Aug 19, 2026In Splunk Enterprise 10.4 versions below 10.4.2, an unauthenticated user could read Prometheus service metrics from the Edge Processor SPL2 Preview sidecar, incCVE-2026-76262 · Other software · Splunk · reported by psirt@cisco.comHigh 7.5
In Splunk Enterprise 10.4 versions below 10.4.2, an unauthenticated user could read Prometheus service metrics from the Edge Processor SPL2 Preview sidecar, including service details that expose relevant runtime and build metadata for the sidecar. The vulnerability does not affect Splunk Enterprise versions below 10.4. The information disclosure is possible because the Prometheus metrics endpoint in the Edge Processor SPL2 Preview sidecar lacks authentication, which lets any client that can reach the sidecar retrieve the metrics without credentials. For more information see About Splunk sidecars (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/administer/admin-manual/10.4/splunk-sidecars/about-splunk-sidecars) in the Splunk documentation.

cgltf through 1.15 contains an integer overflow vulnerability in the non-sparse accessor bounds check within cgltf_validate() that allows remote attackers to cause memory disclosure and denial of service by supplying crafted accessor count values. Attackers can provide malformed .gltf or .glb input with a specially crafted accessor count to overflow the unsigned integer multiplication of accessor stride and element count, causing the bounds check to pass and triggering a heap out-of-bounds read when cgltf_accessor_read_float() is subsequently called on the validated malformed accessor.

Aug 18, 2026The Grav API plugin (getgrav/grav-plugin-api, bundled with Grav 2.0's admin-next/API stack) before version 1.0.14 contains an open redirect weakness in SsoContrCVE-2026-75833 · Other software · getgrav · reported by VulnCheckHigh 8.6
The Grav API plugin (getgrav/grav-plugin-api, bundled with Grav 2.0's admin-next/API stack) before version 1.0.14 contains an open redirect weakness in SsoController::sanitizeReturnTo(). The function rejects a literal '//' prefix but does not account for browsers normalizing backslashes to slashes in special (http/https) schemes, so a returnTo value such as '/\evil.com' passes the guard and is later resolved by the browser as the protocol-relative URL '//evil.com'. Following a legitimate OAuth login flow, an attacker-supplied returnTo parameter could redirect an authenticated victim to an attacker-controlled site for post-login phishing. Full browser-side exploitability depends on the admin-next SPA's client-side oauth-callback handler and was not independently verified by the reporter.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: sctp: prevent peer transport count overflow sctp_assoc_add_peer() increments the association's 16-bit transport_count for every new unique peer. Adding the 65,536th transport wraps the count to zero. SCTP sock_diag uses transport_count to reserve the INET_DIAG_PEERS payload, then copies one sockaddr_storage for every entry in transport_addr_list. After the wrap, a diagnostic dump reserves an empty payload and writes 8 MiB of peer addresses past the skb tail. Reject a new unique peer when transport_count has reached U16_MAX. Perform the check after the existing-peer lookup so a duplicate address continues to return its existing transport at the limit.

Aug 13, 2026Form::Processor::Field::HtmlArea versions from 0.06 through 1.162360 for Perl allow attacker selected method dispatch and resource exhaustion via an HTML::Tidy CVE-2026-13051 · Other software · reported by 9b29abf9-4ab0-4765-b253-1875cd9b441eCritical 9.1
Form::Processor::Field::HtmlArea versions from 0.06 through 1.162360 for Perl allow attacker selected method dispatch and resource exhaustion via an HTML::Tidy diagnostic that validate passes to add_error as a Locale::Maketext template. validate runs HTML::Tidy over the submitted markup and passes each resulting message to add_error as its first argument, which add_error hands to the language handle as the Locale::Maketext message key. The default handle's lexicon sets `_AUTO`, so a message that is not a lexicon entry is compiled as a bracket notation template instead of being looked up. Tidy diagnostics quote the offending attribute name or value, so a bracket group in the submitted markup reaches the template position, where the first token of the group names a method called on the language handle and the remaining tokens are its arguments. A group such as `[0]` makes the compile croak, and neither the field nor the handle catches it, so the exception leaves validate. `[sprintf,%2000000000d,7]` reaches CORE::sprintf with an attacker chosen field width. One submission of crafted markup to an HtmlArea field throws an unhandled exception out of form validation or allocates an arbi

Aug 12, 2026A stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability existed in Vulnerability-Lookup in the render_tag_badges Jinja filter used to display reference tags associateCVE-2026-73374 · Other software · vulnerability-lookup · reported by 5a6e4751-2f3f-4070-9419-94fb35b644e8Medium 6.1
A stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability existed in Vulnerability-Lookup in the render_tag_badges Jinja filter used to display reference tags associated with vulnerability records. Values from containers.cna.references[].tags[] were directly interpolated into HTML badge elements and the resulting string was wrapped in markupsafe.Markup. Because Markup marks the generated content as safe, Jinja's automatic HTML escaping was bypassed. An authenticated user with permissions to create or modify vulnerability records, such as a user holding the vulnerability:create or vulnerability:modify permission, could submit a crafted reference tag through the CNA API containing arbitrary HTML or JavaScript-capable markup. The malicious value would subsequently be stored as part of the vulnerability record. When another user visited the corresponding public /cve/<id> or /vuln/<id> page, the crafted tag would be rendered as HTML in the viewer's browser. This could result in JavaScript execution in the security context of the Vulnerability-Lookup application. Successful exploitation could allow an attacker to perform actions in the context of a victim, access information available to the

Aug 10, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: mwifiex: bound uAP association event IEs to the event buffer mwifiex_process_uap_eveCVE-2026-68326 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67High 8.8
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: mwifiex: bound uAP association event IEs to the event buffer mwifiex_process_uap_event() handles EVENT_UAP_STA_ASSOC by exposing the (re)association request IEs that the firmware copies into the event: sinfo->assoc_req_ies = &event->data[len]; len = (u8 *)sinfo->assoc_req_ies - (u8 *)&event->frame_control; sinfo->assoc_req_ies_len = le16_to_cpu(event->len) - (u16)len; event->len is supplied by the device firmware and is never validated, and the subtraction is unchecked. assoc_req_ies points into adapter->event_body[MAX_EVENT_SIZE], a fixed-size array embedded in the kmalloc()'d struct mwifiex_adapter. On the ap_11n_enabled path mwifiex_set_sta_ht_cap() walks these IEs with cfg80211_find_ie(), whose for_each_element() loop dereferences each element header. A firmware-reported event->len larger than the bytes actually received makes assoc_req_ies_len describe IEs that extend past event_body, so the walk reads out of the adapter slab object, a slab-out-of-bounds read (KASAN: slab-out-of-bounds in cfg80211_find_ie). An event->len smaller than the header instead makes the int subtraction negative, which

Aug 10, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: wilc1000: validate assoc response length before subtracting header wilc_parse_assoc_CVE-2026-68196 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67High 8.3
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: wilc1000: validate assoc response length before subtracting header wilc_parse_assoc_resp_info() computes the trailing IE length as ies_len = buffer_len - sizeof(*res); without first checking that buffer_len is at least sizeof(struct wilc_assoc_resp) (6 bytes). buffer_len is the length reported for a received association response (host_int_parse_assoc_resp_info() passes hif_drv->assoc_resp / assoc_resp_info_len straight in) and must be validated before the driver accesses the fixed header. For a frame shorter than the 6-byte fixed header, the subtraction wraps. For a four-byte response the result is truncated to a u16 ies_len of 65534, so kmemdup() then attempts to copy 65534 bytes starting at buffer + sizeof(*res), beyond the valid association-response data (CWE-125). A response shorter than four bytes can also cause an out-of-bounds read of res->status_code at offsets 2 and 3. Reject frames too short to hold the fixed header before touching the header or computing ies_len. Also set the connection status to a failure on this path: the caller falls through to a "conn_info->status == WLAN_STATUS_SUCCESS"

FFmpeg versions from 3.0 up to, but not including, 9.0 contain an uninitialized heap memory read vulnerability in the native Screenpresso decoder (libavcodec/screenpresso.c) that allows attackers to recover sensitive memory contents by supplying a crafted SPV1 packet with a valid zlib stream that decompresses fewer bytes than the full frame requires. The screenpresso_decode_frame() function fails to validate the produced byte count before calling av_image_copy_plane() to copy the complete frame dimensions from the persistent ctx->inflated_buf buffer, causing unwritten heap memory from prior allocations or prior frames to be copied into decoded output and potentially exposing sensitive data such as userspace addresses from persistent decoding services.

When internal roles are removed from a user within the WSO2 product, the system fails to invalidate any previously issued authentication tokens associated with that user. This vulnerability could allow users to retain their previous access privileges even after their roles have been revoked. As a result, a user can continue to perform unauthorized actions or access restricted resources until the expired tokens naturally expire.

Aug 6, 2026The Ajax processor within the Carbon console fails to adequately protect state-changing operations from Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) attacks.CVE-2025-13394 · Other software · WSO2 · reported by ed10eef1-636d-4fbe-9993-6890dfa878f8Medium 5.4
The Ajax processor within the Carbon console fails to adequately protect state-changing operations from Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) attacks. Specifically, it utilizes the HTTP GET method for these operations, and while the SameSite=Lax cookie attribute is employed for mitigation, this mechanism is bypassed as it permits cookies to be sent with cross-origin top-level navigation requests, including GET requests. This allows an attacker to trick an authenticated user's browser into unknowingly executing unintended actions. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability to perform unauthorized state-altering requests on behalf of authenticated users. This could lead to consequences such as data modification, account changes, or other actions that could result in data compromise or loss of user control over their account. However, this attack is only feasible if the Carbon console and related services are exposed to the public internet, which is not recommended according to WSO2's security guidelines.

Aug 6, 2026The user impersonation flow in WSO2 Identity Server fails to properly manage refresh tokens associated with impersonated sessions.CVE-2025-12627 · Other software · WSO2 · reported by ed10eef1-636d-4fbe-9993-6890dfa878f8Low 2.4
The user impersonation flow in WSO2 Identity Server fails to properly manage refresh tokens associated with impersonated sessions. This allows an attacker who has obtained an access token for an impersonated user to leverage the refresh token grant to obtain new access tokens, extending their ability to act as the legitimate user. An attacker who gains access to an impersonated user's access token can exploit this weakness to renew their authorization. This results in the continued ability to perform actions on behalf of the actual user, compromising log integrity and traceability by masking the true actor.

Aug 6, 2026When secondary user stores are configured, the implicit-association resolver incorrectly initializes from a secondary user store and bypasses the primary user sCVE-2025-11850 · Other software · WSO2 · reported by ed10eef1-636d-4fbe-9993-6890dfa878f8Medium 4.3
When secondary user stores are configured, the implicit-association resolver incorrectly initializes from a secondary user store and bypasses the primary user store during search and uniqueness checks. This allows a subject to be associated with an unintended local account if the same lookup claim (e.g., username or email) exists in both the primary and a secondary store. If duplicate claim values exist across user stores, this issue can lead to identity confusion due to incorrect implicit associations when using an external Identity Provider (IDP). Legitimate user accounts in the primary user store may fail to associate correctly with their corresponding external IDP accounts, potentially restricting access if the secondary account has fewer privileges. Deployments are not affected if no secondary user stores are configured, implicit association is disabled, or claim values are globally unique.

A vulnerability in the network driver of Cisco Terminal Service (TS) Agent could allow an authenticated, remote attacker to bypass firewall rules that are associated with the account of the attacker. This vulnerability is due to an incorrect mapping of network connections to user accounts. An attacker with at least user-level credentials could exploit this vulnerability by sending crafted network traffic to an affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to inherit the firewall rules associated with a different user in the system.

Aug 4, 2026The Bluetooth host ATT layer (subsys/bluetooth/host/att.c) associates each in-flight ATT TX buffer with its owning channel via the static tx_meta_data_storage[]CVE-2026-11368 · Other software · zephyrproject · reported by vulnerabilities@zephyrproject.orgHigh 7.1
The Bluetooth host ATT layer (subsys/bluetooth/host/att.c) associates each in-flight ATT TX buffer with its owning channel via the static tx_meta_data_storage[] array (data->att_chan = chan). When a buffer's last reference is dropped, its net-buf destroy callback defers the completion handling to the system workqueue (att_tx_destroy -> att_tx_destroy_work_handler -> att_on_sent_cb -> bt_att_sent), where bt_att_sent dereferences the channel and its ATT context (sys_slist_get(&att->reqs)). When a peer disconnects while an ATT PDU (a server notification/indication or any response) is still in flight in the controller TX path, L2CAP tears the channel down in l2cap_chan_del(): it runs the disconnected callback and then the released callback (bt_att_released), which frees the channel slab slot. Because the in-flight buffer is held by the connection TX path rather than the channel's own queue, its deferred destroy work can run after the channel has been freed. The att_on_sent_cb guard intended to drop the stale callback itself dereferences meta->att_chan, which is now a dangling pointer into a freed (and possibly reused) slab slot. A remote peer with an ATT connection can drive this by

Aug 3, 2026Apache NiFi 2.0.0 through 2.10.0 support creating, reading, and deleting Assets associated with Parameter Contexts through the REST API.CVE-2026-68980 · Websites & servers · Apache Software Foundation · reported by security@apache.orgLow 2.3
Apache NiFi 2.0.0 through 2.10.0 support creating, reading, and deleting Assets associated with Parameter Contexts through the REST API. The framework authorizes asset deletion against the owning Parameter Context using the supplied Parameter Context Identifier and Asset Identifier. The framework performed authorized based on the supplied Parameter Context Identifier without verifying the requested Identifier against the stored Identifier. Apache NiFi installations that do not implement different levels of authorization across Parameter Contexts are not subject to this vulnerability, because the framework enforces write permissions as the security boundary. Upgrading to Apache NiFi 2.11.0 is the recommended mitigation, which verifies Parameter Context ownership of the requested Asset before deletion using the same strategy applied to Asset read operations.
