.5.1. This is due to the `um_reset_password_process_hook()` function performing no server-side verification that the OTP validation step was completed, and relying solely on a public `form_nonce` nonce that the plugin itself emits to unauthenticated visitors via the `moumprvar` JavaScript object on the Ultimate Member password reset page, while still accepting the attacker-controlled `username_b` parameter to target any WordPress user without role restriction or any binding to a previously validated OTP session. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to obtain a freshly generated password-reset URL for an arbitrary Administrator account — returned in a 302 `Location` header — and use it to take full control of that account. Exploitation requires the Ultimate Member Password Reset Form integration to be active and the plugin to not be configured for phone-only reset.

The LatePoint – Calendar Booking Plugin for Appointments and Events plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation to Administrator in versions up to, and including, 5.6.3 This is due to an Insecure Direct Object Reference (IDOR) in the create_or_update() function of OsOrdersController, which allows an authenticated Agent to supply an arbitrary order[customer_id] and overwrite any LatePoint customer's email field (including one linked to a WordPress Administrator's account) through the public-scope customer set_data() call, combined with a missing role verification in OsAuthHelper::authorize_customer() which logs in the linked WordPress user without checking its role.
