Oct 6, 2026Gitea's OAuth2 and OpenID Connect sign-in paths do not require a WebAuthn challenge when WebAuthn is the account's only configured second factor.CVE-2026-73278 · Other software · Gitea · reported by 88ee5874-cf24-4952-aea0-31affedb7ff2Critical 9.8
Gitea's OAuth2 and OpenID Connect sign-in paths do not require a WebAuthn challenge when WebAuthn is the account's only configured second factor. A party able to authenticate through the affected external identity flow can obtain a full session without the passkey verification enforced during password login. One affected path can also persist an external identity link, extending the compromise beyond the initial session; accounts with TOTP configured are outside the reported WebAuthn-only scenario.

Oct 6, 2026The RabbitMQ Java client library allows Java and JVM-based applications to connect to and interact with RabbitMQ nodes.CVE-2026-106123 · Other software · rabbitmq · reported by GitHubMedium 5.7
The RabbitMQ Java client library allows Java and JVM-based applications to connect to and interact with RabbitMQ nodes. Prior to 5.35.0, ConnectionFactoryConfigurator.load() includes the raw uri value in wrapped exceptions when AMQP URI parsing fails. Because the URI may contain a plaintext username and password, startup logs, application performance monitoring systems, CI logs, and copied stack traces can disclose broker credentials to users who should not have access to them. This issue is fixed in version 5.35.0.

Oct 6, 2026The RabbitMQ Java client library allows Java and JVM-based applications to connect to and interact with RabbitMQ nodes.CVE-2026-106122 · Other software · rabbitmq · reported by GitHubMedium 6
The RabbitMQ Java client library allows Java and JVM-based applications to connect to and interact with RabbitMQ nodes. Prior to 5.36.0, ValueReader.readShortstr decodes malformed UTF-8 bytes into replacement characters that can re-encode beyond the AMQP shortstr limit enforced by ValueWriter.writeShortstr. An attacker who can submit an RPC message with a malformed echoed property can cause reply publication in RpcServer.mainloop() or tutorial-style consumers to throw an unchecked exception before acknowledgement. The broker requeues the message, allowing the same message to disable replacement consumers until the queue is purged. This issue is fixed in version 5.36.0.

Oct 6, 2026The RabbitMQ Java client library allows Java and JVM-based applications to connect to and interact with RabbitMQ nodes.CVE-2026-106121 · Other software · rabbitmq · reported by GitHubMedium 4.9
The RabbitMQ Java client library allows Java and JVM-based applications to connect to and interact with RabbitMQ nodes. Prior to 5.37.0, com.rabbitmq.tools.json.JSONReader.read() fails to terminate when input ends inside a quoted string or a line comment because its string and whitespace scanners do not stop at CharacterIterator.DONE. The default DefaultJsonRpcMapper passes JSON-RPC message bodies to this parser for JsonRpcServer and client replies. A truncated string causes the parser to append replacement end markers until heap exhaustion, while a line comment without a terminating newline can keep a thread consuming CPU indefinitely, resulting in denial of service. This issue is fixed in version 5.37.0.

Oct 6, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: IB/isert: wait for deferred control PDU completions before releasing the connection isert_CVE-2026-98357 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67High 8.1
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: IB/isert: wait for deferred control PDU completions before releasing the connection isert_send_done() hands ISTATE_SEND_TASKMGTRSP, ISTATE_SEND_REJECT and ISTATE_SEND_TEXTRSP completions off to isert_comp_wq and returns. The work item then runs isert_completion_put() -> isert_put_cmd(), which reads isert_conn->conn and takes conn->cmd_lock. Nothing orders that work item against teardown. isert_wait_conn() queues isert_release_work, which frees isert_conn, and iscsit_close_connection() frees the iscsit_conn right after it returns, so the queued work can run against freed memory. Count the deferred control PDU completions per connection and let isert_wait_conn() wait for them before the release work is queued. ISTATE_SEND_LOGOUTRSP is deliberately not counted: that branch runs iscsit_logout_post_handler(), which ends up waiting for conn->conn_wait_comp, and that completion is only sent by iscsit_close_connection() after it has called iscsit_wait_conn(). Waiting for it here would deadlock. Its wait stays the existing isert_wait4logout(). The splat below is from a kernel with tracing printk()s and an msleep(20

Oct 6, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: RDMA/rtrs-clt: Fix CQ pool leak when connect is interrupted The client borrows shared CQ cCVE-2026-98352 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: RDMA/rtrs-clt: Fix CQ pool leak when connect is interrupted The client borrows shared CQ credits in the ADDR_RESOLVED handler via ib_cq_pool_get(), before the peer is connected. create_cm() can return -ERESTARTSYS from wait_event_interruptible_timeout() without destroying the CM ID. The init_conns() and stop-and-destroy paths then call destroy_con_cq_qp() while cq is still NULL (no PUT) and only afterwards rdma_destroy_id(). CMA serializes the handler against rdma_destroy_id() with handler_mutex, but that does not order the GET against destroy_con_cq_qp(). If ADDR_RESOLVED has already passed the DESTROYING check, it can take con_mutex, GET credits, and then lose the con to kfree. Device unregister later hits WARN_ON(cq->cqe_used) in ib_cq_pool_cleanup(). Set a per-connection flag under con_mutex before CQ/QP teardown so a racing ADDR_RESOLVED cannot borrow credits after teardown has begun.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: virt_wifi: free skb when disconnected When the simulated link is disconnected, virt_wifi_start_xmit() returns NET_XMIT_DROP without freeing the skb. dev_hard_start_xmit() treats this return value as consumed, so every packet sent while disconnected leaks its skb. Oct 6, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ALSA: bcd2000: Fix race between rawmidi and disconnect Although we tried to fix the potentCVE-2026-98316 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ALSA: bcd2000: Fix race between rawmidi and disconnect Although we tried to fix the potential UAF issues at USB disconnect on bcd2000 driver, there is still an overlooked case -- namely, when a rawmidi trigger callback has been already running at USB disconnect handling, the in-flight function (e.g. bcd2000_midi_send()) could still access the URB, because the previous URB NULL-check & clearance was considered only for the URB complete callbacks, but not about the parallel rawmidi operations. For addressing the race, this patch introduced a new spinlock that covers each rawmidi operation as well as the rawmidi handling in the complete callback. The URB is cleared with the lock, so it guarantees that the pending rawmidi task already finished or a NULL check is effective.

Oct 6, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: rds: ib: use rds_conn_drop() on protocol version mismatch rds_ib_cm_connect_complete() runCVE-2026-98257 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67High 7.5
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: rds: ib: use rds_conn_drop() on protocol version mismatch rds_ib_cm_connect_complete() runs from the RDMA-CM event handler with conn->c_cm_lock held. When the peer negotiates a protocol version older than RDS_PROTOCOL_COMPAT_VERSION, the handler calls rds_conn_destroy(), which is only safe in the rmmod path: it synchronously tears the connection down and flush_work()es the shutdown work cp_down_w. That shutdown work (rds_conn_shutdown()) needs cp_cm_lock, which is the very lock the event handler still holds, so the flush never completes: the two workers wait on each other and the RDS connection workqueues stall for good. All other RDMA-CM failure paths (REJECTED, CONNECT_ERROR, DISCONNECTED) use rds_conn_drop(), which marks the connection RDS_CONN_ERROR and schedules the shutdown work asynchronously. Use it here as well.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: smb: client: fix smbd_connection leak on cifs_get_tcp_session() error When an RDMA connection is successfully established via smbd_get_connection() but cifs_get_tcp_session() later fails (e.g. kthread_create() returns an error), the error path frees tcp_ses without first destroying the smbd_connection. Fix this by calling smbd_destroy() in the out_err cleanup path before kfree(tcp_ses). smbd_destroy() safely handles the case where smbd_conn is NULL, so it can be called unconditionally.

Oct 5, 2026Punk versions from 0.48 before 0.55 for Perl route Extended CONNECT requests to any GET route without an Origin check in ps_serve_one.CVE-2026-104380 · Other software · reported by 9b29abf9-4ab0-4765-b253-1875cd9b441eMedium 5.3
Punk versions from 0.48 before 0.55 for Perl route Extended CONNECT requests to any GET route without an Origin check in ps_serve_one. On HTTP/2 and HTTP/3 a WebSocket handshake arrives as an Extended CONNECT, which is matched as a GET and so reaches every GET route, API operation and mount. The Origin check runs only when a websocket route matches. On this transport the handler's status is the handshake response, and a 2xx accepts it. A cross-origin page can open a WebSocket to any path and learn from its open or error event whether that path returns 2xx.

Oct 3, 2026WPZOOM Connect: AI Chat, Click to Chat, Social Icons & Share Buttons: Sensitive Information ExposureCVE-2026-100149 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 5.3
The WPZOOM Connect: AI Chat, Click to Chat, Social Icons & Share Buttons plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Sensitive Information Exposure in all versions up to, and including, 4.7.3 via the 'x-yamidoo-signature (attacker-obtained via inline_js identify payload)' parameter. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to extract the full customer card — including name, WordPress user ID, order history, order totals, purchased products, payment method labels, and EDD Software Licensing license keys with status and activation counts — for any arbitrary victim email address on the site. Exploitation requires the attacker to register a WooCommerce customer or subscriber-level account with a crafted email address whose local part encodes the target timestamp and victim email, allowing the signature printed into the page HTML by inline_js() to pass verify_request() for an arbitrary victim; both the share_customer_data and identify_logged_in settings are enabled by default, so no non-default configuration is required.

Oct 2, 2026LangGraph Python SDK is used to connect to running LangGraph API servers, manage assistants, threads and stream runs from Python applications.CVE-2026-104873 · Other software · langchain-ai · reported by GitHubHigh 7.6
LangGraph Python SDK is used to connect to running LangGraph API servers, manage assistants, threads and stream runs from Python applications. From 0.1.45 until 0.4.4, the langgraph-sdk resource-scoped authorization decorators @auth.on.threads, @auth.on.assistants, and @auth.on.crons ignore the actions argument and register the selected handler for every action on the resource. Because that wildcard resource handler is selected before broader fallback handlers, an authenticated user may bypass fallback action, ownership, or permission checks and read, update, or delete another user's resource. Only Python deployments using actions on the affected decorators are vulnerable, and a deployment remains protected when the selected handler independently enforces all required checks for every action it receives. This issue is fixed in version 0.4.4.

Oct 1, 2026ByteCoreStack – MCP Connector for AI Tools: Privilege EscalationCVE-2026-19807 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 8.8
The ByteCoreStack – MCP Connector for AI Tools plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation in all versions up to, and including, 1.2.3 This is due to the `wp_update_user_meta` MCP tool in `execute_tool` gating writes solely with `current_user_can('edit_user', $uid)` — a check that WordPress core's `map_meta_cap` resolves to the `read` primitive when the target user ID matches the caller's own — while enforcing an incomplete meta key blocklist that covers only `user_pass`, `user_activation_key`, and `session_tokens`, leaving the `wp_capabilities` and `wp_user_level` meta keys entirely unprotected. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with Subscriber-level access and above to elevate their privileges to Administrator by issuing a `wp_update_user_meta` call over the MCP JSON-RPC endpoint with `key=wp_capabilities` and an arbitrary role array such as `{'administrator': true}` targeting their own user ID, causing WordPress to load that account as an Administrator on the next request.

An optional, separately licensed repository-connector feature in Kiteworks Core did not neutralize special characters in a user-supplied path before passing it to an external command. An authenticated system administrator could inject additional commands and write arbitrary content to files owned by the service account running the connector, enabling code execution in that account's context; exploitation additionally requires network egress from the appliance to a system under the attacker's control.

Sep 30, 2026Connections Business Directory: Does not apply its visibility and moderation-status restrictions on certain REST API read endpointsCVE-2026-86789 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WPScanMedium 5.3
The Connections Business Directory WordPress plugin through 10.4.67 does not apply its visibility and moderation-status restrictions on certain REST API read endpoints, allowing unauthenticated attackers to retrieve directory entries that are marked private or unlisted, or that are still pending moderation, including entry names, organizations, biographies, internal notes and street addresses. The Connections Business Directory WordPress plugin through 10.4.67 has been closed on WordPress.org and no fixed version is available, so site owners should remove it or restrict unauthenticated access to its REST API routes.

Sep 29, 2026The device's update mechanism retrieves metadata for software updates over an unencrypted HTTP connection and stores portions of that metadata for later use.CVE-2026-84409 · Other software · Lantronix · reported by ics-cert@hq.dhs.govHigh 7.7
The device's update mechanism retrieves metadata for software updates over an unencrypted HTTP connection and stores portions of that metadata for later use. A management interface subsequently returns this stored value in a JSON response, and the web interface responsible for displaying update information inserts that value directly into the page as HTML. This behavior allows attacker‑controlled metadata to be interpreted as script content. In addition, the same authenticated origin provides an interface capable of executing system‑level commands with root privileges. An attacker able to influence update metadata could exploit these conditions to execute arbitrary code within the administrative context of the device.

In Baicells Nova 430H, an unauthenticated device within radio range can send a malformed uplink message during connection setup that contains an invalid NAS payload. Because the eNodeB does not properly validate this payload, it forwards the message to the core network, which can trigger a shutdown of the signaling association for the cell. This results in a temporary service disruption until the eNodeB and core network re-establish connectivity.

Issue summary: A malicious remote peer may flood the local QUIC stack with NEW_CONNECTION_ID frames by avoiding a limit check on how many connection IDs the remote QUIC stack can use. Impact summary: The local QUIC stack sends a RETIRE_CONN_ID frame for every NEW_CONNECTION_ID frame it receives. The RETIRE_CONN_ID frame is dispatched via the Control Frame Queue (CFQ). If the remote peer also withholds ACKs, then it can force the local stack to allocate ~400MB (depending on ACK delay). CWE: CWE-770: Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling Description: RFC 9000 sections 5.1.1 and 5.1.2 [1] describe the mechanism by which a remote peer can notify the local QUIC stack to change the destination connection ID (a.k.a. CID) the local stack uses to identify the connection at the remote peer. Each CID is associated with a sequence number. The sequence number is transmitted in NEW_CONNECTION_ID and RETIRE_CONNECTION_ID frames to identify the CID which is being either associated with a connection or retired. The remote peer sends a NEW_CONNECTION_ID frame to let the local stack know a new CID is being associated with an existing connection. The NEW_CONNECTION_ID frame carries

Sep 29, 2026Issue summary: OpenSSL QUIC stack does not enforce connection level flow control for streams.CVE-2026-75804 · Websites & servers · OpenSSL · reported by openssl-security@openssl.orgMedium 5.3
Issue summary: OpenSSL QUIC stack does not enforce connection level flow control for streams. Remote peers may send more bytes as long as they fit within the stream flow control limits. Impact summary: A malicious remote peer may exploit the lack of connection flow control for streams to make the QUIC stack receive ~100MB of memory instead of 768 KiB (default flow control window size). CWE: CWE-770: Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling Description: The local QUIC stack advertises two flow control limits to its remote peer: stream flow control limit and connection flow control limit. The remote peer must follow both limits when transmitting stream data. Whenever the local QUIC stack receives a stream frame, it validates that the size of the received stream frame stays within flow control limits. If either limit is exceeded (stream level or connection level), then the QUIC stack must close the connection with a flow control error. The vulnerable OpenSSL QUIC stack enforces the stream-level but not the connection-level limit. To exploit the issue, three conditions must be met: - the remote peer opens several streams - each stream must stay within the stream-le

Issue summary: A TLS server that calls SSL_set_SSL_CTX() to switch a connection to a different SSL_CTX part way through a handshake may access memory beyond the end of an internal array if the replacement context knows about more provider signature algorithms than the context the connection was created from. Applications which never call SSL_set_SSL_CTX() are not affected. Impact summary: A remote peer may be able to cause a small out-of-bounds read, and in some circumstances a fixed-value out-of-bounds write, on the server heap. This may lead to a Denial of Service. CWE: CWE-787: Out-of-bounds Write Description: A TLS connection records how many certificate slots it has when it is created, taken from the SSL_CTX that created it: the built-in certificate types plus one slot for each provider TLS-SIGALG entry that context was aware of. That count sizes an internal array of per-slot certificate validity flags. An application may replace a connection's SSL_CTX part way through the handshake by calling SSL_set_SSL_CTX(), most commonly from a servername callback in order to serve a different virtual host. Doing so did not refresh the recorded count. A provider signature algorithm's
