  • Sep 2, 2026Yoast SEO Premium: Does not sanitize control characters from redirect origins before writing them to the site's Apache configuration fileCVE-2026-10821 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WPScanMedium 6.6

The Yoast SEO Premium WordPress plugin before 27.6.1 does not sanitize control characters from redirect origins before writing them to the site's Apache configuration file when the file-based redirect mode is enabled, and the redirect-creation endpoint is reachable by users with only Author-level access. • Sep 1, 2026The Master Addons for Elementor – Elementor Addons, Widgets, Mega Menu Builder, Popup Builder, Widget Builder & Template Kits plugin for WordPress is vulnerableCVE-2026-75921 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.2

The Master Addons for Elementor – Elementor Addons, Widgets, Mega Menu Builder, Popup Builder, Widget Builder & Template Kits plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary File Upload in all versions up to, and including, 3.1.9 via the upload_template_kit function. This is due to incorrect authorization on the upload_template_kit() AJAX handler, which requires only upload_files capability instead of the manage_options required by all sibling handlers, combined with missing per-entry file type filtering after ZIP extraction. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with editor-level access and above, to upload files that may be executable, which makes remote code execution possible. Editors can satisfy the nonce requirement because the required nonces are localized on the standard Pages list screen, which is accessible to any user with the edit_pages capability.

    Affected

    What to do
Affects up to 3.1.9. Update the plugin to the newest version and check its changelog mentions this fix; if there isn’t one yet, deactivate it until there is.

This vulnerability is only exploitable when the plugin's Login History feature is enabled.

ProfilePress (wp-user-avatar) WordPress plugin before 4.17.2 contains an unauthenticated remote code execution vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to install and activate arbitrary plugins by brute-forcing a weak 32-bit connect token via the ppress_connect_process AJAX handler. • Aug 29, 2026SAML Single Sign On – SSO Login: Authentication BypassCVE-2026-75807 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.5

The SAML Single Sign On – SSO Login plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Authentication Bypass in versions up to, and including, 5.4.6. This is due to the mo_saml_login_validate() ACS handler persisting the X.509 certificate extracted from an incoming SAMLResponse into the mo_saml_required_certificate option before the signature-validation verdict is enforced, because mo_saml_find_certificate() returns false on a fingerprint mismatch rather than halting execution. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to overwrite the plugin's stored IdP signing certificate with an attacker-controlled value, and subsequently forge SAML assertions for any WordPress account — including administrators — to obtain a fully privileged session. Note: The exploit requires the administrator to perform a repair after receiving the test_config_error_wpsamlerr004 error message during the test configuration.

  • Aug 28, 2026GiveWP – Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-5510 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.4

The GiveWP – Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'give_form' shortcode in all versions up to, and including, 4.14.4. This is due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on the continue_button_title and display_style shortcode attributes, which are passed through sanitize_text_field() but not properly escaped when output in HTML data attributes. • Aug 25, 2026ShopEngine Elementor WooCommerce Builder Addon – All in One WooCommerce Solution: Privilege EscalationCVE-2026-75971 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.2

The ShopEngine Elementor WooCommerce Builder Addon – All in One WooCommerce Solution plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation in all versions up to, and including, 4.9.4. This is due to the `rum_importer()` function being registered on the WordPress core `import_start` action hook with no plugin-owned capability check and no allowlist filtering, causing arbitrary `<wp_option>` name/value pairs parsed from an attacker-supplied WXR import file to be passed directly to `update_option()`. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Shop Manager-level access and above, to write arbitrary WordPress options — most critically setting `users_can_register` to `1` and `default_role` to `administrator` — enabling open self-registration of Administrator accounts and full site takeover. This is exploitable by Shop Manager-level users because WooCommerce grants that role the `import` capability, allowing it to reach the WordPress Importer flow that fires the `import_start` hook on which `rum_importer()` is registered, contrary to the assumption that the hook is restricted to Administrators.

  • Aug 25, 2026Ultimate Member – User Profile, Registration, Login, Member Directory, Content Restriction & Membership: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-18547 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.4

The Ultimate Member – User Profile, Registration, Login, Member Directory, Content Restriction & Membership Plugin plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via Textarea Profile Field with HTML Support (DOM Gadget via id Attribute) in all versions up to, and including, 2.12.1 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This is possible because the wp_kses 'templates' allowlist permits the id attribute on div elements but does not neutralize unescaped quotes within its value; when pickadate.js concatenates the stored id value into an HTML string via jQuery .html() on profile page load, the smuggled onfocus and autofocus attribute syntax breaks out of attribute context and executes as JavaScript.

  • Aug 25, 2026FundEngine – Donation and Crowdfunding Platform: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-76063 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.4

The FundEngine – Donation and Crowdfunding Platform plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'wfp_featured_video_url' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 1.8.1 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The REST endpoint used to submit the video URL has its permission_callback set to __return_true, meaning any authenticated user — including those with Subscriber-level access — can reach the vulnerable code path.

  • Aug 25, 2026FundEngine – Donation and Crowdfunding Platform: Authorization bypassCVE-2026-75930 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 4.3

The FundEngine – Donation and Crowdfunding Platform plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 1.8.1. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to modify arbitrary posts and pages — overwriting title and content, and seizing ownership by supplying an attacker-controlled post_author integer that bypasses wp_kses_post sanitization. The wp_rest nonce required by the handler is trivially obtainable by any logged-in user via /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=rest-nonce and therefore does not constitute an authorization barrier.

The AutomatorWP – Automator plugin for no-code automations, webhooks & custom integrations in WordPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 5.8.4. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action.
