  • Aug 18, 2026OpenList a file list program that supports multiple storage.CVE-2026-69160 · Other software · OpenListTeam · reported by GitHubMedium 6.5

OpenList a file list program that supports multiple storage. Prior to 4.2.4, the share creation and update checks in server/handles/sharing.go use strings.HasPrefix(requested_path, user.BasePath) without enforcing a directory separator boundary. An authenticated user with CanShare permission and a BasePath such as /base can submit a sibling path such as /base2/secret.txt, create a share for the out-of-scope file, and use the public share download or list handlers to read data outside the assigned directory. This issue is fixed in version 4.2.4.

  • Aug 18, 2026libre is a generic library for real-time communications with asynchronous input and output support.CVE-2026-50161 · Other software · baresip · reported by GitHubCritical 9.3

libre is a generic library for real-time communications with asynchronous input and output support. Prior to 4.8.1, the websock_decode() function in src/websock/websock.c contains an integer overflow when validating a masked WebSocket frame that uses the 64-bit extended length encoding. The expression 4 + hdr->len can wrap when hdr->len is close to UINT64_MAX, causing the mbuf_get_left() bounds check to pass. The subsequent XOR unmasking loop then writes beyond the heap buffer. Applications using websock_accept() or websock_accept_proto() to implement a WebSocket server are affected, and exploitation can cause attacker-controlled heap corruption or denial of service after the HTTP WebSocket upgrade handshake. This issue is fixed in version 4.8.1.

  • Aug 15, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: hwmon: (nct6775-core) Prevent access to unsupported weight registers Sashiko reports: DurCVE-2026-74549 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67High 7.8

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: hwmon: (nct6775-core) Prevent access to unsupported weight registers Sashiko reports: During initialization of the nct6116 chip, the driver sets data->pwm_num to 5. However, it assigns several NCT6106 register arrays (such as NCT6106_REG_WEIGHT_DUTY_STEP, NCT6106_REG_WEIGHT_TEMP_SEL, and NCT6106_REG_WEIGHT_TEMP_*) to data->REG_PWM and data->REG_WEIGHT_TEMP. These arrays only contain 3 elements. In nct6775_update_pwm(), the driver iterates up to data->pwm_num. If data->has_pwm has bits 3 or 4 set (which is structurally possible for nct6116), the loop attempts to read elements at index 3 and 4 from these 3-element arrays. This results in a global out-of-bounds read, which can be caught by KASAN. Furthermore, the driver uses these garbage out-of-bounds values as hardware register addresses for subsequent read and write operations. This leads to invalid hardware register access, potentially causing hardware misconfiguration or system crashes. The underlying problem is that the chip does support up to five fan control channels, but only the first three support weight control. Fix the problem by extending the affec

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: hwmon: adm1275: Prevent reading uninitialized stack While adding support for the ROHM BD127X0 hot-swap controllers, sashiko reported an error in device-name comparison, which can lead to reading uninitialized stack memory. Quoting Sashiko: This is a pre-existing issue, but I noticed that just before this block in adm1275_probe(), there might be an out-of-bounds stack read: ret = i2c_smbus_read_block_data(client, PMBUS_MFR_MODEL, block_buffer); if (ret < 0) { ... } for (mid = adm1275_id; mid->name[0]; mid++) { if (!strncasecmp(mid->name, block_buffer, strlen(mid->name))) break; } Since i2c_smbus_read_block_data() reads up to 32 bytes into the uninitialized stack array block_buffer without appending a null terminator, strncasecmp() could read past the valid bytes returned in ret. For example, if the device returns a shorter string like "adm12", checking it against "adm1275" up to the length of "adm1275" will continue reading into uninitialized stack bounds. Prevent reading uninitialized memory by zeroing the stack array.

  • Aug 15, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netfilter: flowtable: support IPIP tunnel with direct xmit The combination of IPIP tunnel CVE-2026-72248 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67Critical 9.8

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netfilter: flowtable: support IPIP tunnel with direct xmit The combination of IPIP tunnel with direct xmit, eg. bridge device, breaks because no dst_entry is provided to check the skb headroom and to set the iph->frag_off field. This leads to invalid dst usage and can trigger a crash in the tunnel transmit path. Fix this by moving dst_cache and dst_cookie out of the runtime union so that they can be shared by neighbour, xfrm, and direct tunnel flows. For FLOW_OFFLOAD_XMIT_DIRECT tuples carrying tunnel metadata, preserve route state in these shared fields and release it through the common dst release path. Since dst_entry is now available to the three supported xmit modes and dst_release() already deals with NULL dst, remove the xmit type check in nft_flow_dst_release(). Moreover, skip the check if the dst entry is NULL in nf_flow_dst_check() which is now the case for the direct xmit case. Based on patch from Rein Wei <n05ec@lzu.edu.cn>.

  • Aug 13, 2026OpenList a file list program that supports multiple storage.CVE-2026-73509 · Other software · OpenListTeam · reported by GitHubHigh 7.6

OpenList a file list program that supports multiple storage. Prior to 4.2.4, the authenticated /api/fs/batch_rename handler in server/handles/fsbatch.go authorizes only the source directory produced by user.JoinPath(req.SrcDir) and validates renameObject.NewName with checkRelativePath, but does not validate attacker-controlled renameObject.SrcName, supplied as src_name, before concatenating it with the authorized path and passing the result to fs.Rename. A user with rename permission can use traversal segments in src_name to make path normalization select a file outside the authorized directory and configured base path, resulting in cross-user file integrity loss, limited availability impact, and file-existence disclosure through success or error responses. This issue is fixed in version 4.2.4.

  • Aug 7, 2026Hono is a Web application framework that provides support for any JavaScript runtime.CVE-2026-69207 · Other software · honojs · reported by GitHubMedium 5.3

Hono is a Web application framework that provides support for any JavaScript runtime. Prior to 4.12.34, the built-in CORS middleware, hono/cors, is vulnerable to a regular expression denial of service (ReDoS). During a preflight OPTIONS request, the middleware parses the attacker-controlled Access-Control-Request-Headers header using a whitespace-tolerant regular expression whose backtracking makes its running time quadratic in the input length. Because the header value is bounded only by the deployment's maximum HTTP header size, a single preflight carrying a long run of whitespace can consume seconds of CPU and block request processing. On runtimes that share one execution thread across requests, this stalls concurrent requests as well, and repeated requests can render the service unresponsive. This affects the default configuration, since the vulnerable path is reached whenever cors() is used with an unset or empty allowHeaders. Applications that set a non-empty allowHeaders are not affected. This issue is fixed in version 4.12.34.

  • Aug 7, 2026Hono is a Web application framework that provides support for any JavaScript runtime.CVE-2026-71850 · Other software · honojs · reported by GitHubMedium 4.8

Hono is a Web application framework that provides support for any JavaScript runtime. From 3.8.0 to 4.12.33, memo() from hono/jsx retains the result of a server side render and reuses it for later renders with comparator equal props, and request scoped values read inside the component take no part in that comparison, so a response can contain HTML rendered for another user's request. Components wrapped with memo() are compared by props alone; values read implicitly during rendering, such as JSX Context through createContext() and useContext(), useRequestContext() from hono/jsx-renderer, and getContext() from hono/context-storage, do not participate, and the retained result lives as long as the wrapped component, so it outlives the request that produced it. A user may receive a response containing HTML rendered for another user when both render the same memoized component with comparator equal props on the same warm instance, which may disclose another user's account or profile data, disclose request scoped secrets embedded in HTML such as CSRF tokens, or expose role specific content to users who should not receive it. • Aug 7, 2026Hono is a Web application framework that provides support for any JavaScript runtime.CVE-2026-71849 · Other software · honojs · reported by GitHubLow 3.7

Hono is a Web application framework that provides support for any JavaScript runtime. From 4.7.0 to 4.12.33, the Proxy Helper proxy() function in hono/proxy does not remove response headers named by the origin's Connection header. Per RFC 9110 Section 7.6.1, an intermediary must remove the header fields listed in a message's Connection header field before forwarding the message, in addition to the well known hop by hop headers, but the proxy() function only removed the well known hop by hop headers, including Connection itself, from origin responses. A client may therefore receive response headers that the origin intended only for its immediate peer, disclosing connection scoped or internal metadata contained in such headers, when an application proxies responses from an origin that declares additional, non standard headers as hop by hop via the Connection response header. This issue is fixed in version 4.12.34.

  • Aug 7, 2026Hono is a Web application framework that provides support for any JavaScript runtime.CVE-2026-71848 · Other software · honojs · reported by GitHubMedium 5.3

Hono is a Web application framework that provides support for any JavaScript runtime. From 4.12.0 to 4.12.33, the languageDetector middleware is vulnerable to algorithmic complexity denial of service when processing a crafted language tag containing a large number of hyphen separated subtags. To implement progressive language tag truncation, normalizeLanguage() repeatedly calls parts.slice(0, i).join('-') for every possible prefix, so the total amount of string processing grows quadratically with the number of subtags. Language values may come from a query parameter, cookie, Accept-Language header, or URL path, depending on the detector configuration, and the default detector order enables query string, cookie, and header detection, so applications using languageDetector() may expose this processing to unauthenticated requests. An attacker may repeatedly send requests containing long, hyphen separated language tags, causing excessive CPU consumption and preventing unrelated requests from being processed. This issue is fixed in version 4.12.34.

  • Aug 5, 2026ERP: Complete HR, Accounting & CRM Suite with WooCommerce CRM Support: SQL InjectionCVE-2026-11421 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.5

The ERP: Complete HR, Accounting & CRM Suite with WooCommerce CRM Support plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to SQL Injection via the 'erpadvancefilter' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 1.17.4 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. The handler runs the value through sanitize_text_field, which preserves single quotes, and the downstream erp_crm_contact_advance_filter() function interpolates it directly into a single-quoted SQL WHERE clause before execution via $wpdb->get_results(). This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with the plugin-supplied CRM Agent role (or higher CRM Manager / WordPress admin) and the erp_crm_list_contact capability, to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database.

  • Aug 4, 2026pdm is a Python package and dependency manager supporting the latest PEP standards.CVE-2026-47763 · Other software · pdm-project · reported by GitHubMedium 6.8

pdm is a Python package and dependency manager supporting the latest PEP standards. In versions prior to 2.27.0, pdm writes several project-local state or configuration files without symlink protection. If a malicious repository places those files as symlinks, local PDM operations can overwrite the symlink targets. This creates an arbitrary file clobber primitive relative to the privileges of the invoking user. Config.__init__() resolves the project-local pdm.toml path and _save_config() writes to the resolved target. If PROJECT_ROOT/pdm.toml is a symlink to another file, pdm config -l ... updates the target file instead of refusing the write. The same general problem exists for other project-local persistence paths that are written directly with no lstat / O_NOFOLLOW protection. For the pdm.toml PoC specifically, the target file must already contain parseable TOML. Otherwise the load step fails before the write path is reached. That parser constraint does not apply to the .pdm-python or .python-version sinks. This issue has been fixed in version 2.27.0.

The Chat Widget: Floating Customer Support Button for 30+ Channels, Supporting SMS, Calls, and Chat WordPress plugin before 1.8.2 does not validate the type, extension, content, or size of files submitted to its public response endpoint and stores them under the uploads directory, so an unauthenticated user can upload arbitrary files. The original extension is discarded (files are stored under a bare UUID), so this does not yield code execution or stored XSS; impact is bounded to disk consumption and content hosting. The storing path requires the channel's response storage or mail-forwarding to be configured.

Apache NiFi 1.5.0 through 2.10.0 support gzip-encoded HTTP requests for the application REST API using a Jersey encoding filter. The framework enforced a configurable maximum request size on the compressed payload rather than the decompressed output, allowing a malicious client to send crafted requests that could consume excessive amounts of memory. Upgrading to Apache NiFi 2.11.0 is the recommended mitigation, which relocates response compression to Jetty Server and disables decompression of gzip-encoded HTTP requests.

Apache NiFi 2.0.0 through 2.10.0 support creating, reading, and deleting Assets associated with Parameter Contexts through the REST API. The framework authorizes asset deletion against the owning Parameter Context using the supplied Parameter Context Identifier and Asset Identifier. The framework performed authorized based on the supplied Parameter Context Identifier without verifying the requested Identifier against the stored Identifier. Apache NiFi installations that do not implement different levels of authorization across Parameter Contexts are not subject to this vulnerability, because the framework enforces write permissions as the security boundary. Upgrading to Apache NiFi 2.11.0 is the recommended mitigation, which verifies Parameter Context ownership of the requested Asset before deletion using the same strategy applied to Asset read operations.

find-my-way is a framework-independent HTTP router that internally uses a Radix Tree and supports route parameters and wildcards. Versions prior to 9.7.0 are vulnerable to remotely triggerable DoS in find-my-way when it is used with Node's HTTP/2 server. The lookup() function passes req.method into find(), and find() indexes this.trees[method]. Since this.trees is a normal object, HTTP/2 method values like constructor, toString, or __proto__ can resolve inherited object properties instead of returning undefined. The code then treats that value like a router node and crashes when it reaches currentNode.prefix.length. This issue has been fixed in version 9.0.7.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bpf: Support for hardening against JIT spraying The BPF JIT allocator packs many small programs into larger executable allocations and reuses space within those allocations as programs are loaded and freed. When fresh code is written into space that a previous program occupied, an indirect jump into the new program can reuse a branch prediction left behind by the old one. Flush the indirect branch predictors before reusing JIT memory so that indirect jumps into a newly written program don't reuse predictions from an old program that occupied the same space. Introduce bpf_arch_pred_flush_enabled static key and bpf_arch_pred_flush static call for flushing the branch predictors on JIT memory reuse. Architectures that need a flush, can update it to a predictor flush function. By default, its a NOP and does not emit any CALL. Allocations larger than a pack are not covered by this flush. That is safe because cBPF programs (the unprivileged attack surface) are bounded well below a pack size. Issue a warning if this assumption is ever violated while the flush is active.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: io_uring/nop: fix file reference leak with IOSQE_FIXED_FILE NOP file-acquisition support choses between a fixed (registered) file and a normal fget()'d file based on its own IORING_NOP_FIXED_FILE flag in sqe->nop_flags. However, a request's REQ_F_FIXED_FILE is set independently from the generic IOSQE_FIXED_FILE sqe flag during request init, before the issue handler runs. If a NOP is submitted with IOSQE_FIXED_FILE set (so REQ_F_FIXED_FILE is set) but without IORING_NOP_FIXED_FILE, io_nop() takes the normal path and grabs a real reference via io_file_get_normal(). On completion, io_put_file() only drops the reference when REQ_F_FIXED_FILE is clear, so the fget()'d file is never released and leaks: BUG: memory leak unreferenced object 0xffff88800f42c240 (size 176): kmem_cache_alloc_noprof+0x358/0x440 alloc_empty_file+0x57/0x180 path_openat+0x44/0x1e50 do_file_open+0x121/0x200 do_sys_openat2+0xa7/0x150 __x64_sys_openat+0x82/0xf0 Decide between fixed and normal file acquisition from REQ_F_FIXED_FILE, the same way io_assign_file() does for every other opcode, and fold IORING_NOP_FIXED_FI

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netfilter: flowtable: IPIP tunnel hardware offload is not yet support No driver supports for IPIP tunnels yet, give up early on setting up the hardware offload for this scenario. This patch adds a stub that can be enhanced to add more configuration that are currently not supported. As of now, the offload work is enqueued to the worker, then ignored if the hardware offload configuration is not supported. Check the NF_FLOW_HW flag to know if this entry was already tried once to be offloaded so this is not retried on refresh when unsupported. Move NF_FLOW_HW flag check to nf_flow_offload_add(). If this NF_FLOW_HW flag is unset the _del and _stats variants are never called. This can be updated later on to skip hardware offload work to be queued in case hardware offload does not support it.

  • Jul 25, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: s390: Revert support for DCACHE_WORD_ACCESS load_unaligned_zeropad() reads eight bytes froCVE-2026-64369 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67Medium 5.5

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: s390: Revert support for DCACHE_WORD_ACCESS load_unaligned_zeropad() reads eight bytes from unaligned addresses and may cross page boundaries. It handles exceptions which may happen if reading from the second page results in an exception. For pages which are donated to the Ultravisor for secure execution purposes the do_secure_storage_access() exception handler however does not handle such exceptions correctly. Such an exception may result in an endless exception loop which will never be resolved. An attempt to fix this [1] turned out to be not sufficient. For now revert load_unaligned_zeropad() until this problem has been resolved in a proper way. Note that the implementation of load_unaligned_zeropad() itself is correct. The revert is just a temporary workaround until there is complete fix for secure storage access exceptions. In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: media: mtk-jpeg: cancel workqueue on release for supported platforms only Since a recent fix the mtk_jpeg_release function cancels any pending or running work present in the driver workqueue using cancel_work_sync function. Currently, only the multicore based variants use this workqueue and they have the jpeg_worker platform data field initialized with a workqueue callback function. For the others, this field value remain NULL by default. The cancel_work_sync function is unconditionally called in mtk_jpeg_release function, even for the variants that do not use the workqueue. This call generates a WARN_ON print in __flush_work because the workqueue callback function presence check fails in __flush_work function (used by cancel_work_sync). So, to avoid these warnings, call cancel_work_sync only if a workqueue callback is defined in platform data.
