Sep 17, 2026Vvveb is a powerful and easy to use CMS with page builder to build websites, blogs or ecommerce stores.CVE-2026-54613 · Other software · givanz · reported by GitHubMedium 5.4
Vvveb is a powerful and easy to use CMS with page builder to build websites, blogs or ecommerce stores. Prior to 1.0.8.5, getThemeFolder() in admin/controller/editor/revisions.php returns the attacker-controlled theme parameter without sanitization, and backupFolder() concatenates it beneath DIR_THEMES before editor/revisions/load or editor/revisions/delete operates on a named .html file. sanitizeBackupFileName() strips traversal characters only from the separate file parameter and does not protect the theme directory component. An authenticated user with the default Editor role and editor/* permission can submit traversal sequences that redirect file_get_contents() or unlink() to a reachable backup subdirectory outside the web root. A valid admin session and CSRF token are required, the read is limited to .html files in backup directories, and deletion additionally requires filesystem write permission. This can disclose sensitive exported site content or remove backup data. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.8.5.

Sep 17, 2026Vvveb is a powerful and easy to use CMS with page builder to build websites, blogs or ecommerce stores.CVE-2026-54612 · Other software · givanz · reported by GitHubHigh 8.8
Vvveb is a powerful and easy to use CMS with page builder to build websites, blogs or ecommerce stores. From 1.0.0 until 1.0.8.5, saveGlobalElements() in admin/controller/editor/global-trait.php concatenates the attacker-controlled file portion of data-v-save-global to the active theme directory before loadHTMLFile() and file_put_contents() operate on it. An authenticated user with the default Editor role and editor/* permission can submit crafted HTML to module=editor/editor&action=save and traverse to an existing writable PHP file outside the theme directory. If the target is web-accessible, editor-controlled PHP content executes in the web server context; a shipped public/vadmin/index.php entrypoint can be used as an execution trampoline rather than requiring a test-only file. This can permit persistent webshell placement and compromise application confidentiality, integrity, and availability. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.8.5.

Sep 17, 2026Vvveb is a powerful and easy to use CMS with page builder to build websites, blogs or ecommerce stores.CVE-2026-54507 · Other software · givanz · reported by GitHubHigh 8.4
Vvveb is a powerful and easy to use CMS with page builder to build websites, blogs or ecommerce stores. Prior to 1.0.8.5, the oEmbedProxy() handler in admin/controller/editor/editor.php accepts an attacker-controlled url parameter and passes it to getUrl(), while validateUrl() in system/functions.php checks only the hostname string and does not validate its resolved addresses. An authenticated admin-panel user with editor/* permission can invoke GET /admin/index.php?module=editor/editor&action=oEmbedProxy with a dotted hostname or normalized loopback form that resolves to a private, loopback, link-local, or reserved address, causing the server to issue an HTTP or HTTPS request and return the response body. Storefront users and anonymous visitors cannot invoke the endpoint, but no CSRF token is required because the action uses GET. This can disclose internal service responses or cloud instance metadata and associated credentials. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.8.5.

Sep 17, 2026Vvveb is a powerful and easy to use CMS with page builder to build websites, blogs or ecommerce stores.CVE-2026-54506 · Other software · givanz · reported by GitHubHigh 7.6
Vvveb is a powerful and easy to use CMS with page builder to build websites, blogs or ecommerce stores. Prior to 1.0.8.5, app/controller/user/profile.php accepts the user[bio] field and passes stored content through sanitizeHTML() in system/functions.php, whose on* event-handler regular expression omits the forward-slash delimiter and whose do-while condition compares the string to itself, so forbidden nested tags are removed only once. An Author-role or higher user can submit solidus-prefixed event-handler markup or nested forbidden tags that survive sanitization. The stored bio is rendered without sufficient output encoding on /author/{username}, in the admin user-management view, and potentially in comment displays, causing attacker-controlled JavaScript to execute when unauthenticated visitors, administrators, or other users view the content. This can expose browser-session data and permit victim-context account actions, defacement, or phishing. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.8.5.

Sep 17, 2026Kiwi TCMS is an open source test management system.CVE-2026-49292 · Other software · kiwitcms · reported by GitHubNone
Kiwi TCMS is an open source test management system. Prior to 16.0, the unauthenticated /init-db/ page handled by InitDBView in tcms/core/views.py remains reachable after initial setup and proxies repeated requests to Kiwi/manage.py migrate. The migration command is reentrant, so repeated access reports that no migrations are available and does not cause data loss, alter application state, reveal confidential information, or produce a documented availability impact. This issue is fixed in version 16.0.

Sep 17, 2026Umbraco is an ASP.NET CMS.CVE-2026-69197 · Other software · umbraco · reported by GitHubHigh 8.7
Umbraco is an ASP.NET CMS. Prior to 13.15.1, 17.5.3, and 18.0.2, the Content Delivery API applies member and Public Access checks to the directly requested node but not to referenced nodes serialized through Content Picker or Multi-Node Tree Picker properties, including pickers nested in Block List, Block Grid, or Rich Text Editor blocks. When DeliveryApi:PublicAccess is enabled, an anonymous caller can retrieve a protected node's name, route, and id through an unprotected referencing node and use ?expand to retrieve full property values. When the Delivery API is instead gated by the organization-wide API key, a key holder can still bypass per-node Public Access through the same expansion path. The same RequestContextOutputExpansionStrategyV2 and ElementOnlyOutputExpansionStrategy path also bypasses allowed or disallowed content-type alias restrictions for referenced content. Direct requests for the protected node still return 401, and no integrity or availability impact is established. This issue is fixed in versions 13.15.1, 17.5.3, and 18.0.2.

Sep 17, 2026Grav is a flat-file CMS.CVE-2026-92917 · Other software · getgrav · reported by VulnCheckHigh 8.7
Grav is a flat-file CMS. In versions 2.0.0-rc.1 through 2.0.21, the Twig content sandbox fails to restrict the dump and serialize filters (print_r, vardump, json_encode, yaml_encode, string): GravExtension::assertSandboxDumpSafe() determines sandbox state by calling SandboxExtension::isSandboxed() without a Source argument, which reports only the global sandbox flag that Grav never enables, so the guard added in GHSA-mc5q-6hpj-rp7j never executes. As a result, an authenticated user with page-edit rights can render {{ config|print_r }} in page content with Twig processing enabled and dump Grav's entire merged configuration — print_r reflects the real Config object held in a private property of the SandboxConfig facade, bypassing its path redaction — exposing plugin secrets such as SMTP credentials, API tokens, webhook secrets and cache backend passwords. Grav 1.7 is not affected because it ships no Twig content sandbox. The issue is fixed in 2.0.22, where the affected filters are registered with Twig's needs_is_sandboxed flag.

Sep 17, 2026Grav is a flat-file CMS.CVE-2026-92916 · Other software · getgrav · reported by VulnCheckHigh 8.7
Grav is a flat-file CMS. In Grav 1.7.0 through 1.7.53.2 and 2.0.0 through 2.0.21, when the debugger is enabled (system.debugger.enabled: true, which is not the default), the Clockwork profiler endpoint is exposed without authentication: InitializeProcessor::handleDebuggerRequest() intercepts any path containing /__clockwork/ during bootstrap and passes it to Debugger::debuggerRequest(), which performs no user lookup, IP restriction, or Clockwork authenticator check, and also supports anonymous pagination over the entire stored history. With the shipped censored: false default, each stored record contains raw request cookies (including Grav's session cookie, whose value is the PHP session id, allowing an attacker to resume another user's session, including an authenticated admin's), the full parsed request body (Grav's login form posts data[username]/data[password], so passwords are stored in plaintext because Clockwork's password filter only inspects top-level keys), and the site's entire system and plugin configuration, including operator-saved secrets such as SMTP credentials, third-party API keys, and licence keys. Authorization and X-API-Token headers are stored even when censo

Sep 16, 2026Craft CMS 5.0.0-RC1 through versions before 5.11.0 incorrectly authorize the GraphQL draftCreator and revisionCreator fields: instead of requiring the user-dataCVE-2026-92594 · Other software · craftcms · reported by VulnCheckHigh 8.7
Craft CMS 5.0.0-RC1 through versions before 5.11.0 incorrectly authorize the GraphQL draftCreator and revisionCreator fields: instead of requiring the user-data scope enforced by Gql::canQueryUsers() (usergroups.*:read), these fields are gated only on the elements.drafts:read / elements.revisions:read scopes, and their resolver returns a raw User element whose email, username, fullName, and addresses fields have no per-field authorization. A client holding only the drafts or revisions scope — including an unauthenticated client when the operator has enabled the public GraphQL schema with those scopes — can therefore harvest the email addresses, usernames, full names, and postal addresses of all draft/revision creators (typically site editors and administrators). The issue is fixed in 5.11.0.

Sep 16, 2026Craft CMS versions 5.10.0 through 5.10.12 contain an incomplete fix for CVE-2026-55794: the Controller::getPostedRedirectUrl() -> View::renderObjectTemplate() sCVE-2026-92593 · Other software · craftcms · reported by VulnCheckHigh 8.7
Craft CMS versions 5.10.0 through 5.10.12 contain an incomplete fix for CVE-2026-55794: the Controller::getPostedRedirectUrl() -> View::renderObjectTemplate() sink remained unsandboxed, and the same fix commit added a self-signing oracle in Cp::elementLabelHtml(). Because Craft/Yii HMAC tokens are not bound to a parameter name, an authenticated low-privilege control panel user with edit rights on a single element type can mint a token over attacker-controlled Twig for the returnUrl parameter and replay it as the redirect POST parameter, reaching the unsandboxed sink and achieving server-side template injection that executes arbitrary PHP code (full server compromise). The issue is fixed in 5.10.13.

Sep 16, 2026Craft CMS 4.8.0 through 4.18.5 and 5.0.0 through 5.10.12 sign an authenticated user's attacker-controlled license-shun cookie with the same key and format used CVE-2026-92592 · Other software · craftcms · reported by VulnCheckHigh 8.7
Craft CMS 4.8.0 through 4.18.5 and 5.0.0 through 5.10.12 sign an authenticated user's attacker-controlled license-shun cookie with the same key and format used to validate signed redirect parameters, because the HMAC signature is not bound to its purpose (Yii's cookieValidationKey is derived from the same Craft securityKey used for signed request parameters). An authenticated, non-administrator user (Control Panel access is not required) can set the cookie via the license-shun endpoint and transplant the signed envelope into the redirect parameter; on a successful login, Craft validates the signature and renders the authenticated bytes as an unsandboxed Twig template, where Twig's map filter accepts a string callback and allows PHP system() to execute arbitrary operating-system commands as the web-server user. Exploitation requires an account using password authentication without active 2FA, the default request configuration, and availability of PHP system(). The issue is fixed in 4.18.6 and 5.10.13.

Sep 16, 2026Craft CMS 5.0.0 through 5.10.12 treats a database connection failure as meaning that Craft is not installed, which makes anonymous installer actions — includingCVE-2026-92591 · Other software · craftcms · reported by VulnCheckHigh 8.2
Craft CMS 5.0.0 through 5.10.12 treats a database connection failure as meaning that Craft is not installed, which makes anonymous installer actions — including install/validate-site — reachable on an installed production site whenever PHP remains available but the configured MySQL endpoint does not. The action accepts a site name, serializes it through Site::getName(), and expands ${NAME} expressions using App::env(). An unauthenticated attacker who obtained a guest session cookie and matching CSRF token before the outage and whose session remains valid during it can submit a predictable variable name (for example Craft's conventional CRAFT_SECURITY_KEY) and receive its value, disclosing Craft secrets, process environment variables, $_SERVER entries, or PHP constants such as the security key, database credentials, or API keys. The issue requires an independently occurring database outage; the vulnerability itself provides no way to induce it. Fixed in 5.10.13.

Sep 16, 2026Craft CMS 5.0.0 through 5.10.12 (fixed in 5.10.13) contains a broken access control flaw in the nested-elements reorder endpoint.CVE-2026-92589 · Other software · craftcms · reported by VulnCheckMedium 5.3
Craft CMS 5.0.0 through 5.10.12 (fixed in 5.10.13) contains a broken access control flaw in the nested-elements reorder endpoint. When an authenticated control panel user with viewEntries and viewPeerEntries (but without savePeerEntries) opens another author's entry in read-only mode, Craft unconditionally grants that session a `manageNestedElements::<ownerId>::field:<handle>` authorization flag for the entry's Matrix/Address fields. Unlike the corresponding delete endpoint, actions/nested-elements/reorder trusts this session flag alone and never rechecks the caller's save permission for the owner element. As a result, a view-only user can POST to actions/nested-elements/reorder using the ownerElementType, ownerId, ownerSiteId, attribute, elementIds, and offset parameters present in the read-only page source and rewrite the sort order of Matrix blocks or Addresses belonging to content they are explicitly denied save access to.

Sep 16, 2026Tina is a headless content management system.CVE-2026-63506 · Other software · tinacms · reported by GitHubHigh 8.8
Tina is a headless content management system. Prior to @tinacms/auth 1.1.4 and next-tinacms-azure 15.0.1, isAuthorized accepts a request-controlled clientID and asks isUserAuthorized to validate the bearer token against that selected TinaCloud app instead of the self-hosted site's configured app. An attacker with any TinaCloud account can submit the attacker's own app ID and valid token to a victim endpoint, causing TinaCloudBackendAuthProvider or an affected media authorized callback to accept the attacker's verified status across the tenant boundary. The vulnerable logic is present in packages/@tinacms/auth/src/index.ts and packages/next-tinacms-azure/src/auth.ts. Successful exploitation permits media listing, reading, upload, or deletion and, when TinaCloudBackendAuthProvider is used, GraphQL read, create, update, and delete operations on the victim's content without a victim account or victim interaction. Sep 16, 2026Concrete CMS before 9.5.4 re-authorized OAuth REST API requests from the bearer token alone and did not re-check the state of the account the token had been issCVE-2026-85387 · Other software · Concrete CMS · reported by ff5b8ace-8b95-4078-9743-eac1ca5451deLow 2
Concrete CMS before 9.5.4 re-authorized OAuth REST API requests from the bearer token alone and did not re-check the state of the account the token had been issued to. The resource server's authorization validator confirmed only that a token existed, had not expired, and had not been explicitly revoked, and deactivating a user did not revoke that user's outstanding tokens. As a result, a deactivated user retained full access to /ccm/api/1.0/* for the remaining lifetime of any token already issued to them. The same gap applied to accounts that had been deleted or locked pending a forced password reset. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 2.0 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:H/AT:P/PR:L/UI:A/VC:L/VI:L/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks Myq Larson for reporting.

Concrete CMS before 9.5.3 exposed a legacy Express entry search endpoint that returned entry result JSON without invoking the canViewExpressEntries() permission check applied by the normal dashboard and CSV Export flow. An unauthenticated visitor who knew or discovered an Express entity identifier could enumerate that entity's entry search results, disclosing attribute values intended to be restricted to privileged users. For Express entities that do not support entry-specific permissions (i.e., supportsEntrySpecificPermissions() returns false), per-entry permission filtering is additionally disabled via EntryList::ignorePermissions(). Sep 16, 2026Concrete CMS before 9.5.4 did not sanitize XML and XSLT documents uploaded through a public Form Block file-upload question.CVE-2026-85386 · Other software · Concrete CMS · reported by ff5b8ace-8b95-4078-9743-eac1ca5451deHigh 7.3
Concrete CMS before 9.5.4 did not sanitize XML and XSLT documents uploaded through a public Form Block file-upload question. Plain XML uploads were validated by file extension only and stored as publicly accessible files that were served inline from the application's own origin. An unauthenticated visitor could therefore store an XML document containing an xml-stylesheet processing instruction that referenced an attacker-supplied, same-origin XSLT stylesheet. When a victim opened the stored file directly in a browser, the browser fetched the stylesheet, transformed the document into HTML, and executed attacker-controlled JavaScript in the Concrete CMS origin (stored cross-site scripting). If the victim was an authenticated administrator, the script could act with that administrator's session, and the reporter demonstrated creation of a new user in the Administrators group. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 7.3 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:L/UI:A/VC:H/VI:H/VA:H/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Sep 16, 2026Concrete CMS below 9.5.4 did not validate the user timezone value (uTimezone) on write and rendered it without output encoding on the Dashboard user management CVE-2026-85385 · Other software · Concrete CMS · reported by ff5b8ace-8b95-4078-9743-eac1ca5451deHigh 7.7
Concrete CMS below 9.5.4 did not validate the user timezone value (uTimezone) on write and rendered it without output encoding on the Dashboard user management page, where Date::getTimezoneDisplayName() returns any non-IANA value unchanged. A stored cross-site scripting payload saved in this field executed in an administrator's browser when they viewed the affected user in the Dashboard, running script in the admin session (for example to read CSRF tokens, create administrator accounts, or change site settings). In Concrete CMS 9.5.3 the field became reachable by unauthenticated visitors through public registration; in Concrete CMS below 9.5.3, the same field was reachable by any authenticated user through the account profile editor. Exploitation required concrete.misc.user_timezones to be enabled (off by default), and the unauthenticated path additionally required public registration to be enabled. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 7.7 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:N/UI:P/VC:H/VI:H/VA:H/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks Suraj Bhosale for reporting.

Sep 15, 2026Concrete CMS before 9.5.3 contained a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in SVG file handling.CVE-2026-81927 · Other software · Concrete CMS · reported by ff5b8ace-8b95-4078-9743-eac1ca5451deLow 1.8
Concrete CMS before 9.5.3 contained a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in SVG file handling. When SVG processing was set to the non-default "Reject files containing potentially harmful elements" mode (concrete.file_manager.images.svg_sanitization.action = reject), uploaded SVGs were checked only against a small built-in blocklist covering the script element and on* event-handler attributes; the broader enshrined/svg-sanitize pass still ran, but its result was discarded, so vectors it would have stripped, such as a javascript: URI in an xlink:href, were stored unmodified and executed when the file was opened directly. A user able to upload files could thereby run arbitrary JavaScript in the browser of any user who viewed the file. The default sanitize mode was not affected. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 1.8 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:H/UI:A/VC:L/VI:L/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks Oriol Ortiz for reporting.

Concrete CMS 9.4.0 through 9.5.2 did not escape colliding page paths before rendering them in the location panel's duplicate-path confirmation dialog. The panel's check endpoint returned the submitted path unmodified in its JSON response, and client-side JavaScript inserted each value into the dialog as raw HTML, so a crafted page path executed script in the editor's authenticated browser session. Concrete CMS 9.0.0 through 9.5.2 did not enforce a block-level edit-permission check on the Express Form block's control-management actions, which relied solely on CSRF token validation. Because the token is bound to the user and action rather than to a specific block, page, or form, an authenticated user with edit access to one Express Form could reuse a validly obtained token to add, modify, or delete controls on Express Forms they were not authorized to edit, including injecting a control whose value is later rendered as HTML to achieve stored XSS. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 2.0 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:H/AT:P/PR:H/UI:P/VC:L/VI:N/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks Yat Wu for reporting.

Concrete CMS before 9.5.3 improperly neutralized a user-supplied custom date format when rendering conversation messages, resulting in reflected cross-site scripting. An attacker could execute arbitrary JavaScript in the browser of a user who was tricked into submitting a crafted POST request to the conversation view endpoint. Exploitation was aided by the absence of a CSRF token on the endpoint, which allowed the payload to be delivered through an auto-submitting cross-origin POST without authentication. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 2.1 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:L/UI:P/VC:L/VI:L/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Sep 15, 2026Concrete CMS 9 before 9.5.3 authorized the dashboard sitemap reorder action (Concrete\Controller\Backend\Dashboard\SitemapUpdate) using only the global access_sCVE-2026-18425 · Other software · Concrete CMS · reported by ff5b8ace-8b95-4078-9743-eac1ca5451deLow 2.1
Concrete CMS 9 before 9.5.3 authorized the dashboard sitemap reorder action (Concrete\Controller\Backend\Dashboard\SitemapUpdate) using only the global access_sitemap task permission and did not check per-page edit permission before updating each page's display order. As a result, an authenticated user granted sitemap access could change the display order (cDisplayOrder) of any pages they had no rights to edit, altering the order in which those pages render in navigation, breadcrumb, and page-list output. The reorder action additionally validated no CSRF token, so the write could be triggered by a forged request. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 2.1 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:H/UI:N/VC:N/VI:L/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks Winston Crooker for reporting.

Sep 15, 2026Concrete CMS 9.0.0 to 9.5.2 is vulnerable to Server-Side Request Forgery iremote file import via cross-port reuse of a host's validated DNS pin.CVE-2026-18424 · Other software · Concrete CMS · reported by ff5b8ace-8b95-4078-9743-eac1ca5451deLow 2.1
Concrete CMS 9.0.0 to 9.5.2 is vulnerable to Server-Side Request Forgery iremote file import via cross-port reuse of a host's validated DNS pin. When multiple remote URLs share the same host, only the first `ValidatedRemoteUrl` is retained and reused for every later URL with that host. A low-privileged authenticated user permitted to import files could therefore supply a DNS-rebinding host that resolved to a public address during validation and to a private or loopback address during the unpinned download, causing the server to fetch internal-only resources such as loopback services, internal admin panels, or cloud metadata endpoints and to save the responses into the file manager. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 2.1 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:H/AT:P/PR:H/UI:N/VC:L/VI:N/VA:N/SC:L/SI:N/SA:N. Concrete CMS 9.0.0 through 9.5.2 is vulnerable to Insecure direct object reference (IDOR) in the Express saved search preset delete and edit dialogs . An authenticated user holding only view permission on a single Express entity could therefore permanently delete, with no undo, or rename saved search presets owned by Express entities for which they had no permission, and a renamed preset name was displayed back to users of the targeted entity, enabling defacement or social engineering. Concrete CMS before 9.5.3 did not enforce a destination-side authorization check and did not validate a CSRF token in the multilingual page assignment backend action (Backend\Page\Multilingual::assign). As a result, an authenticated user who held the Edit Page Multilingual Settings permission on a single page could bind an arbitrary page in another locale as that source page's translation, and could delete legitimate translation pairs maintained by other editors, altering public-facing language routing across the site. Concrete CMS before 9.5.3 is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) in the theme page-template activation feature. The Dashboard theme Inspect controller's activate_files() action created PageTemplate records from attacker-supplied pageTemplates[] values without validating an anti-CSRF token.A remote attacker could host a page that auto-submitted a forged POST request; when a signed-in administrator visited it, the request executed under the administrator's session and created theme page-template records, changing site configuration without the administrator's consent. In Concrete CMS before 9.5.3, the SEO Bulk Update Meta Tags editor did not check per-page edit permissions before saving. The saveRecord() action validated the per-page CSRF token but never called canEditPageProperties() for the target page, so a user who was granted access to the bulk SEO tool and could view (but not edit) a given page was able to change that page's meta title, meta description, and URL handle outside their edit scope, tampering with the presentation and live URLs of otherwise protected content. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 2.1 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:H/UI:N/VC:N/VI:L/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks Andrew Gonzalez for reporting.

Concrete CMS before 9.5.3 did not enforce a per-page authorization check when reordering pages from the sitemap. In the sitemap Explore dashboard controller, the send_to_top and send_to_bottom reorder tasks ran after only a generic sitemap-access check; the controller loaded the page named by the attacker-controlled cNodeID parameter and changed its display order without verifying that the current user held move or arrange permission on that specific page. Because of this, an authenticated user who could reach the sitemap but had no edit or arrange rights on a given page could still move that page and alter the site's global navigation order. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 2.1 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:H/UI:N/VC:N/VI:L/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks Andrew Gonzalez for reporting.

Concrete CMS 8.5.3 through 9.5.2 enabled the OAuth 2.0 refresh-token grant using the unmodified upstream League grant, which issued new access tokens from a valid refresh token without re-checking the associated account's active status. A user who obtained a refresh token while active could therefore continue to mint valid access tokens after being deactivated or suspended (uIsActive=0), so deactivating an account did not revoke its API access. Concrete CMS below 9.5.3 was vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in the dashboard SEO Excluded Words page. The reset() controller action cleared the administrator-configured reserved-word list (concrete.seo.exclude_words) but did not validate the anti-CSRF token that the reset modal emitted, and it did not restrict the request to the POST method. A remote attacker who lured an authenticated user with SEO access to a crafted page could revert the reserved-word list to its default and silently alter future URL-slug generation for pages, files, topics, and other objects created through the Text urlify service, undoing the site's configured SEO slug policy. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 2.3 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:N/UI:P/VC:N/VI:L/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks riodrwn for reporting.

Concrete CMS below 9.5.3 did not validate an anti-CSRF token on the block-arrangement backend endpoint (the arrange() action of Concrete\Controller\Backend\Page\ArrangeBlocks). The action enforced page-edit authorization but performed no token check, and its route accepted any HTTP method, so an attacker could induce a signed-in content editor into loading an attacker-controlled page that auto-submitted a cross-site request and reordered or moved blocks in the draft version of a page the victim was permitted to edit.
